In the paper, the study on influences of quenching temperature, holding time of quenching, tempering temperature and holding time of tempering on microstructure and properties of test steel is carried out by taking as-hot-rolled 10Cr5MoVRE seamless steel pipe as the object of study. The study results showed that the yield strength, tensile strength and hardness (HRC) of test steel were first increased and then decreased while elongation and impact energy were decreased with the increase of quenching temperature; yield strength, tensile strength and hardness (HRC) of test steel were decreased while elongation was increased as well as impact energy was first increased and then decreased with the extension of holding time of quenching; yield strength of test steel was increased by about 17.5%, tensile strength was increased by about 18.2% and impact energy was decreased by 8.1% with the increase of tempering temperature; strength and hardness of test steel were decreased while impact energy was gradually increased with the extension of holding time of tempering.

文章以热轧态10Cr5MoVRE无缝钢管为研究对象,开展淬火温度、淬火保温时间、回火温度、回火保温时间对试验钢组织性能的影响研究。研究结果表明,随着淬火温度的提高,试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度及硬度(HRC)呈先升高后降低的趋势,延伸率、冲击功随淬火温度的提高而降低;随着淬火保温时间的延长,试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度及硬度(HRC)呈降低的趋势,延伸率升高,冲击功呈先增加后降低的趋势;随着回火温度的提高,试验钢屈服强度提高约17.5%,抗拉强度提高约18.2%,冲击功降幅为8.1%,随着回火保温时间的延长,试验钢强度、硬度呈降低趋势,冲击功逐渐增加。

文章以热轧态10Cr5MoVRE无缝钢管为研究对象,开展淬火温度、淬火保温时间、回火温度、回火保温时间对试验钢组织性能的影响研究。研究结果表明,随着淬火温度的提高,试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度及硬度(HRC)呈先升高后降低的趋势,延伸率、冲击功随淬火温度的提高而降低;随着淬火保温时间的延长,试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度及硬度(HRC)呈降低的趋势,延伸率升高,冲击功呈先增加后降低的趋势;随着回火温度的提高,试验钢屈服强度提高约17.5%,抗拉强度提高约18.2%,冲击功降幅为8.1%,随着回火保温时间的延长,试验钢强度、硬度呈降低趋势,冲击功逐渐增加。

In the paper, the study on influences of quenching temperature, holding time of quenching, tempering temperature and holding time of tempering on microstructure and properties of test steel is carried out by taking as-hot-rolled 10Cr5MoVRE seamless steel pipe as the object of study. The study results showed that the yield strength, tensile strength and hardness (HRC) of test steel were first increased and then decreased while elongation and impact energy were decreased with the increase of quenching temperature; yield strength, tensile strength and hardness (HRC) of test steel were decreased while elongation was increased as well as impact energy was first increased and then decreased with the extension of holding time of quenching; yield strength of test steel was increased by about 17.5%, tensile strength was increased by about 18.2% and impact energy was decreased by 8.1% with the increase of tempering temperature; strength and hardness of test steel were decreased while impact energy was gradually increased with the extension of holding time of tempering.

