The fuel ratio is the main economic and technical index for blast furnace ironmaking, so it is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprise to reduce it. In this paper, the reasons for high fuel ratio of 6# blast furnace of Baotou Steel are analyzed. After the overhaul and blow-in of 6# blast furnace, the fuel ratio of blast furnace is reduced through taking such measures as tackling key problems in improving production to stabilize the feed of blast furnace, improving quality of raw fuel, strictly controlling differential pressure in blast furnace operation, adjusting charging system, stabilizing high blast temperature, reasonable use of enriched oxygen and coal injection as well as strengthening basic management. The cumulative fuel ratio in 2021 was 545.84 kg/t, which was 10.58 kg/t lower than that in 2020.

燃料比是高炉炼铁生产的主要经济技术指标,降低高炉燃料比对企业节能减排意义重大。文章分析了包钢6号高炉燃料比高的原因,在6号高炉大修开炉后,通过原燃料提产攻关稳定高炉供料、改善原燃料质量、高炉操作严格控制压差、调整装料制度、稳定高风温、合理使用富氧和喷煤、加强基础管理等措施的实施,高炉燃料比降低,2021年累计燃料比为545.84 kg/t,较2020年降低10.58 kg/t。

The fuel ratio is the main economic and technical index for blast furnace ironmaking, so it is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprise to reduce it. In this paper, the reasons for high fuel ratio of 6# blast furnace of Baotou Steel are analyzed. After the overhaul and blow-in of 6# blast furnace, the fuel ratio of blast furnace is reduced through taking such measures as tackling key problems in improving production to stabilize the feed of blast furnace, improving quality of raw fuel, strictly controlling differential pressure in blast furnace operation, adjusting charging system, stabilizing high blast temperature, reasonable use of enriched oxygen and coal injection as well as strengthening basic management. The cumulative fuel ratio in 2021 was 545.84 kg/t, which was 10.58 kg/t lower than that in 2020.

