Tower crane is the mechanical equipment playing a leading role in the construction of high rise buildings as well as it is widely used because it could achieve any work height and work range through installing and attaching. Its installation and disassembly are more dangerous projects, so construction organizations should pay high attention to the safety technology management of installing and disassembling tower crane. In the paper, it is introduced the construction process of demolition with tower crane, mainly discussed the problems need to be solved in the process as well as elaborated the construction preparation, order of demolition with tower crane, safety precautions and reinforcement measures of truck crane at different positions of roof for underground garage in detail, which could be as the reference for construction of demolition with tower crane.

塔式起重机是高层建筑施工中起主导作用的机械设备,因其通过安装附着装置可以实现任意工作高度和工作幅度而被广泛应用。塔式起重机的安装和拆卸属于危险性较大的工程,施工单位应高度重视塔机安拆的安全技术管理工作。文章介绍了塔吊拆除的施工流程,重点对塔吊拆除过程需要解决的问题进行论述,主要从塔吊拆除的施工准备、拆除的顺序、安全保障措施以及汽车吊在地下车库顶板所站不同位置的加固措施方面进行了详细论述,对塔吊拆除施工具有一定的借鉴意义。

Tower crane is the mechanical equipment playing a leading role in the construction of high rise buildings as well as it is widely used because it could achieve any work height and work range through installing and attaching. Its installation and disassembly are more dangerous projects, so construction organizations should pay high attention to the safety technology management of installing and disassembling tower crane. In the paper, it is introduced the construction process of demolition with tower crane, mainly discussed the problems need to be solved in the process as well as elaborated the construction preparation, order of demolition with tower crane, safety precautions and reinforcement measures of truck crane at different positions of roof for underground garage in detail, which could be as the reference for construction of demolition with tower crane.

