In the blast furnace bag dust recovered from flue gas in ironmaking process, there are not only the iron, carbon and oxygen contained in solid charge, but also such valuable elements as zinc and lead in the form of oxide as well as potassium and sodium in the form of chloride. In view of the influences and economic value of these elements on ironmaking production, the experiment of “leaching of NH4Cl → replacement and impurity removal → electrolysis” for blast furnace bag dust is designed and carried out. As a result, the products of potassium ammonium chloride and zinc in line with national standard as well as the optimum conditions of leaching zinc and lead from blast furnace bag dust, precipitation of zinc in leachate, replacement and electrolysis are obtained.

从炼铁过程烟气回收得到的高炉布袋灰中,除包含固体炉料的铁、碳、氧外,还有以氧化物形式存在的锌、铅和以氯化物形式存在的钾、钠等有价元素。针对这些元素对炼铁生产的影响及经济价值,设计并进行了高炉布袋灰“NH4Cl浸出→置换除杂→电解”试验,得到了氯化铵钾、锌等符合国家标准的产品,同时得出了包钢高炉布袋灰中锌、铅浸出、浸出液沉淀锌和置换及电解等工艺的最佳条件。

从炼铁过程烟气回收得到的高炉布袋灰中,除包含固体炉料的铁、碳、氧外,还有以氧化物形式存在的锌、铅和以氯化物形式存在的钾、钠等有价元素。针对这些元素对炼铁生产的影响及经济价值,设计并进行了高炉布袋灰“NH4Cl浸出→置换除杂→电解”试验,得到了氯化铵钾、锌等符合国家标准的产品,同时得出了包钢高炉布袋灰中锌、铅浸出、浸出液沉淀锌和置换及电解等工艺的最佳条件。

In the blast furnace bag dust recovered from flue gas in ironmaking process, there are not only the iron, carbon and oxygen contained in solid charge, but also such valuable elements as zinc and lead in the form of oxide as well as potassium and sodium in the form of chloride. In view of the influences and economic value of these elements on ironmaking production, the experiment of “leaching of NH4Cl → replacement and impurity removal → electrolysis” for blast furnace bag dust is designed and carried out. As a result, the products of potassium ammonium chloride and zinc in line with national standard as well as the optimum conditions of leaching zinc and lead from blast furnace bag dust, precipitation of zinc in leachate, replacement and electrolysis are obtained.

