In order to meet the requirements of carbon equivalent and low temperature toughness, the chemical composition of low temperature Q355C hot rolled H beam for steel structure is designed and reasonable process route is formulated according to the functions of Nb element in steel as well as the mechanical properties of test steel are analyzed based on industrial production data. The test results showed that the yield strength of test steel was 355~465 MPa, tensile strength was stabilized at 525~620 MPa, elongation after fracture was stabilized at over 22% and low temperature impact energy at 0 ℃ was stabilized at 60~160 J by adding Nb element. Finally, the low temperature Q355C hot rolled H beam for steel structure mainly with ferrite and pearlite is obtained as well as all the properties of product could meet standard requirements.

为满足碳当量及低温韧性的要求,根据Nb元素在钢中的作用,设计了钢结构用低温Q355C热轧H型钢的化学成分并制定合理的工艺路线,依据工业生产数据分析了试验钢的力学性能。试验结果表明,通过添加Nb元素,试验钢的屈服强度在355~465 MPa,抗拉强度稳定在525~620 MPa,断后伸长率稳定在22%以上,0 ℃低温冲击功稳定在60~160 J,最终获得以铁素体和珠光体为主的钢结构用低温Q355C热轧H型钢,产品各项性能均满足标准要求。

为满足碳当量及低温韧性的要求,根据Nb元素在钢中的作用,设计了钢结构用低温Q355C热轧H型钢的化学成分并制定合理的工艺路线,依据工业生产数据分析了试验钢的力学性能。试验结果表明,通过添加Nb元素,试验钢的屈服强度在355~465 MPa,抗拉强度稳定在525~620 MPa,断后伸长率稳定在22%以上,0 ℃低温冲击功稳定在60~160 J,最终获得以铁素体和珠光体为主的钢结构用低温Q355C热轧H型钢,产品各项性能均满足标准要求。

In order to meet the requirements of carbon equivalent and low temperature toughness, the chemical composition of low temperature Q355C hot rolled H beam for steel structure is designed and reasonable process route is formulated according to the functions of Nb element in steel as well as the mechanical properties of test steel are analyzed based on industrial production data. The test results showed that the yield strength of test steel was 355~465 MPa, tensile strength was stabilized at 525~620 MPa, elongation after fracture was stabilized at over 22% and low temperature impact energy at 0 ℃ was stabilized at 60~160 J by adding Nb element. Finally, the low temperature Q355C hot rolled H beam for steel structure mainly with ferrite and pearlite is obtained as well as all the properties of product could meet standard requirements.