保定ABO一期安置区工程曹庄安置区规划用地面积为5.37万m2,曹庄安置区规划总建筑面积约10.5万m2,其中地上面积7.23万m2,地下面积3.77万m2。拟建五栋住宅楼,1#、2#、4#楼24层、3#楼25层和5#楼27层,地下三层(分别为地下一层、地下二层、地下夹层)。在设计变更中,屋顶女儿墙整体加设砼挑檐,造成塔机无法降节拆卸,需采用300 t汽车吊协助拆塔。1#塔吊塔机大臂长45 m,重心距大臂端距离为17.3 m,重6.3 t,塔吊高度93.7 m,楼高75.1 m;2#塔吊塔机大臂长50 m,重心距大臂端距离18.6 m,重6.7 t,塔吊高度96.5 m,楼高75.1 m;3#塔吊塔机大臂长50 m,重6.7 t,塔吊高度99.3 m,楼高78 m;4#塔吊塔机大臂长40 m,重心距大臂端距离15.3 m,重5.9 t,塔吊高度99.3 m;5#塔吊塔机大臂长55 m,重心距大臂端距离19.7 m,重6.9 t,塔吊高度104.9 m,楼高83.8 m。
塔吊安拆单位编制塔吊拆除工程专项施工方案并经施工总承包单位及监理单位完成审批。安拆单位须提供施工资质及安全生产许可证、安拆单位与施工总承包单位签定的安全协议书、租赁单位与施工单位签定的租赁合同和安全管理协议书、建筑机械设备产权备案证书、产品合格证、说明书,塔机安拆用辅助起重设备应持监管部门颁发的检测合格证,将上述资料复印件盖章后交施工总包单位备案。
塔机拆除前,必须保证车辆行走路线畅通,拆除的塔机采用13 m货车进行运输,清理好工地道路,在地库道路回填土上铺设20 mm厚的钢板,以方便货车和汽车吊进场,对拆除现场进行清理,以便有足够空间摆放倒运塔机零部件。为保证汽车吊支腿位置地基承载力,将提前定位的汽车吊支腿位置地库顶板回填土进行碾压夯实,在回填土上面铺设20 mm厚的钢板,保证汽车吊安全完成塔机部件周转及拆除。做好现场施工单位和人员的协调工作,维持好现场施工及机械设备的施工秩序,在塔机拆除期间,避免出现交叉作业情况。
塔机拆除前,总承包单位组织安拆单位负责人,负责起重机械拆除工程。专职安全生产管理人员、专业技术人员和特种作业人员召开拆除方案技术交底会,明确塔机拆除过程中存在的安全隐患、施工注意事项及安全保障措施,交代好各拆除过程中需要注意的程序和细节,使所有施工人员必须熟知安全防范重点、主要危险因素及防范措施,保证安拆人员能够安全顺利完成拆除工作。技术总工程师、安全总监和拆除单位负责拆除的负责人、总包单位的技术员必须事先熟悉施工现场,在现场实施监督,排除不利因素的影响,以免影响塔吊拆除。
300 t和50 t汽车吊各1辆,13 m半挂货车5辆,1~5 t链条葫芦3个,对讲机、口笛、信号旗各1对,卡环、吊环、吊索齐全,4-121B大锤各2把,重型套管、活动扳手、梅花扳手及电工常用工具各一套。
根据现场情况,拆除1#、2#、3#、4#塔吊需要汽车吊在地库上完成起吊拆卸作业。为满足承载力要求,避免汽车吊直接与顶板结构接触,需预先完成地库顶板防水施工及虹吸排水工程,覆土1.5 m后汽车吊进场准备起吊。同时需提前在图纸上预先确定汽车吊布置位置及角度,确认支腿位置,通过GPS在地库顶定位,对地下车库顶板进行加固。300 t汽车吊在回填完地库顶板上行驶至指定位置,将汽车吊的支腿打开,汽车吊支腿展开尺寸为8.93 m×8.53 m,汽车吊的支腿尽量放在地库柱子和梁上面,汽车吊主臂长80 m,副臂长30 m,配重60 t,汽车吊重心至塔吊大臂重心的回转半径为25 m。
(1)汽车吊副臂安装。拆卸汽车吊主臂上的吊钩,用塔吊吊装副臂将销轴插入安装孔进行固定,安装副臂上的吊钩。
(2)拆卸吊钩和钢丝绳。将塔机旋转至无障碍影响的拆卸区域,回转塔机至适合汽车吊作业方向,拆卸起吊钢丝绳并收至起升卷筒上,拆除吊钩;将载重小车开至臂根位置并固定,拆卸变幅钢丝绳并收至变幅卷筒上。
(3)拆卸电控系统接线。将电控系统线路断开,并向一端缠绕收拢,避免影响塔吊部件的吊装。
(4)拆卸部分平衡配重。按照安装塔吊配重的相反顺序,将各块塔吊配重依次拆下,仅保留一块2.8 t配重。
(5)拆卸起重臂总成。在起重臂重心两侧悬挂钢丝绳,确保吊钩起吊的位置与大臂重心重合,吊住起重臂,拆除起重臂与塔头之间的销轴。吊起起重臂放至地面合适位置。整条起重臂可一次起吊拆卸,也可分多次起吊拆卸。
(6)拆卸剩余的平衡配重。用300 t汽车吊拆卸最后一块2.8 t平衡配重,将其吊起放置在地面适当位置。
(7)拆卸平衡臂(含起升机构)。吊住平衡臂,将平衡臂拉杆的撑架立起并用销轴固定好。以平衡臂上弦杆和塔头的固定销为支点,缓慢吊起平衡臂绕支点转动,使拉杆处于放松状态,使长拉杆落在撑架上,拆除长拉杆与短拉杆之间的连接销轴,吊起平衡臂,放至地面。
(8)拆卸回转总成。吊住回转总成(含塔头),拆卸下支座与过渡节的连接销轴,吊起回转总成放至地面。
(9)拆卸过渡节、爬升架和标准节。吊起爬升架,缓缓地沿标准节主弦杆吊出,放至地面。依次拆除与主体结构连接的塔吊附着装置和塔身标准节,塔吊拆卸完毕,清理吊运现场构件,防止构件变形和配件遗失。
