In this paper, the microstructure, microtexture and macrotexture of DC04 deep drawing automobile steel in different process states are studied, transverse and longitudinal yield strength, tensile property, percentage elongation after fracture, n value and r value as well as which in direction of 45° of the test steel with thickness of 0.6~2.0 mm are with statistical analysis. The results indicated that the fluctuation of transverse and longitudinal tensile property, n value and r value and which in direction of 45° of the test steel with thickness of 0.6~1.0 mm was great as well as proportion of cracked parts was 79.7%; the stability of such properties as transverse and longitudinal tensile property, n value and r value and which in direction of 45° of the test steel with thickness of 1.2~2.0 mm was improved as well as proportion of cracked parts was 20.3%. The microstructure of as-hot-rolled test steel is mainly equiaxed crystal ferrite, surface layer is with deformation textures {001}<110>, {112}<110> and {554}<225>, subsurface layer is with deformation texture {111}<112> as well as the core is mainly with rotating cubic texture {001}<110>; the microstructure of acid-rolled test steel is mainly fibrous ferrite, main textures are α texture {112}<110>, γ texture {111}<110> and λ texture {001}<110>; the microstructure of annealed test steel and finished product is mainly recrystallized ferrite, annealed test steel is composed of stronger γ texture ({111}<112> and {111}<110>) and α texture, finished product is mainly composed of γ texture {111}<112>. The macrotexture of test steel with good formability is γ texture ({111}<110> and {111}<112>) as well as intensity is around 10; the macrotexture of test steel with poorer formability is mainly {100}<011> and {112}<110>, intensities are 9.00 and 8.54 respectively as well as proportion of macrotexture {111}<110> favorable to deep drawing is smaller.

