The alloying before VD (vacuum degassing) process is developed by optimizing slag formation process and deoxidation system of LF (ladle furnace) as well as the alloying operation after VD is changed to before VD process aiming at such problems as fluctuation of composition of molten steel, excessive inclusions and long production time caused by lagged alloying operation after VD in the vacuum treatment process of aluminium killed steel. The application practices showed that the holding time of white slag was extended to 15~20 min, total oxygen content of molten steel after VD was reduced to 0.001 2%~0.002 0%, rating of fine B class inclusion (Al2O3) was decreased from grade 2.0 to grade 1.0 and power consumption of refining was reduced to 48.51 kWh/t.

针对铝镇静钢真空处理工序中VD后合金化操作滞后导致的钢水成分波动、夹杂物超标及生产时序长等问题,通过优化LF炉造渣工艺与脱氧制度,将VD后合金化操作前置于VD工序,开发了VD工序合金化前置工艺。应用实践表明,新工艺使白渣保持时间延长至15~20 min,VD后钢水全氧含量降低至0.001 2%~0.002 0%,B类夹杂物(Al2O3)细系评级由2.0级降至1.0级,精炼电耗降低至48.51 kWh/t。

The alloying before VD (vacuum degassing) process is developed by optimizing slag formation process and deoxidation system of LF (ladle furnace) as well as the alloying operation after VD is changed to before VD process aiming at such problems as fluctuation of composition of molten steel, excessive inclusions and long production time caused by lagged alloying operation after VD in the vacuum treatment process of aluminium killed steel. The application practices showed that the holding time of white slag was extended to 15~20 min, total oxygen content of molten steel after VD was reduced to 0.001 2%~0.002 0%, rating of fine B class inclusion (Al2O3) was decreased from grade 2.0 to grade 1.0 and power consumption of refining was reduced to 48.51 kWh/t.

