The method of testing recrystallization temperature for cold rolled sheet with thermal simulated test machine in laboratory is introduced in this paper. The thermal simulation experiment schemes with a series of annealing temperatures and time are designed combining with on-site production conditions. The recrystallization temperature of test steel is obtained through thermal simulation experiments of SPFC390 cold rolled sheet at a series of temperatures, hardness test and microstructure analysis. The recrystal activation energy and coefficients are obtained by calculation as well as the relational model of recrystallization temperature and annealing time for test steel is established, which could provide the basis for formulating or optimizing annealing process on site.

文章介绍了采用实验室热模拟试验机开展冷轧板材再结晶温度测试的方法。结合现场生产工况设计了系列退火温度和退火时间的热模拟试验方案,通过对SPFC390冷轧钢板进行系列温度的热模拟试验、硬度测试及显微组织分析,获得试验钢的再结晶温度,计算得出再结晶激活能和系数,并建立试验钢的再结晶温度与退火时间的关系模型,为现场制定或优化退火工艺提供依据。

The method of testing recrystallization temperature for cold rolled sheet with thermal simulated test machine in laboratory is introduced in this paper. The thermal simulation experiment schemes with a series of annealing temperatures and time are designed combining with on-site production conditions. The recrystallization temperature of test steel is obtained through thermal simulation experiments of SPFC390 cold rolled sheet at a series of temperatures, hardness test and microstructure analysis. The recrystal activation energy and coefficients are obtained by calculation as well as the relational model of recrystallization temperature and annealing time for test steel is established, which could provide the basis for formulating or optimizing annealing process on site.

随着冷轧技术的不断发展,冷轧板带以其良好的尺寸精度、表面质量及性能被广泛应用于汽车制造、家电、建筑与装饰、机械、轨道交通、新能源等领域[1]。由于生产企业和用户对产品质量要求的不断提高,冷轧产品还需通过后序热处理来改善其组织、性能,因而退火处理已成为冷轧板带生产过程中的重要工序[2-4]。现代工业化生产的退火方式通常分为罩式退火和连续退火两种,由于传统罩式炉退火方式生产效率低、设备投资大,为了提高生产效率,近年来越来越多地采用连续退火方式生产深冲钢产品[5]。冷轧钢板的化学成分、压缩比、退火加热速率、退火均热温度、退火均热时间及退火冷却速率等对再结晶组织的影响很大,在实际生产过程中,材料的化学成分和压缩比相对固定,为了获得期望的性能,冷轧退火工艺参数非常重要,因此,需要根据连续退火生产线的特点研究材料再结晶退火过程,为产品工艺参数制定提供依据。
再结晶温度指金属材料在一定时间内完成再结晶所对应的温度。以往一般规定为一小时完成再结晶95%时对应的温度。但由于越来越多的冷轧板卷采用连续退火方式,实际退火时间通常在30~180 s之间,所以需要知道短时退火条件下的再结晶温度。根据再结晶动力学理论,再结晶行为受温度影响较大,同样条件下,退火温度越高,再结晶速率越快,完成再结晶所需的时间也越短。由于再结晶是一个热激活过程,故再结晶速率Vr与温度T的关系可按Arrhenius公式来确定[5]

考虑到再结晶速率Vr与产生一定量再结晶体积分数所需时间t成反比,根据式(1)取对数推导可得式(2):

