In this paper, it is introduced the working principle and technical parameters of regenerative heating furnace in 1# production line of Long Products Plant, analyzed the characteristics of heat input and output of regenerative heating furnace and ordinary heating furnace, obtained heat balance table and heat efficiency by calculation as well as analyzed the factors affecting heat input and output. Such measures as improving temperature of hot charging and hot delivery of billet and hot charging rate, decreasing temperature of billet out of furnace, using optimal air fuel ratio, reasonably setting commutation cycle, strengthening heat exchange effect in furnace, improving heat exchange efficiency and strictly controlling furnace pressure of regenerative heating furnace are proposed, which are with guiding significances for energy saving and consumption reducing of regenerative heating furnace.

In this paper, it is introduced the working principle and technical parameters of regenerative heating furnace in 1# production line of Long Products Plant, analyzed the characteristics of heat input and output of regenerative heating furnace and ordinary heating furnace, obtained heat balance table and heat efficiency by calculation as well as analyzed the factors affecting heat input and output. Such measures as improving temperature of hot charging and hot delivery of billet and hot charging rate, decreasing temperature of billet out of furnace, using optimal air fuel ratio, reasonably setting commutation cycle, strengthening heat exchange effect in furnace, improving heat exchange efficiency and strictly controlling furnace pressure of regenerative heating furnace are proposed, which are with guiding significances for energy saving and consumption reducing of regenerative heating furnace.

随着国家“双碳”政策逐步实施,建设绿色工厂稳步推行,如何提高加热炉燃料的使用效率,减少碳及其他污染物排放,成为广大技术人员面临的课题。通过热平衡分析能够全面了解加热炉热能利用和运行情况,分析加热炉的工作性能和热效率,从中找出节能和改进加热炉工作的措施。本文以长材厂1#线蓄热式加热炉为例来说明热平衡分析在蓄热式加热炉中的具体应用情况。
蓄热烧嘴一般成对工作,空气、煤气经过换向器进入一侧蓄热烧嘴,通过蓄热体时常温的空气、煤气被加热到1 000 ℃左右进入炉内进行弥漫混合燃烧,产生的高温烟气通过另一侧蓄热烧嘴将热量传递到蓄热体上,烟气温度由1 100~1 200 ℃降到150 ℃以下,由引风机排出厂房外。经过40~90 s,换向器将蓄热烧嘴在工作状态Ⅰ和Ⅱ之间自动转换,使一个处于燃烧状态,而另一个处于排烟状态,这样循环往复,从而将高温烟气中90%的热量由空气及煤气重新带入炉内,从而达到高效节能的目的[1]。蓄热式加热炉工作原理见图1,加热炉主要技术指标见表1
热平衡是热力学第一定律在加热炉热工上的应用。加热炉热平衡是根据加热炉热量的总收入与热量的总支出的平衡关系,分项计算加热炉的热量收入和支出,编制热平衡表,从而计算出加热炉的燃料消耗量和加热炉的热效率,以便判断加热炉设计和运行水平,进而寻求提高热效率的有效途径[2]
蓄热式加热炉相较于普通加热炉热收入与热支出在以下几方面存在不同。
(1)燃料及空气带入的物理热不同。蓄热式预热与传统换热器因在预热方式上的差异,使得空气、煤气的预热温度相差很大。传统换热器烟气与空气、煤气通过管壁换热,换热面积小,且材料限制换热温度不超过500 ℃;蓄热式加热炉通过比表面积达1 000 m2/m3蜂窝蓄热体的交替吸热、放热过程对空气、煤气进行预热,可将空气、煤气预热至900 ℃以上。图2为传统换热器与蓄热体。
(2)烟气带出物理热不同。普通加热炉因使用传统换热器,烟气外排温度达300 ℃以上;蓄热式加热炉使用蜂窝蓄热体,烟气外排温度在150 ℃左右,若不考虑冷凝水因素温度还可降低。
(3)不完全燃烧的损失不同。普通加热炉煤气经烧嘴进入炉内燃烧,烧嘴作用单一,煤气除炉内不完全燃烧外无其他损失;而蓄热烧嘴既是燃料通道也是烟气通道,换向时换向阀与烧嘴间管道内煤气未经燃烧直接被排出,不完全燃烧损失增加。经过对部分加热炉的统计及计算,全分散换向系统的不完全燃烧化学热损失为煤气总量的1%~3%;分侧集中换向系统的不完全燃烧化学热损失为煤气总量的2%~5%;集中换向系统不完全燃烧化学热损失的为煤气总量的4%~10%。如果换向阀内部还存在煤气向烟气中泄漏的情况,则该项将扩大[3]
(4)孔洞及炉门逸气热损失不同。普通加热炉炉膛压力稳定波动小,烟气一致向炉尾流动,孔洞及炉门少,热损失少;蓄热式加热炉炉膛压力成周期性波动,烟气沿炉宽方向流动,孔洞及炉门多,热损失大,且换向过程中炉内生成烟气量与排烟量不匹配,炉膛压力增加较大,加剧了逸气热损失。
(1)热量收入项:燃料燃烧的化学热、燃料带入的物理热、空气带入的物理热、钢坯带入的物理热、钢坯氧化的化学热。
(2)热量支出项:出炉钢坯带出的物理热、烟气带出的物理热、不完全燃烧时带出的热量、炉体表面散热损失、冷却水吸收的物理热、炉门及孔洞辐射热损失、炉门及孔洞逸气热损失、其他热损失。
(3)热效率。一般情况在热量收入方面,通常只有燃料燃烧的化学热才是炉子真正的外供热源。因为预热空气和预热燃料的物理热实际上是出炉废气所带走的热量反馈回来的一部分,金属氧化的化学热与总热量相比很小。在热量支出方面,只有用于加热钢坯才算是有效热,而其余各项除了通过预热空气和燃料的部分烟气物理热外,都是损失的热量。因此,炉子热能利用情况的好坏主要取决于用于加热钢坯的有效热和燃料燃烧的化学热这两项的比值。这个比值的大小,在炉子热工计算中称为炉子热效率,用η表示[4]