内蒙古包钢钢联股份有限公司钢管分公司制钢分厂主要生产中低碳合金铝镇静钢,该钢种均需经过真空处理,同时该钢种对铝和钛含量要求较为严格。按照传统的VD工序处理方法,合金化和钙处理操作全部集中在VD后,由于生产时序紧,后续进行钙处理,调整铝和钛含量,易造成钢中铝含量、钛含量波动大,钢水质量欠佳,影响铸机浇注顺行。通过对精炼工艺全流程分析,通过优化造渣工艺,将VD工序合金化操作前置,开发了合金化前置工艺,达到改善钢水质量、保证铸机浇注顺行、提高铸坯质量的目的。
铁水由260 t鱼雷罐运输至倒罐站,在鱼雷倒罐站进行倒罐作业后,在脱硫工位进行铁水预脱硫处理。脱硫后铁水装入顶底复吹转炉冶炼成钢水,再将钢水吊运到精炼炉和真空脱气炉分别进行钢水精炼和真空脱气作业。冶炼好的钢水通过铸机浇注成不同规格和长度的铸坯,分别运送到四条无缝钢管连轧机组进行轧制。
在冶炼10MnVTi-1、28MnCrRE、18MnVTi、30MnCr25RE、13MnTi、15MnVTi等钢种时,根据钢种不同,要求铸坯铝元素含量在0.010%~0.050%,钛元素含量在0.005%~0.020%。传统工艺的合金化操作在VD真空处理的破真空后进行,大量铝铁、钛铁等合金集中进入钢水,采用大氩气流量搅拌使合金均匀,随后调整氩气流量在150~250 m3/min进行钙处理,传统工艺将合金化操作集中在VD炉真空处理后实施,存在技术瓶颈。
正常浇次生产时,各工序的处理时间严格按照铸机浇注时间确定,VD处理后由于加入大量合金,其熔化、搅拌的时间有限,容易导致铝和合金元素在钢水中分布不均匀,造成钢种成分不合格,产生非计划钢。集中加料导致铝、钛元素分布不均,铝元素、钛元素含量超规范,非计划钢占比增加3.58%。
合金化过程中,一方面由于大氩气流量搅拌,洁净钢水再次与空气接触,造成钢水二次氧化,产生二次氧化夹杂物。另一方面冶炼品种钢生产时序紧张,合金化及钙处理操作需要7~10 min,容易导致软吹时间不充分,钢中内生夹杂物不能从钢水中充分上浮,造成B类夹杂物(Al2O3)超标[1],B类夹杂物超标率达6.3%,对铸坯的内部质量及后续钢管质量产生严重影响。
由于所冶炼的钢种均为铝镇静钢,在钙处理不充分的条件下,钢中夹杂物变性不足,Al2O3夹杂物极易堵塞水口,造成钢水浇注过程中结晶器液位波动,产生结痕铸坯,甚至漏钢。钙处理喂丝量较大时,又容易造成塞棒侵蚀,导致控不住流等生产事故发生。合金化与钙处理工序增加精炼炉冶炼时间7~10 min,铸机被迫降速生产,导致铸坯产量降低。
由于VD真空处理后进行合金化和钙处理操作,在大氩气流量搅拌的情况下,钙处理会产生大量的钙蒸气及烟尘,钙处理烟尘排放量增加30%,会产生了一系列环保问题。
针对真空处理后进行合金化和钙处理操作存在的诸多问题,对精炼炉和真空脱气炉生产数据进行统计、分析,研判相关产线的生产条件,开发了合金化前置工艺。通过优化造渣工艺,实现精炼前期充分脱氧、脱硫,尽早形成微泡沬化精炼白渣,实现将合金化操作前置于真空处理之前,深真空处理过程中将铝元素、钛元素、钙元素损失量控制在合理范围内。
对于铝脱氧镇静钢冶炼,精炼炉如何尽早形成微泡沫化白渣,同时保证白渣时间持续在10 min以上,关键控制点在于尽快降低钢中氧含量,尽早将钢中Al2O3夹杂物上浮去除。VD工序合金化操作前置的重点是精炼工序要保证足够的白渣形成时间和保持时间。
转炉出钢取样,提前联系转炉工序,查询转炉出钢钢水成分,根据钢钟及氧化情况加入脱氧剂铝块200~350 kg,转炉出钢钢水铝含量控制在0.03%~0.06%。精炼工序根据转炉出钢钢水成分及时确定铝线、渣料加入量,精炼加热过程中,操作者关注钢渣状态、钢渣颜色、加热声音,通过粘渣样,随时加脱氧剂或渣料,持续调渣操作,尽早使钢渣白渣化[2],保证在第一次加热后形成泡沫化白渣,通过持续调钢渣和规范氩气使用标准,实现精炼白渣保持时间控制在15 min以上。钢包离位时,用定氧枪测定钢水氧含量,精炼终点钢水氧含量≤0.002 0%,实现精炼离位钢水氧含量稳定控制。
传统工艺冶炼,以冶炼10MnVTi-1为例,转炉出钢,吊运钢包就位精炼炉,根据钢渣氧化情况,喂铝线200~300 m,加热过程中加入白灰500 kg,化渣剂50 kg,加热13 min,氩气搅拌1~3 min,测温、粘渣样、取就位样后,加热同时调整炉渣流动性。根据钢水就位成分,结合渣样颜色,加入脱氧剂及白灰调整炉渣碱度,温度达到1 585 ℃停止加热。加合金脱氧、脱硫、合金化,再测温、粘渣样、取钢水样,关注炉渣颜色,及时调整,最终形成精炼白渣。等钢水成分全部合格,温度达到1 625 ℃,钢包离位进入VD工序。钢包从就位到离位,加热时间为45 min。精炼由于没有操作规范,主要靠经验调整炉渣碱度及流动性,氩气使用随意性强,没有根据工序及时调整,精炼白渣形成较晚,导致保白渣时间小于10 min,同时造成精炼炉加热效率低。