文章采用扫描电子显微镜EBSD分析仪、X射线衍射仪和金相显微镜研究了DC04深冲汽车钢不同工艺状态的显微组织及微观、宏观织构,对0.6~2.0 mm厚度试验钢横向、纵向及45°方向的屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后伸长率、n值、r值进行统计分析。结果表明,厚度规格为0.6~1.0 mm时,试验钢横向、纵向及45°方向拉伸性能、n值及r值波动大,开裂件占比为79.7%;厚度规格为1.2~2.0 mm时,试验钢横向、纵向及45°方向拉伸性能、n值及r值等性能稳定性提高,开裂件占比为20.3%。热轧态试验钢显微组织以等轴晶铁素体为主,表层主要有形变织构{001}<110>、{112}<110>和{554}<225>,次表层有{111}<112>形变织构,心部以{001}<110>旋转立方织构为主;酸轧态试验钢显微组织以纤维状铁素体为主,主要织构为α织构{112}<110>、γ织构{111}<110>和λ织构{001}<110>;退火态试验钢及成品试验钢的显微组织以再结晶的铁素体为主,退火态试验钢以较强的γ织构({111}<112>和{111}<110>)及α织构组成,成品试验钢以γ织构{111}<112>为主。成型性能良好的试验钢宏观织构为γ织构({111}<110>和{111}<112>),强度在10左右;成型性较差的试验钢对深冲有利的宏观织构{111}<110>占比较少,主要为{100}<011>和{112}<110>织构,强度分别为9.00和8.54。

文章采用扫描电子显微镜EBSD分析仪、X射线衍射仪和金相显微镜研究了DC04深冲汽车钢不同工艺状态的显微组织及微观、宏观织构,对0.6~2.0 mm厚度试验钢横向、纵向及45°方向的屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后伸长率、n值、r值进行统计分析。结果表明,厚度规格为0.6~1.0 mm时,试验钢横向、纵向及45°方向拉伸性能、n值及r值波动大,开裂件占比为79.7%;厚度规格为1.2~2.0 mm时,试验钢横向、纵向及45°方向拉伸性能、n值及r值等性能稳定性提高,开裂件占比为20.3%。热轧态试验钢显微组织以等轴晶铁素体为主,表层主要有形变织构{001}<110>、{112}<110>和{554}<225>,次表层有{111}<112>形变织构,心部以{001}<110>旋转立方织构为主;酸轧态试验钢显微组织以纤维状铁素体为主,主要织构为α织构{112}<110>、γ织构{111}<110>和λ织构{001}<110>;退火态试验钢及成品试验钢的显微组织以再结晶的铁素体为主,退火态试验钢以较强的γ织构({111}<112>和{111}<110>)及α织构组成,成品试验钢以γ织构{111}<112>为主。成型性能良好的试验钢宏观织构为γ织构({111}<110>和{111}<112>),强度在10左右;成型性较差的试验钢对深冲有利的宏观织构{111}<110>占比较少,主要为{100}<011>和{112}<110>织构,强度分别为9.00和8.54。

In this paper, the microstructure, microtexture and macrotexture of DC04 deep drawing automobile steel in different process states are studied, transverse and longitudinal yield strength, tensile property, percentage elongation after fracture, n value and r value as well as which in direction of 45° of the test steel with thickness of 0.6~2.0 mm are with statistical analysis. The results indicated that the fluctuation of transverse and longitudinal tensile property, n value and r value and which in direction of 45° of the test steel with thickness of 0.6~1.0 mm was great as well as proportion of cracked parts was 79.7%; the stability of such properties as transverse and longitudinal tensile property, n value and r value and which in direction of 45° of the test steel with thickness of 1.2~2.0 mm was improved as well as proportion of cracked parts was 20.3%. The microstructure of as-hot-rolled test steel is mainly equiaxed crystal ferrite, surface layer is with deformation