In this paper, the effect laws of adding a certain proportion of high silicon Brazilian coarse powder ore into sintering on its technical indicators and quality of sinter with current raw material conditions of Baotou Steel are studied. The experiment showed that the complementary ore proportioning could be realized by adding a certain proportion of high silicon Brazilian coarse powder ore taking the ore proportioning structure that the self-produced iron ore concentrate by Baotou Steel adding Australian limonite and semi limonite as the main framework, which was conducive to improving the quality of sinter. The industrial experiment showed that the rate of sintering finished products, drum strength of sinter and size composition were improved after add the high silicon Brazilian coarse powder ore into sintering of Baotou Steel.

文章研究了在包钢原料条件下,配加一定比例的高硅巴西粗粉矿对烧结技术指标和烧结矿质量的影响规律。试验表明,在以包钢自产铁精矿配加澳洲褐铁矿、半褐铁矿作为主框架的配矿结构下,配加一定比例的高硅巴西粗粉矿,可实现互补配矿,有利于提高烧结矿质量。工业试验表明包钢烧结配加高硅巴西粗粉矿后,烧结成品率提高,烧结矿转鼓强度提高,粒度组成改善。

In this paper, the effect laws of adding a certain proportion of high silicon Brazilian coarse powder ore into sintering on its technical indicators and quality of sinter with current raw material conditions of Baotou Steel are studied. The experiment showed that the complementary ore proportioning could be realized by adding a certain proportion of high silicon Brazilian coarse powder ore taking the ore proportioning structure that the self-produced iron ore concentrate by Baotou Steel adding Australian limonite and semi limonite as the main framework, which was conducive to improving the quality of sinter. The industrial experiment showed that the rate of sintering finished products, drum strength of sinter and size composition were improved after add the high silicon Brazilian coarse powder ore into sintering of Baotou Steel.