采用新工艺,同样以冶炼10MnVTi-1为例,提前联系转炉工序,查询转炉出钢钢水成分,根据氧化情况加入脱氧剂铝块250~350 kg,转炉出钢钢水铝含量控制在0.03%~0.06%。精炼工序根据转炉出钢钢水成分及时确定铝线、渣料加入量,渣料配比为70%石灰、15%电石、15%萤石。精炼加热过程中,操作者关注钢渣状态、钢渣颜色、加热声音,通过粘渣样,随时加脱氧剂或渣料,持续调渣操作,在15~20 min内形成白渣。钢水温度达到1 605 ℃,钢包离位进入VD工序。表1为精炼炉操作对比。
表1可知,采用新工艺后,精炼冶炼周期从30~35 min降低到15~20 min,白渣保持时间从6~10 min提高至10~20 min。
通过对精炼底吹过程中氩气流量与钢液流场关系分析发现,就位钢水条件不同,对吹氩效果影响较大。根据试验数据及对应检验结果综合分析,确定精炼底吹氩气流量控制的最佳参数标准,见表2
采用传统工艺,以冶炼10MnVTi-1为例,钢包离位进入VD工序,抽深真空过程中氩气流量为35 L/min。VD炉破真空后人工加入50%铝铁100 kg,30%钛铁80 kg,为保证钢水成分均匀,采用大氩气流量搅拌3 min;然后喂入铁钙线150 m,进行钙处理,氩气流量为150 L/min;随后调整氩气流量为50 L/min软吹13 min,钢水温度达到1 570 ℃上钢。合金化及钙处理工序占用时间为10 min,钢水易发生二次氧化,钢水夹杂物增多,尤其是B类夹杂物增多,钢水可浇性差,易引起各流液位波动。
采用新工艺,钢包离位进入VD工序前,在保证精炼白渣造渣成功前提下,钢水温度达到1 610 ℃,调节氩气流量为20 L/min,加入30%钛铁70 kg,喂铝线110 m,喂高钙线100 m,将钢包吊至VD炉工位进行抽真空操作。采用新工艺可以达到以下效果,第一可以有效避免因加合金和钙处理时大氩气搅拌所造成的钢水二次氧化;第二降低了钢水入VD炉的温度,降低了精炼炉电量消耗;第三可以保证VD处理效果,避免非计划钢产生,也减少因钙处理产生的大量烟尘对环境的污染。
采用新工艺在保证VD炉脱气功能的同时,去夹杂效果也显著提高,控制钙铝比目标值(ω[Ca][Al]=0.05~0.10),有效避免因Al2O3夹杂物超标造成铸坯判废,进一步提高了钢水的可浇性,保证了生产顺行和产量的提高。表3为脱氢效果对比。
通过及时与转炉联系,使精炼就位钢水具有充足的脱氧条件,尽早降低钢液中的全氧含量,同时调整渣料及碱度,配合规范氩气使用,执行标准化操作,15~20 min内形成微泡沫化精炼白渣,精炼白渣保持时间控制在15 min以上。表4为精炼操作全氧含量对比。
表4可见,采用新工艺,钢水全氧含量大幅降低。
总结低碳钢、中碳钢、高碳钢精炼过程中氩气流量控制最佳标准参数下损铝量和损钛量,有效降低可控元素非计划钢比率。表5为VD处理过程中损铝量和损钛量。
合金化操作前置于VD工序,在深真空状态下铝、钛、钙元素与钢水充分反应,铝与钛元素分布均匀,钙与Al2O3及时反应,改性钢中夹杂物,破真空后软吹,夹杂物充分上浮、去除,钢中夹杂物数量大幅下降,钢水纯净度提高。钢水流动性好,浇注过程中中间包液位平稳。表6表7为采用传统工艺和新工艺铸坯夹杂物检验结果。
表6表7可见,采用新工艺,铸坯夹杂物评级降低,钢水纯净度提高。
采用新工艺冶炼,在VD破真空后,VD盖车直接打至停车位,调整氩气流量在10~20 L/min进行软吹,没有大氩气流量搅拌钢水飞溅的现象,减少烟尘排放量50%以上,同时设备、操作工安全均能得到保障。
(1)开发“LF白渣保持+VD前合金化”协同控制技术,突破传统工艺时序限制。
(2)开发氩气流量控制参数标准模式,实现脱氧-合金化-软吹工序的精准能质传递,精炼终点实现钢水全氧含量小于0.002 0%稳定控制。
(3)建立钙铝比动态控制模型,解决Al2O3夹杂物变性难题。