textures {001}<110>, {112}<110> and {554}<225>, subsurface layer is with deformation texture {111}<112> as well as the core is mainly with rotating cubic texture {001}<110>; the microstructure of acid-rolled test steel is mainly fibrous ferrite, main textures are α texture {112}<110>, γ texture {111}<110> and λ texture {001}<110>; the microstructure of annealed test steel and finished product is mainly recrystallized ferrite, annealed test steel is composed of stronger γ texture ({111}<112> and {111}<110>) and α texture, finished product is mainly composed of γ texture {111}<112>. The macrotexture of test steel with good formability is γ texture ({111}<110> and {111}<112>) as well as intensity is around 10; the macrotexture of test steel with poorer formability is mainly {100}<011> and {112}<110>, intensities are 9.00 and 8.54 respectively as well as proportion of macrotexture {111}<110> favorable to deep drawing is smaller.

深冲汽车钢因具有低屈强比、高塑性应变比和高应变硬化指数等特点,被广泛应用于汽车外壳及零件的制造。随着深冲汽车钢的广泛使用,多种问题逐渐显现,如表面缺陷、冲压开裂及性能不稳定等。其中冲压开裂包括边缘开裂、内部开裂和表面开裂,而内部开裂隐藏在产品内部不易被发现,成为用户质量异议的主要问题。分析发现导致冲压开裂的原因除粗大夹杂物、用户冲压工艺不当外,多数为力学性能不均匀或是组织中生成对冲压成型性能不利的织构。
深冲汽车钢通常需经过热轧、酸轧、连续退火等生产工序获得成品,每道工序的工艺参数均对其组织和性能造成影响。因此,研究不同生产工序深冲汽车钢显微组织、织构演变和遗传规律与其力学性能之间的关系,对于改善深冲汽车钢组织、性能尤为重要。
织构是影响深冲汽车钢成型性能的关键因素,<111>∥ND织构对于深冲汽车钢成型性能至关重要。汽车钢实际生产中可通过抑制{100}不利织构、促进有利织构(如{111}<112>、{111}<110>和{554}<225>)来获得良好的深冲性能[1]。本文对厚度规格为0.6~2.0 mm的DC04深冲汽车钢的力学性能和冲压开裂比例进行统计分析,并对不同工序、不同规格试验钢的显微组织及织构遗传、演变规律进行分析,找到它们之间的特定规律,推动高成型性能深冲钢的研发及应用。
采用某钢厂生产的厚度规格为0.6~2.0 mm的DC04深冲汽车钢(以下称试验钢)作为试验材料,试验钢主要化学成分如表1所示。
采用INSTRON 5982型拉伸试验机对厚度规格为0.6~2.0 mm的DC04试验钢母材进行横向、纵向及45°方向的屈服强度Rp0.2、抗拉强度Rm及断后伸长率A80检测。
采用蔡司Axio Observer D1m金相显微镜对厚度规格为0.8 mm的成品试验钢、厚度规格为4.0 mm的热轧态试验钢、厚度规格为1.0 mm的酸轧态和连续退火态试验钢的显微组织进行分析。
采用钼丝切割机将试验钢板切割成5 mm×5 mm的试样,经过200目到1400目砂纸磨制和机械抛光机、电解抛光机等设备抛光,超声波清洗仪清洗干净后备用。
采用蔡司Sigma500扫描电子显微镜的Oxford Nordlys Nano EBSD分析仪对各生产工序的试样进行分析,多视场采集统计500~1 000个晶粒,利用channel5软件进行数据处理,获取织构类型图和ODF图信息。
采用帕纳科X’pert Pro MPD型X射线衍射仪对热轧态、酸轧态、连续退火态试验钢以及厚度规格为0.8 mm、1.5 mm的成品试验钢的宏观织构进行分析。
深冲汽车钢应具备良好的深冲性能,材料的平均塑性应变比是衡量材料深冲性能的重要指标,其数值反映深冲钢在深冲成型过程中抵抗厚度方向变形的难易程度,平均塑性应变比越大表明材料在厚度方向上的变形难度越大,对冲压成型越有利。
