The pure water generally prepared with industrial raw water by adopting the process of membrane treatment+mixed bed water treatment is used for boiler feedwater of coke dry quenching in coking industry. There is repeatability for membrane treatment process in advanced treatment of phenol cyanogen wastewater and preparation process of boiler feedwater, so demineralized water can be replaced by advanced treatment for contributing water to reduce the operating costs of enterprises. It is preliminarily determined to be with feasibility through studying the characters of water quality and water quantity of effluent from demineralized water system of boiler feedwater and reuse water of phenol cyanogen wastewater. The industrial test results showed that the indexes of effluent could satisfy the operating requirements of boiler for coke dry quenching, quantity of fresh water used was reduced by 90% and disposing costs of demineralized water was reduced by 15%~20% with the scheme, which could provide the technical support for “zero discharge” of phenol cyanogen wastewater.

焦化行业中干熄焦锅炉补水,一般采用工业原水经膜处理+混床处理工艺制备纯水。酚氰废水深度处理在膜处理工艺方面与锅炉补水制备工艺具有重合性,可使用深度处理产水代替除盐水产水,降低企业运行成本。通过对锅炉补水除盐水系统出水和酚氰废水回用水水质特性、水量情况进行研究,初步认定具有可行性。工业试验结果表明,该方案出水指标能满足干熄焦锅炉运行要求,同时新鲜水取用量减少90%,除盐水处理成本降低15%~20%,为酚氰废水“零排放”提供技术支撑。

焦化行业中干熄焦锅炉补水,一般采用工业原水经膜处理+混床处理工艺制备纯水。酚氰废水深度处理在膜处理工艺方面与锅炉补水制备工艺具有重合性,可使用深度处理产水代替除盐水产水,降低企业运行成本。通过对锅炉补水除盐水系统出水和酚氰废水回用水水质特性、水量情况进行研究,初步认定具有可行性。工业试验结果表明,该方案出水指标能满足干熄焦锅炉运行要求,同时新鲜水取用量减少90%,除盐水处理成本降低15%~20%,为酚氰废水“零排放”提供技术支撑。

The pure water generally prepared with industrial raw water by adopting the process of membrane treatment+mixed bed water treatment is used for boiler feedwater of coke dry quenching in coking industry. There is repeatability for membrane treatment process in advanced treatment of phenol cyanogen wastewater and preparation process of boiler feedwater, so demineralized water can be replaced by advanced treatment for contributing water to reduce the operating costs of enterprises. It is preliminarily determined to be with feasibility through studying