In this paper, the digital twin model for production process of rare earth products is established based on digital twin technology and its visual representation in virtual space is realized. The full-process integration from data collection, transmission to model establishment and visualization is realized with the system through the design of layered architecture. In practical applications, the real-time collection of key equipment data for production line of rare earth oxide could be realized with the system as well as running status of equipment and production process could be visually displayed through the three-dimensional visualization technology. The implementation results showed that the monitoring efficiency in production process was significantly improved, production processes were optimized, production costs were reduced and product quality was improved by applying digital twin technology.

文章基于数字孪生技术构建了稀土产品生产过程的数字孪生模型,并实现了其在虚拟空间中的可视化展示。通过分层架构设计,系统实现了从数据采集、传输到模型构建与可视化的全流程集成。在实际应用中,该系统能够实时采集稀土氧化物生产线的关键设备数据,并通过三维可视化技术直观展示设备运行状态和生产过程。实施结果表明,数字孪生技术的应用显著提高了生产过程的监控效率,优化了生产工序,降低了生产成本,提高了产品质量。

文章基于数字孪生技术构建了稀土产品生产过程的数字孪生模型,并实现了其在虚拟空间中的可视化展示。通过分层架构设计,系统实现了从数据采集、传输到模型构建与可视化的全流程集成。在实际应用中,该系统能够实时采集稀土氧化物生产线的关键设备数据,并通过三维可视化技术直观展示设备运行状态和生产过程。实施结果表明,数字孪生技术的应用显著提高了生产过程的监控效率,优化了生产工序,降低了生产成本,提高了产品质量。

In this paper, the digital twin model for production process of rare earth products is established based on digital twin technology and its visual representation in virtual space is realized. The full-process integration from data collection, transmission to model establishment and visualization is realized with the system through the design of layered architecture. In practical applications, the real-time collection of key equipment data for production line of rare earth oxide could be realized with the system as well as running status of equipment and production process could be visually displayed through the three-dimensional visualization technology. The implementation results showed that the monitoring efficiency in production process was significantly improved, production processes were optimized, production costs were reduced and product quality was improved by applying digital twin technology.

