In the paper, the simultaneous determination for elements of vanadium, manganese, phosphorus and silicon in vanadium-carbon alloy is carried out with inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), calibration curve is drawn with matrix matching method to eliminate the effects of matrix effects as well as instrument parameters are optimized. The precision experiment results showed that relative standard deviation (RSD, n = 11) for elements of vanadium, manganese, phosphorous and silicon was 0.5%~3.0%. The recovery rate experiment results showed that recovery rate was 95%~110% through adding standard solutions of different concentrations. The accuracy experiment results showed that the experimental results of each determination element were consistent with standard values, which could meet the requirements of detection method so that rapid and accurate determination for elements of vanadium, manganese phosphorus and silicon in vanadium-carbon alloy is realized.

文章采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)对钒碳合金中钒、锰、磷、硅元素进行联合测定,利用基体匹配法绘制校准曲线,消除基体效应的影响,同时对仪器参数进行了优化。精密度实验结果表明,钒、锰、磷、硅元素的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)在0.5%~3.0%之间。通过加入不同浓度的标准溶液进行回收率实验,回收率在95%~110%之间。准确度实验结果表明,各测定元素的实验结果与标准值一致,满足检测方法要求,实现了钒碳合金中钒、锰、磷、硅元素含量的快速、准确测定。

文章采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)对钒碳合金中钒、锰、磷、硅元素进行联合测定,利用基体匹配法绘制校准曲线,消除基体效应的影响,同时对仪器参数进行了优化。精密度实验结果表明,钒、锰、磷、硅元素的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)在0.5%~3.0%之间。通过加入不同浓度的标准溶液进行回收率实验,回收率在95%~110%之间。准确度实验结果表明,各测定元素的实验结果与标准值一致,满足检测方法要求,实现了钒碳合金中钒、锰、磷、硅元素含量的快速、准确测定。

In the paper, the simultaneous determination for elements of vanadium, manganese, phosphorus and silicon in vanadium-carbon alloy is carried out with inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), calibration curve is drawn with matrix matching method to eliminate the effects of matrix effects as well as instrument parameters are optimized. The precision experiment results showed that relative standard deviation (RSD, n = 11) for elements of vanadium, manganese, phosphorous and silicon was 0.5%~3.0%. The recovery rate experiment results showed that recovery rate was 95%~110% through adding standard solutions of different concentrations. The accuracy experiment results showed that the experimental results of each determination element were consistent with standard values, which could meet the requirements of detection method so that rapid and accurate determination for elements of vanadium, manganese phosphorus and silicon in vanadium-carbon alloy is realized.

