The effects of heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of 60Cr2MnMoNi steel are studied as well as the changes of microstructure and properties of samples at different states are compared and analyzed with TV-4X metallographic microscope, R(D)-150A1 material hardness tester, N1500C material impact testing machine and INSTRON5989 electronic universal material testing machine. The results showed that the as-cast microstructure of 60Cr2MnMoNi steel was P+B+A(residual)+carbide, average hardness was 28.1 HRC, average impact toughness was 15.4 J/cm2, tensile strength was 795.9 MPa, yield strength was 458.1 MPa, elongation was 2.6% and reduction of area was 1.1%; the annealed microstructure was F(a little)+P+carbide, average hardness was 24.5 HRC, average impact toughness was 193.4 J/cm2, tensile strength was 846.6 MPa, yield strength was 443.1 MPa, elongation was 17.5% and reduction of area was 25.3%; the quenched microstructure was B+M+A(residual)+carbide, average hardness was 58.1 HRC, average impact toughness was 14.5 J/cm2, tensile strength was 1 442.6 MPa, yield strength was 1 186.4 MPa, elongation was 2.7% and reduction of area was 1.8%; the tempered microstructure was S(temper)+B+carbide, average hardness was 45.1 HRC, average impact toughness was 64.9 J/cm2, tensile strength was 1 389.5 MPa, yield strength was 1 004.4 MPa, elongation was 7.4% and reduction of area was 10.9%. The microstructure and properties of 60Cr2MnMoNi steel are changed through different heat treatment processes so that the performance requirements of spare parts for equipment in service under different operating conditions could be met.

采用TV-4X金相显微镜、R(D)-150A1材料硬度计、N1500C材料冲击试验机和INSTRON5989电子万能材料试验机研究了热处理工艺对60Cr2MnMoNi钢组织和性能的影响,对比分析了不同状态下试样的组织和性能的变化情况。结果表明:60Cr2MnMoNi钢铸态组织为P+B+A(残余)+碳化物,平均硬度为28.1 HRC,平均冲击韧性为15.4 J/cm2,抗拉强度为795.9 MPa,屈服强度为458.1 MPa,延伸率为2.6%,断面收缩率为1.1%;退火态组织为F(少)+P+碳化物,平均硬度为24.5 HRC,平均冲击韧性为193.4 J/cm2,抗拉强度为846.6 MPa,屈服强度为443.1 MPa,延伸率为17.5%,断面收缩率为25.3%;淬火态组织为B+M+A(残余)+碳化物,平均硬度为58.1 HRC,平均冲击韧性为14.5 J/cm2,抗拉强度为1 442.6 MPa,屈服强度为1 186.4 MPa,延伸率为2.7%,断面收缩率为1.8%;回火态组织为S(回火)+B+碳化物,平均硬度为45.1 HRC,平均冲击韧性为64.9 J/cm2,抗拉强度为1 389.5 MPa,屈服强度为1 004.4 MPa,延伸率为7.4%,断面收缩率为10.9%。通过不同热处理工艺改变60Cr2MnMoNi钢的组织和性能,能够满足不同工况服役设备对备件的性能需求。

