The distribution law of apatite mineral in a tailing of Inner Mongolia is 9.25% and content of P2O5 is only 3.73% so that it is low-grade phosphorus mineral. Based on the condition experiment, the open circuit test of primary rougher flotation and secondary concentration is carried out with sodium carbonate as the pH adjusting agent, water glass and HSL as the depressor as well as modified fatty acid TQHY as the collecting agent aiming at the difficult problems of low grade of apatite, many types of gangue mineral containing calcium and similar floatability. Finally, the phosphate concentrate with the grade of P2O5 of 33.02% and recovery rate of 78.67% is obtained as well as good separating indexes are obtained.

内蒙古某尾矿中磷灰石矿物的分布率为9.25%,P2O5含量仅为3.73%,属于低品位磷矿物。针对磷灰石入选品位低、含钙的脉石矿物种类多、可浮性相近的难点问题,采用碳酸钠为pH调整剂、水玻璃和HSL为抑制剂、改性脂肪酸TQHY为捕收剂,在条件试验的基础上,进行了一次粗选、二次精选的开路试验,获得了P2O5品位33.02%、回收率78.67%的磷精矿,取得了较好的选别指标。

内蒙古某尾矿中磷灰石矿物的分布率为9.25%,P2O5含量仅为3.73%,属于低品位磷矿物。针对磷灰石入选品位低、含钙的脉石矿物种类多、可浮性相近的难点问题,采用碳酸钠为pH调整剂、水玻璃和HSL为抑制剂、改性脂肪酸TQHY为捕收剂,在条件试验的基础上,进行了一次粗选、二次精选的开路试验,获得了P2O5品位33.02%、回收率78.67%的磷精矿,取得了较好的选别指标。

The distribution law of apatite mineral in a tailing of Inner Mongolia is 9.25% and content of P2O5 is only 3.73% so that it is low-grade phosphorus mineral. Based on the condition experiment, the open circuit test of primary rougher flotation and secondary concentration is carried out with sodium carbonate as the pH adjusting agent, water glass and HSL as the depressor as well as modified fatty acid TQHY as the collecting agent aiming at the difficult problems of low grade of apatite, many types of gangue mineral containing calcium and similar floatability. Finally, the phosphate concentrate with the grade of P2O5 of 33.02% and recovery rate of 78.67% is obtained as well as good separating indexes are obtained.