高炉布袋灰是高炉炼铁过程中产生的固体废弃物,属于一种冶炼副产品。高炉炼铁过程中,被高炉煤气带出的原料、燃料及其他反应产物组成的细小颗粒形成了高炉布袋灰,其组成包括烧结矿、球团矿、铁矿粉、焦炭粉、低沸点有色金属氧化物粉尘等。高炉布袋灰化学成分复杂,除铁、碳之外,还含有大量的锌、铅、钾、钠等对炼铁生产有害的元素[1-3]
高炉布袋灰中的有价元素主要是锌、铅、钾、钠,对高炉炼铁生产的影响主要表现在三个方面:一是损害高炉的炉衬,减少高炉的寿命;二是影响高炉冶炼顺行;三是增大焦比[4-5]
随着国家环境保护要求,尤其是对钢铁企业的排废管理越来越严格,钢铁企业对生产原料的利用程度要求也越来越高,如何高效利用高炉布袋灰中的铁、碳等资源并提高其有价元素综合利用价值,降低环保压力,成为包钢炼铁生产面临的难题[6-8]
本文以包钢高炉布袋灰作为原料,对高炉布袋灰中有价元素进行综合回收试验研究。
高炉布袋灰的化学成分和物相一般随高炉原料、高炉生产工艺及设备运行情况发生轻微变化。使用原子吸收、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪等设备、仪器对原料进行多元素分析,分析结果见表1
表1可看出,包钢高炉布袋灰中主要元素是铁、碳、钾(以K2O计)、锌、硅(以SiO2计)、钙(以CaO计)、铅,同时还含有少量的镁、磷、硫、钠、氟等元素。其中,钾元素含量(以K2O计)为14.26%、锌元素含量为7.78%,均具有很高的回收利用价值,而为了回收布袋灰中铁、碳作为高炉生产原料使用,要降低钾、钠、锌、铅元素含量。
使用XRD对包钢高炉布袋灰进行X射线衍射测定,衍射图谱使用Origin软件进行解析,高炉布袋灰的测定结果见图1
图1可知,包钢高炉布袋灰中主要的物相组成为Fe2O3、KCl、ZnS、ZnO、C,同时还要少量的NaCl和钙镁硅酸盐。
将包钢高炉布袋灰试样送包钢矿山研究院理化室进行锌的物相分析,得到锌的物相分析结果见表2
根据表2分析结果可知,包钢高炉布袋灰中锌的物相以氧化锌为主,硫化锌、碳酸锌含量很低,硅酸锌含量为微量,说明布袋灰中的锌主要是金属锌蒸气氧化后形成的氧化锌粉尘,其余的锌是细小炉料颗粒带入的硫化锌、碳酸锌、硅酸锌,该结果与布袋灰中锌的形成相符。
根据包钢高炉布袋灰分析结果,拟确定对包钢高炉布袋灰中的钾、钠、锌、铅进行综合回收,具体工艺如下:
根据XRD分析结果可以看出,钾、钠元素基本以氯化钾及氯化钠形式存在,利用氯化钾及氯化钠溶于水的性质进行回收,实现钾、钠与高炉布袋灰分离的目的。
根据锌物相分析可知,锌主要以氧化锌形式存在,为了避免氧化铁与锌同时反应,选择氨浸出的方法将锌、铅与包钢高炉布袋灰进行分离。
浸出试验后,锌、铅以离子态或络合态赋存于浸出液中,选择置换除杂→锌离子沉淀→硫酸溶解→电解的方式来分离锌、铅,并制备金属锌。
直接使用NH4Cl溶液浸出高炉布袋灰,既能保证锌的浸出,也可以将布袋灰中的氯化钾、氯化钠溶解。此时浸出得到的浸出液中主要含锌、铅、钾、少量的钠、铁、钙等离子,通过除杂可使溶液中的锌、铅、铁、钙等金属离子分离,钾离子、少量的钠离子、氨根离子在溶液中,该溶液可作为浸出液重复利用直至氨根离子不足或氯化钾饱和,此时将该溶液蒸发可获得化肥的原材料氯化铵钾溶液。
称量100 g高炉布袋灰,在浸出温度100 ℃、浸出时间60 min、固液比0.2固定条件下,以不同NH4Cl浓度进行浸出试验,试验结果见图2
图2中可以看出,锌、铅的去除率随NH4Cl浓度的增加而提高,且铅的去除率高于锌的去除率。当NH4Cl浓度为3.5 mol/L时铅锌去除率均为最高值,此时锌的去除率为82.00%,铅的去除率为87.65%。当NH4Cl浓度为3.0 mol/L以上时锌的去除率增幅减缓,说明NH4Cl含量在3.0 mol/L时可满足将布袋灰中锌、铅大量浸出的要求。虽然NH4Cl浓度大于3.0 mol/L时锌铅去除率仍有提高,但从成本角度考虑,NH4Cl浓度3.0 mol/L为最佳浸出液浓度条件。
称量100 g高炉布袋灰,在NH4Cl浓度3.0 mol/L、浸出时间60 min、固液比0.2固定条件下,在不同浸出温度进行浸出试验,试验结果见图3
图3可以看出,随着浸出温度的提高,锌、铅的去除率随浸出温度的提高而增加,当浸出温度达到70 ℃时,铅的去除率高于锌的去除率;其中当浸出温度达到100 ℃时,锌的去除率最高,为82.84%,铅的去除率也最高,为88.54%。当浸出温度高于80 ℃后,锌的去除率增幅不明显,铅的去除率仍在提高,但趋势减缓。考虑到锌铅的去除效果,浸出温度100 ℃为最佳温度条件。