采用TV-4X金相显微镜、R(D)-150A1材料硬度计、N1500C材料冲击试验机和INSTRON5989电子万能材料试验机研究了热处理工艺对60Cr2MnMoNi钢组织和性能的影响,对比分析了不同状态下试样的组织和性能的变化情况。结果表明:60Cr2MnMoNi钢铸态组织为P+B+A(残余)+碳化物,平均硬度为28.1 HRC,平均冲击韧性为15.4 J/cm2,抗拉强度为795.9 MPa,屈服强度为458.1 MPa,延伸率为2.6%,断面收缩率为1.1%;退火态组织为F(少)+P+碳化物,平均硬度为24.5 HRC,平均冲击韧性为193.4 J/cm2,抗拉强度为846.6 MPa,屈服强度为443.1 MPa,延伸率为17.5%,断面收缩率为25.3%;淬火态组织为B+M+A(残余)+碳化物,平均硬度为58.1 HRC,平均冲击韧性为14.5 J/cm2,抗拉强度为1 442.6 MPa,屈服强度为1 186.4 MPa,延伸率为2.7%,断面收缩率为1.8%;回火态组织为S(回火)+B+碳化物,平均硬度为45.1 HRC,平均冲击韧性为64.9 J/cm2,抗拉强度为1 389.5 MPa,屈服强度为1 004.4 MPa,延伸率为7.4%,断面收缩率为10.9%。通过不同热处理工艺改变60Cr2MnMoNi钢的组织和性能,能够满足不同工况服役设备对备件的性能需求。

The effects of heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of 60Cr2MnMoNi steel are studied as well as the changes of microstructure and properties of samples at different states are compared and analyzed with TV-4X metallographic microscope, R(D)-150A1 material hardness tester, N1500C material impact testing machine and INSTRON5989 electronic universal material testing machine. The results showed that the as-cast microstructure of 60Cr2MnMoNi steel was P+B+A(residual)+carbide, average hardness was 28.1 HRC, average impact toughness was 15.4 J/cm2, tensile strength was 795.9 MPa, yield strength was 458.1 MPa, elongation was 2.6% and reduction of area was 1.1%; the annealed microstructure was F(a little)+P+carbide, average hardness was 24.5 HRC, average impact toughness was 193.4 J/cm2, tensile strength was 846.6 MPa, yield strength was 443.1 MPa, elongation was 17.5% and reduction of area was 25.3%; the quenched microstructure was B+M+A(residual)+carbide, average hardness was 58.1 HRC, average impact toughness was 14.5 J/cm2, tensile strength was 1 442.6 MPa, yield strength was 1 186.4 MPa, elongation was 2.7% and reduction of area was 1.8%; the tempered