随着我国石油资源需求量的不断攀升,油气开采力度逐年增加,油气勘探开发环境也趋于恶劣[1-3]。油套管作为油气开采的关键设备,在石油天然气开采领域占据非常重要的位置,油套管的性能与质量不仅是油气田顺产的保证,同时也是环境与人员安全的保障。油气开采过程中,油套管消耗巨大,就我国的实际情况而言[4-5],每钻探1 m深度所需的套管重量约为48 kg,油管重量则为10 kg。另外,国内约1/3的油气田用油井管均存在H2S和CO2腐蚀问题,随着压裂技术、趋油趋气等油气开发技术的不断提高,耐蚀油套管需求逐年增加[6-9]。10Cr5MoVRE作为抗H2S和CO2腐蚀油套管专用中合金钢,不仅要求有良好的耐蚀性,同时还应保证良好的综合力学性能。回火索氏体是耐蚀油套管显微组织的首选,中低合金钢获得稳定回火索氏体的有效手段是调质热处理,然而,调质热处理工艺是否合理不仅影响着钢铁材料各项性能指标,同时还直接影响能源消耗及生产效率。以10Cr5MoVRE热轧无缝钢管(以下简称试验钢)为研究对象,基于相变转变点,设计了不同的调质热处理工艺,开展淬火温度、淬火保温时间、回火温度、回火保温时间对试验钢组织性能的影响研究,为现场热处理工艺制定及控制提供技术支撑。
选用规格为Φ88.9 mm×12.5 mm的10Cr5MoVRE热轧无缝管,具体化学成分见表1
切取Φ88.9 mm×12.5 mm×300 mm热轧态无缝样管1支,沿轧制方向切取300 mm×25 mm×12.5 mm的长条样,使用高频电阻炉进行调质热处理,采用热膨胀仪对试验钢的CCT曲线进行了测定,该试验钢的Ac3为820 ℃,设计的热处理工艺见表2。热处理后按照API Spec 5CT《套管和油管技术规范》[10]要求加工拉伸试样、冲击试样及硬度试样,显微组织试样选取冲击试样残样。拉伸性能检测采用WAW-600C型液压伺服拉伸机,试验温度为室温,冲击功检测采用NI 750摆锤试验机,试验温度为0±3 ℃,洛氏硬度检测采用LC-200RB全自动洛氏硬度计,冲击残样利用线切割机切除断口,垂直轧制方向用不同目数砂纸抛磨,抛光机抛光后用4%硝酸酒精溶液进行腐蚀,采用蔡司显微镜观察显微组织。
淬火温度为830~950 ℃,淬火保温时间为50 min,回火温度为700 ℃,回火保温时间为90 min,不同淬火温度条件下,试验钢的力学性能测试结果见表3,淬火温度对试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率的影响见图1,淬火温度对试验钢的冲击功及硬度(HRC)的影响见图2,不同淬火温度条件下,试验钢显微组织见图3
表3可以看出,830~950 ℃淬火+高温回火后的试验钢表现出了良好的拉伸性能和冲击性能,较低的HRC更有利于油套管管端螺纹加工。830 ℃淬火的1#试验钢,屈服强度差值为53 MPa,抗拉强度差值为71 MPa,870 ℃淬火的2#试验钢,屈服强度差值为12 MPa,抗拉强度差值为16 MPa;910 ℃淬火的3#试验钢,屈服强度差值为1 MPa,抗拉强度差值为6 MPa;950 ℃淬火的4#试验钢,屈服强度差值为6 MPa,抗拉强度差值为9 MPa。随着淬火温度的增加,强度差值呈先降低后增加的趋势,910 ℃淬火,试验钢表现出良好的热处理稳定性。从图1图2可以看出,在830~950 ℃范围内,随着淬火温度的提高,试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度及硬度(HRC)呈先升高后降低的趋势,延伸率及冲击功则随着淬火温度的提高而降低。从图3可以看出,830 ℃淬火的1#试验钢显微组织为回火索氏体+先共析铁素体,Ac3为820 ℃,试验钢出炉到水淬炉之间存在温损,试验钢显微组织中沿晶界析出先共析铁素体,铁素体塑性变形的能力强,1#试验钢表现出较高的延伸率,同时也是1#试验钢强度差值相对较大的主要原因。2#、3#试验钢显微组织均为回火索氏体,3#试验钢强度、硬度均高于2#试验钢,但延伸率和冲击功低于2#试验钢。随着淬火温度的提高,奥氏体化过程加速了碳化物的溶解,固溶强化效果得到加强。950 ℃淬火的试验钢相较于910 ℃淬火的试验钢,晶粒尺寸明显增大,950 ℃淬火的试验钢强度及韧性均高于910 ℃淬火的试验钢,晶粒粗化削弱了试验钢强化韧化的效果。
淬火温度为910 ℃,保温时间为25~70 min,回火温度为700 ℃,回火保温时间为90 min。不同淬火保温时间条件下,试验钢的力学性能测试结果见表4,淬火保温时间对试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率的影响见图4,淬火保温时间对冲击功及硬度(HRC)的影响见图5,不同淬火保温时间条件下,试验钢显微组织见图6