在当今数字化时代,工业生产正面临着前所未有的变革。随着信息技术的飞速发展,企业对于生产过程的可视化、智能化需求日益增长。数字孪生技术作为一种新兴的智能制造技术[1],通过构建物理实体的数字虚拟模型,在虚拟空间中生成物理实体的数字孪生体。数字孪生体与物理实体之间的实时数据交互和同步更新能力能够将物理实体的状态与行为变化实时映射到虚拟空间的数字孪生体中,可以通过对虚拟空间中数字孪生体的观测、计算、分析等操作来了解、预测、影响物理实体对象。这一技术为工业生产带来了全新的解决方案。
数字孪生可视化系统实时采集稀土氧化物生产线的带式过滤机、AGV无人运输小车等各类生产设备的运行状态、生产过程数据,以及氧化物产品仓库管理信息系统中的库存、库位等数据,并实时接入虚拟空间的数字孪生体模型,将模型以及运动变化数据以三维可视化的形式展现给生产过程管理者。展示的带式过滤机、AGV无人运输小车以及稀土产品生产、运动变化过程高度模拟了生产过程,实现了生产过程的可视化实时监控,为提高生产过程管理水平,改善、优化生产工序,降本增效,提高产品质量提供了更加智能的手段,为企业的数字化转型和升级提供了有力支持。
数字孪生,英文称为“Digital Twin”,又称为数字镜像或数字映射,最早起源于20世纪70年代,在航空航天领域使用数字孪生技术对航天器进行模拟和建模。2000年以后,逐渐有学者提出了数字孪生的概念及相关技术。近年来,随着物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等数字技术的快速发展,数字孪生技术逐渐从理论概念走向实际应用,目前已经广泛应用于航空航天、汽车制造、能源管理、智能工厂等多个领域。
数字孪生技术是对物理实体进行抽象和简化,采用数字化技术构建物理实体在虚拟空间的数字模型。数字孪生技术构建的数字孪生体模型能够完整地描述物理实体的结构、性能、行为,高度模拟了物理实体,并且具备在虚拟空间数字模型与物理实体之间实时数据交互和同步更新的能力,保证模型能够准确地将物理实体的状态与变化映射到虚拟空间的数字模型,从而在虚拟空间中对物理实体进行模拟、分析和优化,通过模拟其未来的行为和变化,帮助人们优化决策、提高效率、预测故障。相对于物理实体的分析、测试、运动、模拟等,数字模型具有不影响物理实体、成本低廉、效率高等多方面优势,已经成为推动制造业数字化转型的重要技术手段。
归纳认为,数字孪生技术的关键要素有物理实体、虚拟数字模型、数据采集与映射以及数字模型的可视化与仿真、分析预测等。物理实体是数字孪生模拟仿真的对象,是现实世界中实际存在的物理实体对象或系统。虚拟数字模型是物理实体对象的数字化映射,通过物理建模、三维建模和行为建模等技术手段,高度模拟物理实体对象的几何形状、结构、性能以及运动行为特征。借助传感器实时采集物理实体对象形态、结构、运动行为特征的变化数据,并通过物联网、工业互联网等通信网络将变化数据实时交互映射到虚拟数字模型[2],同时将虚拟模型的分析结果和优化建议反馈给物理实体,以指导其运行和维护。利用大数据、人工智能等技术,基于海量的历史与实时数据以及人工智能算法,对虚拟空间的数字化模型进行仿真、分析与预测,并提供直观的可视化展示。
数字孪生技术作为一种新兴的智能制造技术,具有物理实体虚拟化展示更加直观、分析预测成本低、不影响物理实体、可以反复试错等优势,能够有效解决企业生产过程中可视化展示不直观、生产流程试错和优化成本高、影响物理实体对象等问题。在生产过程可视化展示方面,传统监控手段主要依靠人工观察和生产过程数据的平面、静态展示,难以实时掌握生产过程的详细信息,导致生产质量问题难以及时发现和解决。通过构建物理实体的三维数字虚拟模型,实时采集物理实体对象的运动变化特征,并将其映射至虚拟空间的数字模型,以三维动画的形式展示给用户,可以为用户提供更加直观的生产过程[3]
从现阶段来看,数字孪生技术主要在生产过程中的可视化实时监控及优化、设备管理与维护、能源管理与节能减排以及人员培训等方面有较好的应用。一方面,数字孪生系统能够通过生产设备上安装的传感器实时采集温度、压力、流量等关键数据,将虚拟空间的数字模型以更加直观的方式展示给生产过程管理者,并进行分析处理,从而对生产过程精确控制和优化。如在稀土萃取过程中,利用数字孪生技术可以模拟和优化萃取工艺参数,提高稀土元素的回收率和产品纯度。另一方面,将数字孪生技术应用在稀土生产过程中的设备管理与维护,通过实时监测设备的运行状态,分析设备的振动、温度、电流等数据,及时发现设备的异常情况,并进行故障预警。这有助于提前安排设备维护,减少停机时间,提高生产效率[4]。此外,在人员培训方面,通过基于数字孪生技术的虚拟仿真培训,操作人员可以在虚拟环境中进行操作练习,熟悉生产流程和设备操作,提高操作技能和应急处理能力。这有助于提升员工的专业素质,为稀土生产的高效运行提供有力保障。未来,数字孪生技术在稀土产品生产过程中将发挥越来越重要的作用。
