The pipeline steel is mainly used for transportation of oil and natural gas as well as the acid service condition means that there are such acidic mediums as H2S,CO2 and H+ in application environment, so pipeline steel in acid service condition is the pipeline steel with resistance to hydrogen induced corrosion cracking. In the paper, the development and industrial production of X46MS hot rolled coil are mainly introduced. The development includes chemical components, hot rolling process and production technology process as well as the performance tests include pulling, bending, impact, hardness, metallography, non-metallic inclusions and hydrogen induced cracking (HIC). The test results showed that the chemical components and process design of X46MS hot rolled coil in acid service condition were reasonable as well as it was with pure steel, well-closed formation and excellent mechanical properties, especially the resistance to hydrogen induced cracking.

管线钢主要用于石油和天然气的输送,酸性服役条件是指应用环境中含有H2S、CO2、H+酸性介质,酸性服役管线钢就是具有抗氢致腐蚀开裂特性的管线用钢。文章主要介绍了X46MS热轧卷板开发和工业生产,开发内容包括化学成分、热轧工艺、生产工艺流程,性能检测项目包括拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度、金相、非金属夹杂物、抗氢致开裂(HIC)。试验结果表明酸性服役X46MS热轧卷板的化学成分和工艺设计合理,钢质纯净、组织均匀,具有优良的机械性能,特别是具有抗氢致开裂能力。

The pipeline steel is mainly used for transportation of oil and natural gas as well as the acid service condition means that there are such acidic mediums as H2S,CO2 and H+ in application environment, so pipeline steel in acid service condition is the pipeline steel with resistance to hydrogen induced corrosion cracking. In the paper, the development and industrial production of X46MS hot rolled coil are mainly introduced. The development includes chemical components, hot rolling process and production technology process as well as the performance tests include pulling, bending, impact, hardness, metallography, non-metallic inclusions and hydrogen induced cracking (HIC). The test results showed that the chemical components and process design of X46MS hot rolled coil in acid service condition were reasonable as well as it was with pure steel, well-closed formation and excellent mechanical properties, especially the resistance to hydrogen induced cracking.

管线钢发展的动力来源于管道工程对管材提出的日益严格的要求、高压输送和低温、大位移、深海、酸性介质等恶劣环境的挑战。我国油气资源多数具有高硫、高H2S的特征[1],一些油气的H2S含量在1.2~7.8 g/m3,还含有1.25~4.57 g/m3的CO2气体,管道在运行中主要破坏形式是氢致开裂和H2S应力腐蚀断裂,这是两种最基本的“氢脆”形式。2020年,企业结合市场需求,大力开发厚度12.4 mm且在酸性服役(抗氢致开裂)下的X46MS管线钢热轧卷板,应用于中缅能源领域合作的“一带一路”重点项目。

表1是国内某管厂X46MS热轧卷板的化学成分要求,与同级别普通管线钢相比,其主要技术难点表现为P、S元素控制严格。

表2是国内某管厂X46MS热轧卷板的力学性能要求,与普通管线钢相比,屈强比控制严格。
相比普通管线钢,酸性服役管线钢最大的区别就是具有较强的抗氢致开裂性能,而该性能指标可以通过氢致开裂(Hydrogen Induced Cracking,简称HIC)试验来进行评估[2]。HIC检测试样必须经酸性A溶液浸泡96 h后,测量因氢压引起的开裂损坏,如起泡、直裂纹和阶梯裂纹等。缺陷特征的裂纹敏感率(CSR)不大于2%、裂纹长度率(CLR)不大于15%和裂纹厚度率(CTR)不大于5%是判定产品抗氢致开裂性能合格与否的技术指标。
X46MS热轧卷板以低成本设计理念为基础,采用C+Mn、Cr、Ti化学成分体系,其中C、Mn是极易偏析元素,含量不易过高。合金元素Cr既可以提高钢的淬透性和耐腐蚀性,又可以补偿Mn含量降低造成的强度损失。Ti是强细晶强化元素[3],且钛铁合金价格低廉,是目前微合金钢中常添加的合金元素。钢中有害元素S、H会严重恶化HIC性能,极低的含量要求是生产控制难点之一。
湿硫化氢环境中腐蚀反应产生的氢原子渗入钢的内部产生氢压或者固溶于晶格中,使钢的脆性增加形成开裂。渗入金属中的氢原子容易在夹杂物、分层等金属不连续处聚集形成分子造成开裂,因此冶炼高纯净度钢水[4]、控制钢中夹杂物数量、形态以及减小铸坯中心偏析也是确保产品抗氢致开裂性能的重要途径。
X46MS热轧卷板生产工艺流程见图1。LF-RH双联工艺可以显著降低钢中气体和夹杂物含量,提高钢水纯净度,提高钢材抗氢致开裂性能;大轧制变形量可以显著细化奥氏体晶粒尺寸,增加位错密度,确保产品的综合机械性能满足技术要求;轧后快速冷却工艺可以有效控制组织形态,利于钢材抗氢致开裂性能的保证。
产品实际化学成分控制是保证钢材产品力学性能、工艺性能以及耐酸性能的基础,X46MS热轧卷板实际化学成分见表3
钢带尾部切掉1 m后,距板宽1/2处垂直于轧制方向取拉伸试样,试样宽度为38 mm,标距为50 mm。图2为钢带厚度12.4 mm的X46MS热轧卷板拉伸性能正态分布情况,各项技术指标均满足用户技术要求且富余量适中。
钢带尾部切掉1 m后,距板宽1/4处垂直于轧制方向取一组3个冲击试样。钢带在-10 ℃、-20 ℃、-40 ℃、-60 ℃四个温度下做V形缺口冲击试验,试样尺寸(宽度×高度×长度)为10 mm×10 mm×55 mm。试验结果如图3所示,剪切断面率均为100%,产品具有优良的-60 ℃低温冲击韧性,冲击吸收功平均值大于280 J。
钢带尾部切掉1 m后,距板宽1/4处垂直于轧制方向取样进行维氏硬度(HV10)试验,试验结果如图4所示,维氏硬度值均满足用户技术要求(硬度值不大于240)。
金相组织是影响钢材力学性能的重要因素。X46MS热轧卷板基体组织为均匀细小的铁素体+少量珠光体+贝氏体,见图5。厚度方向组织均匀,铁素体晶粒度为10.0~10.5级,无带状组织[5]。这种组织体现了晶粒细化的强化效果,晶粒越细小均匀,可以分摊局部氢压的晶界越多,越不容易引起氢致开裂[6]
夹杂物实际控制水平A类细系不大于0.5级,B类细系不大于1.0级,C类细系不大于0.5级,D类细系不大于1.0及,MnS和Al2O3夹杂物的严格控制是提高抗氢致开裂性能的关键[7]
三炉代表卷按照NACE TM0284进行HIC测试,取样位置为宽度中间位置,方向为纵向。试样浸入试验A溶液中,不施加应力,浸泡96 h后,无氢鼓泡、裂纹。每个试样裂纹长度率(CLR)、裂纹敏感率(CSR)、裂纹厚度率(CTR)均为0,满足用户技术要求,测试结果详见表4
(1)通过合理制定工艺流程、化学成分和热轧工艺,X46MS酸性服役管线用热轧卷板各项技术指标满足用户要求,具有良好的强度和塑性以及抗氢致开裂性能,特别是-60 ℃冲击韧性表现优良。
(2)X46MS基体组织为铁素体+少量珠光体+贝氏体,组织均匀细小,非金属夹杂物控制良好。