烧结矿是高炉的主要入炉原料,提高烧结矿品位、优化铁料配置是高炉降本增效的重要措施[1]。随着中国钢铁工业的迅猛发展以及生铁产能的增加,烧结生产对进口铁矿石的需求量呈逐年增加趋势,由巴西进口的铁矿粉作为生产烧结矿的优质原料得到了广泛应用[2]。各个钢铁企业烧结生产在使用巴西铁矿粉过程中,根据所采购巴西铁矿粉的性能特点以及自身原料条件进行合理配加。相关研究表明,首钢配加8.5%(质量分数)左右的巴西矿对其烧结矿产质量指标影响不大。包钢烧结用原料以自产白云鄂博铁精矿为主,自产的铁精矿SiO2含量较低,为保证烧结过程生成的液相量充足及烧结矿强度指标满足高炉需求[3],需要配加一定比例的蛇纹石或高硅铁矿粉来弥补含铁料SiO2含量的不足,以改善和稳定烧结矿质量。高硅巴西粗粉矿属于中铁高硅赤铁矿,将其作为一种高硅含铁原料与包钢自产铁精矿合理搭配进行烧结试验研究,提出了使用该矿种可行的配矿方案,实现了包钢烧结提质降本的目标。
烧结试验选取了两种高硅巴西粗粉矿试样,均由巴西淡水河谷公司提供。两种矿石试样编号分别为试样1、试样2。对试样化学成分、粒度组成及其同化性和液相流动性进行分析检测,检测结果见表1表2表3
与PB粉矿相比较,高硅巴西粗粉矿铁品位低,分别为57.35%、55.20%;SiO2含量较高,分别为11.30%、14.00%;P、Al2O3含量低,有害元素含量以及Ig低。
试样1粒度组成中大于1 mm占比为76.30%,粗粒级的组分占比高于PB粉矿,有利于烧结混合料制粒。试样2粒度组成中大于1 mm占比为45.98%,细粒级的占比较高,不利于烧结混合料的制粒。由检测数据可见高硅巴西粗粉矿的同化温度较高、液相流动性一般,与澳大利亚矿配合使用可实现性能互补。
试验以包钢某烧结产线的铁料配置为基准,高硅巴西粗粉矿替代目前使用的蒙古粉矿和部分PB粉矿,配加量以保证烧结生产不外配高硅熔剂(蛇纹石)为准。试验点高硅巴西粗粉矿的配比分别为9%试样1、7%试样2。铁料配置方案见表4。试验采用包钢技术中心炼铁研究所直径300 mm烧结杯,料层厚度为700 mm,点火负压为4.9 kPa,烧结负压为9.8 kPa。试验通过调整熔剂配比控制烧结矿碱度为2.0±0.08、MgO含量为2.0%±0.1%,SiO2含量为5.0%±0.2%;使用焦粉作燃料,调整燃料配比实现烧结返矿平衡。
试验原料均取自稀土钢板材公司炼铁作业部,含铁原料有包钢自产铁精矿、PB粉矿和FMG粉矿、蒙古粉矿;熔剂有石灰石、生石灰、白云石和蛇纹石,其中石灰石和生石灰用于调整烧结矿碱度,白云石主要用于调整烧结矿MgO含量,蛇纹石调整烧结矿MgO、SiO2含量,其化学成分见表5
配加高硅巴西粗粉矿前后,烧结矿化学成分的变化见表6
表6可以看出,烧结配加高硅巴西粗粉矿后,烧结矿品位、Al2O3含量呈下降的趋势,P含量无变化。高硅巴西粗粉矿品位低,SiO2含量高,导致烧结矿品位降低。配加9%试样1,烧结矿品位降低0.13个百分点,配加7%试样2,烧结矿品位降低0.15个百分点。
表7为配加高硅巴西粗粉矿烧结指标的变化情况。
配加高硅巴西粗粉矿后,与基准试验点对比分析如下:
(1)成品率明显升高,方案1成品率升高2.91个百分点,方案2成品率升高2.27个百分点。
(2)烧结固体燃耗略有降低,方案1和方案2较基准点分别降低0.8 kg/t、0.2 kg/t。
(3)高硅巴西粗粉矿试样2粒度偏细,此矿粉的配加会造成混合料粒度组成变差,导致烧结垂速和利用系数下降。配加高硅巴西粗粉矿应适当增加配水量,以保证混合料制粒效果提高烧结垂速。
(4)烧结矿转鼓强度明显升高,方案1烧结矿转鼓指数提高1.6个百分点,方案2烧结矿转鼓指数提高1.3个百分点。使用高硅巴西粗粉矿替代蒙古粉矿,降低了磁铁矿的比例,增加了赤铁矿比例,烧结性能上能够与褐铁矿形成互补,提高了粘结相强度,从而可提高烧结矿冷态强度。
表8为高硅巴西粗粉矿在265 m2烧结机的工业试验配比,以自产白云鄂博铁精矿搭配澳矿粉A、澳矿粉B、蒙古粉矿配矿结构为基准。与基准期相比,试验期配加6%高硅巴西粗粉矿替代蒙古粉矿,自产精矿配比增加1个百分点,澳矿粉B配比增加1个百分点,澳矿粉A配比降低了2个百分点。
265 m2烧结机配加高硅巴西粗粉矿前后,烧结技术指标、烧结矿化学成分和粒度组成的变化分别见表9表10
试验期与基准期对比,烧结负压升高0.19 kPa,终点温度升高51 ℃,主管温度上升7 ℃,烧结混合料透气性略变差。烧结混合料水分控制在6.8%~7.0%,与基准期持平,试验期烧结矿碱度控制中值下调了0.08,因碱度下调幅度较大,烧结过程中液相量降低,采取了降低机速适当提高燃料比的技术措施保证烧结矿质量。对比基准期,烧结机利用系数降低0.01 t/(m2·h),固体燃耗升高0.7 kg/t,烧结矿FeO含量升高了0.30个百分点,铁品位提高0.45个百分点。
烧结矿粒度组成大于40 mm粒级占比下降0.04个百分点,5~10 mm粒级占比下降0.93个百分点,中间粒级占比增加,烧结矿平均粒径提高了0.25 mm。烧结矿转鼓指数提高了0.49个百分点。在烧结矿碱度下降的条件下,烧结矿转鼓指数、粒度组成等关键质量指标提高。上述数据分析表明工业试验结果与实验室研究结果基本一致。
工业试验期间,265 m2烧结配加高硅巴西粗粉矿前后,烧结矿冶金性能变化见表11。由表11可知,配加高硅巴西粗粉矿后,烧结矿冶金性能改善,主要表现为还原度升高0.6个百分点,最大压差降低2 768 Pa,熔滴温度区间降低5.4 ℃。
烧结配加高硅巴粗粉矿生产实践表明,烧结配加6%高硅巴西粗粉矿替代蒙古粉矿时,烧结矿质量改善,烧结矿平均粒径和转鼓强度提高;烧结矿还原度提高,熔滴温度区间变窄,最大压差降幅较为明显。烧结固体燃耗增加,烧结机利用系数略有下降。工业试验与实验室研究结果一致,充分说明在当前包钢烧结铁料配置结构条件下,使用6%高硅巴西粗粉矿替代蒙古粉矿,能够改善烧结矿质量。
(1)巴西高硅粉矿属中品位、高硅含量赤铁矿,烧结同化温度高,液相流动性略差于澳矿粉,可与澳矿粉形成互补配矿。烧结杯试验表明,烧结配加高硅巴西粗粉矿后,烧结成品率明显提高,混合料制粒性能变差,烧结垂速、利用系数下降,固体燃耗略有下降;烧结矿转鼓强度提高。
(2)工业试验与实验室研究结果基本一致。在包钢烧结铁料配置结构下,配用6%高硅巴西粗粉矿烧结矿质量改善,烧结矿平均粒径和转鼓强度提高;烧结矿还原度提高,熔滴温度区间变窄,最大压差降幅较为明显。
