The spatial detection of rolling mill housing is the difficulty in rolling mill measurement. In the past, the measurement was with total station and inside micrometer, however, the measurement accuracy and technical indexes of this method could no longer meet the requirements of operating maintenance for rolling mill. In this paper, the method of measuring rolling mill housing with laser tracker is summarized. The centerline of rolling mill row is fitted according to the data of rolling mill housing collected by laser tracker as well as the coordinate system is established by taking the centerline of rolling mill row as the baseline so that such spatial position relationships as the centering size, window size and deflection of rolling mill housing could be obtained. The installation precision of rolling mill housing is recovered by adjusting the rolling mill housing based on the measurement data of laser tracker. This method is so reliable that it could be popularized.

轧机牌坊空间检测是轧机测量中的难题,过去采用全站仪配合内径千分尺进行测量,这种方法的测量精度等技术指标已经不能满足轧机日常检修需求。文章总结了使用激光跟踪仪进行轧机牌坊测量的方法,根据激光跟踪仪采集的轧机牌坊数据拟合出轧机机列中心线,以轧机机列中心线为基准建立坐标系,得到轧机牌坊的对中尺寸、窗口尺寸、偏斜等空间位置关系。根据激光跟踪仪的测量数据调整轧机牌坊,恢复了轧机牌坊安装精度。采用激光跟踪仪测量轧机空间位置关系的方法可靠,可以进行推广。

轧机牌坊空间检测是轧机测量中的难题,过去采用全站仪配合内径千分尺进行测量,这种方法的测量精度等技术指标已经不能满足轧机日常检修需求。文章总结了使用激光跟踪仪进行轧机牌坊测量的方法,根据激光跟踪仪采集的轧机牌坊数据拟合出轧机机列中心线,以轧机机列中心线为基准建立坐标系,得到轧机牌坊的对中尺寸、窗口尺寸、偏斜等空间位置关系。根据激光跟踪仪的测量数据调整轧机牌坊,恢复了轧机牌坊安装精度。采用激光跟踪仪测量轧机空间位置关系的方法可靠,可以进行推广。

The spatial detection of rolling mill housing is the difficulty in rolling mill measurement. In the past, the measurement was with total station and inside micrometer, however, the measurement accuracy and technical indexes of this method could no longer meet the requirements of operating maintenance for rolling mill. In this paper, the method of measuring rolling mill housing with laser tracker is summarized. The centerline of rolling mill row is fitted according to the data of rolling mill housing collected by laser tracker as well as the coordinate system is established by taking the centerline of rolling mill row as the baseline so that such spatial position relationships as the centering size, window size and deflection of rolling mill housing could be obtained. The installation precision of rolling mill housing is recovered by adjusting the rolling mill housing based on the measurement data of laser tracker. This method is so reliable that it could be popularized.

轧机设备在投入使用后,随着使用时间的延长,轧机会出现不同程度的沉降或者磨损,影响轧机的精度和正常生产,所以轧机需要定期进行牌坊空间检测,根据检测结果调整轧机空间位置,恢复轧机的精度,保证正常生产[1]。传统轧机牌坊使用内径千分尺对牌坊窗口尺寸进行检测,检测数据信息仅反应轧机牌坊两侧衬板的相对距离,既不能用来推断各衬板的空间位置关系,也不能用来分析整架轧机的空间位置关系[2]
目前广泛使用的激光跟踪仪为轧机牌坊测量提供了新途径。基于球坐标系统原理,激光跟踪仪通过两个高精度码盘和干涉测距模块分别获取测量目标的水平角、俯仰角和位置信息。API Radian Plus激光跟踪仪的最大测量距离为50 m,测距精度为0.015 mm。本文采用API Radian Plus激光跟踪仪对1 580 mm热轧板带生产线精轧机组设备的空间位置进行精确测量,根据测量结果顺利完成了精轧机组安装精度的恢复。
1 580 mm热轧板带生产线精轧机空间位置测量内容包括轧机机列中心线偏移、轧机牌坊窗口尺寸、轧机水平和垂直偏斜。
(1)测量准备。采用热熔胶枪固定激光跟踪仪三脚架,保证仪器在测量过程中的稳定性。电脑连接仪器,启动软件,仪器预热10分钟。
(2)确定基准点坐标,建立测量坐标系。
(3)测量点位。电脑操作人员与现场取点人员配合进行测量,现场取点人员将靶球粘贴在衬板上后,电脑操作人员利用仪器开始测量,记录靶球的三维坐标。每块衬板的点位均按照上述步骤进行测量。
(4)建立空间坐标。利用软件对测量点位的三维坐标进行分析,获取每块衬板的平面度以及空间坐标相对关系。
轧机牌坊衬板的具体测量点位如图1所示。轧机上、下支撑辊牌坊的每块衬板选取12个测点,轧机上、下工作辊牌坊的每块衬板选取8个测点。
根据GB 50386—2016《轧机机械设备工程安装验收规范》[3]的轧机机列中心线偏移测量方法(如图2所示),通过激光跟踪仪测量出abcdABCD等8个数值,将数值代入公式(1)和公式(2)分别计算出操作侧轧机机列中心线偏移E和传动侧轧机机列中心线偏移F情况。
操作侧机列中心线偏移计算公式:

