针对市场对Φ7.3 mm规格免拉拔线材盘条的个性化需求,结合摩根五代高速线材轧机的特点,通过合理的孔型设计、导卫设计以及控制工艺的优化,实现了Φ7.3 mm规格高速线材免拉拔盘条的成功轧制,能够很好地满足用户使用需求,拓宽了摩根五代高速线材轧机产品大纲,为后续类似产品开发提供了参考。开拓了全新的市场,实现产业全流程的绿色生产。

The Φ7.3 mm wire rod without drawing for high-speed wire rod is rolled successfully by reasonable roll pass and guide designs as well as optimization of control process aiming at the individual requirements of it in market combining with the characteristics of the fifth-generation Morgan high-speed wire rod mill. As a result, the usage requirements of users could be satisfied very well and product mix of the fifth-generation Morgan high-speed wire rod mill is widened, which could provide the references for developing like products subsequently as well as a brand new market is exploited and the green production in the whole process of industry is realized.

随着国家“3060”目标的确立,金属制品企业线材盘条深加工工艺向着绿色生产方向的不断发展,部分盘条下游深加工用户开始加大对免拉拔产品的开发力度。该类型产品对盘条母材的尺寸精度提出了更严格的要求。很多线材盘条生产厂受轧线装备水平和工艺设计能力的限制,无法生产出满足用户高精度要求的产品。为满足用户对Φ7.3 mm规格的免拉拔线材盘条个性化需要,以合理性、经济性为前提,通过对非标Φ7.3 mm规格产品进行孔型设计、导卫设计以及控制工艺的优化,拓宽产品大纲,实现产业全流程的绿色生产。
Φ7.3 mm产品规格尺寸技术预期目标:尺寸精度控制范围在7.15~7.45 mm,椭圆度要求不大于0.20 mm。
用户对产品尺寸精度的要求比GB/T 14981—2009[1]中盘条尺寸精度最高C级精度的要求更加严格。表1为GB/T 14981—2009中C级尺寸精度与用户对Φ7.3 mm规格产品尺寸精度预期目标对比。
摩根五代高速线材轧机作为国内线材盘条生产的主流轧机机型,其设计产品大纲为直径5.5~22 mm、产品规格以0.5 mm递增的光面盘条,该工艺方案突破摩根五代高速线材轧机原设计,实现非标尺寸盘条产品生产。开发轧制Φ7.3 mm规格盘条,主要难点分析:
(1)实现非标尺寸产品生产,现有的孔型不能满足工艺要求,因此需重新设计孔型系统。实现用户需求的同时,如何有效控制轧制备件费用投入,辊环孔型的设计又是其中的关键环节。
(2)导卫装置在线材生产中发挥着重要的作用,是工艺生产能否顺利进行的关键,而导卫设计必须与相应的孔型匹配,还要以经济性为原则。
(3)机架间张力调整。根据连轧秒流量相等定律[2]:
S1V1=S2V2=…=SnVn
连轧秒流量相等是理想的无张力轧制状态,但实际上轧钢生产中受钢坯温度波动、坯料偏差、轧辊弹跳等因素影响[2],轧制状态是动态变化的,如果某种影响因素超出一定的范围,使机组内微张力控制处于不稳定或极度恶劣状态,造成的结果就是产品尺寸波动大、精度级别低和头尾耳子多。如何避免因张力波动造成的成品尺寸波动和因头尾段耳子长度过长产生的修剪废品量,是此次Φ7.3 mm规格产品能否成功开发的又一关键点。
(1)延伸系数、轧制道次及负载能力的确认。坯料仍采用150 mm×150 mm方坯,产品尺寸为Φ7.3 mm,盘圆总延伸系数为537.89。根据椭圆—圆孔型系统延伸系数不大于1.4的设计经验要求,即:1.4n≥537.89(其中n为轧制道次),总轧制道次设计为26道次,这样即有利于轧件咬入,又避免单机架变形量过大需要增加电机容量,导致设备投资过大。
(2)各架次孔型参数的确认。根据各道次截面面积并结合现有孔型系统,通过参考孔型设计及摩根五代高速线材轧机现有Φ7.0 mm及Φ7.5 mm规格的孔型参数,设计孔型及辊缝。150 mm×150 mm方坯经26道次轧制Φ7.3 mm规格盘圆各架次延伸系数及孔型参数如表2所示。
结合目前规格系列产品变形量,因其他条件不变,可知无需经行单独核算,目前各架次轧机刚度及电机强度均可满足变形要求。
(3)成品孔型设计。考虑合理性、经济性,成品前各架次可在目前规格孔型的基础上调整辊缝来实现成品前对来料的要求。为保证成品尺寸精度,需对成品辊环进行孔型设计。Φ7.3 mm规格成品孔型具体生产参数如表3所示,成品架辊环设计见图1
按照设计孔型参数进行导卫设计,尤其是滚动导卫导辊开口度要符合来料轧件设计尺寸,保证导辊开口度与轧件高度的一致性。设计26道次轧制Φ7.3 mm各架次滚动导卫导辊开口度,设计参数如表4所示。
微张力控制的目的是使粗、中轧机组各机架之间的轧件按微小的张力进行轧制[3]。通过对相邻两工作机架中上游机架的电机转矩进行检测,记忆上游机架咬钢而轧件尚未进入下游机架时自由状态下的转矩值,这个记忆转矩值与轧件头部咬入下游机架轧槽后上游机架的实际转矩值进行比较,形成表示机架间钢坯所受张力的实际值,这个张力的实际值与设定的张力给定值的偏差,通过比例、积分控制修正上游机架的速度,调节两机架之间的速度关系,保证机架间的轧件张力被限制在一定范围内,实现微张力控制。
高速线材轧机大多采用8到10架精轧机共用一台或两台电机集体传动的方式,相邻机架采用45°/45°垂直相交或15°/75°垂直相交,中间通过增速机、锥箱、辊箱在相邻机架间形成不同的传动比,该传动比是固定的,所以两相邻机架间的转速比是固定的。
通过合理的轧件截面积与传动比的设计保证精轧机组内两相邻机架为微张力轧制,保证产品尺寸精度,稳定通条均匀性。
首次试轧20卷,头尾耳子失张段长度约10.5 m,控制在常规产品修剪量允许范围内,符合设计预期。产品表面光洁,无轧制表面缺陷。成品尺寸符合用户预期目标,达到国标C级精度以上。具体测量结果见表5
对非标Φ7.3 mm规格产品进行孔型设计、导卫设计以及控制工艺的优化,拓宽了产品大纲,实现了产业全流程的绿色生产。通过精确的孔型设计、轧辊车削、辊缝调整来保证实际轧件截面积达到标准设计的截面积,从而在精轧机内部两机架间建立稳定的微张力控制,保证生产稳定及产品尺寸通条均匀性,产品质量能满足客户需要。
