The microstructure and texture of ingot blank, hot rolled steel plate, cold rolled steel plate and annealed plate are studied with the optical microscope (OM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) as well as the magnetic properties are tested with magnetic tester. The results showed that the central equiaxial crystal ratio of continuous casting billet could reach 44.5% with electromagnetic stirring, surface structure of hot rolled steel plate was with perfect recrystallization by adopting high temperature coiling process and average grain size was 28.5 μm as well as the microstructure in the center of hot rolled steel plate was with interlaced composition of recrystallized grain and long strip shape banded microstructure and average grain size of annealed plate was 74.2 μm. The distribution of texture in the thickness direction of hot rolled steel plate is uneven. The surface textures are mainly brass texture and goss texture, textures of 1/4 layer are mainly {100} and {112} components, central textures are mainly {100} and {110} components as well as textures of annealed plate are mainly composed of {111} and weaker {100} planar textures. The magnetic property of sample plate of finished product randomly drawn is measured with the Epstein square method and the results could meet user requirements.

利用光学显微镜(OM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了铸坯、热轧板、冷轧板和退火板的组织和织构,采用磁性能测试仪测试磁性能。结果表明,通过使用电磁搅拌可使连铸坯中心等轴晶率达到44.5%,采用高温卷取工艺使热轧钢板表面组织发生完全再结晶,平均晶粒尺寸为28.5 μm,热轧板中心位置组织由再结晶晶粒和长条带状组织交错组成,退火板平均晶粒尺寸为74.2 μm。热轧板厚度方向织构分布不均匀,表层织构主要为黄铜织构和高斯织构,1/4层织构主要为{100}和{112}组分,中心织构主要为{100}和{110}组分,退火板织构主要由{111}面织构和较弱的{100}面织构组成。随机抽取成品样板采用爱泼斯坦方圈法测量磁性能,结果满足用户要求。

The microstructure and texture of ingot blank, hot rolled steel plate, cold rolled steel plate and annealed plate are studied with the optical microscope (OM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) as well as the magnetic properties are tested with magnetic tester. The results showed that the central equiaxial crystal ratio of continuous casting billet could reach 44.5% with electromagnetic stirring, surface structure of hot rolled steel plate was with perfect recrystallization by adopting high temperature coiling process and average grain size was 28.5 μm as well as the microstructure in the center of hot rolled steel plate was with interlaced composition of recrystallized grain and long strip shape banded microstructure and average grain size of annealed plate was 74.2 μm. The distribution of texture in the thickness direction of hot rolled steel plate is uneven. The surface textures are mainly brass texture and goss texture, textures of 1/4 layer are mainly {100} and {112} components, central textures are mainly {100} and {110} components as well as textures of annealed plate are mainly composed of {111} and weaker {100} planar textures. The magnetic property of sample plate of finished product randomly drawn is measured with the Epstein square method and the results could meet user requirements.

