The static continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves of N80 grade steel for ERW oil casing with and without Mo are determined by Formaster-F full automatic phase transformation meter as well as the microstructures of the two types of steel at different cooling rates are observed with optical microscope. The results showed that the critical points of test steels of N80 grade steel for ERW oil casing, Ac1 and Ac3 were basically not affected by Mo element as well as the critical cooling rate for test steel 1 and 2 to start generating martensitic structure was 8 ℃/s. The interval range of cooling rate for bainite transformation of the test steels is expanded due to addition of Mo element and their microstructures are refined.

采用Formaster-F型全自动相变仪测定了含Mo和不含Mo的N80级ERW石油套管用钢的静态CCT曲线,通过光学显微镜观察两种钢不同冷却速度下的显微组织,结果表明,N80级ERW石油套管试验钢的临界点Ac1Ac3基本不受Mo元素的影响,试验钢1和试验钢2开始生成马氏体组织的临界冷速均为8 ℃/s。由于Mo元素的加入,扩大了N80级ERW石油套管试验钢贝氏体相变的冷速区间范围,并且使该试验钢的组织得到了细化。

采用Formaster-F型全自动相变仪测定了含Mo和不含Mo的N80级ERW石油套管用钢的静态CCT曲线,通过光学显微镜观察两种钢不同冷却速度下的显微组织,结果表明,N80级ERW石油套管试验钢的临界点Ac1Ac3基本不受Mo元素的影响,试验钢1和试验钢2开始生成马氏体组织的临界冷速均为8 ℃/s。由于Mo元素的加入,扩大了N80级ERW石油套管试验钢贝氏体相变的冷速区间范围,并且使该试验钢的组织得到了细化。

The static continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves of N80 grade steel for ERW oil casing with and without Mo are determined by Formaster-F full automatic phase transformation meter as well as the microstructures of the two types of steel at different cooling rates are observed with optical microscope. The results showed that the critical points of test steels of N80 grade steel for ERW oil casing, Ac1 and Ac3 were basically not affected by Mo element as well as the critical cooling rate for test steel 1 and 2 to start generating martensitic structure was 8 ℃/s. The interval range of cooling rate for bainite transformation of the test steels is expanded due to addition of Mo element and their microstructures are refined.

