The chemical compositions of X52QH seamless steel pipe for hydrogen compressed natural gas transportation are designed with microalloying design based on low carbon manganese steel. The results of laboratory studies and industrial trial productions showed that the pipe was with excellent low temperature toughness and strength, its microstructure was mainly bainite +ferrite, grain size of microstructure was grade 9.0 as well as low temperature impact energy at -90 ℃ of material was 200 J when the quenched-tempered heat treatment process of “910 ℃ quenching+640 ℃ tempering” was adopted. The CTOD (crack tip opening displacement) test (-10 ℃) results showed that crack tip opening displacement>0.9 mm (required to be≥0.254 mm). In the environments with and without hydrogen, the reduction of area and elongation of slow strain rate test materials are all over 90% so that they are with good crack extension resistance and hydrogen embrittlement resistance.

采用微合金化设计,以低碳含锰钢为基础,设计掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管的化学成分。实验室研究及工业试制结果表明,采用“910 ℃淬火+640 ℃回火”调质热处理工艺,钢管具有优良的低温韧性及强度,显微组织以贝氏体+铁素体为主,组织晶粒度为9.0级,材料-90 ℃低温冲击功为200 J。CTOD(裂纹尖端张开位移)试验(-10 ℃)结果表明,裂纹尖端开口位移>0.9 mm(要求≥0.254 mm)。氢环境下与非氢环境下慢应变拉伸试验材料断面收缩率及延伸率比值均大于90%,材料均有良好的抗裂纹扩展、抗氢脆性能。

The chemical compositions of X52QH seamless steel pipe for hydrogen compressed natural gas transportation are designed with microalloying design based on low carbon manganese steel. The results of laboratory studies and industrial trial productions showed that the pipe was with excellent low temperature toughness and strength, its microstructure was mainly bainite +ferrite, grain size of microstructure was grade 9.0 as well as low temperature impact energy at -90 ℃ of material was 200 J when the quenched-tempered heat treatment process of “910 ℃ quenching+640 ℃ tempering” was adopted. The CTOD (crack tip opening displacement) test (-10 ℃) results showed that crack tip opening displacement>0.9 mm (required to be≥0.254 mm). In the environments with and without hydrogen, the reduction of area and elongation of slow strain rate test materials are all over 90% so that they are with good crack extension resistance and hydrogen embrittlement resistance.

全球范围内氢能产业发展强劲,多国相继发布氢能发展战略,我国于2022年3月首次发布《氢能产业发展中长期规划(2021—2035年)》,在“十四五”重点科技研发计划中更加明确提出将氢能利用发展作为我国目前科技产业发展的重点研究方向,这一强劲势头正在加速包括氢气生产、运输、储存、分销、零售和终端产业链上应用成本的降低,且快速推动规模化应用[1]。钢管分公司密切关注内蒙古周边输氢管道工程项目,通过介入下游用户,充分了解用户对产品性能的要求,将掺氢、纯氢输送管线管研发作为重要课题,以满足客户个性化需求。
钢管分公司开发了掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管全流程生产工艺,制备出了规格为Φ457 mm×11 mm掺氢混输用无缝钢管,应用于国内首条掺氢混输天然气管道示范项目。材料成分设计以低碳当量为基础,采用纯净钢冶炼工艺,使用优质原料,实现窄成分、低有害元素、低碳当量的优质钢坯生产。通过高均匀度热处理工艺,实现产品低温高韧性指标要求,确保产品在寒冷环境的安全服役。产品通过氢环境下的慢应变速率拉伸试验、CTOD试验、氢致开裂试验(HIC),产品性能满足输送压力6.3 MPa及10%掺氢比例工况设计要求。
掺氢天燃气输送用X52QH钢级管线用无缝钢管的化学成分和机械性能要求分别见表1表2
表2中伸长率最小值Amin应按以下公式计算:

