In this paper, it is introduced the CCT curve of 700 MPa grade high strength steel is measured with the Formastor-F full automatic phase change instrument and its microstructures at various cooling rates of 0.5~118 ℃/s are analyzed. The results showed that the transformation product was ferrite and pearlite when the cooling rate of test steel was 0.5 ℃/s; bainite structure began to form when the cooling rate was more than 1 ℃/s; bainite structure began to increase and perlite structure began to reduce with the cooling rate gradually increased; pearlite structure disappeared as well as the structure was ferrite and bainite when the cooling rate was 10 ℃/s; transformation products were mainly bainite when the cooling rate increased to 118 ℃/s. The analysis on the CCT curve and microstructure of 700 MPa grade high strength steel provide the theoretical basis for formulating heat treatment technology in actual production processes.

文章通过使用Formastor-F型全自动相变仪对700 MPa级高强钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线)进行了测定,分析了700 MPa级高强钢在0.5~118 ℃/s之间各种冷速下的显微组织形貌。结果显示,试验钢冷却速度为0.5 ℃/s时,转变产物为铁素体和珠光体;冷却速度高于1 ℃/s时,开始形成贝氏体组织;随着冷却速度的逐渐升高,贝氏体组织开始增加,珠光体组织开始减少,当冷却速度为10 ℃/s时,珠光体组织消失,组织为铁素体和贝氏体;当冷却速度增加到118 ℃/s时,转变产物以贝氏体为主。通过对700 MPa级高强钢的CCT曲线和显微组织分析为实际生产过程中热处理工艺的制定提供了理论依据。

文章通过使用Formastor-F型全自动相变仪对700 MPa级高强钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线)进行了测定,分析了700 MPa级高强钢在0.5~118 ℃/s之间各种冷速下的显微组织形貌。结果显示,试验钢冷却速度为0.5 ℃/s时,转变产物为铁素体和珠光体;冷却速度高于1 ℃/s时,开始形成贝氏体组织;随着冷却速度的逐渐升高,贝氏体组织开始增加,珠光体组织开始减少,当冷却速度为10 ℃/s时,珠光体组织消失,组织为铁素体和贝氏体;当冷却速度增加到118 ℃/s时,转变产物以贝氏体为主。通过对700 MPa级高强钢的CCT曲线和显微组织分析为实际生产过程中热处理工艺的制定提供了理论依据。

In this paper, it is introduced the CCT curve of 700 MPa grade high strength steel is measured with the Formastor-F full automatic phase change instrument and its microstructures at various cooling rates of 0.5~118 ℃/s are analyzed. The results showed that the transformation product was ferrite and pearlite when the cooling rate of test steel was 0.5 ℃/s; bainite structure began to form when the cooling rate was more than 1 ℃/s; bainite structure began to increase and perlite structure began to reduce with the cooling rate gradually increased; pearlite structure disappeared as well as the structure was ferrite and bainite when the cooling rate was 10 ℃/s; transformation products were mainly bainite when the cooling rate increased to 118 ℃/s. The analysis on the CCT curve and microstructure of 700 MPa grade high strength steel provide the theoretical basis for formulating heat treatment technology in actual production processes.

