The trace amount of refining grain elements are added into carbon manganese steel as well as the heat treatment method of quenching and tempering is applied in production based on the standard. The mass production results showed that the mechanical properties could meet requirements and toughness was good. After the heat treatment of quenching and tempering, the yield strength of steel tube is not less than 500 MPa, tensile strength is not less than 620 MPa, longitudinal elongation is not less than 20%, average longitudinal impact value at -20 ℃ is not less than 180 J and the performances could meet customer's requirements; carbon equivalent is controlled below 0.44 to ensure the subsequent weldability.

根据标准采用碳锰钢加入微量细化晶粒元素,用淬火加回火热处理方式进行生产。批量化生产结果表明,力学性能可以满足要求,并且有很好的韧性表现。在淬火加回火热处理后钢管的屈服强度不小于500 MPa,抗拉强度不小于620 MPa,纵向伸长率不小于20%,-20 ℃下的平均纵向冲击值不小于180 J,性能满足客户要求;控制碳当量小于0.44,保证后续焊接性能。

The trace amount of refining grain elements are added into carbon manganese steel as well as the heat treatment method of quenching and tempering is applied in production based on the standard. The mass production results showed that the mechanical properties could meet requirements and toughness was good. After the heat treatment of quenching and tempering, the yield strength of steel tube is not less than 500 MPa, tensile strength is not less than 620 MPa, longitudinal elongation is not less than 20%, average longitudinal impact value at -20 ℃ is not less than 180 J and the performances could meet customer's requirements; carbon equivalent is controlled below 0.44 to ensure the subsequent weldability.