钒在钢中的作用是提高钢材强度,细化钢的晶粒。钒的化合物具有高温稳定性,使钢的高温硬度提高,具有二次硬化作用,能够稳定钢材结构,因此,钢厂在冶炼特种钢时,往往需要添加钒提高钢的性能。正常情况下,通过添加钒铁合金达到提高钢性能的目的[1]。钢铁市场近几年一直处于低迷状态,为了节约成本,提出由价格低的钒碳合金替代钒铁合金。
经查阅,钒碳合金没有相应的检测方法,只能参照钒铁的国家标准方法进行检测。因钒铁的钒含量较高,一般在40%~50%,检测方法均为滴定分析,而钒碳合金中钒含量远低于钒铁,一般在3.0%~5.0%之间。国家标准GB/T 8704.5—2020《硫酸亚铁铵滴定方法测定钒含量》中钒含量测定范围为35.0%~85.0%之间,国家标准GB/T 41497—2022《钒铁 钒、硅、磷、锰、铝、铁含量的测定 波长色散X射线荧光光谱法》中钒含量测定范围为42.0%~82.0%之间,包钢企业标准Q/BGJH-03-213-2008《硫酸亚铁铵滴定方法测定钒含量》中钒含量测定范围为30.0%~80.0%之间,不满足钒碳合金钒含量测定下限要求;包钢企业标准Q/BGJH-02-211-2008《钢铁及合金中钒含量的测定》中钒含量测定范围为0.005%~0.5%之间,不满足钒碳合金钒含量测定上限要求,无法准确测定钒碳合金中的钒元素含量。需开发新的检测方法解决钒碳合金中硅、锰、磷、钒元素联合测定,提高工作效率和数据的准确性。
检测仪器采用Avio 220Max型电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(美国PerkinEimer公司),工作参数见表1
硅标准储备溶液(国家标准物质中心):1 000 μg/mL;硅标准工作溶液:100 μg/mL,由硅标准储备溶液稀释而成;磷标准储备溶液(国家标准物质中心):1 000 μg/mL;磷标准工作溶液:100 μg/mL、10 μg/mL,由磷标准储备溶液稀释而成;锰标准储备溶液(国家标准物质中心):1 000 μg/mL;锰标准工作溶液:100 μg/mL;钒标准储备溶液(国家标准物质中心):1 000 μg/mL;钒标准工作溶液:100 μg/mL,由钒标准储备溶液稀释而成;盐酸、硝酸混合酸(1+1+3);高纯铁(GBW01402-g),纯度≥99.99%。
称取0.100 0 g样品放入100 mL钢制容量瓶中,加入20 mL混合酸,在低温电炉加热溶解试样,反应过程中适当补充二次水,样品分解完全后,将游离碳过滤,使用二次水冲洗钢制容量瓶3~4次,洗沉淀6~7次,过滤后的溶液定容于100 mL容量瓶中,摇匀,待测。
本方法采用基体匹配法配制系列标准溶液,并绘制校准曲线。钒碳合金试样反应后,溶液中铁含量一般在80%~90%(质量分数),因此,在配制系列标准溶液时,每一份标准溶液中加入1 mL铁标准溶液(50 mg/mL),配制成有一定梯度的系列标准溶液。以质量分数为横坐标,谱线强度为纵坐标绘制工作曲线[2-3]。配制的系列标准溶液(S0~S6)的质量分数见表2
因钒碳合金中含有硅元素,在溶解试样时不能使用氢氟酸。本方法选择盐酸、硝酸进行试样的溶解实验。分别称取0.100 0 g样品,加入不同酸度的混酸进行实验,见表3
表3可以看出,使用盐酸和硝酸体系可以将样品完全溶解,且盐酸和硝酸的比例为10 mL HCl-10 mL HNO3-30 mL H2O时,溶解效果最好,故本方法选择此比例进行样品溶解。
功率对分析谱线强度和信噪比有一定的影响。为了研究功率对各元素分析结果的影响程度,保持其他条件不变,选择各元素混合标准溶液浓度为100 μg/mL、功率在800~1 500 W范围内进行实验,测定谱线强度及信噪比,测定结果见表4
表4可以看出,锰元素的信噪比在功率为1 500 W时最高,其余三个元素均在功率为1 300 W时信噪比最高,1 300 W以后谱线强度有下降趋势,故本方法使用的功率选择1 300 W。
雾化器流量直接影响进样系统雾化效果,因此,在使用ICP-AES进行分析时,选择合适的雾化器流量尤为重要。
为了研究雾化器流量对分析结果的影响程度,保持其他条件不变,选择各元素混合标准溶液浓度为100 μg/mL、在雾化器流量为0.5~1.0 L/min的范围进行实验,测量其谱线强度及信噪比,测定结果见表5
表5可以看出,硅、锰元素在雾化器流量为0.7~0.8 L/min时有较高的信噪比,而磷元素在雾化器流量为0.9~1.0 L/min时有较高的信噪比。因磷元素谱线强度较低,影响程度较大,而硅、锰、钒元素谱线强度较高,雾化器流量在0.9 L/min也有较好的稳定性。综合考虑,选择0.9 L/min的雾化器流量作为实验条件。
钒碳合金的基体是铁,为了考察基体对硅、锰、磷、钒分析结果的影响,考察不同质量分数的高纯铁(相当于样品中铁质量分数的40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%)对钒、锰、磷、硅标准溶液测定结果的影响,测定结果见表6
表6可以看出,随着铁质量分数的增大,硅、锰、磷、钒测定结果降低,表明铁对硅、锰、磷、钒的测定有基体效应干扰。为了消除基体效应的影响,实验采用基体匹配法绘制校准曲线,即在配制硅、锰、磷、钒混合系列标准溶液时加入与试样相近的铁基体溶液1 mL(50 mg/mL)。
对硅、锰、磷、钒混合系列标准溶液进行测定,以硅、锰、磷、钒元素的谱线强度为横坐标(x),质量浓度为纵坐标(y)绘制校准曲线,计算曲线线性回归方程与相关系数。连续测定空白11次,以11次测定结果标准偏差的3倍作为检出限,检出限的10倍作为定量限,结果见表7表8
表7表8可以看出,硅、锰、磷、钒元素的系列标准溶液相关系数r均在0.999 2以上,具有良好的检出限与定量限,满足要求。
选择钒碳合金试样,使用ICP-AES连续测定硅、锰、磷、钒元素11次,测定结果见表9
表9可以看出,钒碳合金中硅、锰、磷、钒各元素的精密度RSD在0.68%~2.19%之间,满足精密度实验RSD≤5%的要求。
选择国家标准物质钒铁2#(YSBC 28637-2011)溶解后,稀释10倍测定钒含量,使用未稀释的原液进行硅、锰、磷含量的测定,测定结果见表10
表10可以看出,测定值与标准值之差均小于0.005%,满足要求。
选择国家标准物质钒铁2#(YSBC 28637-2011)溶解后,在稀释10倍的溶液中加入相应钒标准溶液,在未稀释的原液中加入硅、锰、磷相应标准溶液,使用ICP-AES测定硅、锰、磷、钒元素含量,测定结果见表11
表11可以看出,测定值与标准值之差均小于0.006%,回收率在99.5%~110%之间,满足要求。
通过绘制工作曲线并测定本方法的检出限与定量限,选择钒碳合金、钒铁标准物质进行精密度、准确度验证,测定结果均满足要求。本方法可实现使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪联合测定钒碳合金中硅、锰、磷、钒元素,提高了检测过程的时效性,可以满足钒碳合金质量的验收要求。
