In the paper, it is systematically elaborated the product defects when rolling H beam with universal pass as well as mainly discussed and analyzed from such two aspects as the steel defects and rolling defects of H beam aiming at the rolling process of H beam with universal pass in 1# production line of Rail and Beam Rolling Plant of Baotou Steel. The steel defects include inclusions, scabs and cracks of product as well as rolling defects include dimension deviation, scratch and bending of product. The treatment methods and optimization measures are put forward according to different types of defects. The amount of waste products caused by unqualified H beam is reduced by taking such measures as reasonably controlling rolling reduction, optimizing guide and controlling rolling speed as well as optimizing control process. As a result, the first pass yield and yield of H beam are improved so that economic benefits are increased.

文章针对包钢轨梁厂1号线H型钢万能孔型轧制过程,系统阐述了万能孔型轧制H型钢时产生的产品缺陷,着重于H型钢钢质缺陷与轧制缺陷两方面展开论述分析。钢质缺陷包括产品的夹杂、结疤及裂纹,轧制缺陷包括产品的尺寸超差、刮伤、弯曲等,根据不同的缺陷类型提出处理方法及优化措施。通过采取合理控制压下量、优化导卫、控制轧制速度等措施及控制过程的优化,减少了因H型钢质量不合格造成的废品数量,提高了H型钢的一次合格率与成材率,增加了经济效益。

文章针对包钢轨梁厂1号线H型钢万能孔型轧制过程,系统阐述了万能孔型轧制H型钢时产生的产品缺陷,着重于H型钢钢质缺陷与轧制缺陷两方面展开论述分析。钢质缺陷包括产品的夹杂、结疤及裂纹,轧制缺陷包括产品的尺寸超差、刮伤、弯曲等,根据不同的缺陷类型提出处理方法及优化措施。通过采取合理控制压下量、优化导卫、控制轧制速度等措施及控制过程的优化,减少了因H型钢质量不合格造成的废品数量,提高了H型钢的一次合格率与成材率,增加了经济效益。

In the paper, it is systematically elaborated the product defects when rolling H beam with universal pass as well as mainly discussed and analyzed from such two aspects as the steel defects and rolling defects of H beam aiming at the rolling process of H beam with universal pass in 1# production line of Rail and Beam Rolling Plant of Baotou Steel. The steel defects include inclusions, scabs and cracks of product as well as rolling defects include dimension deviation, scratch and bending of product. The treatment methods and optimization measures are put forward according to different types of defects. The