称量100 g高炉布袋灰,在NH4Cl浓度3.0 mol/L、浸出温度100 ℃、固液比0.2固定条件下,以不同浸出时间进行试验,试验结果见图4
图4可以看出,锌、铅在浸出时间40 min时开始大量浸出,浸出时间为60 min时锌的去除率最高,此时铅、锌去除率分别为82.27%及86.75%,浸出时间大于60 min时锌的去除率缓慢减少。经分析,在敞口浸出条件下,浸出液中Ca2+、Mg2+、Zn2+等金属离子在空气中氧气及二氧化碳的作用下反应生成对应的沉淀,减少了锌的去除率。因此,60 min为最佳浸出时间。
称量一定质量的高炉布袋灰,在浸出温度100 ℃、浸出时间60 min、NH4Cl浓度3.0 mol/L的固定条件下,分别以固液比0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4条件进行浸出试验,试验结果见图5
图5可以看出,在不同固液比试验条件下,铅去除率呈先上升后下降的趋势,锌的去除率缓慢下降,固液比为0.1时锌去除率最高,固液比0.2时铅去除率最高。随着固液比的增加,铅、锌去除率降低,说明包钢高炉布袋灰中锌铅的去除效果不受参与反应的NH4Cl质量影响,仅受NH4Cl浓度影响。同时根据试验情况分析,在同样搅拌速度条件下,过多的布袋灰会导致搅拌能力下降,烧杯底部容易形成低转速区域,导致锌铅去除率小幅降低。
使用高炉布袋灰在NH4Cl溶液浸出得到的浸出液作为锌的分离试验原料,向浸出液中加入盐酸,将浸出液pH值调至弱酸性,加入金属锌粉在室温条件下静置一段时间进行置换除杂,除杂完毕后过滤得到无色透明溶液及金属颗粒;过滤后向溶液中分批次加入碳酸氢铵,直至不再生成白色絮状沉淀,过滤得到碱式碳酸锌沉淀及NH4Cl溶液;碳酸锌沉淀经过烘干得到碱式碳酸锌。
使用一定浓度的稀硫酸溶解碱式碳酸锌,制备硫酸锌溶液;使用铅做阳极,石墨做阴极,使用电解槽电解硫酸锌溶液,得到金属锌;电解至无明显金属析出为电解终点。
将400 mL浸出液经过混合后等分为4份,使用浓度为3.0 mol/L的盐酸将浸出液pH值调至弱酸性,分别放入不同质量的金属锌粉末进行置换,置换后溶液由淡红色转化为无色透明溶液,对置换后的金属粉末进行成分分析,得到的结果见表3
表3可以看出,置换反应可以有效的将浸出液中的铅、铁离子置换出来,换算后置换出的金属质量见图6
图6可以看出,在锌加入量为5 g以上时,置换出的金属质量增加变缓。
将500 g高炉布袋灰用NH4Cl溶液浸出,得到的浸出液加入盐酸并置换完成后的无色透明溶液等分为5份,根据计算,将每份溶液中全部锌沉淀需要碳酸氢铵26 g,分别向溶液中加入不同质量的碳酸氢铵,沉淀过滤后烘干称重,沉淀质量结果见图7
图7中可以看出,随着碳酸氢铵加入量的增加,沉淀量先增加,在加入量为30 g及以上时,沉淀量基本不变。由此可以推断,将100 mL除杂后的浸出液中的锌离子全部沉淀需要30 g碳酸氢铵。
浸出液经过置换除杂、沉淀后得到的碱式碳酸锌中含有少量的铁、钙、钾、钠杂质,在使用硫酸制备电解液过程中,钾、钠、铁的碳酸盐与硫酸反应,生成对应的硫酸盐,根据生成的硫酸钙微溶的性质,仅有少量钙进入电解液中。考虑到硫酸亚铁在电解时会与锌同时被还原成金属,因此在电解前向电解液中加入少量金属锌粉末,进一步提高金属锌的纯度。
向500 mL浓度为0.1 mol/L的硫酸中缓慢加入沉淀并不断搅拌,经搅拌后沉淀完全溶解,溶液pH值为7.0,此时沉淀加入量为140 g。向溶液中加入0.5 g金属锌粉末,静置1 h后过滤,得到电解液。
将电解得到的金属锌样品使用XRD进行X射线衍射测定,并使用ICP、火焰原子吸收等设备检测各杂质组分含量,使用origin处理后的XRD结果见图8,组分化验结果见表4
图7的XRD分析结果可以看出,电解后的金属在XRD结果的衍射峰均为锌的特征峰值。
表4可以看出,金属锌中杂质主要是铁、铅,其余元素均在XRD检测下限,其真实含量极低。经换算,确定杂质含量为0.082%。金属锌中锌含量不小于99.5%。
(1)经过试验验证,可以对高炉布袋灰中的锌、钾进行回收并形成高质量产品,浸出渣中钾、钠、锌都得到了有效的去除,基本满足返回烧结的条件。
(2)NH4Cl浸出最佳条件为浸出温度100 ℃、浸出时间60 min、NH4Cl浓度3.0 mol/L。
(3)本工艺可以得到锌含量不小于99.5%的金属锌产品,杂质主要是铁、铅,确定杂质含量为0.082%。
