The process technology of “oxidation+chemical precipitation+coagulating sedimentation and heavy metal collector” is proposed through studying the treatment technology of thallium-containing desulfurization waste water as well as the optimal proportion meeting the requirements of removing thallium is determined by adjusting the concentration (set value) of oxidant (sodium hypochlorite), pH, polyaluminum chloride (PAC), heavy metal collector and polyacrylamide (PAM). The experimental results showed that the removal efficiency of thallium was 99.75% when the concentrations of oxidant (sodium hypochlorite), PAC, heavy metal collector and PAM were 1 500 mg/L, 200 mg/L, 1 300 mg/L, 4 mg/L respectively and pH value was 10, which could meet the requirements of discharge standard for thallium in desulfurization waste water.

通过开展对含铊脱硫废水处理技术的研究,提出了“氧化+化学沉淀+混凝沉淀、重金属捕收剂”这一工艺技术。通过调整次氯酸钠氧化剂、pH、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、重金属捕收剂及聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的浓度(设定值),确定满足铊去除要求的最佳配比。试验结果表明,当次氯酸钠氧化剂、PAC、重金属捕收剂及PAM浓度分别为1 500 mg/L、200 mg/L、1 300 mg/L、4 mg/L及pH值为10时,铊的去除率为99.75%,可以满足脱硫废水中铊的排放标准要求。

The process technology of “oxidation+chemical precipitation+coagulating sedimentation and heavy metal collector” is proposed through studying the treatment technology of thallium-containing desulfurization waste water as well as the optimal proportion meeting the requirements of removing thallium is determined by adjusting the concentration (set value) of oxidant (sodium hypochlorite), pH, polyaluminum chloride (PAC), heavy metal collector and polyacrylamide (PAM). The experimental results showed that the removal efficiency of thallium was 99.75% when the concentrations of oxidant (sodium hypochlorite), PAC, heavy metal collector and PAM were 1 500 mg/L, 200 mg/L, 1 300 mg/L, 4 mg/L respectively and pH value was 10, which could meet the requirements of discharge standard for thallium in desulfurization waste water.