amount of waste products caused by unqualified H beam is reduced by taking such measures as reasonably controlling rolling reduction, optimizing guide and controlling rolling speed as well as optimizing control process. As a result, the first pass yield and yield of H beam are improved so that economic benefits are increased.

H型钢是一种截面分配相对更为优化、重量更轻、承载能力更强、具有更加优良力学性能的经济断面高效型材。同时较工字钢美观,能节省材料。因其断面与英文字母“H”相同而得名。H型钢产品的外型设计提高了它的截面模数、惯性矩及相应度,比同等型号的工字钢更有优势。H型钢具有抗弯性能强、使用简单、成本经济和结构分配合理等优点,因此在工厂厂房、高层建筑、火力发电、机械制造等行业受到青睐。作为一种多用途简洁高效、经济实用钢材,H型钢是我国提倡发展的经济性钢铁产品之一[1]
内蒙古包钢钢联股份有限公司轨梁厂于1969年1月23日投产,是包头钢铁(集团)有限责任公司所属的主要钢轨、型钢生产单位,是我国重要的钢轨和型钢生产基地之一。包钢轨梁厂通过不断淘汰落后工艺,引进更先进的自动化设备,改进工艺流程,目前已完全更换为一个全新的自动化集成度较高的工厂。本文以轨梁厂1号线生产工艺流程为例,从型钢钢质缺陷、轧制缺陷展开论述,分析多种钢质缺陷、轧制缺陷的产生原因,根据不同的缺陷类型针对性提出处理方法及优化措施,以提高产能。
夹杂是指H型钢的断面存在明显的分层,且在分层内部含夹有灰色杂质,经检验分析,确定这些杂质大多数为保护渣、耐火材料等。
夹杂物来源复杂,转炉出钢下渣、耐火材料的侵蚀、钢液与空气接触时的二次氧化、结晶器液面波动引起的保护渣卷入等均是钢中夹杂物的主要来源[2]
保持连铸机的合理拉速以及浸入式水口插入的深度,是有效减少夹杂物的合理措施。调整保护渣的性能对减少夹杂物也会起到明显的作用。
产生于H型钢表面的鳞片状缺陷被称作结疤[3]。浇注过程中钢水喷溅是造成结疤的主要原因,结疤通常是镇静钢少于沸腾钢。结疤的深度较深、体积较大,对钢材的使用与安全性的影响较为严重,对于这类产品将会进行判废处理。
通过即时的火焰清理,可以处理局部、个别的结疤,或采用高压水将已烧成氧化铁皮的结疤冲掉。在成品钢材上形成的结疤一般不采用上述方式处理,常用砂轮进行清除。
裂纹是型钢的主要质量缺陷之一,该种缺陷会降低型钢的强度和刚度,进而影响其使用安全性。
实际生产过程中,V、Ti等元素会与N、C元素相互融合形成碳化物、氮化物等[4],在奥氏体晶界上可能析出碳化物、氮化物等物质,对型钢的塑性产生影响,严重时会导致裂纹出现。
裂纹与型钢成分有关,加强对型钢各元素含量的控制能够有效降低裂纹发生的概率[5]。因此在实际生产过程中,炼钢厂需要合理控制各元素的添加比例,尽量避免型钢产生裂纹。
型钢成品通过CCS万能轧机进行控制轧制,产品断面尺寸要按照标准化作业指导书所要求尺寸范围进行控制。轧制成品取样后,样品的测量尺寸超出或少于标准成品尺寸范围,即尺寸存在偏差。型钢各部位尺寸一般按负偏差进行控制,不达标时将会影响产品的强度和安全性。
(1)CCS轧机前后提升辊道及腹板导板高度设定存在偏差,造成型钢坯料在轧制时与轧辊的接触存在偏差,导致H型钢上、下腿的宽展存在区别,从而造成腹板偏心不对称,断面表现如图1所示。
(2)CCS轧机的轧制线设置不合理,立辊的鼓形尖顶不在水平辊辊缝的正中间,造成轧件腿上、下厚度不一致,五道次轧制完成后便会出现上、下腿长度不同而不对称。
(3)CCS轧机水平辊轴向存在错位,造成轧件同侧腿厚度不一致,五道次轧制后出现同侧宽展不合理而腹板偏心,此时轧件会出现对角腿宽度不相等现象。
(4)E机架轴向存在偏差,也会造成轧件同侧腿宽度不相等,导致轧件对角偏心,断面表现如图2所示。
腹板偏心不对称可通过改变UR机架前升降辊道的设定值进行调整[6],如果下部腿较长,将辊道设定值增加;如果下部腿较短,将辊道设定值降低。影响腹板中心偏移的主要因素是E机架,保持E机架腰部与轧件腰部之间的缝隙合理是解决该问题的最好方法。
轧机的上辊和下辊没有正确对中可能会导致对角不对称。产生对角不对称时,首先对轧边机的轴向进行调节。轧边机上辊应向短腿侧调节,调节的量应为两腿长度之差的一半。