microstructure was S(temper)+B+carbide, average hardness was 45.1 HRC, average impact toughness was 64.9 J/cm2, tensile strength was 1 389.5 MPa, yield strength was 1 004.4 MPa, elongation was 7.4% and reduction of area was 10.9%. The microstructure and properties of 60Cr2MnMoNi steel are changed through different heat treatment processes so that the performance requirements of spare parts for equipment in service under different operating conditions could be met.

热处理工艺是改善经过铸造、锻造、轧制的钢铁材料组织和性能的重要工艺手段,常规的热处理工艺包括退火、正火、淬火和回火等。铸造、锻造和轧制后的钢铁材料可以通过不同的热处理工艺来消除液析碳化物,均匀化学成分,降低钢中有害元素氢的含量,消除钢在生产过程产生的内应力,均匀化或改善组织,细化晶粒,提高钢铁材料的强度、硬度及韧塑性,满足不同工况环境下设备对备件的使用要求。
耐磨材料是冶金、矿山、建材、电力、化工等行业中研磨设备所用的主要材料,采用合金钢生产的耐磨衬板被大量用于各种型号的球磨机、棒磨机和半自磨机中[1-3],取代在低冲击载荷环境下使用的耐磨性差的高锰钢[4-7]和生产成本高的高铬白口铸铁或镍硬铸铁材料[8-9]。60Cr2MnMoNi属于高碳低合金钢,是内蒙古中天宏远稀土新材料股份公司自主设计研发的一种新型耐磨材料,主要用于制造各种矿用设备的耐磨备件。该材料以廉价的硅、锰为基础元素,加入一定量的铬、钼、镍等合金元素,并经微量稀土元素变质处理,充分利用碳元素的强化作用,少量合金元素增加钢的淬透性、淬硬性以及稀土在钢中具有的净化、变质及合金化作用[10-12]等原理,配合风淬冷却及回火工艺,获得材料合理的强韧性匹配。本文系统研究了不同热处理工艺对60Cr2MnMoNi铸钢的组织与力学性能的影响,为工业大生产提供技术支撑。
试验材料采用1 000 kg中频感应电炉冶炼,经水玻璃砂型浇注成标准基尔试样。炼钢原材料分别为930 kg废钢、8 kg高碳锰铁合金、5 kg硅铁合金、45 kg高碳铬铁合金、7 kg钼铁合金、5 kg镍板、3 kg 1#稀土合金、1 kg铝线和1 kg增碳剂。出钢前,在炉内进行铝终脱氧,出钢温度1 620 ℃,包内加入1#稀土合金。钢包内加入造渣剂并覆盖保温剂,钢水镇静7 min后进行浇注,浇注温度1 530 ℃,铸锭缓冷至300 ℃后开箱空冷。60Cr2MnMoNi钢的主要化学成分(质量分数,%)为0.609%C、0.652%Si、1.382%Mn、0.004%P、0.027%S、2.311%Cr、0.374%Mo、0.591%Ni、0.0005% RE,余量Fe。
采用线切割机床将浇注好的基尔试样分别切割成尺寸为40 mm×50 mm×70 mm和40 mm×50 mm×200 mm的毛坯试样,采用SX13-BYL高温箱式电阻炉进行950 ℃×2 h的加热保温、均匀化退火处理;采用KLS-1200X中温热处理炉进行890 ℃×2 h的加热保温、风淬冷却处理及600 ℃×2 h的加热保温、回火处理,热处理工艺曲线见图1。热处理后的试样加工成拉伸、硬度、冲击及金相等试样,然后进行不同性能及组织的检测分析,研究60Cr2MnMoNi钢铸态、退火态、淬火态及回火态的组织与性能之间的相关关系。
将铸态60Cr2MnMoNi钢试样按图1的热处理工艺处理,处理后的试样采用线切割机床制备成金相试样,经砂带磨床磨平、金相砂纸磨制和绒布抛光、体积分数为4%的硝酸酒精溶液腐蚀,采用TV-4X金相显微镜进行组织观察,结果见图2
金相显微镜观察发现,60Cr2MnMoNi钢铸态组织为P+B+A(残余)+碳化物,见图2(a);经950 ℃保温退火后组织为F(少量)+P+碳化物,见图2(b),通过退火消除了钢凝固过程中产生的枝晶偏析和区域偏析,实现了成分和组织均匀化,获得了近平衡的金相组织。退火后的60Cr2MnMoNi钢经890 ℃加热保温,然后风淬火冷却,获得了B+M+A(残余)+碳化物的金相组织,见图2(c);淬火后的60Cr2MnMoNi钢再经600 ℃加热保温和空冷回火后,得到了具有较好综合力学性能的S(回火)+B+碳化物的平衡组织,见图2(d)。试验结果说明,60Cr2MnMoNi铸钢通过不同的热处理工艺处理,能够获得不同的基体组织,组织的改变必将改变钢的力学性能,使其能够满足不同工况服役设备的工业生产的要求。
