In this paper, the industrial experiments of different heat treatment processes for X65Q seamless steel tube with medium thick wall are carried out as well as its microstructure and properties are tested and analyzed. The test results showed that the martensite content of X65Q seamless steel tube with specification of Ф406.4 mm×26.19 mm was gradually reduced from inner wall to center after quench with 3 300 m3/h inner and outer spraying as well as the microstructure of its internal surface was tempered sorbite+bainite, microstructure of its outer surface was bainite; after quenching, its grain size reached grade 8.5, transverse impact value at 0 ℃ reached over 200 J and yield strength reached over 500 MPa with tempering of 630 ℃ so that the strength and toughness of material matched well, which could meet the requirements of API 5L standard.

对中厚壁X65Q无缝钢管进行了不同热处理工艺制度的工业试验,并对材料的组织、性能进行了检测分析。试验结果表明:生产的Ф406.4 mm×26.19 mm规格X65Q无缝钢管,经过内喷、外淋水量均为3 300 m3/h淬火后,钢管由内壁至心部,马氏体含量逐渐减少,钢管内表面组织为回火索氏体+贝氏体组织,外表面组织为贝氏体组织;淬火后经过630 ℃回火,材料晶粒度达8.5级,0 ℃横向冲击值达200 J以上,屈服强度达500 MPa以上,实现了材料强度、韧性良好匹配,满足API 5L标准要求。

对中厚壁X65Q无缝钢管进行了不同热处理工艺制度的工业试验,并对材料的组织、性能进行了检测分析。试验结果表明:生产的Ф406.4 mm×26.19 mm规格X65Q无缝钢管,经过内喷、外淋水量均为3 300 m3/h淬火后,钢管由内壁至心部,马氏体含量逐渐减少,钢管内表面组织为回火索氏体+贝氏体组织,外表面组织为贝氏体组织;淬火后经过630 ℃回火,材料晶粒度达8.5级,0 ℃横向冲击值达200 J以上,屈服强度达500 MPa以上,实现了材料强度、韧性良好匹配,满足API 5L标准要求。

In this paper, the industrial experiments of different heat treatment processes for X65Q seamless steel tube with medium thick wall are carried out as well as its microstructure and properties are tested and analyzed. The test results showed that the martensite content of X65Q seamless steel tube with specification of Ф406.4 mm×26.19 mm was gradually reduced from inner wall to center after quench with 3 300 m3/h inner and outer spraying as well as the microstructure of its internal surface was tempered sorbite+bainite, microstructure of its outer surface was bainite; after quenching, its grain size reached grade 8.5, transverse impact value at 0 ℃ reached over 200 J and yield strength reached over 500 MPa with tempering of 630 ℃ so that the strength and toughness of material matched well, which could meet the requirements of API 5L standard.

管道输送是一种经济高效的流体输送方式,是陆地和海上长距离输送石油、天然气最经济合理的运输方式。近十年来,我国油气供给与管道建设呈现跨越式发展。国内油气管道总长达到14万km。除了应用在化工产业、石油工业中,管线管也被广泛地应用于大型工厂的暖气输送与供水系统[1]。在城市建设中,管线管也被用作煤气和天然气的运输管道,为城市提供清洁环保、高效节能的新能源。同时随着石油天然气工业的不断发展,非常规油气资源占比越来越大,为保障油气输送管道的安全运行,要求材料具有高强、易焊接、良好的淬透性[2]。国内的无缝钢管企业在生产管线钢管时多采用调质工艺生产。通常,由板材制成管线的钢或非调制的管线钢的成分设计思路,都是在低碳锰钢的基础上加微合金化元素如V、Ti、Nb、N等[3]。包钢钢管公司460机组引进世界最先进的PQF三辊轧机,同时配套有一条热处理生产线,完全具备生产X65Q钢级管线管的条件。本文以包钢钢管公司460机组生产的X65Q为研究对象,先在实验室研究了相同淬火温度、不同回火温度下对X65Q拉伸性能的影响,得到了不同热处理制度下试验钢性能的变化规律,以试验研究结果作为X65Q实际生产的热处理工艺依据,得到合格的产品。在包钢钢管公司现有工装条件下,适应市场需求,开发出壁厚不小于25 mm的X65Q管线管。
X65Q管线管生产工艺流程为管坯加热→穿孔→连轧→张减径→冷床冷却→精整矫直→热处理→探伤→检查→水压→倒棱→带保护帽→测长、计重、喷标、涂漆→包装。
本试验所用的母材为Ф406.4 mm×26.19 mm×12 000 mm无缝钢管,其化学成分见表1表2。将试验钢管整体加热到910 ℃,保温30 min,进行淬火热处理,冷却介质为水,内喷、外淋水量均为3 300 m3/h,冷却时间为40 s,将试验钢管冷却至100 ℃以下,将淬火后的钢管进行回火热处理,具体热处理工艺方案见表3