商用车使用频率高、能耗高,约占我国汽车总能耗的70%,汽车轻量化不仅可以降低汽车自重,而且显著提高了燃油经济性,是当今汽车技术主要发展方向之一。为了满足现代汽车安全、轻量化、低排放、高寿命和低成本的发展需求,近年来,汽车用钢板向高强度发展成为一种趋势[1]。在中国当前提倡节能、环保、轻型汽车和治超新规的大环境下,各个汽车制造商家为了减少成本大都选择轻量化的高强度零部件产品,700 MPa级高强热轧钢板作为载重汽车骨架等零部件用钢的关键材料,在符合汽车使用性能要求的同时减轻了零部件的实际重量,是目前车辆减重工艺的研究重点,也是中国钢铁生产未来发展的研究重点,使用前景广阔。为了700 MPa高强钢在实际生产过程中选择合适的轧制工艺参数和控轧控冷之后得到稳定的组织和优良的性能,通过使用Formastor-F型全自动相变仪测定了700 MPa级高强钢连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),并分析了不同冷却速度下700 MPa高强钢的连续冷却过程中显微组织的情况。CCT曲线图,即连续冷却转变曲线图,能系统地反映不同冷却速度条件下组织转变的情况,为控轧控冷工艺及热处理工艺提供理论依据[2]
试验用钢板试样由现场生产的700 MPa高强热轧钢板切割,化学成分如表1所示。
试验钢经均匀化退火后,试样加工成Φ3 mm×10 mm,一端开一个Φ2 mm×2 mm的小孔[3]。根据YB/T 5127—2018[4]和YB/T 5128—2018[5],使用Fomastor-F全自动相变仪按照5 ℃/min的加热速度将试验钢升温至临界点测定温度。首先将该试验钢按照10 ℃/s的速度加热至950 ℃以上,即完全奥氏体化温度,保温10 min,然后依次按照0.5 ℃/s、1 ℃/s、2 ℃/s、3 ℃/s、5 ℃/s、7 ℃/s、10 ℃/s、20 ℃/s、46 ℃/s、68 ℃/s、118 ℃/s的冷却速度使试验钢的温度降至室温,并根据不同温降下试验钢的膨胀量与加热温度之间的关系曲线,分析膨胀量在不同温度和时间参数下的情况,通过金相法得出不同组织开始转变和结束转变时具体位置点,将该钢种的CCT曲线(静态)绘出,见图1。结合以上试验过程,进一步将所有冷速下试验钢的显微组织图像通过光学显微镜进行观察分析。
通过以上试验得出试验钢的临界温度Ac1为686 ℃,Ac3为873 ℃,Ar1为618 ℃,Ar3为813 ℃。不同冷速下铁素体、珠光体、贝氏体和马氏体组织转变分别采用大写字母F、P、B和M来表示。结合图1所示不同的冷却时间,冷却速度由最右边至最左边分别为0.5 ℃/s、1 ℃/s、2 ℃/s、3 ℃/s、5 ℃/s、7 ℃/s、10 ℃/s、20 ℃/s、46 ℃/s、68 ℃/s、118 ℃/s。
根据图1所示的试验钢连续冷却转变曲线可以得出在快慢不一样的冷速下,试验钢在连续冷却转变过程中过冷奥氏体随着不同的冷却速度和不同的组织变化温度,分别发生了奥氏体向铁素体的转变、奥氏体向珠光体的转变、奥氏体向贝氏体的转变。同时将不同冷却速度下的试验钢经过砂纸逐级打磨、抛光、冲洗,使用浓度为4%的硝酸酒精溶液浸蚀后,采用蔡司显微镜观察了所有冷速下试验钢的微观组织,如图2所示。
当冷速设定为0.5 ℃/s时,过冷奥氏体首先分解为铁素体(F)+少量珠光体(P)组织,此时铁素体呈多边形,珠光体在多边形铁素体的晶界处均匀地分布,晶粒大小均匀,没有贝氏体组织生成,如图2(a)所示,珠光体是由过冷奥氏体经过分解以后得到的共析铁素体和共析渗碳体组成,C元素在高温奥氏体中扩散,导致奥氏体出现贫碳区和富碳区,在贫碳区构建铁素体的同时,在富碳区构建渗碳体,二者是同时同步,共析共生,最后形成珠光体[6];当试验钢按照1 ℃/s进行冷却时,此时多边形铁素体组织占比较大,珠光体组织含量开始减小,开始生成小部分的贝氏体组织,得到铁素体(F)+珠光体(P)+少量贝氏体(B)的混合组织,晶粒的尺寸大小变化不显著,如图2(b)所示;当试验钢按照2 ℃/s进行冷却时,得到的组织为铁素体、极少量的珠光体以及贝氏体,晶粒尺寸减小,此时主要组织为铁素体和贝氏体,铁素体表现为多边形铁素体形貌,贝氏体此时已转变为粒状贝氏体,如图2(c)所示;当冷却速度继续增加至3 ℃/s时,铁素体晶粒和贝氏体晶粒呈现出尺寸大小不一,含量相近,并含有极少量的珠光体组织,因此该冷却条件下得到的显微组织为块状铁素体(F)+粒状贝氏体(B)+极少量的珠光体(P),如图2(d)所示;当冷却速度为5~7 ℃/s时,块状铁素体数量开始下降,贝氏体含量比例逐渐增大,当按照7 ℃/s进行冷却时,通过金相分析软件可知铁素体含量约为30%,贝氏体含量约为70%,晶粒尺寸显著减小,因此该冷却条件下得到的显微组织主要为块状铁素体(F)+粒状贝氏体(B),如图2(e)图2(f)所示;当试验钢按照10~20 ℃/s进行冷却时,块状铁素体向针状铁素体变化,并且含量很少,珠光体消失,贝氏体含量进一步增多,逐渐变为粒状贝氏体,当冷速达到20 ℃/s时,此时贝氏体转变温度区域最大,因此该冷却条件下得到的显微组织主要为针状铁素体(F)+粒状贝氏体(B),如图2(g)图2(h)所示;当试验钢按照46~68 ℃/s进行冷却时,随着冷速继续提高,贝氏体转变温度区域也开始缩小,粒状贝氏体组织占多数,针状铁素体占少量,晶粒大小均匀,因此该冷却条件下得到的显微组织主要为针状铁素体(F)+粒状贝氏体(B),如图2(i)图2(j)所示;当冷速增加到最大冷速118 ℃/s时,组织全部变为贝氏体,形成上贝氏体和下贝氏体两种形貌,如图2(k)所示。上贝氏体组织形成温度低于粒状贝氏体,碳原子的扩散速度降低,贝氏体铁素体板条的宽度减小,M/A组元连成“长条状”,下贝氏体组织形成温度低于上贝氏体,特征是碳化物规律地分布在“柳叶状”贝氏体铁素体片条的内部[7]
(1)通过试验钢的连续冷却转变得出其临界温度Ac1为686 ℃,Ac3为873 ℃、Ar1为618 ℃、Ar3为813 ℃。
(2)由试验钢的CCT曲线和显微组织分析可知,冷速设定0.5 ℃/s时,试验钢发生铁素体与珠光体之间的相变,铁素体表现为多边形;冷速从1 ℃/s增加至7 ℃/s的过程中,发生铁素体与珠光体以及贝氏体之间的转变;当冷速按10~118 ℃/s进行控制时,贝氏体逐渐增加,铁素体由多边形转变为针状形貌,直至最后铁素体/珠光体相逐渐消失,完全形成上/下贝氏体。通过不同冷速下显微组织的分析,为工业化批量生产700 MPa高强钢制定控轧控冷工艺提供了技术指导。
