The rare earth in baiyuneboite is recovered with the process of concentration-flotation-concentration-filtration in Baoshan Mining Co.. During the concentration process of concentrate, about 4% of rare earth resources are run off from overflow of concentrate, their grade is 26.17% by detection and most of their particle sizes are 5~20 μm so that they are micro-fine particles. In this paper, the overflowed concentrate of large well of concentrate in Baoshan Mining Co. is with sampling analysis. The rare earth resources are recovered with various methods as flotation, desliming flotation, magnetic concentration and gravity concentration. Finally, the rare earth ore concentrate with grade of 50.72% and recovery rate of 30.82% is obtained with the gravity concentration method, which is with significant guiding function for comprehensive recovery of rare earth resources in Bayan Obo.

宝山矿业公司使用浓缩-浮选-浓缩-过滤工艺回收白云鄂博矿中的稀土,在精矿浓缩过程中,约4%的稀土资源从精矿溢流中流失,经检测溢流精矿的稀土品位为26.17%,绝大部分粒径为5~20 μm,属于微细粒颗粒。文章对宝山矿业公司精矿大井溢流精矿进行取样分析,使用浮选、脱泥浮选、磁选、重选等多种方法回收稀土资源,最终使用重选方法获得稀土品位为50.72%、回收率为30.82%的稀土精矿,对综合回收白云鄂博稀土资源具有重要的指导作用。

宝山矿业公司使用浓缩-浮选-浓缩-过滤工艺回收白云鄂博矿中的稀土,在精矿浓缩过程中,约4%的稀土资源从精矿溢流中流失,经检测溢流精矿的稀土品位为26.17%,绝大部分粒径为5~20 μm,属于微细粒颗粒。文章对宝山矿业公司精矿大井溢流精矿进行取样分析,使用浮选、脱泥浮选、磁选、重选等多种方法回收稀土资源,最终使用重选方法获得稀土品位为50.72%、回收率为30.82%的稀土精矿,对综合回收白云鄂博稀土资源具有重要的指导作用。

The rare earth in baiyuneboite is recovered with the process of concentration-flotation-concentration-filtration in Baoshan Mining Co.. During the concentration process of concentrate, about 4% of rare earth resources are run off from overflow of concentrate, their grade is 26.17% by detection and most of their particle sizes are 5~20 μm so that they are micro-fine particles. In this paper, the overflowed concentrate of large well of concentrate in Baoshan Mining Co. is with sampling analysis. The rare earth resources are recovered with various methods as flotation, desliming flotation, magnetic concentration and gravity concentration. Finally, the rare earth ore concentrate with grade of 50.72% and recovery rate of 30.82% is obtained with the gravity concentration method, which is with significant guiding function for comprehensive recovery of rare earth resources in Bayan Obo.

白云鄂博矿属于多金属共生的大型矿床,富含铁、稀土、铌、萤石等多种资源,主要的稀土矿物为氟碳铈矿和独居石[1]。90%以上的稀土存在于独立矿物中,4%~7%的稀土嵌布于萤石和铁矿物中,且嵌布粒度细[2]。除稀土矿物外,主要脉石矿物为钠闪石、钠辉石、黑云母、白云石、重晶石、磷灰石、黄铁矿等。由于稀土矿物的可浮性与方解石、磷灰石、白云石、重晶石、萤石相近,磁性与赤铁矿、钠辉石、钠闪石等相近,密度与铁矿物、重晶石相近,导致分选稀土矿物难度极大[3]
选铁强磁尾矿通过浓缩-浮选-浓缩-过滤工艺回收稀土资源。但由于稀土精矿粒度细,造成细粒矿物在浓缩过程中难以沉降[4],浮选后浓缩过滤流程中,会造成大量微细粒稀土矿物在精矿浓缩过程中流失,称之为“精矿大井溢流”。本文结合实际生产情况对“精矿大井溢流”稀土资源开展系统研究,并有效回收,对进一步综合利用稀土资源具有一定的指导作用。
试验矿样为宝山矿业公司精矿大井溢流精矿,试样主要元素分析、矿物组成分析、稀土物相分析和稀土矿物套筛分析结果分别见表1表2表3表4
表1所示,该试样成分复杂,富含元素较多,其中目标元素稀土氧化物(REO)占26.17%,主要杂质元素有铁、硅、磷、硫、氟、钙等。
表2表3所示,试样稀土矿物占比较高,达到35.85%,主要稀土矿物为氟碳铈矿和独居石,含量比例为7.3∶2.7;主要脉石矿物为萤石、白云石、磷灰石、硫铁矿、重晶石和赤铁矿,含量达到58.60%。
使用ZEISS SUPRA55场发射扫描电子显微镜、OXFORD X-MAX能谱仪,采用点分析、背散射、面扫描-赋人工伪彩方式对试样的稀土矿物进行观察,结果见图1
图1表4结果可知,试样整体粒度均匀,绝大多数矿物已解离,颗粒整体较细,绝大多数为解离的单体矿物。稀土矿物主要为独居石和氟碳酸稀土矿物(氟碳钙铈矿常见),绝大部分粒径为5~20 μm,较少部分粒径在30 μm以上,部分与磷灰石、白云石、萤石、铁矿物及少量石英,或组成多相贫连生-包裹体,或为细粒状颗粒集合体。
使用XFDⅣ0.75型浮选机进行浮选试验,取400 g试样,加入400 mL水调浆,采用一粗两精开路浮选工艺流程,使用LF8#为捕收剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、二号油为起泡剂,得到品位为37.58%、回收率为3.99%的稀土精矿,流程见图2,试验结果见表5
使用XFDⅣ0.75型浮选机进行浮选试验,取400 g试样,加入400 mL水调浆,采用预先浮选方法进行脱泥、脱药处理,得到沉砂289.50 g,再采用一粗三精开路浮选工艺流程,使用LF8#为捕收剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、二号油为起泡剂,得到品位为52.77%、回收率为5.04%的稀土精矿,流程见图3,试验结果见表6
表5表6对比可知,由于该矿物粒度非常细,受到矿泥污染泡沫的影响,试样直接进行浮选作业,品位很难提高。经过脱泥作业后,浮选精矿品位可以达到52.77%,但整体回收率偏低,只有5.04%,这主要是脱泥过程带走大量稀土矿物导致的。
使用RK/CSQ-50×70湿式强磁选机进行磁选试验,取50 g试样,加入300 mL水调浆,分别将磁场强度调至1.0 T、1.3 T、1.7 T、2.0 T,磁选试验结果见表7
表7可知,随着磁场强度的提高,稀土精矿品位和回收率提高,但精矿品位最高只有35.60%,回收率最高为49.79%。稀土矿物为弱磁性矿物,加之试样微细粒级比较多,磁选效果不佳,导致分选效果不佳。
使用LY 1 100×500×430(0.5 m)型摇床进行重选试验,取1 000 g试样,加入4 000 mL水调浆,摇床试验结果见表8
表8可知,使用摇床进行试验,最终得到品位为50.72%、回收率为30.82%的稀土精矿,使微细粒稀土矿物得到有效回收,解决了微细粒稀土难回收的困境。
(1)采用预先浮选进行脱泥作业,可以减弱矿泥对浮选影响,通过预先脱泥后一粗三精浮选流程,最终可得到品位为52.77%、回收率为5.04%的稀土精矿,但脱泥过程金属损失量较大。
(2)采用重选方法可将微细粒稀土矿物进行回收,最终得到品位为50.72%、回收率为30.82%的稀土精矿,解决了微细粒稀土难回收的困境,对综合回收白云鄂博稀土资源具有重要的指导作用。