式中:Amin为标距为50 mm试样最小伸长率,圆整到最邻近的百分数;AXC为拉伸试样的横截面积,按以下方法确定:
(1)直径12.7 mm和8.9 mm的圆棒试样为130 mm2;直径6.4 mm的圆棒试样为65 mm2;
(2)板状试样规定宽度与钢管规定壁厚计算的横截面积和485 mm2两者中较小值,圆整到最临近的10 mm2
U为规定钢级的抗拉强度最小值[2]
由于掺氢天燃气输送用无缝钢管服役条件较为苛刻,钢管应具有一定强度同时要求具有较低脆性转变温度,保证产品具有良好的抗氢脆性能和焊接性能。随钢中碳元素含量的增加,钢管的强度与硬度随之增加,而母材的塑性、低温韧性随之降低,无缝钢管的冷裂纹敏感性也会增加[3]。为了保证钢管母材具备优良的焊接性能,本文研究的掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管碳含量控制在0.12%以内。为了提高钢管母材的强度,在满足钢管碳当量及韧性的前提下,适量加入微合金化元素。锰元素是扩大奥氏体相区的合金元素,可以促进奥氏体组织晶粒长大,同时锰元素在钢中与铁元素形成一定的固溶体,对奥氏体和铁素体起到一定强化作用,而生成的MnS可以防止钢中硫元素导致的热脆效应;锰元素能明显降低钢奥氏体相变的速率及临界相变温度Ar1,能够提高钢管的淬透性,但过高锰含量会增加钢管的回火脆性以及钢管的过热敏感性,因此锰元素设计含量不超过1.35%。钢中钛元素可以通过形成细小弥散的化合物,在相变过程中细化组织晶粒,在焊接过程中抑制环焊缝及热影响区组织晶粒急剧增大,降低焊缝过热敏感性。
掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管以低碳含锰钢为基础,加入适量的微合金化钛元素[4],通过“淬火+回火”调质热处理工艺,充分发挥钢中合金元素的作用,以细化晶粒和第二相粒子析出强化方式来保证材料的强度和韧性。设计钢种的化学成分尽可能降低硫、磷等有害元素的含量,从而保证材料的低温韧性,降低因硫化物导致的氢致裂纹和应力腐蚀开裂[5]
在实验室测定掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管用钢CCT曲线,得到不同冷却速率下显微组织,显微组织如图1所示,CCT曲线图如图2所示。
由于掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管用钢为低碳亚共析钢,材料的CCT曲线图上分别存在铁素体组织转变区、珠光体组织转变区、贝氏体组织转变区和马氏体组织转变区。随着冷却速率的逐渐降低,可以获得不同转变量的显微组织。在实验室条件下测得试验钢相变临界点Ac1=724 ℃、Ac3=835 ℃,材料的平均线膨胀系数为1.463 2×10-5-1
当冷速在0.5~5.0 ℃/s之间时,显微组织主要为少量珠光体和晶粒较为粗大的多边形铁素体,随着冷速的逐渐增大,铁素体开始细化,珠光体也开始退化;当冷速在5.0~15 ℃/s之间时,铁素体进一步得到细化,有极少量的针状铁素体,珠光体组织转变基本消失,开始转变贝氏体组织,随着冷速的继续增大,贝氏体组织所占的比例增大;当冷速在15~45 ℃/s之间时,铁素体和珠光体组织转变基本完成,显微组织以贝氏体为主,在钢管的内表面开始出现马氏体组织,随着冷速的进一步增大,马氏体组织所占的比例越来越大。
铁水→铁水脱硫预处理(KR)→顶底复吹转炉冶炼(120 t)→LF精炼→VD真空脱气→圆坯连铸→圆坯加热→初轧穿孔→PQF热连轧→钢管定径→钢管冷却→锯切(定尺)→钢管漏磁探伤检测→调质热处理→超声探伤→钢管水压测试→人工钢管表面、尺寸检查→钢管倒棱→测长、称重、喷标→入库。
预脱硫的铁水经过120 t顶底复吹转炉冶炼,化学成分及温度达到工艺要求后配合LF炉外精炼+VD真空脱气处理,实现了钢液低碳、低磷硫、低夹杂物含量、高纯净度及窄成分控制,钢液由弧形连铸机制成外径为390 mm圆管连铸坯。转炉工艺采用单渣冶炼生产工艺,冶炼初期利用钢液处于相对低温条件下实现快速脱磷,在精炼的中后期采用LF+VD组合冶炼(炉外精炼全程吹氩气),实现快速脱硫、脱气以及去除非金属夹杂物。在LF精炼过程中使用铝粒和碳化硅颗粒进行脱氧处理。
掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管生产采用外径390 mm连铸圆坯在Φ460 mm PQF热连轧管机组轧制成型。将连铸圆坯料锯切定尺后装入环形炉中加热,通过锥形穿孔机穿孔轧制成毛管,再经PQF连轧管机组轧制成荒管,荒管再经过微张力减径机减径为Φ457 mm×11 mm的成品无缝钢管,随后成型的钢管通过冷床冷却,进入精整线进行相应后续工序处理。
未经热处理的热轧态无缝钢管的各项力学性能不能完全满足用户及相关标准的要求,为了达到相应性能指标,需要对热轧态无缝钢管进行调质热处理。尤其是得到较低的脆性转变温度、低温韧性、组织晶粒细化均需对热轧后的无缝钢管进行热处理,调质热处理工艺采用“淬火+回火”工艺。通过升温、冷却过程中钢显微组织的相变来细化组织晶粒,使钢管的组织晶粒度达到8.0级以上,组织晶粒细化在提高钢管韧性的同时,也能提高钢管的抗拉强度,使钢管具有良好的强韧性匹配[6]
组织均匀、晶粒细化的显微组织可以提高钢管力学性能的稳定性,热处理过程中,若淬火温度低,钢中存在碳化物溶解不充分,则钢的奥氏体组织及成分不均匀;当奥氏体中固溶的碳元素及其他合金元素含量相对较低,热处理回火过程中第二相析出量较低,最终影响材料的力学性能性;若淬火加热温度过高,则易导致奥氏体组织晶粒粗大,降低钢管的冲击韧性及性能的稳定性。
掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管用钢为低碳亚共析钢,依据热处理手册,热处理淬火温度范围在Ac3(Ac3=835 ℃)以上30~50 ℃,由于加热的钢管从淬火炉出来到水淬位置过程中存在一定温降,同时考虑到炉温与管体的实际温差,导致钢管在水淬时的温度降低,给予一定的温度补偿,故淬火
温度设为910 ℃,保温时间为t(min),使钢的显微组织完全奥氏体化。保温时间为t计算依据经验公式:
t=a·K·D
式中:t为加热保温时间,min;a为材料系数,取1.0;K为装炉系数,取1.4;D为钢管的实际壁厚,取11 mm。
计算得到淬火保温时间为15 min左右。
回火热处理的作用是降低钢管因淬火产生的残余应力,提高钢管的塑性及韧性,细化组织,提高钢管各项力学性能的稳定性。依据实验室研究结果,同时综合考虑钢管的强度、低温冲击韧性、伸长率等力学性能要求,热处理生产工艺为淬火温度为910 ℃,保温时间为15 min,水冷;回火温度为640 ℃,保温时间为90 min,空冷。具体热处理的工艺制度如图3所示。

