通过对包钢庆华煤化工有限公司1#、2#焦炉无组织排放改造后烟尘逸散比较严重的情况进行了深入分析,通过对煤车设备设施、煤气导出系统相关设备进行改造,达到无可视烟尘的效果。对捣固焦炉的无组织排放改造、控制捣固焦炉装煤过程中烟尘逸散有一定的参考价值。

捣固焦炉煤料在装煤车的煤箱内由捣固锤捣固成煤饼,然后再由机侧装入炭化室,装煤过程中机侧炉门是敞开的,装煤后机侧炉门再挂好。捣固焦炉相对于顶装煤焦炉来说,装煤操作时间长,装煤过程中烟尘从机侧逸散严重。焦炉装煤过程中烟尘的逸散是一种无组织排放,恶化了操作环境,造成了大气污染。随着新环保法的实施,生产企业面临的环保压力越来越大,焦炉生产过程中烟尘逸散的控制也越发重要。
2020年对1#、2#焦炉进行了无组织排放改造,但改造后1#、2#焦炉装煤过程中冒烟的情况没有达到预期的效果,烟尘外溢非常严重。针对这种情况,对整个装煤操作过程进行了认真观察、分析,并与同行进行了深入的交流,查找问题产生的原因,对部分设备和操作方法进行了改进,取得了一定的效果。同时对3#、4#焦炉无组织排放改造提出一些建议,以最大限度的减少装煤过程中的烟尘逸散。
导烟车改造后,在导烟车机侧、中部、焦侧布置三排M管导套,对应在炉顶第2#、3#、4#导烟除尘口安装了三排水封座,N号炭化室装煤时产生的烟尘通过机侧M管导套导入N-1号炭化室,中部M管导套导入N+2号炭化室,焦侧M管导入N+4号炭化室,装煤时开启N-1、N+2、N+4号炭化室高压氨水,使荒煤气顺利导出。焦炉机侧炉口上方的烟尘通过煤壁两侧集尘罩进入车载除尘器,除尘后排放。
理论上,这种导烟除尘方式可以消除装煤时的冒烟现象,避免烟尘的无组织排放,同时回收了大量荒煤气,有较大的经济价值。其他焦化厂同类型焦炉采用这种方式改造后确实取得了不错的效果,但我厂1#、2#焦炉无组织排放改造后效果很差,机侧炉口冒烟严重,炉顶空间、上升管根部、导烟除尘口大量积存石墨。通过认真观察、分析以及与同行的探讨,改造后烟尘逸散主要有以下原因。
包钢庆华5.5 m捣固焦炉炭化室设计宽度平均为500 mm,机侧490 mm、焦侧510 mm,炭化室锥度20 mm,煤饼宽度设计下部最宽处450 mm。按原设计,装煤时煤饼与两侧炉墙留有至少20 mm间隙。由于煤饼与炉墙不直接接触,产生的烟尘比较少。装煤过程中能明显看到煤饼与炉墙之间的间隙,烟尘顺着间隙上升到炉顶空间,然后从导烟除尘口及装煤号上升管排出。
实际生产过程中,装煤车煤箱出现胀箱现象,捣固后的煤饼变宽。在1#焦炉入炉煤饼从机侧到焦侧平均划分5部分,分别编号1-1、1-2、1-3、1-4、1-5,测量每部分上、中、下3个位置的煤饼宽度,测量数据见表1
表1可以看出,煤饼宽度比设计增加了20 mm左右,装煤时煤饼在进入炭化室后刮蹭高温炉墙,瞬间产生大量烟尘。产生的烟尘量超出了设计的烟尘回收处理量,而且煤饼紧贴炭化室炉墙,也阻碍了烟尘上升到炉顶的空间,造成了装煤时大量烟尘从机侧炉口逸散,见图1
装煤时,将荒煤气导入相邻处于结焦末期的炭化室,同时打开相邻炭化室的高压氨水在桥管处喷洒,产生吸力,将炭化室内的荒煤气导入集气管。桥管处的氨水如果雾化效果不好,产生的吸力不够,不能将荒煤气抽走。1#、2#焦炉无组织排放改造时,原设计开高压氨水桥管处产生1 000 Pa的吸力。经现场测量,桥管处的吸力只有300 Pa左右,远低于设计的吸力,这也是装煤时荒煤气不能正常导入集气管从机侧炉门口逸散的原因。打开桥管的前、后清扫孔观察,喷洒的高压氨水呈水柱状,雾化效果比较差。
