According to the smelting process of converter, the heat balance of converter is calculated with the heat balance calculation method. The influences of different molten iron conditions, production processes and temperature control on improving the addition of scrap steel are calculated. The specific measures for improving the scrap ratio of basic oxygen furnace(BOF) are put forward by analyzing the factors affecting change of scrap ratio of BOF as well as studying the relations between scrap ratio and smelting process conditions of BOF, which are as references for relevant steelmaking plants.

根据转炉冶炼工艺情况,运用热平衡计算方法对转炉热平衡进行计算,计算不同入炉铁水条件、生产工艺及温度控制对提高废钢加入量的影响。通过分析影响转炉废钢比变化的因素,研究废钢比与转炉冶炼工艺条件之间的关系,提出转炉提高废钢比的具体措施,供相关炼钢厂参考。

According to the smelting process of converter, the heat balance of converter is calculated with the heat balance calculation method. 废钢铁作为唯一可以逐步替代铁矿石的优质炼钢原料,具有载能、低碳、可再生三大优势,按行业平均水平测算,每多用1 t废钢,可少用1.7 t精矿粉,减少4.3 t原生铁矿石的开采[1]。由此可见,提高转炉炼钢废钢比对降低炼钢能耗意义深远。本文从转炉热平衡角度,着重计算分析了原料、工艺条件变化对提高废钢比的影响,阐述了转炉炼钢过程中优化入炉铁水成分、温度条件、改变造渣制度、降低出钢温度有利于提高废钢比,并且能够降低转炉能耗,提高综合效益。
在炼钢生产中废钢作为重要原料,使用过程限制性因素有很多,包括炼钢过程热平衡、产品质量、装备条件和工艺水平。热平衡取决于铁水成分、出钢温度、冶炼过程冷却剂的用量、冶炼钢种和生产工艺。
铁水中的C、Si、Mn元素以及供转炉冶炼铁水温度对转炉冶炼产生很大的影响。
(1)铁水Si含量对废钢加入量的影响。随着铁水Si含量的提高,废钢理论加入量随之增加,但当铁水Si含量大于0.5%时,废钢理论加入量的增加趋势逐渐减缓。随着铁水Si含量的增加,辅料加入量也相应增加,新增加的辅料会吸收一部分Si的氧化热,导致废钢加入量的增加趋势变缓。
(2)铁水C含量对废钢加入量的影响。随铁水C含量提高,废钢理论加入量逐渐增加,且增加趋势保持不变。铁水C含量每增加0.1%,废钢理论加入量平均增加0.875 t/t。
(3)铁水Mn含量对废钢加入量的影响。随着铁水Mn含量的提高,废钢理论加入量逐渐增加,且增加趋势保持不变。铁水Mn含量每增加0.1%,废钢理论加入量平均增加0.37 t/t。
(4)铁水温度对废钢加入量的影响。随着铁水温度的提高,废钢理论加入量呈线性增加。铁水温度每增加10 ℃,废钢理论加入量平均增加0.68 t/t。
(5)单炉铁水装入量对废钢加入量的影响。随着单炉铁水装入量的提高,废钢理论加入量呈线性增加,但铁水成分不同,废钢的理论增加量也不同。相同铁水成分下,每增加1 t铁水,废钢加入量可提高0.15 t。
提高废钢比关键是要增加转炉热源,有三种方式:
(1)降低转炉热损失,提高热效率,如炉气二次燃烧;
(2)熔池增碳,如KMS采用底吹氧喷煤粉进行热补偿;
(3)废钢预热,多采用炉内废钢预热技术。
(1)出钢温度对废钢加入量的影响。随着出钢温度的提高,废钢理论加入量呈线性下降。这是由于在其他条件一定的情况下,出钢温度越低,钢水带走的物理热越少,可供废钢熔化的热量也就越多,随着出钢温度的降低,废钢加入量随之增加。