通过以上处理措施解决了产品的断面尺寸超差缺陷问题,减少了H型钢因尺寸不合而造成质量不合格的废品数量,提高了经济效益。
钢坯轧制时,由于两侧立辊的压下量不一致,导致两侧翼缘延伸产生偏差,轧件朝压下量小的方向弯曲形成侧弯。当头辊侧压下量大于底辊侧压下量时,产生的侧弯如图3所示。当头辊侧压下量小于底辊侧压下量时,侧弯方向相反。
当轧件离开UF机架时,在最后一道侧弯最为明显。这个缺陷的产生是由于轧件的一侧与另一侧的压下量不等造成[7],导致两侧延伸不同,这就导致头部急弯,不同的压下量是因为UR和UF、UR或UF两侧(传动侧、操作侧)辊缝值不同或轧辊没有处于水平位置。
首先根据钢在最终道次运行出轧机时的状态,对UR或UF(传动侧、操作侧)的辊缝值进行调整,修改压下量从而控制最终轧出状态。
其次通过测量腰两侧薄厚来调整UR或UF(传动侧、操作侧)的倾斜,此方法也可以有效的调整侧弯,但调整精度会受产品型号影响。
通过对侧弯缺陷的处理,减少了端头的锯切长度,增加了成品长度,保证了成品定尺数量,提高了成材率。
在轧制过程中,型钢各部分的金属收缩或延伸不均匀所造成的上腹板周期性弯曲,这种弯曲的连续产生会在上腹板表面造成起伏,在表面产生类似于波浪的现象,一般称为波浪缺陷,腹板表现如图4所示。
当腰部的压下率比腿部大时,会在腰中间产生该种缺陷。压下率较大会使得腿部延伸比腹板的延伸小[8]。由于腿部的存在,会使得腰部存在边界,进而阻止了腰部的伸长,因过大的压下量产生的多余延伸就会存在于二者之间,从而造成波浪缺陷。
根据生产现场实时观察,首先判断波浪产生的道次,其次根据对应的道次进行相应的参数调整。如果该缺陷在最后一道出现,很可能就是UF或UR辊缝上的误差,必须对辊缝参数值进行修改,翼缘压下量与腹板压下量成二比一进行设定。减少UF腰部压下量或增加UF立辊压下量,即可消除波浪缺陷。换一种方式,在UR辊缝上进行相反的程序也行。
调整方式的选取和调整量的修改,必须基于样品的测量结果和实时检测的动态轧制力。如果缺陷出现在中间的道次,就应考虑改变腰部或腿部的设定值。腹板设定厚度修改为大于标称值,翼缘设定宽度修改为小于标称值,通常会对该缺陷起到明显作用。采用上述方法整改缺陷不理想的情况下,可以考虑增加BD轧机腹板压下量,使BD轧机供CCS轧机初始供料腹板厚度减小进行调整。
通过对波浪缺陷的有效处理,减少了因表面波浪造成的判废,提高了H型钢的一次合格率与成材率,提高了经济效益。
由于轧件与材质较硬的导卫或尖锐物体接触造成轧件表面出现带深度细纹,通常惯穿整个产品,这种有深度的细纹称之为刮伤,如图5所示。视接触物体不同会产生不同的深度,超出所规定深度,会影响产品使用性能和安全性,需要及时判废。
(1)由于轧件进入轧机对导卫装置产生一定的撞击,使得导卫装置上存在铁皮,铁皮无法掉落会与整个轧件产生摩擦,产生刮伤。
(2)导卫装置的安装位置不合理,尤其是CCS的轧边机和UF孔型卫板位置有偏差时,很容易产生刮伤。
(3)轧件出轧机时侧弯较大,也会产生刮伤。
(1)定期检查导卫装置,发现有异物存在及时处理。
(2)正确安装出入口导卫装置,使得轧件进入轧机时不与导卫产生点线接触。
(3)用特殊材质的不锈钢焊条对卫板表面进行补焊,防止刮伤。
(4)调整UF底部立辊的轧制力,减轻侧弯,也可以在一定程度上避免刮伤。
通过对刮伤缺陷的处理,减少了因刮伤缺陷造成的废品量,减少了废品挑出率,提高了H型钢的一次合格率,提高了经济效益。
轧痕一般分为周期性轧痕和非周期性轧痕两种,具体表现为轧件表面上的凸起或凹坑。
周期性轧痕在轧件成品上有规律的分布,相邻的两处轧痕在轧件上会造成同样的影响,两处的间距正好等于所用的轧辊周长。周期性轧痕是由于轧辊存在缺陷或孔型中有异物,在轧件表面造成的凸起或凹坑。
非周期性轧痕是卫板装置或其他机械设备存在问题,二者接触造成产品刮伤后,又经几道次的轧制,在钢材表面形成棱沟。
加强轧机区调整和操作以及导卫安装的精准度,严格执行标准化工艺检查制度,采取勤修磨,勤检查轧辊和导卫磨损情况,以防止出现批量的轧痕缺陷。
(1)对于钢质存在的缺陷,掌控各元素的加入比例,使其获得更好的力学性能。
(2)对于轧制断面尺寸超差缺陷,采用合理的压下量、合适的导卫和适配的孔型对产品进行优化。
(3)对于波浪与弯曲缺陷,加强产品的工序优化,采用合适压下量与压下率,合理设定倾斜量以及辊缝等轧制参数。
(4)对于轧制刮伤与轧痕缺陷,提高设备的安装精度,根据缺陷位置及时寻找与之对应位置可能接触的导卫进行修磨与调整。
(5)通过合理控制压下量、优化导卫、控制轧制速度等措施及优化控制过程,减少了因H型钢质量不合格造成的废品数量,提高了H型钢的一次合格率与成材率,增加了经济效益。