the characters of water quality and water quantity of effluent from demineralized water system of boiler feedwater and reuse water of phenol cyanogen wastewater. The industrial test results showed that the indexes of effluent could satisfy the operating requirements of boiler for coke dry quenching, quantity of fresh water used was reduced by 90% and disposing costs of demineralized water was reduced by 15%~20% with the scheme, which could provide the technical support for “zero discharge” of phenol cyanogen wastewater.

酚氰废水回用状况备受关注,在环保要求日益严格的背景下,其回用处理成为行业焦点。以前焦化酚氰废水大部分通过深度膜处理工艺,实现资源化[1]。独立焦化厂倾向于分盐工艺处理酚氰废水,通过膜分离、蒸发结晶等技术,将废水中盐分分离,产出工业盐,实现资源回收利用,既降低成本,又减少排放。钢铁联合企业的酚氰废水回用则依托自身完整产业链,废水经生化处理、深度过滤等流程,去除大部分污染物,达到生产回用标准后,直接回用于生产,如高炉冲渣、转炉焖渣、设备冷却等,实现水资源循环利用,提高用水效率,降低对新水依赖。
酚氰废水回用尽管取得了进展,但酚氰废水回用仍面临挑战。酚氰废水成分复杂,含有高浓度酚类、氰化物、氨氮等污染物,处理难度大[2],需持续研发高效处理技术和拓展回用范围。焦化行业中干熄焦锅炉补水,一般采用工业原水经膜处理+混床处理工艺制备纯水,与酚氰废水深度处理在膜处理工艺方面具有重合性,考虑使用深度处理产水代替除盐水产水,降低企业运行成本。
某钢铁企业焦化生产工艺中,干熄焦锅炉补水除盐水工艺主要为干熄焦锅炉和焦炉上升管余热系统提供纯水。处理工艺为反渗透+混床复合除盐水处理系统。日常操作共分为6大部分:预处理部分、一级反渗透(RO)系统、二级反渗透(RO)系统、混床部分、供水及废水系统。
预处理系统包括原水箱、原水泵、多介质过滤器、活性炭过滤器、自清洗过滤器、一级保安过滤器、浮头式热交换器、超滤及清洗装置、超滤产水箱、泵组(超滤反冲洗泵、过滤器反冲洗泵、一级加压泵)和加药系统(混凝剂加药系统、氧化剂加药系统)。
核心处理部分主要有超滤过滤装置、反渗透过滤装置和混床。除盐水工艺流程见图1
该企业的酚氰废水深度处理工艺为:生化排水进入原水调节池,经泵送入高效沉淀池,首先减少废水中的总硬度、总碱度,降低后续反渗透膜污堵风险。高效沉淀池出水自流进入反硝化生物滤池,进行反硝化去除总氮后,再自流至臭氧接触池,在臭氧接触池中投加臭氧、双氧水进行催化氧化处理,在此废水中残留的难降解污染物进一步得到转化和分解,臭氧接触池出水进入曝气生物滤池,进一步去除有机物等污染物,在反洗废水池与其他工艺单元反洗废水混合后,经过泵提升至汇水池,进行二次处理。
曝气生物滤池的出水排入清水池后,通过提升泵提升至多介质过滤器、活性碳过滤器,进一步去除废水中悬浮物。过滤器反洗废水排入反洗废水池,过滤器出水进入超滤系统。利用超滤系统深度去除悬浮物,降低废水中SDI值后,进入超滤产水池。由泵提升至反渗透系统,在反渗透系统中脱盐,反渗透产水进入反渗透产水池,经过以上方法处理后的水称为酚氰废水回用水(或深度水处理产水)。回用水使用泵输送到煤焦化工分公司厂区使用,主要用于循环冷却水,具体工艺流程见图2
图1图2工艺流程对比可以看出锅炉补水除盐水工艺中主体工艺的超滤系统、一级反渗透系统和二级反渗透系统和深度水处理工艺中部分工艺高度相似,但是深度水处理工艺与除盐水工艺相比反渗透只有一级处理工艺,后端也缺少混床处理工艺。
除盐水工艺主要是制造纯水,除盐水出水指标主要是对pH值、二氧化硅浓度和电导率有极高的要求,具体见表1
深度水处理的产水应达到国家工业循环水水质标准GB 50050—2017《工业循环冷却水处理及规范》,其中的悬浮物、pH值具体要求见表2
对比表1表2数据可以看出,对比除盐水系统出水指标和酚氰废水回用水指标,pH值可以在出水口通过药剂调整,总硬度参考TDS和氯离子,不能直接用于干熄焦锅炉补水。铜、铁、电导率和二氧化硅浓度没有相关数据,为了进一步确认是否可以用于生产使用,部分监测数据汇总见表3,同时现场对pH、电导率和二氧化硅主要数据进行连续监测,连续监测结果见表4。通过分析表3表4的数据,发现酚氰废水回用水水质主要指标没有达到除盐水系统出水水质要求。不能直接做为除盐水产水使用,但可作为除盐水系统进水。