按照表3中的工艺进行热处理,分别对不同热处理工艺后钢管进行取样、力学性能检测,检测结果见表5
表5可知,试验钢管经内喷、外淋淬火后的屈服强度为560~580 MPa,抗拉强度达810 MPa左右,0 ℃横向冲击功为36~40 J;淬火后经过不同温度回火,随回火温度的升高,屈服、抗拉强度逐渐降低,0 ℃横向冲击值逐渐升高,不同温度回火后冲击值均达200 J以上,远高于标准27 J的要求。
综合考虑材料性能及热处理生产工艺成本,采用热处理工艺3(910 ℃保温30 min,水淬+630 ℃保温90 min,空冷)更加经济、环保,材料的各项力学性能指标均满足API 5L标准要求[4]
对试验钢管的轧态、淬火态、淬火+回火(工艺3)组织进行检测分析,检测结果分别如图1图4所示。钢管轧态组织为铁素体+珠光体、淬火后钢管显微组织为马氏体和贝氏体整合组织,淬火后钢管分别经过600 ℃、630 ℃、660 ℃回火,保温时间均为90 min,最终钢管的内壁显微组织为回火索氏体和贝氏体整合组织[5]
对轧态钢管的带状组织进行检测评级,内表面的带状组织为1.5级,心部带状组织为1.0级,外表面无明显带状组织。从图1轧态组织照片来看,轧态钢管的带状组织由内向外逐渐减轻,这主要是由于铸坯心部Mn、S等元素的成分偏析以及钢管在轧制过程中内、外表面变形和冷却速度不均等因素造成[6]
通过取样,对淬火态钢管壁厚方向内表面、心部、外表面显微组织观察见图2,由显微组织照片可以看出钢管内表面组织主要为马氏体,另外有少量贝氏体组织,钢管心部、外表面组织主要为贝氏体。
钢管淬火后630 ℃回火屈服强度较淬火态降低60 MPa左右,抗拉强度降低近200 MPa。由图3组织照片可以看出,钢管淬火后经630 ℃回火,钢管内壁组织由原来的马氏体+贝氏体组织转变为回火索氏体+贝氏体组织,钢管的心部、外表面淬火后组织主要为贝氏体+少量马氏体,回火后的组织为少量回火索氏体+回火贝氏体组织。
对淬火态及淬火后630 ℃回火后的试样进行晶粒度检测,晶粒度均达8.5级(见图4)。回火索氏体中珠光体片层间距越小,以及细小组织晶粒度保证了试验钢具有良好的综合机械性能[4]。试验钢管经过系列热处理试验,在所有工艺制度下,试验钢的拉伸性能均满足标准要求(Rt0.5≥450 MPa,Rm≥535 MPa,A≥30%)。在淬火温度一定时,随着回火温度的提高,试验钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度减小,延伸率升高,其中热处理工艺3(910 ℃保温30 min,水淬+630 ℃保温90 min,空冷)实现了材料强度、韧性的良好匹配,实现了壁厚不小于25 mm非API 5L标准的工业化生产。
(1)生产的Ф406.4 mm×26.19 mm规格X65Q无缝钢管经过调质热处理后,材料力学性能满足API 5L标准要求,产品实现了壁厚大于25 mm非API 5L标准无缝钢管的工业化生产。
(2)试验钢管轧态全壁厚组织为铁素体+珠光体组织,内表面带状组织达1.5级,经过调质热处理后,带状组织消失;淬火态的全壁厚组织为马氏体+贝氏体的整合组织,回火后的全壁厚显微组织为回火索氏体+贝氏体整合组织,该组织具有优异的综合机械性能。
(3)试验钢经过热处理工艺3(910 ℃保温30 min,水淬+630 ℃保温90 min,空冷)调质热处理后,材料原始奥氏体晶粒度达8.5级,0 ℃横向冲击值达200 J以上,屈服、抗拉强度有50~70 MPa富余量,材料的各项力学性能指标达到最佳,热处理工艺合理。