传动侧机列中心线偏移计算公式:
$F=\frac{\frac{C+D}{2}-\frac{c+d}{2}}{2}$
式中: A为入口传动侧牌坊一侧与机列中心线的距离; B为入口传动侧牌坊另一侧与机列中心线的距离; C为入口操作侧牌坊一侧与机列中心线的距离; D为入口操作侧牌坊另一侧与机列中心线的距离; a为出口传动侧牌坊一侧与机列中心线的距离; b为出口传动侧牌坊另一侧与机列中心线的距离; c为出口操作侧牌坊一侧与机列中心线的距离; d为出口操作侧牌坊另一侧与机列中心线的距离。
根据测量数据拟合出轧机机列中心线,以轧机机列中心线为基准建立坐标系,可知轧机牌坊与机列中心线之间的距离(即对中尺寸)和偏差值(对中尺寸减去设计尺寸),具体数据如表1所示。
表1可知,轧机传动侧上工作辊出口牌坊衬板偏差值达到+0.506 mm,超出设计安装要求的±0.15 mm范围;轧机传动侧上工作辊机列中心线偏移达到-10.260 mm,超出设计安装要求的-10±0.15 mm范围(上、下工作辊机列中心线与上、下支撑辊机列中心线距离设计为10 mm,且上、下工作辊机列中心线偏向出口方向)。
因此,轧机传动侧下工作辊出口牌坊衬板偏差值达到0.585 mm,超出设计安装要求的±0.15 mm范围;轧机机列中心线偏移达到-10.275 mm,超出设计安装要求的-10±0.15 mm范围(上、下工作辊机列中心线与上、下支撑辊机列中心线距离设计为10 mm,且上、下工作辊机列中心线偏向出口方向)。
由此可知,轧机传动侧上、下工作辊出口牌坊衬板对中尺寸及机列中心线偏移不符合设计安装要求。按照同样的方法,由表1可知轧机操作侧工作辊和支撑辊牌坊衬板对中尺寸及机列中心线偏移符合设计安装要求。
以轧机机列中心线为基准建立坐标系,其中窗口尺寸=入口对中尺寸+出口对中尺寸。表2为轧机牌坊衬板窗口尺寸。
表2可知,轧机传动侧上工作辊出口牌坊衬板窗口尺寸偏差值达到0.492 mm,超出设计安装要求的±0.15 mm范围;轧机传动侧下工作辊出口牌坊衬板窗口尺寸偏差值达到0.621 mm,超出设计安装要求的±0.15 mm范围。由此可知,轧机传动侧上、下工作辊出口牌坊衬板窗口尺寸不符合设计安装要求。按照同样的方法,由表2可知轧机传动侧上、下支撑辊牌坊窗口尺寸符合设计安装要求。
轧机牌坊衬板倾斜检测结果见表3。由表3数据可知,轧机传动侧上工作辊出口牌坊衬板水平偏斜值为0.529 mm,超过±0.200 mm的技术要求;轧机传动侧下工作辊出口牌坊衬板水平偏斜值为0.500 mm,超过±0.200 mm的技术要求。由此可知,轧机传动侧上、下工作辊出口牌坊衬板水平偏斜不符合技术要求。轧机牌坊衬板的垂直偏斜符合±0.200 mm设计安装的技术要求。
轧机传动侧上、下工作辊出口牌坊衬板对中尺寸和水平偏斜不符合设计要求,同时轧机传动侧上、下工作辊出口牌坊衬板窗口尺寸不符合设计要求,因此需要调整轧机传动侧上、下工作辊出口牌坊衬板。
轧机传动侧上工作辊出口牌坊衬板对中尺寸较设计值小0.514 mm,水平偏斜为-0.529 mm,均超过±0.200 mm的技术要求。衬板拆除后,发现其厚度已减薄,更换新衬板,复测其对中尺寸为455.914 mm,相比设计值455.940 mm偏差为0.026 mm,其水平偏斜为0.032 mm,达到了±0.200 mm的技术要求。
轧机传动侧下工作辊出口牌坊衬板对中尺寸较设计值大0.585 mm,磨损较大,其水平偏斜为-0.5 mm,均超过±0.200 mm的技术要求,衬板拆除后,发现其厚度已减薄,更换新衬板,复测其对中尺寸为455.840 mm,相比设计值455.940 mm偏差为0.100 mm,其水平偏斜为0.042 mm,达到了±0.200 mm的技术要求。
通过更换轧机传动侧上、下工作辊出口牌坊衬板,轧机传动侧上工作辊出口牌坊衬板窗口尺寸偏差值从0.492 mm下降至-0.04 mm,轧机传动侧下工作辊出口牌坊衬板窗口尺寸偏差值从0.621 mm下降至-0.064 mm,轧机窗口尺寸偏差值均满足了±0.15 mm的设计要求。轧机调整前后的具体数据见表4
本文总结了使用API Radian Plus激光跟踪仪测量1 580 mm热轧板带生产线精轧机组牌坊空间位置的方法,根据测量数据拟合出轧机机列中心线,以轧机机列中心线为基准建立坐标系,由坐标系获取轧机牌坊的对中尺寸、窗口尺寸、偏斜等空间位置关系。按照空间位置关系调整轧机牌坊衬板,轧机机列中心线偏移、窗口尺寸、水平和垂直偏斜等技术指标均达到设计安装要求,恢复了轧机设备设计安装精度。由此可见,采用激光跟踪仪测量轧机空间位置关系的方法完全可靠,可以进行推广。