冷轧无取向硅钢是指Si和Al的含量在1.5%~4.0%的电工钢,因其Si和Al含量高,铁损低,磁感应强度也较低。冷轧无取向硅钢主要用于大、中型电机以及发电机的定子和转子铁芯[1-3]。无取向电工钢又分为低碳低硅电工钢和硅钢两类,主要加工成电机转子。一般要求电机、变压器和其他电器部件的效率要高、耗电量少、体积小和重量轻。电工钢板通常是以铁芯损耗(简称铁损)和磁感应强度(简称磁感)作为产品磁性保证值。我国是家电制造及消费大国,有庞大用电体量,所以市场催生出低碳低耗的要求。而在国际国内双循环的经济背景下,我国的双碳目标着眼更高更远。2019年我国发布了家电新能效国家标准《房间空气调节器能效限定值及能效等级》,从2022年1月1日起,要求空调不低于3级能效。在政策和市场要求下改善中低牌号无取向硅钢的磁性能成为无取向硅钢研发的趋势。影响无取向硅钢磁性能的因素有钢的化学成分、板厚度、再结晶晶粒大小和晶体学织构等。钢中添加一定含量的Si和Al有利于提高无取向硅钢钢电阻率,降低涡流损耗,但是随Si含量增加,磁感应强度降低,随Mn含量增加,无取向硅钢的铁损会降低[4-6]。无取向硅钢磁性能与织构密切相关,织构分布及各组分的强度对它的磁性能具有显著影响,如何控制{100}、{110}、{111}及{112}织构的强度,使{100}面织构占优,得到较好磁性能是无取向硅钢重点研究方向[7-8]
本文设计50W600化学成分和工艺参数并进行工业生产,在生产各工序取样,系统分析组织、织构的演变规律及成品磁性能,对于丰富硅钢组织和织构控制理论,促进无取向硅钢50W600产业化具有重要指导意义。
试验材料主要化学成分见表1,50W600无取向硅钢生产工艺流程为铁水脱硫→顶底复吹转炉炼钢→RH精炼→连铸→入库→加热→粗轧→精轧→冷却→酸洗→冷轧→碱洗→退火→涂层→磁性能检测→卷取打包。冶炼工序保证钢水纯净度,要求ω[C]≤0.002 5%,ω[N]≤0.003 0%,ω[O]≤0.002 0%,ω[S]≤0.004 0%。热轧采用传统工艺生产,铸坯加热至1 150 ℃出炉,经过粗轧和精轧后终轧温度为880~900 ℃,卷取温度为700~730 ℃,热轧板厚度为2.0~2.5 mm。热轧板经过酸洗后利用五机架连轧机轧制成0.5 mm厚度冷硬板。冷硬板经过碱洗和退火进行涂层,最后卷取打包。
对全流程的铸坯、热轧板、冷轧板和退火板进行取样。铸坯样在检验室加工并进行腐蚀,观察低倍组织,钢板试样在实验室经镶样、抛光,用4%硝酸酒精溶液进行腐蚀,使用光学显微镜(OM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分别进行金相组织和织构检测。
铸坯低倍组织见图1,可以看出主要由柱状晶区和中心等轴晶区组成。测量中心等轴晶区面积和总表面积计算等轴晶率,中心等轴晶率达到44.5%。连铸时如果柱状晶粗大,产品表面会出现瓦楞状缺陷,为了减少表面缺陷,在连铸时采用电磁搅拌严格控制等轴晶率,同时促进夹杂物聚集上浮,减少铸坯中心疏松。铸坯低倍判定为中心偏析C0.5级和中心疏松0.5级。
热轧板不同厚度处组织见图2。热轧板上下表面(见图2(a)(c))组织为发生完全再结晶铁素体,晶粒呈等轴状,平均晶粒尺寸为28.5 μm。中心位置(见图2(b))组织由再结晶晶粒和长条带状组织交错组成,再结晶晶粒沿轧制方向呈扁平状,少数带状组织分布在再结晶晶粒间。由于热轧钢板表面温度较低,使得热轧结束后塑性变形在表面区域附近诱发的缺陷密度及再结晶驱动力偏高,经过高温卷取后热轧板表层形成等轴状的静态再结晶组织。热轧板中心层则因温度较高且回复较强而降低了再结晶驱动力,从而不易在高温卷取后发生再结晶,保留了部分变形的组织形态。但是由于钢板在热轧温度降低的过程中出现奥氏体和铁素体的两相区,相变作用使得热轧板中心处呈现形状不规则的组织。
冷硬板和退火板组织如图3所示,冷硬板组织如图3(a)所示,热轧板经5道次大压下率冷轧,晶粒变成破碎拉长的纤维组织,晶粒的形状和晶界比较模糊,冷硬板组织中由于高应力累积出现变形带,后续再结晶形核核心优先在变形带内形核。退火板组织如图3(b)所示,冷轧板纤维状组织经过退火发生回复和再结晶并长大,晶粒尺寸比较均匀且晶界清晰,平均晶粒尺寸为74.2 μm。