300 t和50 t汽车吊应严格按照额定起重量性能表作业,严禁超载、歪拉斜拽。在塔吊拆卸过程中,平衡配重块数量、重量、位置及臂架、过渡节、爬升架和标准节的拆卸程序应严格遵循厂家拆除说明的规定。拆除所使用的钢丝绳、卡环、吊钩和辅助支架等起重机具均应符合要求,并经检查合格后方可使用。用钢丝绳作吊索,其安全系数应大于6倍。对起吊物进行移动、吊升、停止、下降的全过程应用旗语或通用手势信号进行指挥,信号不明不得启动,上下相互协调联系应采用对讲机。拆卸附着装置时,要保证其下面的附着装置处于夹紧有效状态,才能拆卸该道附着装置。拆卸臂架、平衡臂根部连接销轴前应找准重心,采取措施,防止连接销拆除后臂架可能引起的危险。指挥信号工、挂钩工、司机必须协调配合。发现吊物重心偏移或其他物件粘连等情况时,必须立即停止起吊,采取措施并确认安全后方可起吊。
5#塔吊塔机大臂最大重量为6.9 t,汽车吊吊拆塔吊所站部位不在地下车库顶板,2#、3#塔吊塔机大臂钢构件最大重量为6.7 t,吊拆1#、2#、3#、4#塔吊汽车吊所站部位的地下车库顶板。汽车吊自重为72 t,配重为60 t,配重重心距后支腿距离为2 400 mm,汽车吊重心距前支腿距离为5 430 mm,距后支腿距离为3 500 mm。根据现场已知条件绘制300 t汽车吊工作受力简图如图1所示。
(1)汽车吊支腿支座反作用力。根据受力分析计算简图,以支腿F1为支点取力臂距离,旋转90°,求出汽车吊支腿最大力F2的支座反力为
M(A)=0
67×(25+3.5)-F2×8.93+(600+720)×3.5=0
F2=731.2 kN
由于F2代表汽车吊2根支腿的受力,因此单根支腿的最大受力F2'=731.2÷2=365.5 kN。
(2)极限状态下汽车吊支腿支座反作用力。汽车吊前支腿不受力,后支腿承担全部受力F1=600+720+67=1 387 kN。由于F1代表汽车吊2根支腿的受力,因此单根支腿的最大受力F1'=1 387÷2=693.5 kN
地下车库顶板板厚350 mm,车库顶板为双向板,顶板为梁板式屋盖,柱网最大跨度为8 m×8 m。顶板上设计回填土厚度为1.8 m,活动荷载为5.0 kN/m2,车库顶板设计荷载为40 kN/m2
查GB 50009—2012《建筑结构荷载规范》[1]附录A常用材料和构件的自重表A(4)得出粘土自重为18 kN/m3。地下室顶板覆土1.8 m,每平方米荷载为18 kN/m3×1.8 m=32.4 kN/m2。地下室顶板可承受荷载为32.4 kN/m2×1.2+5 kN/m2×1.4=45.88 kN/m2
根据结构设计图纸总说明,车库顶板荷载设计值为40 kN/m2。汽车吊吊装作业时,每个支腿下垫2.5 m×3.0 m的钢板支座,因此单根支腿受力面积为2.5×3.0=7.5 m2。汽车吊在楼板上最不利工作受力状况为四个支腿全部落在地下车库的顶板上,如图2所示。
楼板跨中局部荷载(包括集中荷载)的最大弯矩:
Mmax=qL/4=(1.3×693.5)×8÷4=1 803 kN·m
式中:L——板的跨度,m;
q——吊车支腿对楼板的压力,kN;
1.3——活荷载动力系数。
《建筑结构荷载规范》规定连续梁、板的等效均布活荷载,可按单跨简支计算。在计算内力时,仍应按连续考虑。按《建筑结构荷载规范》附录C,单向板上局部荷载(包括集中荷载)的等效均布活荷载按下式计算:

式中:L——板的跨度,考虑车型状况,m;
b——板上荷载的有效分布宽度,m;
Mmax——简支单向板的绝对最大弯矩,按设备的最不利布置确定,kN·m。
荷载作用面的长边平行于板跨时,荷载的有效分布宽度b按下列规定确定(见图3)。
b=bcy+0.7L=2.5+0.7×8=8.1 m
qe=8Mmax/bL2=(8×1 803)÷(8.1×8×8)=27.82 kN/m2
荷载作用面的长边垂直于板跨时,荷载的有效分布宽度b按下列规定确定(见图4)。
b=bcy×2/3+0.73L=7.84 m
qe=8Mmax/bL2=(8×1 803)÷(7.84×8×8)=28.75 kN/m2
根据楼面等效荷载分布确定汽车吊支腿对地下车库顶板的荷载小于地下车库顶板的荷载的设计值,不需要对地库顶板进行加固[2]
地库高度3 850 mm,混凝土柱截面尺寸为600 mm×600 mm,采用C35混凝土,混凝土抗压强度为16.7 N/mm2,纵向钢筋采用12根Φ20 mm HRB400钢筋,钢筋抗压强度为360 N/mm2,钢筋截面积为314 mm2
根据GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》[3]钢筋砼轴心受压截面承载力:
N=0.9ϕ(fcA+fy'AS')=6 631 kN>693.5 kN
式中:N——轴向压力设计值,kN;
fc——混凝土轴心抗压强度设计值,N/mm2;
A——混凝土柱截面积,mm2;
ϕ——钢筋砼构件稳定系数;