随着H型钢的广泛应用,国内H型钢呈多样化个性需求,高强度、耐低温、耐腐蚀、抗震、耐火等特殊用途热轧H型钢逐步开发问世[1-2]。我国少数耐低温热轧H型钢产品未能实现国产化,仍为国外少数先进钢铁企业所垄断,究其原因,主要是低温韧性要求高的H型钢的制造存在技术瓶颈,相关的材料强韧化机制基础研究不够,超低温条件下H型钢组织和低温韧性的机理研究缺乏;复杂异型断面型钢的组织和性能均匀性控制困难,产品制造的技术支撑不足;H型钢规格多,从薄壁到厚重产品尺寸差别大,温度、变形、表面质量的均匀性和稳定性问题特别突出。热轧H型钢产线大多不具备控轧控冷手段,强度及特殊性能的提高仅依靠合金含量的增加来实现[3]。因此,与常规碳素结构热轧H型钢相比,具有低温韧性的热轧H型钢合金含量越来越高[4]。因异型坯断面形状相对复杂,不同的位置,散热速度不同,且差异较大,温度梯度较常规铸坯大,均匀性差,裂纹敏感性较强。常规碳素结构钢生产过程中尚有1%左右的铸坯裂纹率,随着合金含量的增加,铸坯生产难度逐步增大[5]
一定量的Nb对奥氏体再结晶温度有提高的作用,使晶粒细化,使钢的性能有较大幅度的提高。Nb含量的提高,会降低钢的高温塑性[6]。本文通过采用Nb微合金化开发了Q355C低温热轧H型钢,最终实现355 MPa级耐低温热轧H型钢稳定批量供货。
由于碳的成本相对较低,可忽略不计,Q355C热轧H型钢在保证碳当量满足标准要求的前提下,采用少量Nb微合金化细化晶粒,提高强度及0 ℃冲击韧性,降低钢种合金成本,实现成本、性能最优控制。Si作为脱氧剂加入到钢中,一部分溶于钢液中的Si可增加液态钢的流动性,冷却后溶于铁素体内,可有效提高钢中铁素体的强度。Si的固溶强化作用较强,理论上,碳钢中Si含量提高0.1%,抗拉强度可提高8~9 MPa,屈服强度提高4~5 MPa,伸长率下降约0.5%,钢材的冲击性能与面缩率变化不明显,当Si含量达到0.8%~1.0%时,会导致面缩率与冲击性能急剧下降。根据产品的性能要求,Mn的含量一般控制在1.1%~2.0%。高的锰碳比对提高抗拉强度和冲击韧性是有益的,提高锰碳比有利于钢的抗拉强度及冲击韧性提高。Mn在钢中容易形成偏析带,对钢材性能的稳定性影响较大,所以一般Mn含量不宜过高。Q355C热轧H型钢的化学成分如表1所示。
试验钢中Nb的加入量在0.05%以下,微量的Nb可使钢得到极好的综合性能。因为在低Nb含量下,屈服强度增加明显,在一定范围内与Nb含量成正比例关系,当Nb含量在0.03%以上时,强化增量减少;而在一定的溶解度和沉淀条件下,当Nb的含量在0.06%以上时,强化增量保持不变。
在钢包精炼期间加入铌铁是常用方法,钢包吹氩有利于Nb的均匀分布,块状铌铁在出钢时加入钢包,且应在加硅铁、铝和锰铁之后加入,必须注意无渣出钢,以防止块度小的铌铁进入钢渣,铌铁块度选择在5~50 mm。
连铸过程采用保护浇注,开浇前做好中间包排空、密封工作,为防止浇注过程的二次氧化,需加入一定量的覆盖剂。连铸生产过程中稳定液位,采用结晶器液面自动控制技术,保证生产时序稳定的前提下,恒定拉速。
加热炉加热Ⅰ段温度应不大于900 ℃,加热Ⅱ段温度应不大于1 100 ℃,加热Ⅲ段温度应控制在1 180~1 260 ℃,均热段温度应控制在1 200~1 260 ℃,铸坯出炉温度应控制在1 180~1 220 ℃,铸坯加热时间应控制在2.3~4.5 h,炉内为还原性气氛。
坯料加热后经过高压水除鳞,去除高温氧化铁皮,避免后续轧制过程中氧化铁皮压入表面,造成轧疤、麻面等缺陷,提高表面质量。除鳞后的坯料进入BD轧机经过若干孔型开坯轧制,目的是修正坯料形状,坯料经过BD轧机开坯轧制,轧制出与成品尺寸更匹配的粗轧坯料,开轧温度控制在1 150~1 200 ℃。
CCS连轧机组使用万能工艺X-H轧制法轧制H型钢,坯料经过CCS连轧机组往复轧制多道次,最终轧制为成品H型钢。为了保证断面尺寸及成品H型钢外形符合标准要求,通过计算各道次的变形量,制定了每一道次的轧制规程,合理匹配各道次腹板、翼缘的变形量,保证的H型钢的成品尺寸和外形质量,终轧温度控制在880~930 ℃。
Q355C热轧H型钢轧制规格为H200×200、H428×407,按照标准要求进行取样及性能检测,成品性能均满足标准要求,力学性能检测结果如图1所示。
图1可以看出,该成分体系及工艺条件下,产品各项性能控制较为稳定,屈服强度在355~465 MPa,抗拉强度稳定在525~620 MPa,断后伸长率稳定在22%以上,0 ℃冲击功稳定在60~160 J。冷弯试验合格率为100%。
含铌钢当加热温度升至1 200 ℃时,钢中主要起抑制晶粒长大作用的碳氮化物基本是都溶入奥氏体,Nb原子的尺寸效应对晶格畸变作用比较明显,Nb在钢中主要起抑制晶粒长大的作用。对试验钢进行了显微组织、晶粒度、夹杂物分析,显微组织如图2所示,组织为铁素体(F)+珠光体(P)。非金属夹杂物及晶粒度检验结果如表2所示,试验钢晶粒度为9级以上,夹杂物为1.5级以下。
(1)采用Nb微合金化生产Q355C热轧H型钢产品思路可行,产品屈服强度在355~465 MPa,抗拉强度稳定在525~620 MPa,断后伸长率稳定在22%以上,0 ℃冲击功稳定在60~160 J,冷弯试验合格率为100%。
(2)控制CCS终轧温度在880~930 ℃,有效细化成品H型钢晶粒,保证成品0 ℃冲击韧性。