钢结构是先进钢铁材料实现目标构造的结构表现形式,是结构设计、材料应用、构造体功能实现的综合体现。结构用无缝钢管,以无缝制管工艺制成,常用于钢结构的连接与支撑部分[1-2]
Q460各类结构用无缝钢管,应用在高层建筑、火车站、机场、市政工程等大型钢结构领域,因其良好的尺寸精度、优异的材料性能得到用户的认可。钢种属于低合金高强度钢。Q460钢级结构管在生产中多采用焊管,在钢板制备过程中通常采用TMCP工艺[3],较容易获得高强度和良好的低温冲击韧性;但以无缝工艺制造钢管,特别是大直径厚壁无缝钢管,则很难得到轧态性能合格的无缝钢管,只能通过热处理工艺获得合格性能。
国标GB/T 8162—2018对Q460钢级结构管成分各元素规定了上限[4],需要根据生产实际情况进行选择和优化,生产中用深脱S、P铁水,转炉吹氧炼钢,采用适当的钢包精炼和真空脱气工艺,保持超低P、S含量,采用钢包电磁搅拌、钢包吹氩工艺,促进合金均匀化、非金属夹杂物充分上浮[5],具体要求范围见表1
为了保证结构用无缝钢管使用的焊接性能,规定了不同壁厚、不同生产方式的碳当量上限要求,钢种成分设计需要根据碳当量要求进行优化设计[6],标准对碳当量要求见表2
Q460代表钢的屈服强度,按照对冲击性能的不同要求,分为C、D、E三级,其中Q460C要求0 ℃时的冲击性能,Q460D要求-20 ℃时的冲击性能,Q460E要求-40 ℃时的冲击性能[7],具体要求见表3
Q460钢级无缝钢管,需要同时满足高强度和良好的低温冲击韧性,在标准只限定了元素质量分数在最大值的条件下,如采用热轧或正火工艺,大壁厚无缝钢管性能难以达到标准要求,所以热处理方式设计采用淬火加回火工艺进行,然后根据热处理方式进行钢种设计。
晶粒细化既能提高钢的强度,又能提高钢的韧性。材料的晶粒越细,材料的强度和韧性就越高,常用的细化晶粒元素有Nb、V、Ti等,其质量分数较低,一般低于0.1%,被称为微合金化元素。Nb、V和Ti在钢中是通过晶粒细化影响其强度和韧性[8]
V元素在高温熔入奥氏体时,可增加钢的淬透性,改善硬化能,高温淬火加热时,能防止其晶粒生长,增加钢的回火稳定性。Ti元素在钢中能形成很强固的TiC,可稳定到1 300 ℃,能细化晶粒,降低钢的过热倾向性。Nb元素方面,Nb能细化晶粒和降低钢的过热敏感性及回火脆性,提高强度,但塑性和韧性有所下降[8]
综合考虑,钢种设计采用在碳锰钢基础上加入一定量的成本较低的钛合金,对于壁厚大于30 mm大口径规格钢管,再适量添加钒合金进行细化晶粒处理。
选用现有Q345钢级无缝钢管管样,在实验室进行热处理试验,经过试验得出用于工业试验的可行热处理制度,然后进行工业化试验,再根据工业化试验结果对热处理制度优化后进行批量化工业生产。
钢种成分为碳、硅、锰加微量钛,试验用管规格为Φ299 mm×16 mm,碳当量为0.41。
根据公式计算Ac3温度[9]。设计热处理制度采用910 ℃淬火,590 ℃和650 ℃回火,保温时间根据钢管壁厚确定,具体见表4
1#为原始样管轧态力学性能,2#、3#为热处理后的性能,如表5所示,由数据可知590 ℃回火时抗拉强度超标准要求,650 ℃回火时性能满足标准要求。
轧态及热处理后-20 ℃冲击性能见表6,经过淬火加回火处理后冲击功明显提高。
由实验室热处理结果可知,钢种成分采用碳、硅、锰加钛,用淬火加回火的热处理方式,可以生产符合标准要求的Q460钢级高强结构管。
根据试验结果,给出工业化试验热处理制度为(910±10) ℃保温水淬,节奏时间保持130 min;(650±10) ℃回火保温空冷,节奏时间保持200 min,随钢管壁厚增加,回火温度适当下调。
管坯采用连铸方式生产,工艺流程采用转炉冶炼→LF精炼→VD真空处理→圆坯连铸。低倍检验合格,中间裂纹、中心裂纹、皮下裂纹和皮下气泡均符合要求。
各批次试验钢化学成分:1、2批次成分为碳、硅、锰加微量钛;3、4、5批次为碳、硅、锰加微量钛和钒,碳当量范围为0.41~0.44。
五害元素控制见表7。钢中五害元素铅、锡、锑、铋和砷有一些共同的特点,第一,它们的熔点与钢的熔点相比是比较低的,当钢已经处于固态时,五害元素仍处于液态,因此,通常称为低熔点元素;第二,在钢中的五害元素含量超过一定限度时,高温机械性能都会明显降低,增加钢的高温脆性,降低钢的强度和韧性,使钢变脆;第三,五害元素往往共生于一体,造成严重的偏析,很少单独存在,因而对钢的破坏作用更大[10-11],各五害元素含量小于0.015 0%,总量低于0.020 0%对钢的影响较小,由表7中数据知,五害元素控制较好,有效避免了对钢质的影响。
轧制工艺过程为:管坯加热→穿孔→连轧→定径→冷却→锯切→探伤→人工检查→入库,合格品发往热处理车间进行热处理。
严格控制轧制过程温度,轧机调整精准,保证了钢管轧后尺寸精度,试验批次1、2规格为Φ351 mm×22 mm,试验批次3、4规格为Φ325 mm×35 mm,试验批次5规格为Φ325 mm×32 mm。
热处理后要求得到Q460C钢级高强结构管。首次热处理制度采用(910±10) ℃保温水淬,节奏时间保持130 min;(650±10) ℃回火保温空冷,节奏时间保持200 min。实际性能结果见表8,性能满足标准要求,但屈服强度余量不大。
根据初次工业热处理结果,对热处理制度进行调整,在各参数保持不变的条件下,调整回火温度为630 ℃,实际性能结果见表9,由数据可知性能表现优异。
对3、4、5批次无缝钢管进行批量化试生产,根据工业化热处理试验结果,生产钢管壁厚增加到30 mm以上,为了保证性能达到标准要求并有一定余量,热处理回火温度降到615 ℃进行生产,其他参数不变,生产结果见表10
(1)冶炼及连铸精确控制,管坯质量良好;轧制控制精确,钢管轧态质量符合要求。
(2)根据实验室得出的热处理制度结合生产实际,优化后的热处理制度切实可行,工艺参数应根据壁厚不同适当调整。
(3)批量化生产无缝钢管性能表现优异,符合标准要求。
(1)根据GB/T 8162—2018标准成分要求,在选择淬火加回火热处理工艺条件下,钢种成分采用碳、硅、锰加适量细化晶粒微合金元素钛和钒,经实验室试验以及工业化试验,结果表明批量生产的高强Q460钢级结构管符合标准要求。
(2)采用淬火加回火热处理工艺生产Q460钢级高强结构管,在标准要求范围内钢种各成分含量适当降低,可以有效降低碳当量,碳当量控制在0.44以下,为后续结构管焊接创造了良好条件。
(3)经过淬火加回火工艺生产的Q460钢级高强结构管力学性能表现优异,同时具有很好的韧性表现,屈服强度不小于500 MPa,抗拉强度不小于620 MPa;断后伸长率不小于20%;-20 ℃下的平均纵向冲击值大于180 J。