磷是具有战略意义的非金属资源,我国磷矿石有67%用于生产磷肥,12%用于生产黄磷,5.4%用于生产饲料,4%用于食品工业。除此之外,磷矿石在农业、化工、玻璃、陶瓷、医药中均有应用[1],有着不可替代的作用。尤其在全球经济一体化进程的加速和我国对“三农”问题的高度关注的背景下,磷矿资源的重要性日益突出。
我国磷资源总储量较为丰富,主要集中在云南、贵州、四川、湖南和湖北等南方地区,占全国总储量的80%以上,造成了“南磷北运、西磷东调”的局面。我国磷资源储量中P2O5品位大于30%的富矿仅为13.7亿t,占全国总储量的7%,磷矿石的平均品位为16.85%。近年来随着磷肥需求的迅速增长,高品位磷矿资源和易选磷矿资源逐渐减少,开发和利用中低品位磷矿资源势在必行[2]
本文针对内蒙古某尾矿中的低品位磷灰石进行了选矿试验研究,采用碳酸钠为pH调整剂、HSL为抑制剂、TQHY为捕收剂,通过一次粗选、二次精选的工艺流程获得了较好的选别指标。
试样取自内蒙古某选矿厂选铁后的尾矿。为了更好地了解试样中磷矿物含量、赋存状况、结构构造和连生情况,制定合适的选矿方案,对试样进行了化学成分和矿物组成分析。
试样的化学成分分析结果见表1
表1可以看出,试样中P2O5品位仅为3.73%,而我国磷资源P2O5的平均品位为16.85%,属于低品位的磷灰石,主要杂质为Fe、SiO2、CaO和MgO。
试样中的磷矿物有磷灰石和稀土矿物,以磷灰石居多。脉石矿物以辉石类、闪石、白云石矿物为主,其次为重晶石、长石、石英和铁矿物等。试样的矿物组成分析结果见表2
为了考察磷矿物在各粒级的分布和富集情况,开展了试样的筛析试验,筛析结果见表3
表3可以看出:试样的粒度较粗,>0.074 mm这个粒级的产率为79.03%。其中75.55%的磷矿分布在>0.074 mm这个粒级,≤0.074 mm粒级仅为24.45%。磷灰石在各个粒级没有明显的富集。因此,要想获得高品位的磷精矿,必须适当的细磨。
磷矿物的传统选别工艺流程有擦洗脱泥工艺流程、重选工艺流程、浮选工艺流程以及重磁浮联合工艺流程等,但主要以浮选为主。考虑到试样风化程度不高、磷矿物嵌布粒度细、矿石组成较为复杂的特点,选择采用浮选的方法对其进行回收。
磨矿细度的大小,直接关系着有用矿物的单体解离度,是影响浮选效果的一个重要的因素。如果磨矿粒度较粗,单体解离度不够,连生体含量较多,浮选过程中连生体就会夹杂在目的矿物中一并上浮,很难获得高品位的磷精矿。相反,磨矿粒度过细会使矿浆泥化,不仅降低药剂的选择性,增加浮选药剂的消耗量,而且会污染泡沫,降低精矿质量。所以,合适的磨矿细度既能使有价矿物充分解离,又可减少有价矿物过粉碎,为有价矿物的浮选回收创造良好的条件[3]
为考察不同磨矿细度对磷灰石浮选的影响,在矿浆pH=9,水玻璃用量为1.5 kg/t,捕收剂TQHY用量为1.5 kg/t的条件下,开展不同磨矿细度的条件试验。磨矿细度的条件试验结果见图1
图1中可以看出,随着磨矿细度的减小,浮选粗精矿中P2O5品位逐渐下降,回收率逐渐增大。当≤0.074 mm占比为60%时,粗精矿中P2O5品位为13.97%,回收率为97.52%。继续磨细至≤0.074 mm占比为70%时,粗精矿中P2O5品位为11.24%,回收率为98.60%。综合考虑磨矿成本和最终的精矿指标,试验选择≤0.074 mm占比60%为一个合适的磨矿细度。
由于磷矿的组分复杂,且常伴生的脉石矿物,例如白云石、方解石等与磷灰石的可浮性接近,无论矿浆是在酸性还是碱性条件下,单纯使用捕收剂难以获得分选的目的,磷精矿也达不到其工艺要求,因此在磷矿浮选中,加入合适的脉石矿物抑制剂是必不可少的[4]
从试样的化学成分分析结果可见,该试样硅酸盐矿物含量较多,试样中SiO2的含量高达41.31%,而水玻璃和氟硅酸钠是目前工业化最常见的硅酸盐抑制剂,且有很好的抑制作用,因此,粗选采用水玻璃为抑制剂。为了考察水玻璃用量对浮选指标的影响,在试样粒度≤0.074 mm占比为60%,采用碳酸钠为调整剂,用量为0.5 kg/t,TQHY为捕收剂,用量为1.5 kg/t,开展了抑制剂水玻璃用量条件试验。水玻璃用量的条件试验结果见图2
图2中可以看出,随着水玻璃用量的增加,粗精矿的品位呈上升的趋势,回收率逐渐下降。当水玻璃用量为2.00 kg/t时,粗精矿的品位为15.29%,回收率为96.90%。继续加大水玻璃的用量至2.25 kg/t时,粗精矿的品位仅提高了1个百分点,回收率却损失了将近4个百分点。综合考虑粗精矿指标和精选的难度,试验确定2.00 kg/t是一个合适的水玻璃用量。
在磷灰石矿的浮选中,普遍采用氧化石蜡皂、塔尔油等脂肪酸类捕收剂回收磷酸盐。由于其选择性差,对硬水和低温浮选的适应性较差,先后研制了一些比较有效的磷灰石捕收剂,如改性脂肪酸、醚胺、两性捕收剂、磷酸酯及有机磷酸、阳离子胺捕收剂。考虑到药剂来源、成本和环保因素,在油酸的基础上进行了改性和复配,合成了一种新型的磷灰石捕收剂TQHY。TQHY是一种改性的脂肪酸,它能与磷灰石中的钙离子形成化学吸附。为了考察捕收剂用量对浮选指标的影响,采用碳酸钠调整矿浆pH值到9、水玻璃用量为2.00 kg/t的条件下,开展TQHY的用量条件试验。TQHY的用量条件试验结果见图3
图3中可以看出,随着捕收剂TQHY用量的增加,粗精矿中P2O5品位逐渐降低,回收率逐渐增大。当TQHY用量为1.4 kg/t时,磷精矿的品位为15.88%,回收率为97.20%。继续增大捕收剂的用量,增至1.6 kg/t时,磷精矿的品位为10.92%,回收率为98.90%。相比TQHY用量为1.4 kg/t的结果,在回收率提高1.7个百分点的基础上,品位降低了将近5个百分点。所以,综合考虑确定TQHY用量为1.4 kg/t是一个合适的捕收剂用量。
通过粗选,大部分的硅酸盐矿物以尾矿的形式被去除,但粗选泡沫中仍存在大量的白云石、方解石等碳酸盐矿物,制约着精矿指标的提高。目前,我国常见的碳酸盐矿物抑制剂主要有淀粉、柠檬酸、CMC(羧甲基纤维素)、磺化酚焦油甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸钙、腐殖酸钠、单宁、S系列(合成单宁)等。一般认为是以物理或化学吸附的方式附着在碳酸盐矿物表面,从而起到抑制的作用。
为了进一步提高磷精矿指标,精选采用了实验室自配的一种碳酸盐的高效抑制剂HSL为抑制剂,在矿浆pH=5.5左右对磷灰石粗精矿进行了精选试验。经一次粗选、两次精选的开路试验,最终获得了P2O5品位为33.02%,回收率为78.67%的磷精矿。开路试验的流程见图4
(1)尾矿试样中P2O5品位为3.73%,属低品位磷灰石矿物。磷矿物主要是磷灰石,脉石矿物以辉石类、闪石、白云石矿物为主,其次为重晶石、长石、石英和铁矿物等。试样粒度较粗,磷灰石在>0.074 mm粒级占比为75.55%,磷灰石在各粒级中没有明显的富集,需磨矿才能实现磷矿物的单体解离。
(2)通过磨矿细度、抑制剂水玻璃用量和捕收剂用量的条件试验,确定了粗选的较佳试验条件为:磨矿细度为≤0.074 mm粒级占比为60%,水玻璃用量为2.00 kg/t,捕收剂TQHY用量为1.4 kg/t。
(3)经过一次粗选、两次精选的开路试验,从P2O5品位为3.73%的低品位含磷尾矿中获得了P2O5品位为33.02%、回收率为78.67%的磷精矿。
