The level of stiffness of wrapper roller for coiler is the core factor determining stability of coiler. In the paper, the concept of stiffness of wrapper roller for coiler in production line of hot continuous rolled strip steel as well as the significances and methods of static test are elaborated. The analysis sheet of stiffness of wrapper roller is obtained through tests as well as collecting, analyzing, summarizing and calculating related data. Guide the craft personnel to set and optimize parameters as well as equipment personnel to eliminate defects purposefully to ensure stable operation of coiler, reduce coiling accidents and improve yield as well as ensure coil shape and appearance quality of strip steel.

热连轧带钢生产线卷取机是热轧产线上对轧机轧制后带钢进行卷取的唯一设备,其工作状态的稳定性直接影响产线的稳定生产、成材率及带卷的外观质量。卷取机助卷辊刚度水平的好坏更是决定卷取机稳定性的核心因素。文章阐述了热连轧卷取机助卷辊刚度的概念及静态测试的意义和方法。通过测试,采集相关数据进行分析总结,计算得出助卷辊刚度分析表。有针对性地指导工艺人员进行参数优化设定和设备人员进行有目的地消缺,保证卷取机稳定运行,减少卷取事故,提高成材率,保证带钢卷形外观质量。

The coiler in production line of hot continuous rolled strip steel is the only equipment for coiling strip steel after rolling and its stability of working condition directly affects the stable production of production line, yield and appearance quality of coil of strip. The level of stiffness of wrapper roller for coiler is the core factor determining stability of coiler. In the paper, the concept of stiffness of wrapper roller for coiler in production line of hot continuous rolled strip steel as well as the significances and methods of static test are elaborated. The analysis sheet of stiffness of wrapper roller is obtained through tests as well as collecting, analyzing, summarizing and calculating related data. Guide the craft personnel to set and optimize parameters as well as equipment personnel to eliminate defects purposefully to ensure stable operation of coiler, reduce coiling accidents and improve yield as well as ensure coil shape and appearance quality of strip steel.

