In this paper, the effects of optimizing structure of coal as fired on metallurgical performances of coke are systematically studied by adding XN fat coal and SX coking coal S1.3 based on the coal as fired of coke oven in a company aiming at the strict requirements of coke quality for blast furnace ironmaking. The experimental results showed that the coke strength after reaction (CSR) and mechanical strength (M40) could be significantly improved with both scheme 1 and 2, thereinto, CSR was increased by 7.7 percentage point, M40 was increased by 6.4 percentage point as well as proportion of large and medium coke size was increased by 7.64 percentage point with scheme 2 compared with those of basic scheme. This study provides theoretical and practical basis for industrial coal blending optimization.

针对高炉炼铁对焦炭质量的严苛要求,文章在某公司焦炉入炉煤基础上,通过配加XN肥煤和SX焦煤S1.3,系统研究了入炉煤结构优化对焦炭冶金性能的影响。试验结果表明,方案1和方案2均能显著提高焦炭反应后强度(CSR)和机械强度(M40),其中方案2较基础方案CSR提高7.7个百分点,M40提高6.4个百分点,大中块粒级占比增加7.64个百分点。该研究为工业配煤优化提供了理论与实践依据。

针对高炉炼铁对焦炭质量的严苛要求,文章在某公司焦炉入炉煤基础上,通过配加XN肥煤和SX焦煤S1.3,系统研究了入炉煤结构优化对焦炭冶金性能的影响。试验结果表明,方案1和方案2均能显著提高焦炭反应后强度(CSR)和机械强度(M40),其中方案2较基础方案CSR提高7.7个百分点,M40提高6.4个百分点,大中块粒级占比增加7.64个百分点。该研究为工业配煤优化提供了理论与实践依据。

In this paper, the effects of optimizing structure of coal as fired on metallurgical performances of coke are systematically studied by adding XN fat coal and SX coking coal S1.3 based on the coal as fired of coke oven in a company aiming at the strict requirements of coke quality for blast furnace ironmaking. The experimental results showed that the coke strength after reaction (CSR) and mechanical strength (M40) could be significantly improved with both scheme 1 and 2, thereinto, CSR was increased by 7.7 percentage point, M40 was increased by 6.4 percentage point as well as proportion of large and medium coke size was increased by 7.64 percentage point with scheme 2 compared with those of basic scheme. This study provides theoretical and practical basis for industrial coal blending optimization.