(4)热平衡计算结果。依据蓄热式加热炉技术参数及实际运行测量的各项技术数据,计算编制出热平衡表,见表2。该蓄热式加热炉在热装坯料时,炉子热效率计算应充分考虑坯料带入的物理热和金属的氧化热。由表2数据计算该蓄热式加热炉热效率为70.89%。
通过热平衡计算,可以得出蓄热式加热炉主要的热收入各项及热支出各项在总热量中的占比关系,只要分析出对加热炉节能效果影响较大、能够通过技术及操作使之处于人为可控制的热量收支项,对其进行分析讨论,找出行之有效的节能方法,就能有效提高加热炉热效率,降低燃料消耗。
表2热收入项的构成来看,燃料燃烧化学热是加热炉热量最根本和最大的来源,其与燃料的供给密不可分,并直接影响吨钢燃耗,但燃料燃烧化学热是根据热支出的需要而变化的,增量有限;钢氧化反应化学热虽然能够增加热量供给,但从蓄热式加热炉热生产及维护角度分析,钢的氧化是有害的,必须减少。
空气、煤气带入的物理热受蓄热体的换热效率与外排烟气温度影响较大,但提高外排烟气温度又会造成热量的损失,因此提高蓄热体的换热效率既可以增加热收入又可以减少热支出。首先要选用比表面积大的蓄热体增加换热面积,其次减少灰尘及杂质的吸入,保持蓄热体内部的干净通畅,然后检修时要正确安装蓄热体,保证无“断路”及“短路”。
坯料带入物理热,对增加热收入是有利的,可以通过提高钢坯热装热送的温度及热装率,增加该项的比例,增加热收入总量。在同等产量条件下,可以减少燃料供给量,达到节能的目的。
出炉钢坯带出的物理热是热量支出的最大项,减少此项支出可以大幅降低加热炉燃耗,可采取的解决办法有降低钢坯出炉温度和提高钢坯入炉温度。通过降低轧机的钢坯开轧温度可以降低钢坯出炉时的最终热焓,而在相同出钢温度下提高钢坯的热装热送温度,可大幅提高钢坯的初始热焓,最终减少钢坯在炉内的吸热量。要严格执行停轧降温制度,及时减少空气、煤气量的供给,降低炉温,杜绝高温坯料的出现。以上措施均可以大幅降低加热炉的能耗水平,所以降低坯料带出物理热是加热炉节能减排的一项非常有效的措施。
烟气带出的物理热,是仅次于出炉钢坯带出的物理热的第二大热支出项。降低烟气带走的热量的方法有:一是使用最优的空燃比,保证炉内煤气实现完全燃烧前提下,使用最优的空燃比、最小的空气过剩系数,能够有效减少烟气量的产生,减少燃料消耗;二是降低烟气外排温度,首先提高烟气热量回收效率,其次强化炉内换热效果,保证炉内温度均匀,避免出现局部高温;三是合理设置换向周期,换向周期过长会导致排烟侧蓄热体蓄热饱和,烟气外排温度升高,热量损失增加,而供气侧蓄热体无法将燃料和空气进行全面且充分的预热,致使炉内燃烧温度降低,被迫增加煤气供给,换向周期过短将导致炉内煤气燃烧不彻底,增加不完全燃烧热损失,同时蓄热体放热不充分温度过高,蓄热箱体温度高,炉体散热增加。
相较于普通加热炉,蓄热式加热炉炉门及孔洞散热及逸气热损失这几项热损失明显偏高,主要是由于蓄热式加热炉的工作原理造成的。可采取的措施有:一是加强炉门孔洞的封堵,改进封堵方法,及时关闭炉门减少逸气损失;二是严格控制炉膛压力,因炉压为10 Pa时,100 mm直径的孔洞逸气热损失为380 000 kJ/h,炉压对逸气损失影响巨大,加热炉操作时要根据轧制规格,及时、均衡调节各检修阀门,使南北两侧的供气量与排烟量一致,保证换向时和换向后炉压波动范围尽量小。
炉体表面散热损失。蓄热式加热炉的蓄热箱安装在炉墙上,对炉墙的整体性破坏较大,且蓄热箱相当于一部分烟道,表面散热增加较大。炉膛压力周期性波动及换向时炉压增大,对炉顶炉墙保温材料造成损坏,产生开裂、脱落,热损失增大。可采取的措施有:控制炉膛压力,减少炉体的损坏;及时对开裂脱落的部位进行维修;使用新型保温材料进行隔热保温;在炉墙内壁喷涂高温红外反射涂层,既可提高炉内换热效果降低炉墙向外传热量,又可保护炉内壁整体性。
冷却水吸收的物理热及其他热损失。这部分支出占比虽然超过9%,但是控制该部分的支出的很多因素形成后难改进,比如设计、施工等,应从技术改造及新技术、新材料应用方面入手控制该部分的热损失。
通过热平衡计算,对热收入和热支出进行详细分析,为加热炉运行和操作提供了有力的理论基础。提高钢坯装炉温度及热装率等切实有效的节能措施,既提高坯料温度均匀性又减少了能源消耗。为加快“双碳”目标的实现,在加热炉设计与管理上要加强开展技术改造与创新工作,扩大新材料、新技术的应用范围。
