The experimental study on discarding tailings in advance is carried out for raw ore to be ground and ore discharged by primary ball mill of a mine with the processes of dry-type and wet-type discarding tailings in advance based on studying process mineralogy of low grade iron ore in the mine as well as size composition of raw ore to be ground and ore discharged by primary ball mill in the existing process. The experiment results showed that the tailings with productivity of 28.27% and content of magnetic iron of 0.44% could be discarded for raw ore to be ground with dry-type discarding tailings in advance; the tailings with productivity of 33.44% and content of magnetic iron of 0.49% could be discarded for raw ore to be ground with wet-type discarding tailings in advance; the tailings with productivity of 41.39% and content of magnetic iron of 0.36% could be discarded for ore discharged by primary ball mill with wet-type discarding tailings in advance.

在对某矿山低品位铁矿石工艺矿物学和现有流程入磨原矿、一段球磨机排矿粒度组成研究的基础上,采用干式预先抛尾和湿式预先抛尾工艺,对该矿入磨原矿和一段球磨机排矿进行了预先抛尾试验研究。试验结果表明,采用干式预先抛尾,入磨原矿可提前抛出产率为28.27%、磁性铁含量为0.44%的尾矿;采用湿式预先抛尾,入磨原矿可提前抛出产率为33.44%、磁性铁含量为0.49%的尾矿;采用湿式预先抛尾,一段球磨机排矿可提前抛出产率为41.39%、磁性铁含量为0.36%的尾矿。

The experimental study on discarding tailings in advance is carried out for raw ore to be ground and ore discharged by primary ball mill of a mine with the processes of dry-type and wet-type discarding tailings in advance based on studying process mineralogy of low grade iron ore in the mine as well as size composition of raw ore to be ground and ore discharged by primary ball mill in the existing process. The experiment results showed that the tailings with productivity of 28.27% and content of magnetic iron of 0.44% could be discarded for raw ore to be ground with dry-type discarding tailings in advance; the tailings with productivity of 33.44% and content of magnetic iron of 0.49% could be discarded for raw ore to be ground with wet-type discarding tailings in advance; the tailings with productivity of 41.39% and content of magnetic iron of 0.36% could be discarded for ore discharged by primary ball mill with wet-type discarding tailings in advance.

我国铁矿资源多而不富,以中低品位矿为主,其中贫矿储量约占47.6%,近年来随着钢铁行业的飞速发展,品位相对较高的铁矿石资源日益减少[1],贫矿资源的利用逐渐成为企业解决资源供给问题的关键,但低品位铁矿石由于铁品位低导致选矿成本过高,使企业的利润进一步压缩,为解决该问题,各矿山纷纷开始了对低品位矿预先抛尾的研究,达到“能抛早抛”降低生产成本的目的。
某矿山处理的低品位磁铁矿铁品位约为21%,为降低生产成本,高效开发利用该资源,在原矿入磨之前或一段球磨机排矿之后增加预先抛尾工序,围绕“抛尾磁性铁含量不超0.5%,能抛多抛”的目标进行了预先抛尾试验,为该矿石选择合理的抛尾工艺和设备选型提供技术支撑。
矿石主要化学成分分析结果见表1。从表1可以看出,矿石铁品位只有20.95%,矿石具有钙镁含量高、硅铝含量低的特点,有害元素P含量相对较低。
铁物相分析结果见表2。从表2可以看出,矿石主要铁矿物为磁性铁,其次为氧化铁,以不可回收的硅酸铁形式存在的铁占到了全铁的6.63%。
铁矿石预先抛尾试验基本采用磁选工艺,分干式预先抛尾和湿式预先抛尾两种[2-3]。该矿山目前选矿工艺流程为:破碎采用三段一闭路流程,磨选采用阶段磨矿、阶段弱磁选流程,共有三段磨矿、三次分级和四段弱磁选。结合现有流程入磨原矿、一段球磨机排矿粒度组成及现场实际运行情况,针对入磨原矿开展了干式、湿式预先抛尾试验,针对一段球磨机排矿开展了湿式预先抛尾试验,以控制尾矿中磁性铁含量不高于0.5%。
取入磨原矿,经混合、缩分、取样处理后进行粒度筛分(干筛),粒度筛分结果见表3
表3可见,入磨原矿中粒度在1 mm以下粉矿所占比为28.88%,>12 mm的大颗粒占比不足20%,铁矿物在各粒级分布比较均匀。
试验所用设备为粉矿干选机,根据磁场强度和滚筒转速制定四个方案。方案一:磁场强度37.68 A/m、滚筒转速2.0 r/s;方案二:磁场强度37.68 A/m、滚筒转速2.4 r/s;方案三:磁场强度43.96 A/m、滚筒转速2.0 r/s;方案四:磁场强度43.96 A/m、滚筒转速2.4 r/s。所得试验结果见表4
表4结果看,磁场强度和滚筒转速对矿石干式预先抛尾效果影响较大,磁场强度在37.68 A/m时,尾矿中磁性铁含量均高于1%,当磁场强度提高至43.96 A/m时尾矿中磁性铁含量降低至1%以下。在磁场强度为43.96 A/m、滚筒转速为2.4 r/s时,可控制尾矿中磁性铁含量在0.5%以下,此时尾矿产率即抛尾产率大于28%,预选精矿品位提高4.78个百分点。
试验所用设备为筒式磁选机,根据磁场强度制定三个方案。方案一:磁场强度37.68 A/m;方案二:磁场强度31.40 A/m;方案三:磁场强度25.12 A/m。所得试验结果见表5
表5结果看,磁场强度同样对矿石湿式预先抛尾效果影响较大,磁场强度越高尾矿中磁性铁含量越低,相应尾矿产率越低。三个磁场强度条件下尾矿中磁性铁含量均能控制在0.5%以下,在磁场强度为25.12 A/m时,尾矿中磁性铁含量接近控制上线0.5%,此时尾矿产率即抛尾产率为33%左右,预选精矿品位提高6.07个百分点。
取一段球磨机排矿,经混合、缩分、取样处理后进行粒度筛分(干筛),粒度筛分结果见表6
表6数据可见,一段球磨机排矿中粒度在0.075 mm以下的细颗粒占比为34.4%,铁矿物在各粒级分布不均匀,原矿铁品位因一次分级作用提高至24.54%。
试验所用设备为筒式磁选机,根据磁场强度制定三个方案。方案一:磁场强度37.68 A/m;方案二:磁场强度31.40 A/m;方案三:磁场强度25.12 A/m。所得试验结果见表7
表7结果看,当磁场强度降低至25.12 A/m时,尾矿中磁性铁含量为0.57%,超控制目标,其余两个磁场强度下尾矿中磁性铁含量均能控制在0.5%以下,在磁场强度为31.40 A/m时,尾矿产率即抛尾产率可达40%以上,此时预选精矿品位提高11.54个百分点。
(1)该矿山低品位磁铁矿采用干式预先抛尾或湿式预先抛尾,均能取得较好的预先抛尾效果,在控制抛尾中磁性铁含量在0.5%以下的条件下,预先抛尾产率至少达28%以上。
(2)入磨原矿采用湿式预先抛尾,效果要优于干式预先抛尾,在控制抛尾中磁性铁含量在0.5%以下的条件下,干式预先抛尾产率为28%以上,方案三湿式预先抛尾产率可达33%以上。
(3)选取不同位置的原料作为抛尾原矿,对预先抛尾效果影响较大,一段球磨机排矿因粒度细,预先抛尾效果更好,采用湿式预先抛尾,在控制抛尾中磁性铁含量在0.5%以下的条件下,方案二预先抛尾产率可达40%以上。