焦炭作为高炉炼铁的主要原料之一,其质量直接影响高炉稳定顺行、能耗水平及铁水质量。随着钢铁工业对低碳冶炼和高效生产要求的提高,焦炭需具备更高的抗碎强度(M40)、耐磨强度(M10)和反应后强度(CSR)。入炉煤的煤质特性与配煤结构是决定焦炭质量的核心因素,通过优化配煤结构,引入优质炼焦煤种提高焦炭质量,已成为炼焦行业的研究热点。
国内外学者针对配煤优化开展了大量研究。日本学者通过控制镜质组反射率分布,提出“均质化配煤”理论,认为合理的煤岩组成可改善焦炭显微结构[1];国内研究表明,肥煤和焦煤的配加可显著提高煤料黏结性,但配加比例需与其他煤种协同考虑[2]。现有研究多聚焦于单一煤种特性分析,对多煤种协同作用下胶质体形成机理及焦炭显微结构演变的研究仍需深化。
以某公司焦炉入炉煤为基础,配加XN肥煤和SX焦煤S1.3,旨在探究优质炼焦煤配加比例对焦炭灰分、硫分、反应性及机械强度的影响规律,优化入炉煤结构,形成可工业化应用的配煤方案。
试验用入炉煤、XN肥煤和SX焦煤S1.3均取自国内主流炼焦煤产区,其工业分析、元素分析及结焦特性指标见表1。其中,XN肥煤具有高黏结指数和厚胶质层,SX焦煤S1.3的镜质组反射率较高,二者均为优质炼焦煤种。
基于煤种特性,设计3组配煤方案,见表2。其中基础方案为100%的入炉煤,方案1和方案2分别配加不同比例的XN肥煤和SX焦煤S1.3。配煤原则为在控制成本的前提下,通过配加优质煤种提高煤料的黏结性和结焦性。
对试验煤样进行工业分析及黏结指数、胶质层指数、镜质组反射率(Rmax)测定。依据GB/T 212—2008《煤的工业分析方法》测定灰分(Ad)、挥发分(Vdaf);依据GB/T 214—2007《煤中全硫的测定方法》分析硫分(St,d);依据GB/T 5447—2014《烟煤黏结指数测定方法》测试G值;依据GB/T 479—2016《烟煤胶质层指数测定方法》进行测定Y值和X值;使用Leica DM2500M显微镜分析镜质组反射率(Rmax)。
采用40 kg加热釜式小焦炉(KXJL-HZ-40-02型)进行炼焦试验,执行冶标YB/T 4526—2016《炼焦试验用小焦炉技术规范》,具体工艺如下。
样品准备:将接收到的送检样品全部倒堆三次使之混匀,倒堆时,铁锹需从煤堆底部铲起,倒下时需从倒堆后的煤堆顶部倒下,尽可能使每一锹煤样均匀地从煤堆顶部四周落下。
样品缩分:从混匀后的样品中缩分出50 kg煤样作为试验样品,剩余50 kg作为副样装袋并做好标识,按规定进行保存。
装煤量为40.5±0.3 kg(干基),堆密度约750 kg/m3
加热制度:室温至800 ℃升温速率为2 ℃/min,800~875 ℃升温速率为0.50 ℃/min,升温时间为150 min;875~950 ℃升温速率为0.278 ℃/min,升温时间为270 min;炉温到950 ℃后,恒温30 min。
冷却方式:当焦饼中心温度达到950 ℃后,保持当前炉温恒温30 min后,停止加热,设备自动提高煤甑出炉,按照自动提炉程序每10 min提炉20 cm,煤甑自动升到上限位时,操作人员将炉盖盖好,试验结束。
对小焦炉冶炼的焦炭进行工业分析及机械强度、热性能检测。依据GB/T 2001—2013《焦炭工业分析测定方法》分析灰分(Ad)、挥发分(Vdaf);依据GB/T 2286—2017《焦炭全硫含量的测定方法》分析硫分(St,d);依据GB/T 2006—2008《焦炭机械强度的测定方法》测定M40M10;依据GB/T 4000—2017《焦炭反应性及反应后强度试验方法》进行反应性(CRI)和反应后强度(CSR)测试。
焦炭粒度分析:使用标准筛分设备(孔径10 mm、25 mm、40 mm、60 mm、80 mm)进行筛分,计算平均粒径及各粒级占比。
配合煤的工业分析与结焦特性见表3。与基础方案相比,方案1和方案2配合煤的灰分分别升高0.21个百分点和0.24个百分点,主要是SX焦煤S1.3的灰分高于入炉煤,但配合煤灰分能够控制在10.00%以下,满足配合煤要求;方案1和方案2配合煤硫分分别升高0.07个百分点和0.14个百分点,与XN肥煤的高硫特性有关,但配合煤硫分均控制在1.00%以内,满足配合煤的要求。
黏结指数(G)随优质煤配加比例增加而提高,方案2配合煤的G值达75,较基础方案提高4个百分点,表明煤料黏结性改善。方案1配合煤的胶质层厚度较基础方案降低2.0 mm,因SX焦煤S1.3的Y值低于XN肥煤,且配煤比例增加导致胶质体流动性协同效应减弱。方案2配合煤的Y值达到17.0 mm,说明20% XN肥煤与10% SX焦煤S1.3的配加比例更有利于胶质体形成。
焦炭性能指标见表4。方案1和方案2的反应后强度(CSR)分别为59.2%和62.1%,较基础方案提高4.8个百分点和7.7个百分点,反应性(CRI)分别降低2.2个百分点和5.1个百分点,表明优质煤种配加显著改善了焦炭的抗高温劣化能力。这与配合煤黏结指数提高及镜质组反射率分布优化有关,XN肥煤和SX焦煤S1.3的加入使焦炭显微结构中各向异性组织增多,碳结构有序度提高[3]
焦炭灰分均控制在13.00%以下,方案2的硫分高于基础方案,但未超过焦炭标准硫分(St,d<0.9%)要求。挥发分均小于1.5%,表明焦炭成熟度良好,这与小焦炉加热制度的精准控制密切相关。
方案1和方案2焦炭的抗碎强度(M40)分别为71.2%和75.2%,较基础方案提高2.4个百分点和6.4个百分点;耐磨强度(M10)分别降低0.8个百分点和2.4个百分点,表明焦炭抗破碎和抗磨损能力显著增强。机械强度的提高主要机理是优质肥煤和焦煤配比增加改善了煤料塑性阶段的胶质体流动性,促进煤粒间黏结,形成更致密的焦炭结构。SX焦煤S1.3的高镜质组反射率使焦炭显微结构中镶嵌组织结构增多,提高了焦炭的抗冲击性能[4]
焦炭粒度组成见表5。方案1和方案2焦炭的平均粒径分别为56.60 mm和56.19 mm,较基础方案增加1.24 mm和0.83 mm;大中块粒度(>40 mm)占比分别增加4.41个百分点和7.64个百分点,粉焦率(<25 mm)基本持平。粒度优化的原因在于优质煤配比增加提高了焦炭的抗碎强度,减少了炼焦过程中的碎裂;胶质体数量与质量的改善使焦炭收缩应力降低,裂纹生成量减少。
大中块粒度增加对高炉冶炼具有重要意义,一方面可改善高炉料柱透气性,降低煤气流动阻力;另一方面减少粉焦对炉墙的磨损,延长了高炉使用寿命。
方案1和方案2的配煤成本分别较基础方案增加49.05元/t和98.10元/t,但焦炭质量提高带来的高炉指标改善可抵消成本增加。以方案2为例,焦炭CSR提高7.7个百分点,可使高炉焦比降低3~5 kg/t,高炉年产100万t铁水,焦炭价格按1 500元/t计算,年经济效益可达450~750万元。
考虑到包钢庆华生产场地的原料仓储与调度能力,配煤种类宜控制在3种以内。方案2虽成本略高,但焦炭质量提高幅度更大,且配煤结构稳定,适合作为工业试验的优选方案。若工业试验中焦炭质量指标过剩,可换至方案1降低成本,体现了配煤方案的灵活性。
(1)通过优化配煤结构,增加XN肥煤和SX焦煤S1.3配比,可显著改善焦炭质量指标,尤其反应后强度(CSR)和耐磨强度(M10)提高突出。
(2)工业应用中可采用“先方案2后方案1”的递进式实施策略,根据高炉对焦炭质量需求动态调整配煤比例,实现质量与成本的优化平衡。
(3)方案实施过程中需严格控制配煤准确性,入炉煤和配加煤种数量以3~4种为宜,避免因生产调度复杂导致焦炭质量波动。