作为除盐水系统的核心处理单元反渗透装置,主要是利用选择性透过原理,能高效截留水中的溶解盐类、胶体、有机物等杂质,大幅降低水的含盐量[3],为后续处理或直接应用提供高质量的除盐水,是实现深度净化的关键环节。随着运行时间延长,水中的污染物会逐渐在膜表面沉积或堵塞膜孔,导致膜通量下降,因此需定期进行化学清洗。通过选用合适的酸、碱或专用清洗剂,可有效去除膜表面的污垢,恢复膜的透过性能,保障除盐水处理系统的稳定高效运行,延长膜的使用寿命。反渗透膜使用寿命一般为3~5年。
锅炉补水除盐水工艺在反渗透膜和超滤膜超年限服役情况下,其出水指标会显著下降,产水中二氧化硅浓度和电导率快速升高,长期下去干熄焦锅炉极易结垢,危害极大[4]。为保证出水水质满足干熄焦锅炉运行要求,生产过程中加大预处理石英砂过滤器和活性碳过滤器的反洗频率,为除盐水系统后续处理减轻负担,保证生产的稳定性[5]。末端的混床系统被迫高负荷运行,这时混床频繁再生,树脂更换周期缩短。但在干熄焦锅炉用水需求量大时,采取以上措施仍不能满足干熄焦生产需求。在这种特殊情况下,除盐水工艺可以考虑将超滤过滤系统和反渗透过滤部分停用,使用酚氰废水回用水替代黄河澄清水(工业水)作为系统进水,另外部分使用深井水作为补充,理论上可以满足生产需求。除盐水系统来水要求见表5
准确的水量匹配是保障除盐水系统稳定运行的关键,根据实际运行数据的长期监测与分析可知,深度水处理系统产水能力呈现规律性变化,其产水水量为250~350 m3/h,而除盐水系统来水使用量稳定在250 m3/h左右,深度水处理系统的产水水量在正常工况下能够满足除盐水用水需求。除盐水系统来水可由深度水处理系统产水与地下深井水共同承担。
深度水处理系统的产水输送到除盐水系统需要700 m长的管道,布局上优先选择直线型或者L型管道,以减少水力损失和污染。同时,根据反渗透膜要求,应尽可能不使用金属材质的管道,选用密封性好的PE管。将深度水处理产水到二生化的部分管道作为主管道,外接一路管线引入除盐水系统原水水箱,这样可减少施工量,快速开展工业试验。
2024年1月21日到4月2日进行除盐水系统来水替代工业试验,时间持续3个月。2024年1月21日开始逐步停用黄河澄清水,2024年1月28日黄河澄清水全部改用酚氰废水回用水。将黄河澄清水全部替换后,除盐水新鲜水取用量减少90%,除盐水处理成本降低15%~20%。
除盐水系统使用深度水处理产水替代黄河澄清水,降低了系统负担。通过分析,深度水处理工艺经过超滤过滤和反渗透过滤两级处理,其出水质有初步保证。连续监测数据显示,在反渗透膜性能衰减背景下,初期产水电导率波动范围在35~50 μs/cm,二氧化硅浓度均值为150 μg/L,超出干熄焦除盐水电导率≤0.2 μs/cm、二氧化硅浓度≤100 μg/L的质量标准。
将除盐水系统中反渗透加药系统阻垢剂投加量由3 mg/L增至5 mg/L,通过优化进水预处理流程,减缓了膜元件的污染速率;将混床再生频率由72 h/次提高至48 h/次,再生剂(NaOH和HCl)浓度分别由4%和3%提高至5%和4%,再生流速从5 m/h提高至6 m/h,置换时间延长20%,混床系统通过改进再生工艺,提高了树脂的离子交换效率,降低了膜产水残留离子对后续处理的影响。工艺调整后,系统产水电导率稳定控制在12~18 μs/cm,二氧化硅浓度降至75~120 μg/L。
在工业试验运行初期阶段,连续使用酚氰废水回用水4天后,除盐水二氧化硅浓度开始逐步下降,至试验第13天,已稳定在12~15 μg/L之间,符合国家低压锅炉用水要求。在后续连续60天的监测周期内,出水二氧化硅浓度均值为13.2 μg/L,远低于除盐水系统产水要求的100 μg/L,完全满足生产要求,具体变化趋势见图3。同期电导率这一关键水质指标亦表现出良好的稳定性,使用酚氰废水回用水7天后电导率稳定维持在0.15~0.2 μs/cm,见图4。在试验前期,系统需要依赖混床单元的高效运行,将二氧化硅浓度勉强控制在合格区间内,但设备负荷显著增加,树脂使用寿命缩短,风险加剧。后期混床设备压力得到有效缓解,出水指标明显降低,逐步降低到设计要求,后继续降低到符合中压锅炉用水要求。
(1)酚氰废水回用水的浊度、电导率、二氧化硅浓度均优于黄河澄清水,且经反渗透-混床处理后,关键指标可满足除盐水产水指标要求,可完全替代黄河澄清水作为除盐水系统来水。
(2)全部使用酚氰废水回用水替代黄河澄清水,可使除盐水新鲜水取用量减少90%,除盐水处理成本降低15%~20%,为酚氰废水“零排放”提供技术支撑。
(3)混床在离子杂质去除过程中发挥着不可替代的作用,在前端过滤设备能力不足时,可采取提高混床的再生频率,改变再生方法,实现除盐水系统出水水质稳定达标,但考虑到药剂用量和职工劳动强度,不能作为长期方案使用。