热连轧卷取机是热轧产线上唯一对带钢进行卷取的设备,其工作状态直接影响产线稳定生产及产品的成材率[1]。热轧带钢卷取机包括侧导板、夹送辊、助卷辊、芯轴、外支撑、卸卷小车等设备,其中每台卷取机共有3个助卷辊。
助卷辊是卷取机的主要工作部件,即1#助卷辊(1#WR)、2#助卷辊(2#WR)、3#助卷辊(3#WR)依次环抱在芯轴周围。助卷辊在热轧带钢卷取时将带钢头部送到芯轴周围,以适当的压力将带钢压在芯轴上增加卷紧度,对带钢进行弯曲加工,使带钢变成容易卷取的形状,压尾部防止带钢尾部上翘和松卷等。
助卷辊的刚度好坏直接影响其辊缝精度,对卷取机的生产稳定和钢卷外观质量有很大影响。特别是在生产厚度小于2.5 mm规格和卷取温度高于700 ℃带钢时,如果带钢芯部不能充分卷紧,将会导致整卷带钢紧密程度不足,层间隙过大,卷形保持能力下降。在步进梁运输过程中,随着步进梁不断地起落动作和自身重量的影响,会逐步产生带卷“椭圆”现象,导致下游工序和用户无法正常开卷,被迫进行“掏芯”作业,造成不必要的带钢损失,影响产线作业率。
在以往对助卷辊的刚度研究中,采取动态测试方法[2]。在现场生产实际中,当芯轴旋转时,其扇形板接缝对助卷辊会产生一定的冲击,影响数据准确性。故本文针对包钢CSP热轧产线,采用优化刚度测试方法,由动态测试改变为静态测试,进一步提高测试数据的准确性,更好地提高助卷辊加载辊缝精度,提高卷型质量,同时为设备人员的消缺工作提供更加准确的数据支撑。
卷取机助卷辊刚度泛指助卷辊在受到外界推力的情况下,保持其原有位置不变的能力。刚度变化值可以反映出其位置变化与推力之间的关系。刚度好的助卷辊说明其抵抗外界推力而保持位置不发生变化的能力强。研究和分析助卷辊刚度对带钢卷的外观及卷取过程稳定性的影响,对保持良好卷形具有重要意义。卷取机助卷辊和芯轴布置情况如图1所示。
助卷辊对带钢按压前3圈是动作时序控制的关键点,准确的按压动作和足够的压靠力可以使芯轴和带钢之间产生足够的摩擦力,保证芯轴力矩在0.3~0.6 s之间进入稳定阶段,充分保证带钢卷紧,避免卷取机内出现带钢头部松卷、交错、塔型[3]等一系列卷形缺陷。
助卷辊按压动作启动时序由自动化基础级控制根据带钢跟踪情况自动完成。工艺技术人员结合动作时序及助卷辊压力变化可以辨别出动作时序是否正常。助卷辊设定压靠力由自动化基础级根据卷取的钢种和规格自动设定,人工可适当干预。但是在实际生产中,由于设备间隙和液压元件密封性的问题,往往会出现助卷辊动作控制时序正常,但实际压靠力达不到设定要求的情况。助卷辊不能产生足够压靠力,导致带钢和芯轴之间产生的摩擦力不足。当芯轴膨胀时,芯轴力矩不能在有效时间内攀升,会出现较长时间的“力矩平台”现象,卷芯“打滑”问题就此产生。“打滑”时间越长,芯轴和夹送辊之间建立稳定张力需要的时间就越长,没有足够的张力,导致整个带钢在卷取过程中处于“准失控”状态,卷形的保证就无从谈起。
图2为芯轴力矩对比上升情况,箭头所指为“力矩平台”区域,即为芯轴在卷取过程中出现“打滑”的时间节点。
通过查询PDA助卷辊压力曲线,发现带钢头部卷取过程中,随着助卷辊的压靠动作,产生的压力有明显区别。如图3所示,助卷辊对带钢的压靠力仅为50 kN左右,未达到最低压靠力要求。图4中助卷辊压靠力则达到了200 kN以上,形成有效压靠。
针对这一类现场实际情况,对助卷辊进行静态刚度测试,分析PDA数据,就能够快速准确地发现助卷辊机械结构件的间隙及液压元件密封缺陷情况,为操作人员更加合理设定助卷辊缝、设备人员有目的进行消缺提供数据支撑。
根据热轧带钢卷取机设备结构特点,借助“芯轴膨胀给助卷辊施加外界推力”手段,模拟带钢进入助卷辊辊缝时,助卷辊受力状态。通过调取相关数据,用来分析助卷辊位置及压力变化关系。
在刚度测试时,助卷辊和芯轴全部停转,进行静态刚度测试,避免旋转的芯轴伞型板和助卷辊之间产生磕碰,导致助卷辊位置及压力变化,对测试准确性产生影响。
具体测试步骤为:
(1)助卷辊和芯轴全部停转。
(2)芯轴保持预膨胀位置(ϕ745 mm),把助卷辊压靠在芯轴上,保持零辊缝。
(3)手动膨胀芯轴,达到满涨(ϕ761 mm)位置。
(4)通过PDA系统调取芯轴膨胀直径、助卷辊压力、助卷辊位置数据,绘制相应图表。
通过PDA系统调取芯轴膨胀直径、助卷辊压力值及助卷辊辊缝值,绘制助卷辊刚度分析表,如表1所示。根据表1统计数据,绘制得出芯轴膨胀位置与助卷辊压力变化图,如图5所示。
以60 kN为助卷辊最低压力要求,结合表1数据进行分析,得出助卷辊间隙值及对液压系统的分析结果。
(1)1#WR(助卷辊)、2#WR(助卷辊)在芯轴从745 mm膨胀到755 mm的情况下,芯轴膨胀10 mm,助卷辊压力值升至60 kN;3#WR(助卷辊)在芯轴从745 mm膨胀到749 mm,膨胀4 mm之后,助卷辊压力值达到60 kN。初步说明1#WR、2#WR、3#WR助卷辊分别在退后-10 mm、-10 mm、-4 mm后,方能保证助卷辊60 kN的最低压力要求。
(2)剔除芯轴膨胀机构自身间隙值(1~2 mm),可以得出1#WR、2#WR间隙值为8 mm,3#WR间隙值为2 mm。
(3)3#WR在辊缝位置停止变化后,随着芯轴直径的进一步膨胀(在755~761 mm变化过程中),助卷辊压力值没有提高,反而出现下降趋势,从132 kN下降到42 kN(系统设计保护压力为750 kN)。说明芯轴膨胀到一定位置,给助卷辊的推力达到一定范围后,出现问题的液压元件无法承受当前压力,出现泄压现象。
(1)设备检修人员可以根据助卷辊刚度分析表结果,参考2.3数据分析中(1)、(2)有关间隙的分析结果,结合助卷辊机械部件图,对于刚度差的1#、2#助卷辊进行重点的消缺作业,特别是对一些连接部件及助卷辊轴承的检查消缺。助卷辊机械部件图如图6所示。
(2)在设备检修人员不能有效恢复助卷辊刚度之前,工艺技术人员根据助卷辊辊缝自动控制程序并结合刚度测试结果,计算出在不同带钢厚度条件下,助卷辊最大位置修正值,提供给操作人员加以现场运用。具体结果如表2所示。
(3)在实际生产中,如果助卷辊压力值仍未达到设定要求,可进一步联系自动化人员,修改助卷辊辊缝自动控制程序,并根据修改结果,重新制定卷取机助卷辊辊缝控制修正值。在现有设备状态下,实现助卷辊有效按压带钢,保证带钢卷取过程正常进行及保持卷形优良率的目标。
(4)参考2.3数据分析中(3)的说明,设备人员可以通过助卷辊静置悬停及机械表压力核对等手段,查找出现问题的液压元件,并及时处理,保证助卷辊正常工作。
(5)设备检修人员消缺作业完成后,工艺技术人员重新对助卷辊进行静态刚度测试。如果消缺后的助卷辊状态达到表3中2#WR、3#WR相应数值,就表明助卷辊恢复到正常工作状态。
通过定期对卷取机助卷辊进行静态刚度测试,可以有效地监控助卷辊工作状态,保持其良好的工作状态,进而为带钢卷形优良率的保持提供了有力支撑。同时也为设备检修人员指出了消缺方向及问题发生点,大幅减轻工作强度,设备维护工作也从保运行向更高的精度控制大幅迈进。