其中:T1T2t1t2分别为两组不同保温时间条件下的再结晶温度与其所对应的时间。
根据式(2)推导得式(3)与式(4)。

通过设计两组试验测得等温退火时间t1t2及再结晶温度T1T2,按式(3)、(4)计算再结晶激活能Q和系数A,就可以建立试验钢的再结晶模型。
试验所使用的仪器、设备为MMS200型热模拟试验机、THR-150D数显洛氏硬度计以及Zeiss Axio observer D1M金相显微镜。
试验材料为SPFC390冷轧钢板,厚度规格分别为1.5 mm和0.7 mm,按照热模拟试验机要求的样品尺寸制样,具体见表1,试验钢的化学成分见表2
将热模拟试验试样用超声波清洗机震动清洗去除污渍。使用热模拟试验机进行退火试验,参考现场连退加热制度设置加热速率,具体的退火试验方案为:试样以10 ℃/s的速率分别加热到600 ℃、630 ℃、660 ℃、690 ℃、720 ℃、750 ℃、780 ℃、810 ℃、840 ℃、870 ℃进行模拟退火,分别保温50 s和110 s后,再以20 ℃/s冷却速率冷却至室温。
依据GB/T 230.1—2004《金属洛氏硬度试验第1部分:试验方法(A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、K、N、T标尺)》标准,对热处理后的试样进行硬度测试,测试三点洛氏硬度(HRB)并取平均值。硬度测试前将热处理后的试样使用240#至1 000#砂纸打磨检测面,使其达到硬度检测标准要求,检测面的位置位于热模拟试样的加热区域,通常为试样长度方向中心焊接热电偶的区域。
将试样原始硬度和完全软化后的硬度差定义为100%,定义材料的再结晶温度为硬度降低到50%时的温度。在硬度-温度曲线上使用线性插值法计算出该退火时间所对应的再结晶温度。
1#、2#试样保温时间为50 s和110 s的硬度(HRB)随退火温度的变化曲线如图1图2所示。从硬度变化曲线可看出,随着退火温度的升高,冷轧钢板的硬度都呈下降趋势。1#、2#试样的再结晶温度检测结果见表3,其中1#试样冷轧钢板厚度为1.5 mm,在50 s退火条件下的再结晶温度为705.5 ℃,在110 s退火条件下的再结晶温度为685.8 ℃;2#试样冷轧钢板厚度为0.7 mm,在50 s退火条件下再结晶温度为675.3 ℃,在110 s退火条件下的再结晶温度为662.5 ℃。可见,随着再结晶退火时间的延长,冷轧钢板的再结晶温度降低。对比不同厚度规格冷轧钢板的再结晶温度,可知在再结晶完成时间为50 s条件下的再结晶温度分别为705.5 ℃和675.3 ℃,变形量对冷轧钢板的再结晶温度有着显著的影响。
根据式(3)与式(4),计算1#、2#试样的再结晶激活能Q和系数A,结果见表4
测得试验钢再结晶激活能和系数值后,即可计算一定退火时间条件下的再结晶温度。1#、2#试样在加热速率为10 ℃/s、降温速率为20 ℃/s的条件下,其再结晶温度与退火时间的关系由式(5)、式(6)所示。

影响再结晶动力学因素有很多,例如变形量、变形方式、晶粒取向、原始晶粒尺寸、溶质原子、变形温度与速度、退火时间、退火加热速率等等。由图1图2所示,1#、2#试样的再结晶温度均随着退火温度的升高而提高,随着保温时间的延长而降低。不同厚度试样的再结晶温度不同,这是由于它们的变形量不同所导致的,变形量的储能可作为再结晶的驱动力,同时提供了可形核的位置,随着变形量的增加,储存能及形核位置增加,加速了再结晶过程,因此,在相同的试验条件下,厚度较小的试验钢其再结晶温度较低。
材料的再结晶过程,在微观上表现为晶粒形貌的变化,根据计算出的再结晶温度,选取再结晶条件附近的几个试样,进行显微组织分析。同时也从显微组织变化方面验证再结晶温度结果的有效性。
1#试样分别选取660 ℃、690 ℃和750 ℃的热模拟试验样品,2#试样分别选取600 ℃、660 ℃和720 ℃的热模拟试验样品,其显微组织如图3图4所示。
图3图4可知,各个试样的显微组织在50%软化再结晶条件附近发生了较为明显的变化。当退火温度较低时,试样的显微组织仍然保持冷轧变形后的纤维状组织;随着退火温度升高,显微组织中出现部分再结晶晶粒,但并未发生完全再结晶,晶粒有少许长大,同时还存在明显的冷轧形变带;当退火温度足够高时,再结晶过程基本完成,晶粒长大,显微组织呈现出较为均匀的多边形晶粒形貌。
结合图1图2中各个试样的HRB硬度值可以看到,随着再结晶的发生,试样的硬度值下降。即对于各个试样,呈纤维状组织时,试样硬度最高;出现部分再结晶晶粒时,硬度有所下降;完全再结晶时,硬度值最低。
(1)利用热模拟试验方法结合硬度测试对SPFC390冷轧钢板进行了再结晶温度测试,保温时间为50 s时,1#试样和2#试样的再结晶温度分别为705.5 ℃和675.3 ℃;保温时间为110 s时,1#试样和2#试样的再结晶温度分别为685.8 ℃和662.5 ℃。
(2)试验钢的成分相同而厚度不同,其再结晶温度也不同,在相同的试验条件下,厚度较小的试验钢其再结晶温度较低。
(3)1#试样和2#试样再结晶条件附近的显微组织变化较大,随着退火温度的升高,其显微组织从冷轧的纤维状组织,逐渐变化为再结晶的多边形晶粒。硬度与显微组织具有相关性,纤维状组织对应较高的硬度,再结晶组织硬度下降。