本文构建的稀土产品生产可视化数字孪生系统采用分层架构设计,主要分为数据采集层、数据传输层、数字孪生模型层和可视化展示层。数据采集层负责从带式过滤机、离心机、AGV无人运输小车、稀土氧化物库位管理系统等设备和系统中获取实时生产数据,通过传感器和数据接口实现数据的准确采集。数据传输层利用工业以太网、无线通信等技术,将采集的数据稳定、高效地传输至数字孪生模型层。数字孪生模型层对接收到的数据进行处理和分析,构建与物理实体相对应的虚拟模型,并实现虚拟模型与物理实体的实时同步和交互。可视化展示层则通过图形化界面将数字孪生模型中的数据和信息以直观、形象的方式展示给用户,方便用户进行生产监控和管理决策。各层之间通过标准化的接口和协议进行通信和交互,确保系统的灵活性、可扩展性和稳定性。图1为系统整体架构图。
在数据采集与接入环节,针对不同的生产设备和系统,采用了多样化的数据采集方法。对于带式过滤机和离心机等设备,通过安装高精度的传感器,如压力传感器、转速传感器等,实时采集设备的运行参数,如压力、转速、流量等。同时,利用设备自带的控制系统和数据接口,获取设备的运行状态和任务状态,诸如本系统主要获取了AGV小车的电量信息、运行里程和时间信息、任务进行状态等信息,并通过其内置的定位系统和通信模块实时获取小车的当前位置、速度等数据,进行三维坐标变换,将AGV小车在物理空间中的位置转换为虚拟空间中的位置。库位管理系统则通过扫描设备和数据库接口实时更新库存信息,包括物料种类、数量、库位变化情况和存放位置等。采集到的数据经过预处理和转换后,通过数据传输层接入数字孪生系统,确保数据的准确性和实时性,为后续的数字孪生模型构建和可视化展示提供可靠的数据基础。
数字孪生模型的构建是实现稀土产品生产可视化的核心环节,其主要分为几何模型的构建、物理模型的构建两大部分。
进行几何模型的构建,先对生产线厂房环境及生产设备进行详细的测量和记录,获取厂房整体尺寸、布局以及设备的尺寸、形状、外观特征等信息。然后根据厂房及设备的实际几何形状和外观特征,在虚拟三维空间中按比例构建视场,再将现场测量的设备尺寸和形状数据导入到如SolidWorks、Maya等三维建模软件,创建高精度三维模型[5]。诸如对于带式过滤机,先创建其框架结构,然后添加滤布、滤板等部件;对于离心机,先创建其外壳,然后添加转鼓、螺旋输送器等部件,最后进行模型验证。通过与现场设备进行对比,验证模型的准确性和一致性。如果发现模型与实际厂房及设备存在差异,进行调整和修改。
物理模型的构建,则主要结合设备的物理特性和运行原理,建立物理模型。具体步骤包括收集设备的物理参数,如质量、密度、弹性模量等,以及运行参数,如压力、温度、流量、转速等。然后,基于unity等软件,根据收集到的参数建立基于C#脚本的物理模型,如在离心分离模型中,设置转鼓的转速等参数。最后,通过模拟设备在不同工况下的运行行为和性能变化,验证物理模型的准确性和可靠性。
通过几何模型和物理模型结合设计,构建了与生产车间现场1∶1还原的数字孪生模型,确保虚拟模型能够真实反映物理实体的运行状态和变化趋势,为稀土产品生产过程的可视化提供有力支持。
可视化展示与交互设计旨在为用户提供直观、便捷的生产监控和管理界面。在可视化展示方面,通过图形化的方式将数字孪生模型中的数据和信息进行展示。通过接入的数据,以动画的形式展示AGV无人运输小车的搬运路径和任务执行情况;以图形化的库位图展示库存物料的分布和数量情况。同时,利用颜色、图标等可视化手段,对异常情况进行突出显示和提醒,方便用户及时发现和处理生产过程中的问题。在交互设计方面,用户可以通过鼠标、键盘等设备对虚拟模型进行操作,如缩放、旋转、平移等,以便从不同角度和细节查看生产情况。
本文构建了三维可视化系统的架构,采集了稀土产品生产过程与设备运行状态的实时数据,实现了物理实体与虚拟空间数字孪生模型之间的数据实时交互,以三维可视化的方式展现了稀土产品生产过程中设备的运行状态,达到了生产过程实时监控、优化和管理,为用户提供了更加直观的监控系统。这一应用不仅提高了生产效率,降低了成本,提高了产品质量,还为企业的数字化转型和升级提供了有力支持。未来,随着技术的不断进步和应用的不断深入,数字孪生技术将在工业生产领域发挥更加重要的作用,为推动制造业的数字化、智能化发展做出更大的贡献。