铸态、退火态、淬火态及回火态试样经过机械加工,分别制成硬度测试样,采用R(D)-150A1型号材料硬度试验机测量试样的洛氏硬度,每个试样从表面到心部共测量5点,计算其平均值,得出不同状态试样的硬度变化规律,见图3
图3可知,60Cr2MnMoNi铸钢(缓冷到300 ℃开箱空冷)的洛氏硬度值为28.1 HRC;60Cr2MnMoNi钢950 ℃加热保温退火后,实现了近平衡态转变,其平均硬度值降低到24.5 HRC,降低了3.6 HRC;将退火后的试样继续加热到890 ℃保温,采用风淬火冷却到室温,试样的平均硬度迅速提高到本试验的最大值58.1 HRC,这是由于固溶与相变的联合强化机制提高了60Cr2MnMoNi钢的硬度。淬火后60Cr2MnMoNi钢继续进行600 ℃加热保温、空冷到室温的回火工艺处理,由于消除了淬火残余应力、过饱和的碳和合金元素再分配,致使平均硬度值降低到45.1 HRC,与淬火态相比下降了13 HRC。结果说明,铸态60Cr2MnMoNi钢通过不同的热处理工艺处理可以改变铸钢内部的组织结构,进而获得不同的硬度,不同硬度的备件可以应用于不同工况条件下的设备,实现材料性能与服役环境的合理匹配,最大程度地满足工艺需求。
将试验后的毛坯样加工成10 mm×10 mm×55 mm标准无缺口冲击试样,每组3支,夏比冲击试验采用N1500C型号材料冲击试验机。不同状态试样冲击韧性之间的相关关系见图4
图4看出,铸钢60Cr2MnMoNi经不同热处理工艺处理后,其无缺口试样的平均冲击韧性发生了很大的变化。在铸态时,由于存在枝晶、成分偏析和粗大的奥氏体晶粒及非平衡组织,冲击韧性较低,平均仅为15.4 J/cm2;950 ℃加热保温、退火后,降低了残余应力,均匀了成分、组织,细化了奥氏体晶粒,获得了近平衡组织,提高了试样的韧塑性,使冲击韧性达到了193.4 J/cm2;再经890 ℃加热保温、风淬火冷却后,由于发生了马氏体和贝氏体相变,提高了钢的基体强度,降低了韧塑性,致使冲击韧性降低到14.5 J/cm2;淬火后的试样通过600 ℃加热保温、回火工艺处理,使非稳定的马氏体和贝氏体转变成了稳定的回火索氏体组织,消除了淬火产生的残余应力,软化了钢的基体,降低了强度,提高了韧塑性,促使平均冲击韧性提高到64.9 J/cm2,实现了60Cr2MnMoNi钢强韧性的合理匹配。
将试验后的毛坯样加工成Φ10 mm的标准拉伸性能试样,每组2支,采用INSTRON5989电子万能材料试验机进行拉伸性能测试,不同状态试样平均拉伸性能指标的变化见图56
从图中可以看出,对于铸态60Cr2MnMoNi钢而言,采用不同的热处理工艺均可以改变其拉伸性能的各项指标。若以铸态60Cr2MnMoNi钢的拉伸性能为基数,试样经950 ℃加热保温、退火后,除屈服强度有所降低外,其他3项性能指标均提高,且延伸率和断面收缩率增加的幅度较大,分别从铸态的2.6%和1.1%增大到17.5%和25.3%;将退火试样经890 ℃加热保温、风淬火冷却,能够大幅度提高试样的强度,使抗拉强度和屈服强度分别从铸态的795.9 MPa和458.1 MPa提升到1 442.6 MPa和1 186.4 MPa,而塑性指标与铸态样相比处于相同水平;风淬火试样再经600 ℃加热保温、空冷回火,其抗拉强度和屈服强度从淬火态的1 442.6 MPa和1 186.4 MPa降低到1 389.5 MPa和1 004.4 MPa,与风淬火试样相比,强度指标有所降低,但下降幅度较小,然而塑性指标却有较大程度的增加,延伸率和断面收缩率分别从淬火态的2.7%和1.8%大幅提高到7.4%和10.9%。由此说明铸态60Cr2MnMoNi钢采用不同的热处理工艺,通过改变钢内部的成分、组织及应力状态能够改变其各项性能指标。采用退火工艺降低钢的残余应力,消除枝晶和成分偏析,细化晶粒,获得近平衡组织,提高了钢的塑性指标;淬火工艺通过钢的固溶强化与相变强化等手段形成马氏体和贝氏体组织,大幅提高钢的强度指标;最后采用回火工艺消除了淬火产生的残余应力,使不稳定的马氏体组织分解形成回火索氏体组织,残余奥氏体分解形成马氏体或贝氏体组织,在强度指标小幅度下降的同时,能够大幅度提高塑性指标,最终实现钢的强韧性的合理匹配。
(1)60Cr2MnMoNi钢的铸态组织为P+B+A(残余)+碳化物;经950 ℃加热保温、退火后的微观组织为F(少量)+P+碳化物;再经890 ℃加热保温、风淬火冷却后的微观组织为B+M+A(残余)+碳化物;最后经600 ℃加热保温、空冷回火后的微观组织为S(回火)+B+碳化物。