利用XRD对热轧板不同厚度层的宏观织构进行检测,并计算得到ϕ2=45°织构的ODF截面图,具体结果见图4。热轧板中心织构主要为{100}和{110}组分,1/4层织构主要为{100}和{112}组分。表层织构主要为剪切织构即黄铜织构和高斯织构。热轧板表层和1/4层处,由于热轧板表面同时受剪切应力和压应力的作用,形成高斯织构{110}<001>,在厚度1/4层处高斯取向{110}<001>的晶粒受到轧制力的作用,沿横向和轧制方向发生一定角度的旋转形成黄铜织构,同时由于压应力作用形成α取向线织构。中心仅受到压应力的作用,形成强度较高的{100}面织构。
热轧板表层、1/4层和中心α线和γ线织构分布情况见图5,从图中可以看出表层无α线和γ线织构,厚度1/4层处存在α线织构{001}<110>和{112}<110>,γ线存在较弱织构{111}<011>,中心处存在α线织构{001}<110>、{112}<110>、{111}<110>和{110}<110>,γ线织构{111}<011>,相比厚度1/4层处,中心处{001}<110>、{112}<110>和{111}<110>织构强度明显升高,γ线织构{111}<011>强度明显升高。
对退火板的宏观织构进行检测,并计算得到ϕ2=45°织构的ODF截面图,具体见图6。退火板织构主要为{111}和{100}组分,其中最强织构{111}<112>强度为6.17,还有少量的{100}<010>织构,强度约2.04。
材料的轧制织构主要由{111}和<110>所组成。对比热轧板和冷轧退火板的ODF截面图可看出,冷轧前后带钢的织构发生了很大的变化。无取向硅钢典型的冷轧织构是通过两种方式进行转动而形成的:{110}<001>转为{554}<225>转为{111}<112>转为{111}<110>转为{223}<110>和{001}<100>转为{001}<110>转为{112}<110>转为{223}<110>,热轧板按照这两种方式形成冷轧织构。冷轧板中不同位向的晶粒储存能按以下排序:{100}≤{111}≤{112}≤{110}。经过退火后有利的{100}面织构的组分降低,而不利的{111}面织构组分増强。由于{100}晶粒最易发生滑移,位错密度低,储能低,最难发生再结晶。而{111}晶粒比{100}晶粒的储能高,退火时{111}晶粒优先形核和长大,吞噬{100}组分的晶粒,导致{100}面织构组分减弱。
退火板的组织和织构对无取向硅钢的磁性能有重要影响,而织构是影响成品磁感应强度的主要因素。现场生产的退火板在涂层后进行取样,使用爱泼斯坦方圈测量成品的磁性能。成品板中随机抽取样卷检测并统计记录,具体见表2。50W600用户要求铁损P1.5/50≤4.0 W/kg,磁感强度B50≥1.69 T,由表2可以看出,抽查3卷检测头中尾磁性能,通过对比,发现钢卷中部的磁性能优于头尾位置的磁性能,钢卷头中尾位置铁损和磁感均满足用户要求。
(1)铸坯低倍组织中心等轴晶率为44.5%,铸坯低倍判定为中心偏析C0.5级和中心疏松0.5级。热轧板表面组织为发生完全再结晶铁素体,晶粒呈等轴状,平均晶粒尺寸为28.5 μm。热轧板中心位置组织由再结晶晶粒和长条带状组织交错组成。冷硬板组织呈纤维状,退火板晶粒尺寸比较均匀且晶界清晰,平均晶粒尺寸为74.2 μm。
(2)热轧板中心织构主要为{100}和{110}组分,1/4层织构主要为{100}和{112}组分,表层织构主要为剪切织构、黄铜织构和高斯织构。热轧板表层无α线和γ线织构,厚度1/4处以α线织构{001}<110>和{112}<110>为主,中心处以α线织构{001}<110>、{112}<110>、{111}<110>和{110}<110>为主。退火板织构主要为较强的{111}面织构及较弱的的{100}面织构。
(3)成品板中随机抽取样卷利用爱泼斯坦方圈法测量钢卷头中尾的磁性能,铁损P1.5/50为3.58 W/kg,磁感强度B50为1.71 T,满足用户要求。