在石油天然气开采开发过程中,油井管是重要的基础材料,在石油管材中的使用比例约为40%。过去油井管基本都是采用无缝钢管。目前,高频直缝电阻焊(简称ERW)油气井套管以成本优势和在“无缝化”技术上的不断完善,在油井工程中的应用已日益广泛[1]。Mo在钢中可以形成固溶体,多数形成M2C碳化物,发挥固溶强化作用,同时Mo元素可以通过抑制S、P元素在晶界的偏聚来净化晶界,发挥其提高冲击韧性的作用,所以,在N80级ERW石油套管中加入一定量的Mo元素来提高试验钢的综合性能[2]。本文通过测定含Mo和不含Mo的N80级ERW石油套管用钢的静态过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线(CCT)[3],并结合显微组织分析,研究了Mo含量0.02%对N80级ERW石油套管试验用钢的不同冷速下连续冷却相变规律的影响,为N80级ERW石油套管用钢生产工艺的制定和生产控制提供一定的理论参考[2]
采用25 kg真空感应炉冶炼两炉试验钢,试验钢的化学成分如表1所示。其中试验钢1不含Mo元素,试验钢2含有Mo元素,采用化学法对试验钢2的Mo元素含量进行测定,其Mo元素的质量分数为0.02%。钢锭经1 200 ℃高温均质化2 h处理后,轧制成10 mm厚的钢板。
从10 mm厚的试验钢板上制取若干Φ3 mm×10 mm的试样[4],并在一端开一个Φ2 mm×2 mm的盲孔。采用Formastor-F全自动相变仪,依据标准YB/T 5128—2018《钢的连续冷却转变曲线图的测量方法(膨胀法)》[5],首先测定试验钢升温过程相变临界点温度Ac1Ac3,升温速度为200 ℃/h;每一个CCT曲线的试样分别以10 ℃/s的速度加热到奥氏体化温度(900 ℃),保温10 min,然后以不同的冷却速度连续冷却至室温[3],用切线法对每条冷却曲线进行数据分析,记录下每个冷却速度下的相变开始温度和相变结束温度,利用蔡司Axio observer A1M型光学显微镜对每个冷速下的组织形貌进行观察[4],以时间为横坐标、温度为纵坐标,绘制出试验钢的CCT曲线,具体冷却工艺见表2
根据测定的不同冷速下的相变开始温度和终止温度,并结合不同冷速下试样的显微组织形貌、类型和数量,绘制试验钢的静态连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),如图1所示。表3为升温过程中测得的试验钢临界相变点温度,加入0.02%的Mo元素对试验钢的Ac1Ac3临界相变点温度基本没有影响。
图1可见,Mo元素的加入,使试验钢1和试验钢2的CCT曲线位置和相变区形状发生了明显的变化。当冷却速度为0.5 ℃/s时,试验钢1中的过冷奥氏体全部转变为铁素体和珠光体,试验钢2中的过冷奥氏体首先发生铁素体和珠光体相变,随后剩余未转变的过冷奥氏体发生贝氏体相变,所以试验钢2在冷速为0.5 ℃/s时,试验钢2的室温组织为铁素体+珠光体+少量贝氏体。当冷却速度达到8 ℃/s时,试验钢1和试验钢2在连续冷却过程中均开始发生马氏体转变,且试验钢1和试验钢2的铁素体的相变开始温度随冷却速度的加快,明显呈降低的趋势,这是由于冷却速度加快,减慢了原子的扩散速度,增强了奥氏体的稳定性,使相变发生了推迟,降低相变温度[4],直到冷却速度达到30 ℃/s,两个试验钢的过冷奥氏体不再发生铁素体和珠光体相变,冷却曲线最先与BsBf线相交,得到了贝氏体,之后与Ms线相交,生成马氏体,室温组织为贝氏体+马氏体混合组织,且随着冷却速度的进一步增加,生成马氏体的数量也逐渐增加。试验钢1在冷却速度为60 ℃/s时,可以得到完全马氏体;而试验钢2在冷却速度为60 ℃/s时,除了发生马氏体相变,还发生了贝氏体相变,而且由图1(b)中可以看出,试验钢2随着冷却速度增加,直到120 ℃/s,贝氏体相变区仍未封闭,还有贝氏体相变发生。
比较图1中试验钢1和试验钢2静态连续冷却转变曲线,可以看出,在冷速为0.5~30 ℃/s范围内,两种试验钢均发生铁素体和珠光体相变,同时开始发生马氏体相变的临界冷速均为8 ℃/s,可见在N80级ERW石油套管用钢中加入0.02%的Mo元素对其铁素体+珠光体相变、马氏体相变没有影响。但试验钢1的贝氏体转变冷却速度范围为1~60 ℃/s,试验钢2的贝氏体转变冷却速度范围为0.5~120 ℃/s,在整个试验冷速范围均发生了贝氏体相变,含有Mo元素的试验钢2比不含Mo元素的试验钢1发生贝氏体相变的冷速范围更宽,Mo元素扩大了试验钢的贝氏体相变区间。
图2图3分别为试验钢1和试验钢2在不同冷却速度下连续冷却后获得的室温组织形貌照片。在连续冷却过程中,试验钢1和试验钢2均先后发生了铁素体的析出、珠光体相变、贝氏体相变及马氏体相变[4]。比较图2图3可以看出,在相同的冷却速度下,试验钢2的晶粒更细,这是因为Mo元素的加入,可以使钢的晶粒得到细化。当冷却速度为0.5 ℃/s时,试验钢1的显微组织为多边形铁素体+珠光体,试验钢2由于加入了Mo元素,发生了贝氏体相变,显微组织为多边形铁素体+珠光体+少量的贝氏体,冷却速度达到8 ℃/s时,钢中出现了少量马氏体组织,此时试验钢1和2中的显微组织组成为铁素体+贝氏体+马氏体+少量珠光体,随着冷却速度的增加,珠光体、铁素体及贝氏体含量减少,马氏体含量逐渐增多[6],如图2(f)图3(f),当冷却速度达到30 ℃/s时,试验钢1和2显微组织中的铁素体全部消失,此时试验钢1和2中的显微组织组成为马氏体+贝氏体,当冷却速度达到60 ℃/s后,试验钢1中的贝氏体消失,显微组织全部转变为板条状马氏体[4],如图2(g),试验钢2仍有少量的贝氏体存在,显微组织组成为马氏体+贝氏体,如图2(g)、(h)
(1)在C-Si-Mn系N80级ERW石油套管试验用钢中添加0.02%的Mo元素,试验钢临界点Ac1为700 ℃左右,Ac3为835 ℃,Mo元素对试验钢临界点Ac1Ac3影响不大。
(2)通过对比两个试验钢的连续冷却相变曲线可知,在冷速为0.5~30 ℃/s范围内,两种试验钢均发生铁素体和珠光体相变,开始生成马氏体组织的冷速均为8 ℃/s,但试验钢的贝氏体转变温度范围从1~60 ℃/s扩大到0.5~120 ℃/s,添加0.02%Mo元素对试验钢的铁素体和珠光体相变及马氏体相变没有影响,但扩大了贝氏体相变区间。
(3)在试验钢中加入0.02%的Mo元素可以使N80级ERW石油套管试验钢的组织得到了细化。