表4看出,保温时间为25 min的5#试验钢,屈服强度差值为3 MPa,抗拉强度差值为8 MPa,保温时间为50 min的3#试验钢,屈服强度差值为1 MPa,抗拉强度差值为6 MPa;保温时间为75 min的6#试验钢,屈服强度差值为60 MPa,抗拉强度差值为69 MPa。随着保温时间的延长,强度差值呈先降低后提高的趋势。从图4图5可以看出,保温时间在25~75 min范围内,随着保温时间的延长,试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度及硬度(HRC)呈降低的趋势,延伸率呈升高的趋势,冲击功则先提高后降低。从图6可以看出,5#试验钢显微组织为回火索氏体+少量铁素体+少量贝氏体,贝氏体有高的强度与硬度,其冲击功及延伸率相对较差,5#试验钢中存在少量贝氏体及铁素体的主要原因为试验钢保温25 min不能充分奥氏体化,轧态组织贝氏体与铁素体有极少部分保留下来,导致5#试验钢强度、硬度较高,而韧性较差。3#、6#试验钢显微组织均为回火索氏体,相较于3#试验钢,6#试验钢部分晶粒明显粗化,影响晶粒长大的主要因素为高温长时间保温,晶粒粗化也是6#试验钢强度及韧性均降低的关键所在。
淬火温度为910 ℃,加热保温时间为50 min,回火温度为610~700 ℃,回火保温时间为90 min。不同回火温度条件下,试验钢的力学性能测试结果见表5,回火温度对屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率的影响见图7,对冲击功及硬度(HRC)的影响见图8,不同回火温度条件下,试验钢显微组织见图9
表5图7图8可以看出,随着回火温度的降低,试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度及硬度逐渐提高,延伸率及冲击功逐渐降低。回火温度从610 ℃提高到700 ℃,屈服强度增加约17.5%,抗拉强度增加约18.2%,冲击功降幅为8.1%。结合API Spec 5CT各钢级各项力学性能要求,根据不同回火温度对试验钢力学性能的影响,可以设计80ksi、90ksi、95ksi及110ksi钢级油套管热处理回火工艺。高于700 ℃回火,各项力学性能满足80ksi油套管技术要求,670 ℃回火,各项力学性能满足90ksi油套管技术要求,640 ℃回火,各项力学性能满足95ksi油套管技术要求,低于610 ℃回火,各项力学性能满足110ksi油套管技术要求。从图9可以看出,3#、7#、8#及9#试验钢显微组织均为回火索氏体,淬火马氏体高温回火是从α-Fe的饱和固溶体中析出碳化物,进而聚集长大形成颗粒状渗碳体的过程。回火温度低时,碳化物颗粒细小,随着回火温度的升高,碳化物逐渐长大。另外,高温回火时间足够前提下,基体α-Fe相会发生再结晶,趋向等轴化,位错密度很低的新等轴晶粒逐渐取代板条状晶粒,形成渗碳体、铁素体机械混合的复相回火索氏体。如3#试验钢在700 ℃条件下回火,碳化物在铁素体基体上分布均匀,晶粒趋于等轴,晶界相对模糊,随着回火温度的降低,原板条状马氏体形貌得以保留,在晶界和板条界上分布的碳化物数量明显增多,晶界碳化物的增多明显弱化了晶界之间的作用力,冲击功逐渐降低。
淬火温度为910 ℃,加热保温时间为50 min,回火温度为700 ℃,回火保温时间为60~120 min。不同回火保温时间条件下试验钢的力学性能测试结果见表6,回火保温时间对试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率的影响见图10,对冲击功及硬度(HRC)的影响见图11,不同回火保温时间条件下,试验钢显微组织见图12
表6可以看出,回火保温时间为60 min的10#试验钢,屈服强度差值为24 MPa,抗拉强度差值为11 MPa,回火保温时间为90 min的3#试验钢,屈服强度差值为1 MPa,抗拉强度差值为6 MPa;回火保温时间为120 min的11#试验钢,屈服强度差值为3 MPa,抗拉强度差值为19 MPa。从图10图11可以看出,随着回火保温时间的延长,试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度及硬度呈降低趋势,回火保温时间从60 min延长至120 min,延伸率变化不明显,但冲击功随着回火保温时间的延长逐渐提高。回火保温时间从60 min延长到120 min,屈服强度降低5.9%,抗拉强度降低6.1%,硬度降低15.4%,冲击功提高11.0%。
图12可以看出,3#、10#、11#试验钢显微组织均为回火索氏体。回火温度与回火保温时间对试验钢力学性能的影响呈此消彼长的关系,较高的回火温度配较短的回火保温时间,与较低的回火温度配较长的回火保温时间均可保证材料的力学性能,回火温度高,回火保温时间短,回火稳定性相对较差,回火温度低,回火保温时间长,回火稳定性较好。相比较而言,低的回火温度配置长的保温时间,延长产品生产制备周期,不利于高效生产。考虑淬火保温时间为50 min,结合现场淬火炉料位与回火炉料位比接近2∶3,回火保温时间为90 min最佳。
(1)在830~950 ℃温度范围内,随着淬火温度的提高,试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度及硬度(HRC)呈先升高后降低的趋势,延伸率及冲击功则随着淬火温度的提高而降低,910 ℃淬火材料综合力学性能最优。
(2)淬火保温时间在25~70 min范围内,随着淬火保温时间的延长,试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度及硬度(HRC)呈降低的趋势,延伸率升高,冲击功呈先升高后降低的趋势,50 min的淬火保温时间,可保证试验钢均热的同时避免晶粒粗化。
(3)在610~700 ℃温度范围内,随着回火温度的提高,试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度及硬度(HRC)呈降低趋势,延伸率和冲击功呈升高趋势。
(4)高回火温度结合短回火保温时间与低回火温度结合长回火保温时间,试验钢均可获得回火索氏体,保证试验钢具有良好的综合性能,为生产高效,优选回火保温时间为90 min。