塑性应变比用各向异性度Δr表示,反映金属材料各项异性的程度,通常用此参数来衡量材料的凸耳效应[2],如公式(1)所示。

式中:r0°r90°r45°分别指材料在单向拉伸应力状态下,试样纵向、横向及45°方向真实塑性应变比。
如式(1)所示,Δr值越大,表明材料的方向性越强,塑性应变分布的不均性越高,越不利于冲压成型。因此,减小Δr能够有效减少冲压成型的开裂率。
钢板的织构类型对其r值及Δr值有很大的影响,提高深冲汽车钢有利织构的占比是优化其深冲性能的有效途径。分析某钢厂生产的DC系列深冲钢冲压开裂失效案例,冲压成型开裂主要集中在厚度规格为0.6~2.0 mm的产品。对某钢厂近年来128件DC04冲压开裂件进行统计分析,母材厚度规格为0.6~1.0 mm的开裂件有102件,占比为79.7%,母材厚度规格为1.2~2.0 mm的开裂件有26件,占比为20.3%。对不同厚度规格试验钢的综合力学性能进行分析。针对冲压过程中出现开裂的深冲钢,分析与其对应的母材力学性能,如图1所示,其中图1(a)~(c)分别表示0.6~2.0 mm厚度试验钢横向、纵向及45°方向屈服强度Rp0.2、抗拉强度Rm、断后伸长率A80等三项力学性能的情况,图1(d)~(f)分别表示0.6~2.0 mm厚度试验钢横向、纵向及45°方向应变硬化指数n值、塑性应变比r值的情况。
图1(a)~(c)所示,母材厚度为0.6~1.0 mm的试验钢横向、纵向及45°方向的屈服强度Rp0.2、抗拉强度Rm、断后伸长率A80数值的波动较大,其中横向及45°方向的三项力学性能波动更为严重。母材厚度在1.2~2.0 mm区间,随着厚度增加,试验钢横向、纵向及45°方向的屈服强度Rp0.2、抗拉强度Rm、断后伸长率A80数值的波动减小,稳定性提高。如图1(d)~(f)所示,试验钢n值、r值的变化和屈服强度Rp0.2、抗拉强度Rm、断后伸长率A80的波动规律相似,当母材厚度为0.6~1.0 mm时,三个方向的n值、r值波动较大,横向及45°方向r值的波动范围为0.05~0.30;母材厚度为1.2~2.0 mm时,试验钢三个方向的n值、r值趋于稳定。以上结果表明,适当提高母材厚度,能够有效提高横向、纵向及45°方向的屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后伸长率及n值、r值等性能的稳定性,从而提高试验钢冲压成型性能。对屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后伸长率等三项力学性能指标进行综合分析,高屈强比、低塑性应变比和低应变硬化指数不利于冲压成型,容易引起冲压开裂。
采用蔡司Axio Observer D1m金相显微镜对4.0 mm厚度热轧态、1.0 mm厚度酸轧态和退火态、0.8 mm厚度成品试验钢进行显微组织分析,如图2所示。
DC04试验钢的晶粒大小及形态主要取决于冷轧及退火工艺。如图2(a)所示,热轧态试验钢的显微组织以等轴晶状铁素体为主,晶粒尺寸在20~60 μm范围内,晶粒粗大。如图2(b)所示,酸轧态试验钢的显微组织以纤维状铁素体为主。酸轧板经过连续退火后,晶粒发生回复及再结晶,晶粒尺寸有所增大,组织均匀性较差,如图2(c)所示。在退火过程中,晶粒经历回复、再结晶和晶粒长大三个阶段,其中再结晶过程的原动力主要是畸变能,在相同的退火工艺下,畸变能取决于冷轧压下率,压下率越大畸变能越高,再结晶越容易进行,同时变形越大,组织中缺陷也越多,从而增加了形核点,晶粒尺寸就越细小均匀,最终成品随压下率增加晶粒越细小,如图2(d)所示。
文献研究表明[2-7],有利织构能够提高汽车钢板材的深冲性能,热轧时奥氏体中的γ织构{111}<112>比例越高越利于冲压变形。热轧时奥氏体发生再结晶相变生成{001}类型织构,{001}晶面的<100>晶向织构垂直于板面,能够降低冲压时钢板厚度方向上的变形抗力。与此同时,体心立方结构中<111>晶向织构的抗拉强度最高,γ织构<111>//ND方向的织构会使Δr值减小,含量较高的{111}织构能够提高板材厚度方向的变形抗力,从而提高深冲钢板材的成型性能。因此,获取较多的γ织构是提高深冲汽车钢板材冲压性能的有效途径。当Δr<0,α织构{112}<110>对深冲钢板材塑性应变比影响较小,在冲压成型过程中不起主导作用,可以通过工艺控制在成品中保留少量的{112}<110>织构,以减小深冲钢的Δr值。{110}<001>织构相对于其他织构会导致深冲钢板的Δr值增大,影响材料的塑性应变比,因此要关注{110}织构对深冲汽车钢性能的影响。
为了深入探讨试验钢织构演变及遗传规律,对热轧态、酸轧态、退火态以及成品试验钢的微观织构进行分析,其中热轧态试样进行全厚度方向微观织构分析,对酸轧态、退火态及成品试样进行任意位置的微观织构分析。
