The scale generated on polyurethane sieve mesh caused by long-term use could be effectively removed with the acid leaching method so as to recover its screening efficiency. The efficient descaling could be realized by soaking polyurethane sieve mesh in 2% oxalic acid solution for 12 h so that the screening efficiency could be recovered to 62.33%; although the descaling efficiency of sieve mesh with hydrochloric acid is high, treatment costs of waste acid is high, so it is not recommended for long-term use; the screening efficiency of soaking sieve mesh in the mixed solution of 0.5% hydrochloric acid and 0.5% oxalic acid for 12 h is similar to that of sieve mesh after using 15 days, but the operations of preparing acid solution are complex, so it is not recommended for long-term use. The 2% oxalic acid solution is used to soak the sieve mesh after using 180 days for 12 h to remove its scale considering the impacts of waste acid after descaling on the environment.

酸浸法可以有效去除聚氨酯筛网因长期使用而产生的结垢,恢复其筛分效率。采用2%草酸溶液浸泡聚氨酯筛网12 h可实现高效除垢,筛分效率恢复至62.33%;采用盐酸处理筛网结垢虽效率高,但废酸处理成本高,不推荐长期使用;0.5%盐酸与0.5%草酸混合溶液浸泡结垢筛网12 h后,其筛分效率与使用15天后聚氨酸筛网筛分效率相近,但配置酸溶液操作复杂,不推荐长期使用。考虑除垢后的废酸对环境的影响,采用2%浓度的草酸溶液浸泡12 h对使用180天后的筛网进行除垢处理。

The scale generated on polyurethane sieve mesh caused by long-term use could be effectively removed with the acid leaching method so as to recover its screening efficiency. The efficient descaling could be realized by soaking polyurethane sieve mesh in 2% oxalic acid solution for 12 h so that the screening efficiency could be recovered to 62.33%; although the descaling efficiency of sieve mesh with hydrochloric acid is high, treatment costs of waste acid is high, so it is not recommended for long-term use; the screening efficiency of soaking sieve mesh in the mixed solution of 0.5% hydrochloric acid and 0.5% oxalic acid for 12 h is similar to that of sieve mesh after using 15 days, but the operations of preparing acid solution are complex, so it is not recommended for long-term use. The 2% oxalic acid solution is used to soak the sieve mesh after using 180 days for 12 h to remove its scale considering the impacts of waste acid after descaling on the environment.

德瑞克细筛所用聚氨酯筛网随使用时间的延长,筛网结垢程度增加,造成筛孔严重堵塞,导致筛分效率降低,使用寿命缩短。
化学除垢是现阶段国内外清洗除垢主要方法之一[1-4],包括酸洗、螯合剂溶剂清洗、大环聚醚化合物溶液清洗等。化学除垢因其除垢效率高、除垢范围广等特点而得到广泛应用,但该方法最大的缺点是除垢过程中产生大量的酸洗废液,需经处理方可排放。
包钢选矿厂使用德瑞克细筛对磁选铁精矿进行筛分分级[5],聚氨酯筛网在长时间使用之后,结垢问题尤为突出,造成更换新筛网的频次增加,筛网的使用成本偏高,采用酸浸的方式对聚氨酯筛网进行除垢,提高筛网筛分效率,延长筛网使用时间。
由于聚氨酯筛网结垢,相同条件下的筛网筛分效率与使用时间呈负相关的关系。固定给矿浓度为35.19%,对使用15天、180天后的不同规格、型号筛网,采用孔径为75 μm的筛子对其粒度进行筛分分析,筛网筛分效率见图1
在选矿工艺流程中,由于给入聚氨酯筛网细筛矿浆浓度与粒度呈正相关关系,当给细筛给矿粒度细时,其给矿的浓度随之降低。由图1可知,当聚氨酯筛网在使用15天时,使用75 μm钢筛网的细筛筛分,粒度为83.78%,筛分效率最高为77.00%,但使用180天后,聚氨酯筛网全部结垢,无法起到筛分作用。聚氨酯筛网结垢情况与使用时间呈正相关,使用180天75 μm聚氨酯筛网的细筛,在给矿粒度为83.78%的条件下,筛分效率最高为42.55%。
取筛网结垢样品,使用X射线荧光光谱仪对其进行半定量分析,分析结果见表1
表1可知,垢样中Fe、O、Ca含量高,可确定结垢样品以碳酸盐矿物与铁垢为主。
取筛网截面,对其进行电镜观察,结果见图2
图2(a)(b)显示,根据矿物晶形特征分析,结垢物以方解石和磁铁矿为主,且连生体占比较少,各矿物单体解离度较高,对酸浸除垢有一定积极作用。
配置不同浓度草酸溶液,进行不同浸泡时间的条件试验,并将浸泡之后的筛网重新安装到德瑞克细筛进行筛分效率考察。
配置浓度为1%的草酸溶液,对不同浸泡时间后的聚氨酯筛网进行筛分效率试验,试验结果见图3
图3可知,经1%草酸溶液浸泡6 h后,三种类型筛网的筛分效率较其使用180天时均有小幅度提高。在给矿粒度为83.78%、给矿浓度为35.19%时,75 μm的聚氨酯筛网的筛分效率提高至45.33%。经1%草酸溶液浸泡12 h后,三种类型筛网的筛分效率提高幅度较大,在给矿粒度为83.78%、给矿浓度为35.19%时,75 μm的聚氨酯筛网的筛分效率提高至62.33%,与使用15天聚氨酯筛网的筛分效率相近,基本实现完全除垢的目的。
配置浓度为1%、2%、3%的草酸溶液,对浸泡时间为12 h的聚氨酯筛网进行筛分效率试验,试验结果见图4
图4可知,经2%草酸溶液浸泡12 h后,三种类型筛网的筛分效率提高幅度较大,在给矿粒度为83.78%、给矿浓度为35.19%时,75 μm的聚氨酯筛网的筛分效率提高至62.33%,与使用15天聚氨酯筛网的筛分效率相近,基本实现完全除垢的目的。经2%草酸溶液浸泡12 h后,三种类型筛网结垢物与酸溶液反应完全,除垢效果较好,且除垢时间相比使用1%的草酸溶液除垢时间缩短一半。经3%草酸溶液浸泡12 h后,三种类型筛网除垢效果较好,在给矿粒度为83.78%、给矿浓度为35.19%时,其筛分效率与使用15天后聚氨酯筛网的筛分效率相近。
通过不同浓度、不同时间的酸浸试验,考虑废弃酸溶液对环境的不良影响,采取2%浓度的草酸溶液浸泡12 h对使用180天后的聚氨酯筛网进行浸泡除垢。
配置浓度为1%、2%的盐酸溶液与0.5%浓度盐酸、0.5%浓度草酸的混合酸溶液,对不同浸泡时间后的聚氨酯筛网进行筛分效率试验,试验结果见图5
经1%盐酸溶液浸泡6 h后,三种类型筛网的筛分效率与经1%草酸溶液浸泡12 h相差不大。经2%盐酸溶液浸泡6 h后,三种类型筛网除垢效果较
好,其筛分效率与使用15天后聚氨酯筛网的筛分效率相近。经0.5%盐酸与0.5%草酸混合溶液浸泡12 h后,三种类型筛网筛分效率与使用15天后聚氨酯筛网的筛分效率相近。
(1)酸浸法可以有效去除聚氨酯筛网因长期使用而产生的结垢,恢复其筛分效率。
(2)2%浓度草酸溶液浸泡12 h可实现高效除垢,聚氨酯筛网的筛分效率恢复至62.33%,且环保性最佳,推荐使用2%浓度草酸溶液进行除垢。