fy'——纵向钢筋抗压强度设计值,N/mm2;
AS'——受压钢筋截面积,mm2;
L0/b=3 850÷600=6.41<8;
查钢筋砼构件稳定系数ϕ=1。
汽车吊支腿放在地库砼柱上,砼柱承载力大于汽车吊支腿的压力,不需要对地库进行加固。
地库混凝土梁截面尺寸为500 mm×900 mm,采用C35混凝土,抗压强度为16.7 N/mm2,保护层厚度为35 mm,受压钢筋为2根Φ25 mm和2根Φ12 mm的钢筋;受拉钢筋为双排14根,上排5根直径Φ25 mm,下排9根直径Φ25 mm,采用HRB400级钢筋,环境类别为2类。截面有效高度h0=900-60=840 mm,Φ25 mm钢筋截面积为490.9 mm2,Φ12 mm钢筋截面积为113.1 mm2,钢筋抗拉强度为360 N/mm2,as=35+25÷2=47.5,a1=1,ξb=0.518(查界限相对受压区高度表)[3],则:
X=fyAs-fy'AS'/a1fcb=244 mm,结果小于0.518×840=435 mm
Mu=a1fcbx(h0-x/2)+fy'AS'(h0-as')=1 807 kN·m,与楼板跨中局部荷载最大跨距1 803 kN·m数值相近。
式中:fy——钢筋抗拉强度设计值,N/mm2;
AS——受拉钢筋截面积,mm2;
as——受压区边缘到受压钢筋合力作用距离。
汽车吊支腿放在地库混凝土梁上,混凝土梁承载力大于汽车吊支腿的压力(考虑最不利荷载和动力系数),不需要对地库梁进行加固。
(1)考虑最不利情况,汽车吊支腿全部放在地库楼板上。由于单根支腿的最大受力为693.5 kN,受力面积为7.5 m2,地下车库单位面积所受荷载为N=F1'A=693.5÷7.5=92.47 kN/m2>40 kN/m2,需要对地下车库顶板支腿部位进行加固。从安全角度考虑,不计算楼板的承载能力,只考虑支撑钢管的承载能力,楼板顶撑架体的立杆纵、横向间距可按600 mm设置,水平杆步距为1 200 mm,立杆上端伸出顶层横杆中心线至顶板支撑点的长度为300 mm。地库顶板下面钢管支撑部位铺设50 mm×70 mm的木方,立杆上端加设顶撑顶在木方下面,要求顶撑将顶板下面的木方顶紧,钢管顶撑面积为3.6 m×3.6 m,纵横向7根钢管,立杆纵、横向间距均为600 mm,大于每个支腿下垫2.5 m×3 m钢板的面积。
立杆截面的回转半径i=1.6 cm,立杆壁厚为2.8 mm,净截面面积A=3.976 cm2;钢管立杆抗压强度设计值[f]= 205.00 N/mm2;立杆上端伸出顶层横杆中心线至模板支撑点的长度a=0.3 m;最大步距h=1.2 m;计算长度l0=1.2+2×0.3=1.8 m;长细比λ=l0/i=180÷1.6=112.5<150;查轴心受压立杆的稳定系数表得到ϕ=0.5,立杆抗压强度σ=N/ϕA;N=σϕA=0.5×397.6×205=40.75 kN。
每区格面积为0.6×0.6=0.36 m2,每根立杆承受的荷载为N=0.36 m2×92.47 kN/m2=33.29 kN<40.75 kN,满足要求。
(2)本次吊装汽车吊支腿布置在混凝土柱上和混凝土梁上,不需要对地库进行加固。为了安全考虑,对地下车库顶板按照常规吊装进行加固,钢管纵、横向间距为800 mm,水平杆步距为1 500 mm。汽车吊支腿荷载为366÷7.5=48.8 kN/m2,每区格面积为0.8×0.8=0.64 m2,每根立杆承受的荷载N=0.64 m2×48.8 kN/m2=31.232 kN,钢管的计算长度l0=1.500+2×0.300=2.100 m;长细比λ=l0/i=2 100÷16.0=131<150;查轴心受压立杆的稳定系数表ϕ=0.391;N=0.391×397.6×205=31.87 kN>31.23 kN。
(3)在汽车吊支腿部位楼板纵横向设置5根立杆,间距为800 mm,立杆上端顶撑位于板底木方下部,可调托撑下方在不大于300 mm处设置道纵横向水平杆,纵、横承重立杆采用单扣件固定;在距地200 mm高处设置一道纵、横向扫地杆;立杆下方设置50 mm×250 mm通长木垫板,钢管顶撑面积为3.2 m×3.2 m。在地下车库的负一层和负二层均设钢管支撑,要求立杆下设置通长木垫板,在负一层和负二层楼板上所设的位置对齐,保证地下车库楼板受力通过钢管支撑传到地库基础。
本文介绍了建筑施工中塔吊拆除的施工过程及安全技术管理措施,对地下车库柱、梁、板承载力进行了计算,并对地下车库的加固措施进行了详细的论述。高层建筑塔吊拆除是危险性较大的分部分项工程,必须由专业安装拆除单位编制专项拆除方案及应急预案,严格按照拆除方案及塔吊拆除作业规程进行拆除。在地库顶板上拆除塔吊,需要对地库梁、板、柱的承载力进行验算,根据验算结果,对梁、板进行加固。在塔吊拆除过程中,加强安全、技术管理,塔吊拆除作业风险还是可控的。