钢铁工业节能减排的工作重点是在炼铁系统。炼铁系统的能耗占钢铁联合企业总能耗的70%左右[1]。如何从源头抓好减量化用能就是钢铁企业节能减排的工作思路,降低高炉炼铁燃料比就是体现钢铁企业节能工作从源头抓起落实节能减排的举措,对企业的节能减排高质量发展意义重大。
2020年我国重点钢铁企业高炉炼铁燃料比平均水平为529.11 kg/t左右,而包钢6号高炉燃料比2020年为556.42 kg/t,较行业平均水平高27.31 kg/t。包钢6号高炉有效容积为2 500 m3,2021年1月9日停炉大修,通过各检修单位共同努力,于3月29日19:18点火送风投产,在原燃料质量相对稳定的前提下,多措并举实现了燃料比降低,取得了较好的经济技术指标。
通过分析,包钢6号高炉燃料比高的主要原因是在现行环保形势下,公司积极推进超低排放改造,在原燃料系统改造期间,入炉原燃料供应不稳定,变料次数多;受配煤、配矿原燃料无法均衡到达,入炉原燃料质量不稳定;高炉操作不够稳定,操作参数的搭配有时不合理,高炉炉况顺行周期较短,造成高炉产量降低,燃料比升高;高炉进入炉役后期,设备老化,高炉适当控制冶炼强度生产。
从采购到高炉加强信息沟通,建立联动防御机制,利用基础数据分析跟踪原燃料库存情况,保证入炉原燃料的稳定供应。积极推进入炉原燃料提产攻关工作,分阶段设立产量目标计划攻关,每月通过绩效管理对计划完成情况进行评价,来保证高炉用料结构稳定。
通过实施入炉原燃料提产攻关,2021年烧结矿产量同比提高0.81%,球团矿产量同比提高0.26%,焦炭产量同比提高5.76%,高炉的变料次数同比减少25次,实现了原燃料稳定供应。
加强采购管理,积极调整采购策略,克服运输及外界市场的影响,全力满足原料生产需求。修订了《包钢股份原料系统中间产品内控质量指标管理办法》,强化配煤、配矿管理,严格对焦炭、烧结矿、球团矿质量管控,保证原燃料质量稳定,为高炉稳定顺行奠定坚实基础。
6号高炉使用的焦炭为2座6 m 50孔顶装焦炉生产,配套125 t/h干熄焦,利用配煤炼焦预测系统,根据炼焦煤市场变化,实时优化用煤计划,建立有效价格竞争机制,达到用煤成本最优;加强来煤质量管控力度,提高来煤质量稳定性;充分利用包钢地理优势,注重区域用煤原则,重点开发应用乌海地区和山西煤种;开展新煤源新煤种的开发应用研究,新开发焦煤、气煤和瘦焦煤等煤种,改善焦炭质量,降低配煤成本;合理控制蒙古煤种用煤比例,由50%以上降至30%~40%之间,减少对某一煤种的依赖,降低用煤风险。2021年6号高炉投产以后,焦炭质量均优于计划,焦炭质量稳定,焦炭灰分在13%以内,硫分控制在0.94%以下,反应后强度在64.5%以上,为高炉稳定顺行奠定了坚实基础。焦炭质量指标见表1
烧结矿由2台265 m2烧结机生产。优化烧结配矿结构,白云鄂博铁精矿配比稳定在40%~45%之间,配矿主框架矿种麦克粉矿配比稳定在40%左右,控制FMG等褐铁矿比例在15%以内;加强原料成分监控,及时根据原料成分变化调整熔剂配比;提高生石灰配比至3.8%~4.0%,强化混合制粒,改善料层透气性,提高烧结料层厚度改善烧结矿强度;将烧结矿SiO2含量由5%提高到5.15%,提高了烧结矿转鼓强度;优化工艺参数,稳定水碳,严格控制烧结终点温度在300~450 ℃之间,保持烧结过程稳定。2021年烧结矿品位小幅提高,品位稳定在56%以上,碱度控制在2.03~2.07合理范围内,转鼓强度在78.5%以上,均完成计划目标,烧结矿质量指标见表2
球团矿为624 m2酸性氧化球团带式焙烧机生产,年产球团矿500万t。合理确定球团矿配矿结构,包钢带式球团生产原料主要以白云鄂博铁精矿和外购烧结用铁精矿为主,外购烧结用铁精矿是由公司统一向周边大、小型选矿厂以及商贸公司采购。加强采购管理,控制海明等低品位铁精矿配加量,稳定球团矿品位;摸索不同产量下对应的梭车皮带、宽皮带、梭车上、下层筛的匹配速度,确保在台车上生球的铺平和铺满,减小抗压强度波动;提高生球性能,改善料层透气性,增强球团矿氧化氛围,匹配适宜风量,提高球团抗压强度;及时调整小球筛、双层筛间隙,确保生球粒度组成,强化球团焙烧,提高球团抗压强度。2021年球团矿品位稳定在62.5%以上,抗压强度在2 240 N以上,球团矿质量指标完成计划,为高炉降低燃料比创造了条件。球团矿质量指标见表3
增大风量有助于提高风速和鼓风动能,增加煤气发生量,有利于活跃炉缸和打通中心气流,提高冶炼强度,加快料速,防止炉墙粘结,改善料柱透气性[2]。6号高炉开炉后日常风量在4 450~4 550 m3/min,鼓风动能在9 550~11 000 kJ/s,顶压控制在0.200~0.210 MPa,压差维持在0.165~0.170 MPa。严格控制加减风量,严禁长时间低于或超过规定压差,保证高炉炉况稳定顺行。
合理的布料制度是根据高炉自身特点摸索优化的结果,生产中根据炉况变化及时调整装料制度。开炉后装料制度与批重匹配,高炉顶温保持在253 ℃,煤气利用率为42.5%;风量基本保持在4 450~4 550 m3/min,高炉压量关系合适;综合负荷在2.27左右,气流分配合理,高炉保持高冶炼强度生产。随着后续批重增加,高炉风量仍能维持在4 500~4 550 m3/min,煤气利用率略有下降,为了改善煤气利用率,24日对制度进行微调,增加边缘矿量,减少中心焦量,调整后顶温略有升高,煤气利用率变化不大,维持在42.79%~43.97%,稳定性、下料一般;虽然煤气利用率有所改善,但风量萎缩明显,由4 500 m3/min下降至4 350~4 400 m3/min,冶炼强度下降明显,29日对制度进行回调,以增加风量。5月上旬受烧结矿冶金性能及使用湿熄焦影响,高炉风量略有萎缩,压量关系紧张,边缘气流稳定性差,16日针对现状微调制度,松边操作,边缘矿石由3.5圈减小到3.0圈,调整后顶温略有升高,增加风量在4 488~4 508 m3/min,风量虽有萎缩,但稳定性及下料可,煤气利用率在42.79%~43.18%。装料制度调整情况如表4所示。
高风温有利于活跃炉缸,提高渣铁物理温度,改善渣铁流动性及炉渣脱硫能力,有助于节能降耗,提高经济技术指标。生产实践表明,每提高100 ℃风温,理论可降低焦比12 kg/t左右。6号高炉在热风炉轮流检修的情况下,合理制定热风炉烧炉换炉工作制度,加强热风炉管理工作,合理控制空燃比,提高风温水平,保证风温的稳定,最大限度满足高炉生产对于热风温度的要求,除特殊炉况外,严禁降低风温,风温控制在1 110 ℃,较停炉前提高20 ℃。
高炉富氧不仅可以强化冶炼,提高冶炼强度,而且可以提高煤粉燃烧率。合理匹配富氧和煤粉喷吹,保证高炉炉缸热量充沛稳定。理论上富氧率每提高1%,产量可提高4.76%[2]。6号高炉开炉后全年平均富氧量13 467 m3/h,较停炉前富氧量提高5 000 m3/h,全年平均富氧率为4.01%,较停炉前提高1.54个百分点。富氧量提高,风口理论燃烧温度明显提高,为维持合理的理论燃烧温度,煤比控制在150 kg/t,理论燃烧温度控制在2 230~2 270 ℃。
细化、优化出铁制度,加强铁口维护,稳定铁口深度,控制稳定合理的打泥量,选用合适的钻头尺寸,控制合适的出铁间隔时间及渣铁流时间,提高铁口合格率。提高炉温稳定率,扎实做细基础工作,加强日常炉温管控,提高工长的预判能力,调节手段上做到早动、微动、量化动,为高炉稳定顺行、降低燃料比提供了有利条件。
6号高炉开炉后,通过实施提产攻关稳定高炉供料、改善原燃料质量、高炉操作制度的调整、加强基础管理等措施,6号高炉实现了炉况稳定顺行,经济技术指标得到提高,降低燃料比取得了显著的效果,高炉节能降耗效果显现。2021年累计生产生铁155.24万t,利用系数2.183 t/m3·d,比2020年提高0.035 t/m3·d,累计燃料比为545.84 kg/t,比2020年降低10.58 kg/t。见表5
(1)通过分阶段设立目标计划实施提产攻关,实现了原燃料稳定供应,为高炉降低燃料比创造了条件。
(2)通过改善焦炭、烧结矿、球团矿质量,为高炉稳定顺行奠定基础。
(3)通过高炉操作的调整,促使高炉操作参数的合理搭配使用和渣铁及时出净,延长了高炉顺行周期,实现高炉燃料比降低。