高压氨水在桥管处喷洒产生吸力时,压力越大产生的吸力越大。实际生产过程中,高压氨水三通球阀由于使用年限长,内部阀芯密封不严,有窜漏现象。高压氨水泵出口压力在3 MPa左右,炉区高压氨水管道压力只有2.5 MPa左右,压力不够。1#、2#焦炉无组织排放改造原设计不装煤时,系统的氨水流量在10 m3/h以下,实际上,现场不装煤时高压氨水的流量在40 m3/h左右,导致装煤号的高压氨水压力低、流量不够,造成桥管处产生的吸力小。
1#、2#焦炉无组织改造后,装煤过程中产生的烟气导入相邻的炭化室,造成装煤过程的荒煤气量瞬间增大。我公司的鼓风机采用液力耦合器调节方式,小循环调节管道比较细,装煤时鼓风机吸力调整能力有限,且调节速度较慢,这也是造成焦炉装煤时烟气逸散的原因之一。
装煤车托煤底板轨道中心距如果偏移,装煤过程煤饼不能平直的送入炭化室,造成煤饼局部刮蹭炭化室炉墙,增加了荒煤气的产生量。观察2#装煤车装煤,煤饼进入炭化室时紧靠南墙,装煤后,煤饼紧贴北墙,这说明装煤车托煤底板中心发生了偏移,煤饼不能平直送入炭化室,造成装煤过程中煤饼局部刮蹭炭化室炉墙。装煤车托煤底板轨道、链条磨损,导致托煤底板抖动,易造成塌煤。煤饼局部刮蹭炉墙和塌煤增大了装煤过程中烟尘的产生量,造成烟尘从炉门口逸散。
导烟除尘口、上升管、桥管、阀体如果不通畅,荒煤气就不能顺利导出,造成装煤时大量烟尘从机侧炉门口逸散。1#、2#焦炉无组织排放改造后,炉顶导烟除尘车未设置自动揭盖装置,导烟除尘口水封座盖比较重,人工揭盖困难。因此推焦前导烟除尘孔盖都不提前揭开,这造成炉顶空间、上升管根部、导烟除尘口石墨沉积加剧,而人工清扫又跟不上,致使炉顶导烟除尘口、上升管根部不通畅。同时,由于捣固机、装煤车存在一些问题,经常塌煤,装煤高度低,炉顶空间温度高,也加剧炉顶空间的石墨沉积,阻碍了荒煤气的顺利导出。
控制焦炉装煤推焦过程中烟尘的逸散,首先减少装煤过程中烟尘的产生量,同时保证荒煤气导出系统畅通,使荒煤气顺利导出,最后采取一些其他辅助设施将逸散出来的烟尘收集回来,这样才能减少装煤过程中烟尘的无组织排放,达到环保要求。
由于一直无法直接测量煤饼宽度,只能通过测量装煤车煤箱空箱时的宽度来代表煤饼宽度。实际上,由于煤箱胀箱,煤饼捣固成型后的宽度要大于煤箱空箱时的宽度。为了实测煤饼宽度,特制了专用工具,煤饼从煤箱逐步推出,在煤饼上钻孔测量,这样就能准确测量出煤饼的宽度。
通过调整装煤车煤饼两侧支座,在支座下面加衬钢板,更换支座磨损的轴套等,将装煤车煤壁宽度往小缩,解决胀箱问题,以减小入炉煤饼的宽度。同时,根据煤箱胀宽的程度,在装煤车煤壁内侧加衬一定厚度的不锈钢板,以减小煤饼的宽度。调整后的煤饼宽要比机侧碳化室宽度小40 mm以上,保证装煤时煤饼两侧与炭化室有20 mm以上的间隙,这样可以从根本上解决煤饼蹭炉墙、烟尘量产生大的问题。
定期测量、调整装煤车托煤底板轨道中心距,更换磨损的托煤底板侧滑道和底滑道,保证煤饼平直的送入炭化室,可以杜绝煤饼局部刮蹭炭化室炉墙,减少装煤时烟尘的产生。
装煤时如果煤饼倒塌,大量煤粉掉落到炭化室内,瞬间产生大量烟尘,容易造成荒煤气逸散。塌饼后需要处理塌落的煤,操作时间长,容易造成长时间冒烟。如果配合煤水分小或细度偏小,煤饼强度不够,容易塌饼。配合煤水偏大时,容易造成煤塔下煤不畅,捣固操作困难。稳定配合煤水分、细度,可有效减少装煤时塌角现象,减少冒烟情况。根据多年生产实践,配合煤水分稳定在10.5%~11.5%之间、细度小于3 mm粒级控制在88%±2%时比较合理。