2020年发布的《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13456—2012)修改单中新增水污染物铊限值排放要求[1]。在钢铁行业中,铊的主要来源是铁矿石,铁矿石中的铊在烧结、球团工序进入烟气中,采用湿法脱硫时,由于温度降低进入脱硫系统,产生含铊的脱硫废水[2]。目前,国内先进的球团、烧结企业湿法脱硫废水处理方法有“预处理+三效蒸发器”和“预处理+膜处理”两种。前者所需要的成本太高,且需要稳定蒸气热源;后者膜处理工艺仅起浓缩作用,无法对铊进行去除,存在超标的问题[3-4],两种方法均无法在独立烧结、球团企业应用。因此,本研究利用氧化沉淀吸附的方法,实现对脱硫废水中铊的去除,为后期企业脱硫废水处理提供参考。
本研究中含铊脱硫废水取自某独立烧结、球团企业。企业脱硫废水呈酸性,铊浓度为1.690 mg/L,超标256.7倍,处理效率需达到99.64%。本研究中主要的试验试剂有生石灰、10%次氯酸钠溶液、PAC、PAM、重金属捕收剂。10%次氯酸钠溶液纯度为分析纯,其余均为工业纯。
铊在自然界有两种氧化态为Tl+和Tl3+,TlOH溶于水,Tl3+在碱性条件下可以形成Tl(OH)3,因此可以通过加入氧化剂将Tl+氧化为Tl3+,再调节溶液的pH实现对铊的去除[5]。现场采集水样后加入10%次氯酸钠溶液,并加入生石灰调节pH值,产生Tl(OH)3沉淀;然后加入PAC、重金属捕收剂进行混凝和重金属螯合,最后加入PAM絮凝沉降。含铊脱硫废水的处理工艺流程图如图1所示。
将含铊脱硫废水静置沉降后,取上清液,加入氧化剂次氯酸钠,搅拌2~3 min后,加入生石灰调节pH值;之后快速搅拌5 min按顺序加入PAC、重金属捕收剂、PAM,最后慢速搅拌5~10 min检测铊的去除效果。预试验次氯酸钠、PAC、重金属捕收剂、PAM浓度分别为500 mg/L、200 mg/L、300 mg/L、4 mg/L,pH值为9。然后依次调整pH值、次氯酸钠、重金属捕收剂、PAC和PAM浓度,具体见表1,探究其对铊去除的影响。
含铊脱硫废水静置24 h,前8 h沉降效果不好,但经过24 h沉降后,能够显著降低废水中的悬浮物,可减少后续处理的加药量。因此,后续试验均在沉降24 h的状态下进行。
沉降后进行预试验,预试验次氯酸钠、PAC、重金属捕收剂、PAM浓度分别为500 mg/L、200 mg/L、300 mg/L、4 mg/L,pH值为9。预试验结果废水中的铊浓度降低至0.295 mg/L,处理效率达到82.54%,能够明显提高废水中的铊去除率。因此,后续将调整各试剂浓度来提高铊的去除率。
在预试验的基础上调整pH值继续进行试验,次氯酸钠、PAC、重金属捕收剂、PAM浓度分别为500 mg/L、200 mg/L、300 mg/L、4 mg/L,依次调整pH值为8.5、9.0、9.5、10.0、10.5,试验结果如图2(a),随着pH值增加铊的去除率不断提高,当调整pH值为10.0时,铊的去除率已经达到了95.06%,考虑到石灰的大量加入会增加污泥量,后续试验设定pH值为10。
然后调整次氯酸钠浓度来提高铊的去除效率。PAC、重金属捕收剂、PAM浓度分别为200 mg/L、300 mg/L、4 mg/L,pH值为10,依次调整次氯酸钠浓度为500 mg/L、1 000 mg/L、1 250 mg/L、1 500 mg/L、1 700 mg/L,试验结果如图2(b),当次氯酸钠浓度为1 000 mg/L时,铊的去除效果明显提高,继续提高次氯酸钠的浓度后,铊去除率趋于平稳,平衡试剂成本和铊去除效果,后续试验将在次氯酸钠浓度为1 500 mg/L的条件下进行。
2.2节中已确定次氯酸钠浓度和pH值,在此基础上调整重金属捕收剂的浓度继续进行试验。次氯酸钠、PAC、PAM浓度分别为1 500 mg/L、200 mg/L、4 mg/L,pH值为10,依次调整重金属捕收剂浓度为300 mg/L、800 mg/L、1 000 mg/L、1 300 mg/L、1 500mg/L。试验结果见图3,铊去除率随着重金属捕收剂浓度的增加而提高,当重金属捕收剂浓度为1 300 mg/L时,铊去除率达到99.75%,已经满足铊浓度限值要求。因此,后续试验将在重金属捕收剂浓度设定为1 300 mg/L。
2.3节中研究已经确定了可以满足铊去除要求的试剂配比,本节旨在通过调整PAC浓度以减少铊去除成本。次氯酸钠、重金属捕收剂、PAM浓度分别为1 500 mg/L、1 300 mg/L、4 mg/L,pH值为10,依次调整PAC浓度为100 mg/L、150 mg/L、200 mg/L、250 mg/L、300 mg/L。试验结果见图4(a),PAC浓度减小后,铊去除效果明显下降,并且当PAC浓度为150 mg/L时铊去除率为98.56%,不满足铊的浓度限值要求。因此,PAC浓度仍使用200 mg/L。
然后调整PAM浓度,次氯酸钠、重金属捕收剂、PAC浓度分别为1 500 mg/L、1 300 mg/L、200 mg/L,pH值为10,依次调整PAM浓度为1 mg/L、2 mg/L、3 mg/L、4 mg/L、5 mg/L。试验结果如图4(b)所示。PAM浓度降低,铊去除率也随之下降,当PAM浓度为3 mg/L时,铊去除率为99.32%,不满足铊的浓度限值要求。考虑到试剂成本,该工艺PAM浓度仍使用4 mg/L。
(1)脱硫废水沉降24 h后,可显著降低废水中悬浮物;预试验投加次氯酸钠、PAC、重金属捕收剂、PAM、生石灰,铊去除率达到82.54%。
(2)随着pH值的提高,铊去除率提高,当调整pH值为10.0时,铊的去除率已经达到了95.06%;随着次氯酸钠浓度的提高,铊去除率提高,当次氯酸钠浓度高于1 000 mg/L时,铊去除率趋于平稳。
(3)随着重金属捕收剂浓度的增加,铊去除率提高,当重金属捕收剂浓度为1 300 mg/L时,铊去除率达到99.75%。
(4)随着PAC、PAM试剂浓度的增加,铊去除率提高,当PAC、PAM浓度分别为200 mg/L、4 mg/L时,铊去除率达到99.75%,已经满足铊浓度限值要求,故不再增加试剂浓度。
(5)“氧化+化学沉淀+混凝沉淀、重金属捕收剂”含铊脱硫废水处理工艺在次氯酸钠、PAC、重金属捕收剂、PAM浓度分别为1 500 mg/L、200 mg/L、1 300 mg/L、4 mg/L、pH值为10.0时能够有效去除脱硫废水中的铊,并且满足铊浓度限值要求。