取热处理后钢管进行系列温度冲击性能检测,具体试验温度及对应的冲击功见表5
对热处理后钢管管壁进行内、中、外维氏硬度检测,具体检测值见表6
对热处理后钢管进行硫化物氢致开裂试验,按照NACE Standard TM 0284标准,将一组试样放入NACE标准规定的A溶液中进行连续96 h浸泡,检测试验表面的裂纹情况,CLR≤15%、CTR≤5%、CSR≤2%为合格,实际检测结果见表7
从测试结果来看,掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管化学成分满足设计要求,材料屈服强度为374~383 MPa,满足X52钢级强度要求,维氏硬度在141~161。在满足材料设计强度要求的条件下,控制材料的强度、硬度值的富余量及窄范围波动,保证了材料的塑韧性、抗应力开裂、抗氢脆性能。材料在-90 ℃的条件下,横向冲击值达200 J,材料的脆性转变温度在-90 ℃以下,掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢具有极强的低温韧性。从HIC试验结果可以看出,各项裂纹敏感率均为0,材料具有优异的抗氢致开裂性能。
掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管调质热处理后的显微组织如图4所示。经过910 ℃淬火及640 ℃回火热处理后掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管显微组织主要为贝氏体+铁素体,组织均匀,晶粒细小,晶粒度达9.0级;钢中A、B、C、D类非金属夹杂物均不超过1.0级,带状组织为0.5级,具体检测结果见表8表10
通过调质热处理,掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管的组织细致、晶粒均匀,保证了材料具有良好的强韧性匹配,
按照GB/T 21143—2014进行试样制备,每组试验选取3个试样,取样方向为纵向,缺口垂直于钢管表面,每根钢管的母材在-10 ℃下进行CTOD试验,试验结果不低于0.254 mm为合格。具体试验结果分别见表11图5
按照GB/T 34542.2—2018要求,在室温下采用带有环境箱的万能试验机对试样进行环境拉伸试验。拉伸试样分别在6.3 MPa(N2)、6.3 MPa(10%H2)中进行,应变速率为1×10-5 s-1,采用相对延伸率和相对断面缩率比较拉伸试验样品的氢脆敏感性,慢应变拉伸曲线见图6
慢应变拉伸试验结果表明,掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管氢环境下平均断面延伸率为30.82%,氮气环境下平均断面延伸率为31.65%,测得相对断面延伸率为97.38%;氢环境下平均断面收缩率为77.33%,氮气环境下平均断面收缩率为84.19%,测得相对断面收缩率为91.85%。
由CTOD试验数据可看出,掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管在-10 ℃条件下,裂纹尖端开口位移>0.9 mm(要求≥0.254 mm);氢环境下与非氢环境下慢应变拉伸试验后,掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管断面收缩率及延伸率比值均大于90%。试验结果表明,掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管具有良好的裂纹止裂性能及抗氢脆性能。
(1)采用微合金化技术,以低碳含锰钢为基础设计掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管的化学成分,采用“910 ℃淬火+640 ℃回火”热处理工艺,材料强韧性匹配良好。
(2)掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管显微组织为贝氏体+铁素体,组织晶粒度达9.0级以上;材料在-90 ℃冲击功为200 J,HIC试验中各项裂纹敏感率均为0,材料具有优异的低温韧性及抗氢致开裂性能。
(3)母材CTOD试验(-10 ℃)测试结果及氢环境下慢应变拉伸试验结果表明,材料具良好的裂纹止裂性能及抗氢脆性能,掺氢天然气输送用X52QH钢级无缝钢管相关力学性能满足输送压力为6.3 MPa及掺氢比例为10%的工况设计要求。