避免捣固机挂锤,及时修复弹跳不好的捣固锤,否则煤饼捣不实,易塌角。装煤车装煤时托煤底板与炉底距离要合适。距离太大,会造成装煤时托煤底板下沉,挠度增大,托煤底板上的煤饼在装煤过程中产生竖裂缝倒塌;距离太小,装煤时托煤底板摩擦炉底,产生振动,造成塌煤,也减少托煤底板和焦炉的使用寿命[1]。托煤底板的变形量不能太大,变形太大时要及时更换。托煤底板的链条松紧要合适,并保持润滑良好,链条过松时,装煤过程中容易抖动,造成塌煤;链条过紧时,链条与链轮啮合太紧,装煤过程中容易产生振动,造成塌煤[2]。同时,要使用好装煤车平煤机,做到煤饼上部平整、压实,可以减少装煤时煤饼上部煤粉的飘散,进而减少烟尘逸散。
更换窜漏的三通球阀,使一座焦炉高压氨水的窜漏量降低至10 m3/h以下,保证高压氨水使用时流量与压力。
同时更换桥管处的氨水喷嘴,使用雾化效果更好的喷头,开高压氨水时,桥管处的吸力达到1 000 Pa以上。
加强桥管、集气管、上升管、阀体、导烟除尘口的清扫,及时清除沉积石墨,以保证荒煤气的顺利导出。要求职工按推焦计划,提前打开出炉号的上升管盖、导烟除尘孔盖,通过一定的空气流通,烧掉一部分沉积在炉顶、上升管根部的石墨,避免炉顶空间、上升管根部大量沉积石墨。
及时更换、调整推焦车推焦杆前端刮刀,清除炭化室炉顶空间、两侧炉墙上的石墨,可减少煤饼的塌饼,有效提高装煤高度,降低炉顶空间温度,减少炉顶空间石墨沉积,避免荒煤气导出不畅。
鼓风机由液力耦合调节方式改造成变频调节方式,采用集气管压力模糊控制系统,根据4座焦炉装煤情况,及时调整鼓风机转速、各个集气管的压力,保证装煤炉号吸力及时得到调节,荒煤气顺利导出,避免烟尘逸散。
装煤车车载导烟除尘器、炉头集尘罩要保持良好,这样装煤过程中逸散出来的少量烟尘可以通过装煤车车载导烟除尘器和导烟车侧导进行收集,避免烟尘的无组织排放。
针对1#、2#焦炉无组织排放改造后冒烟严重情况,通过以上措施,取得了明显的效果,下一步3#、4#焦炉进行无组织排放改造时进行以下改造。
随着环保要求越来越严格,车载导烟除尘器的除尘效果达不到环保要求,将逐步被淘汰,因此下一步3#、4#焦炉无组织排放改造时,机侧应采用地面除尘站。
在导烟除尘车上安装自动揭盖装置,可以有效降低工人的劳动强度,推焦装煤时打开下一出炉号的导烟除尘孔盖,使每一推焦循环中每个炭化室推焦前均可进入一部分空气,烧掉炉顶空间、上升管根部的石墨。
1#、2#焦炉导烟除尘口水封座直接放在导烟除尘口上,水封座稍微受外力刮蹭就发生位移,水封座底部就冒烟。为此,导烟除尘口水封座底部要增加一圈,使水封座插入导烟除尘口,这样可以有效避免水封座位移的现象。
根据生产实践,建设捣固焦炉时,集气管布置在焦侧,对焦炉烟尘逸散的控制有很大好处。集气管布置的焦侧,装煤时,可配合使用装煤号的高压氨水,将装煤过程中产生的部分烟尘吸入集气管,送到回收车间。集气管在焦侧时,使用高压氨水,不会将机侧敞开的炉口部位的空气吸入集气管,而造成荒煤气氧含量超标,影响后续回收、甲醇工段的生产。焦侧放置集气管时,机侧钢柱上可以很方便的架设导烟除尘系统,以收集机侧炉口部位逸散出来的烟尘。
捣固焦炉烟尘逸散是生产过程中的一大问题,在捣固焦炉生产实践中,通过对煤车设备设施、煤气导出系统相关设备进行改造,焦炉装煤烟尘逸散得到有效治理,到达环保要求。