(2)留渣操作对废钢加入量的影响。随着留渣量的增加,废钢理论加入量逐渐下降。留渣会保留一定量的物理热,在转炉冶炼前期促进辅料的熔化,同时形成高碱度的前期渣,减少一定量的辅料加入。但是由于所留炉渣在上一炉出钢以及这一炉加废钢兑铁水过程中存在较大的温降,其温度远低于出钢时终渣的温度,尽管少加了一部分辅料,但是所留的大量炉渣在吹炼过程继续升温所需的热量要高于少加的这部分辅料节约的热量,因而,从整体上来讲,留渣会带来一定程度的热量消耗,导致最终用来熔化废钢的热量减少,废钢理论加入量降低[2]
首先考虑转炉冶炼过程的热平衡,提高转炉炼钢冶炼过程的废钢比重,其本质是提高转炉冶炼过程中热量的支出[3],如何能在废钢比提高的情况下正常生产,需要达到新的热平衡,增加热量收入,才不会影响出钢条件。
根据铁水各元素的平均含量及终点各元素的平均含量进行设定,以100 kg铁水为基础计算,结果见表1
常见的热收入项主要包括3种,即铁水物理热、元素氧化热及成渣热,烟尘的氧化热也是一个关键因素。以铁水熔化温度1 121.65 ℃、钢水熔化温度1 525.07 ℃、钢水终点温度1 632.07 ℃为条件进行热平衡及废钢比计算,结果见表2表3表4
热平衡计算中,烟尘物质FeO占比按50%计算,熔池内碳反应产物CO占比按90%、CO2占比按10%计算,钢水过热度按45 ℃计算,静置钢水温降按12 ℃/min计算,出钢过程钢水温降按50 ℃/min计算。
以上述热平衡计算结果,实际生产过程中,钢铁料消耗1 080 kg/t时,吨钢铁水废钢熔化重量为157.55 kg,铁水比为922.45 kg/t。
依据原料条件及热平衡计算,计算得出相同条件下不同铁水状况对废钢加入量的影响,见表5
通过对比,在其他生产条件相同情况下铁水Si含量、C含量对废钢加入量影响最大,铁水Si含量每增加0.1%,可多加入废钢18 kg/t;铁水C含量每增加0.1%,可多加入废钢10 kg/t。
过高的铁水Si含量与C含量也为冶炼带来一定不利影响。随入炉铁水Si含量增高,炉料结构变化易引起喷溅;随入炉铁水C含量增高,引起熔池C-O反应不平衡,冶炼周期变长,终点钢水C命中率降低。
因此提高入炉铁水温度,控制合理的入炉铁水Si含量、C含量及铁水装入量是从原料条件方面降低铁钢比的有效措施。
依据原料条件及热平衡计算,计算得出相同铁水条件下不同工艺制度对废钢加入量的影响,见表6
通过热平衡计算,在其他生产条件相同情况下,不同工艺制度对废钢加入量影响不同。控制终点温度,终点温度每降低10 ℃,可多加入废钢7.0 kg/t;使用废钢预热设备,采用多渠道废钢加入,废钢温度每提高100 ℃,可多加入废钢3.4 kg/t。
过低的终点温度会对后续工序带来不便,增加后续工序处理时间从而影响生产时序。废钢预热技术及多渠道废钢加入技术可有效降低铁钢比,但废钢加入量过多会增加熔化废钢能耗及后续工序处理时间。因此,控制合理终点温度以及制定合理的废钢加入量是从工艺制度方面降低铁钢比的有效措施[4]
在现有废钢铁水价格情况下,以1 080 kg/t钢铁料消耗为基础,测算铁水消耗变化与单位成本变化,如图1所示。
随铁水消耗逐步降低,单位制造成本随之升高,这是因为随铁水消耗降低,铁钢比降低,废钢比增加,废钢价格对单位成本影响逐步增加。
在现有废钢铁水价格情况下,以1 080 kg/t钢铁料消耗为基础,测算铁水消耗变化与单位效益变化,如图2所示。
随铁水消耗不断降低,单位效益逐渐增加。铁水消耗降至860 kg/t时,在现阶段废钢铁水价格情况下,单位效益达到5 875.83元。
在现有废钢铁水价格情况下,以1 080 kg/t钢铁料消耗为基础,测算铁水消耗变化与吨钢效益变化,如图3所示。
随吨钢铁水消耗降低,吨钢效益随之增加,降低至890 kg/t时,吨钢效益6.34元;降低至860 kg/t时,吨钢效益6.79元。
(1)依据现阶段铁水废钢原料价格计算,随铁水消耗降低,吨钢效益逐渐升高。降低至890 kg/t时,吨钢效益增加6.34元;降低至860 kg/t时,吨钢效益增加6.79元。
(2)相同条件下铁水温度每增加10 ℃,可多加入废钢5.3 kg/t;铁水Si含量每增加0.1%,可多加入废钢18 kg/t;铁水C含量每增加0.1%,可多加入废钢10 kg/t;单炉铁水装入量增加1%,可多加入废钢8 kg/t;终点温度每降低10 ℃,可多加入废钢7 kg/t。
(3)利用废钢预热工艺,废钢温度每提高100 ℃,可多加入废钢3.4 kg/t。
(4)过高的铁水Si含量和C含量为冶炼带来一定不利影响。随入炉铁水Si含量增高,炉料结构变化易引起喷溅;随入炉铁水C含量增高,引起熔池碳氧反应不平衡,冶炼周期变长,终点钢水碳命中率降低。