热轧态试验钢不同位置的微观织构如图3所示。热轧态试验钢表层主要有形变织构{001}<110>、{112}<110>和{554}<225>,次表层出现很弱的{111}<112>形变织构,心部主要为{001}<110>旋转立方织构、α织构、α*型织构、黄铜型织构{110}<112>。试验钢在热连轧工序中塑性变形和动态再结晶交互出现,相互促进或抑制,致使热轧过程形变织构数量虽多,但很微弱,形变和再结晶织构不能很好地发展。
图4为酸轧态、连续退火态及成品试验钢的微观织构,图4(a)所示酸轧过程受外力作用晶粒内部位错开始滑移,织构强度与压下率成正比,晶粒取向也会发生相应转动,主要由α织构{112}<110>、γ织构{111}<110>和旋转立方织构{001}<110>组成。连续退火态试验钢微观织构如图4(b)所示,主要由较强的γ织构{111}<112>、{111}<110>和α*织构构成。成品试验钢微观织构如图4(c)所示,主要由γ取向织构{111}<112>构成。
相较于微观织构,宏观织构的代表性更强。利用X’Pert Pro MPD型X射线衍射仪对热轧态、酸轧态、连续退火态以及0.8 mm厚度成品、1.5 mm厚度冲压开裂的试验钢进行宏观织构分析,如图5所示。
图5(a)为φ2=45°方向试验钢热轧态宏观织构分布情况。热轧态试验钢宏观织构分散性较强,强度较弱,主要由立方织构、α织构{112}<110>、α*织构、黄铜型织构{110}<112>、铜型织构{112}<111>构成。酸轧态试验钢宏观织构如图5(b)所示,主要由较强的γ织构{111}<110>、较弱的α织构{112}<110>和{554}<225>构成。连续退火态试验钢宏观织构如图5(c)所示,主要为γ织构{111}<110>,强度为4。冲压成型性能良好的成品试验钢宏观织构如图5(d)所示,主要织构为γ织构{111}<110>和{111}<112>,强度在10左右。对母材r值下限、Δr值偏高的冲压开裂缺陷试样进行宏观织构分析,如图5(e)所示,冲压开裂缺陷试样织构主要由{100}<011>和{112}<110>组成,强度分别为9.00和8.54,而对深冲性能有利的织构{111}<110>占比较少,强度较低,强度在3.66~6.60之间。
总之,本文利用传统金相显微组织分析技术及材料晶体结构及晶粒取向的宏观、微观表征研究方法,研究不同工序深冲钢组织和织构演变规律。结果表明,在深冲钢生产中可以通过优化工艺抑制{100}织构和促进{111}织构来提高产品成型性能和质量。当Δr值偏大时,可以通过优化热轧和冷轧工艺来改善产品组织、性能,减少冷轧钢带中的不均匀形变带,同时可以通过优化退火工艺来达到抑制{110}<001>织构、促进{111}<112>织构生长的目的。
(1)DC04试验钢母材厚度规格为0.6~1.0 mm时,其横向、纵向及45°方向的屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后伸长率、n值及r值波动较大,不利于冲压成型,开裂件占比为79.7%;DC04试验钢母材厚度规格为1.2~2.0 mm时,其横向、纵向及45°方向的屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后伸长率、n值及r值等性能稳定性提高,开裂件占比为20.3%。
(2)金相组织分析结果表明,热轧态试验钢显微组织以等轴晶状铁素体为主,晶粒大小为20~60 μm;经酸轧后,试验钢晶粒呈扁平化、纤维化;连续退火后,试验钢晶粒发生回复、再结晶及长大;成品试验钢显微组织以再结晶的等轴晶状晶粒为主。
(3)微观织构研究表明,热轧态试验钢表层织构有{001}<110>、{112}<110>、{554}<225>,次表层织构有{111}<112>,心部主要为{001}<110>旋转立方织构、α织构、α*型织构、黄铜型织构{110}<112>;酸轧态试验钢由α织构{112}<110>、γ织构{111}<110>和旋转立方织构{001}<110>构成;连续退火态试验钢由较强的{111}<112>、{111}<110>γ织构及α织构构成;成品试验钢由γ织构{111}<112>构成。
(4)宏观织构研究表明,热轧态试验钢宏观织构由立方织构、α织构{112}<110>、α*织构、黄铜型织构{110}<112>、铜型织构{112}<111>构成;酸轧态试验钢宏观织构主要由较强的γ织构{111}<110>、较弱的α织构{112}<110>和{554}<225>构成;退火态试验钢宏观织构主要为{111}<110>织构。冲压成型性能良好的成品试验钢宏观织构主要为γ织构{111}<110>和{111}<112>,母材r值下限、Δr值偏高的DC04冲压开裂缺陷试样,织构主要由{100}<011>和{112}<110>组成,强度分别为9.00和8.54,而对深冲性能有利的织构{111}<110>宏观占比较少,强度较低,在3.66~6.60之间。
(5)建议通过优化热轧和冷轧工艺来减少冷轧钢带中的不均匀形变带,同时通过优化退火工艺,抑制不利于冲压成型的{110}<001>织构,促进有利于冲压成型稳定性的{111}<112>织构生成。
