In order to solve the difficult problem for long distance transmission of large scale hydrogen energy with low costs, the X52M hot rolled steel strip for pipeline added with hydrogen is designed, researched and developed as well as its engineering applications are realized. It is with the design of low C and Mn, Nb and Ti alloying, extreme low contents control of P and S as well as smelting with high cleanliness and reasonable controlled rolling and cooling process. It is with excellent comprehensive performances, good low temperature toughness and resistance to hydrogen brittleness. Its dimensional precision is high and surface quality is good so that the properties of pipe body and weld seam could meet the requirements and satisfy the operating requirements of steel pipe. It is applied in the Baotou-Linhe gas pipeline for western natural gas so that the first pipeline engineering application of spiral submerged arc welded pipe added with hydrogen is realized.

为解决氢能规模化、低成本、长距离运输“卡脖子”难题,设计研发出X52M掺氢管道用热轧钢带,并实现工程应用。X52M掺氢管道用钢采用低C、低Mn加Nb、Ti合金化设计,极低P、S含量控制,采用高洁净度冶炼以及合理的控轧控冷工艺,钢带综合性能优良,且具有良好的低温韧性和抗氢脆性能。钢带尺寸精度高,表面质量好,制管后管体和焊缝的性能均符合要求,满足钢管使用要求。应用于西部天然气包头—临河输气管道,实现国内首条掺氢螺旋埋弧焊管管道工程应用。

为解决氢能规模化、低成本、长距离运输“卡脖子”难题,设计研发出X52M掺氢管道用热轧钢带,并实现工程应用。X52M掺氢管道用钢采用低C、低Mn加Nb、Ti合金化设计,极低P、S含量控制,采用高洁净度冶炼以及合理的控轧控冷工艺,钢带综合性能优良,且具有良好的低温韧性和抗氢脆性能。钢带尺寸精度高,表面质量好,制管后管体和焊缝的性能均符合要求,满足钢管使用要求。应用于西部天然气包头—临河输气管道,实现国内首条掺氢螺旋埋弧焊管管道工程应用。

X52M掺氢管道用钢  /  控轧控冷  /  抗氢脆性能

In order to solve the difficult problem for long distance transmission of large scale hydrogen energy with low costs, the X52M hot rolled steel strip for pipeline added with hydrogen is designed, researched and developed as well as its engineering applications are realized. It is with the design of low C and Mn, Nb and Ti alloying, extreme low contents control of P and S as well as smelting with high cleanliness and reasonable controlled rolling and cooling process. It is with excellent comprehensive performances, good low temperature toughness and resistance to hydrogen brittleness. Its dimensional precision is high and surface quality is good so that the properties of pipe body and weld seam could meet the requirements and satisfy the operating requirements of steel pipe. It is applied in the Baotou-Linhe gas pipeline for western natural gas so that the first pipeline engineering application of spiral submerged arc welded pipe added with hydrogen is realized.

碳达峰、碳中和成为现在热门话题,被首次写入政府工作报告,能源绿色低碳转型是碳达峰行动之首,是实现碳中和的关键。氢能具有储运便捷、来源多样、终端零排、洁净环保的突出优点,是21世纪新能源结构中的重要组成部分,许多国家均把发展氢能作为重要的能源战略。氢的输送是氢能利用的重要环节,安全高效的输氢技术是氢能大规模商业化发展的前提[1]。输氢管道是实现规模化氢输送的重要方式,具有运量大、能耗低、成本低等优点,输氢管道的建设能有效降低氢能储运成本并推动氢能规模化应用。随着氢能产业的快速发展,氢的规模化储运需求将大幅提高,输氢管道和管网将成为氢气经济高效输送的重要方式[2-3]
氢储运技术和成本已经成为制约我国氢能产业规模化发展的明显瓶颈和“卡脖子”环节,而管道输氢在大规模、长距离条件下具有不可替代的经济性,是解决氢能规模化低成本运输难题的优先选项和现实选择,未来有极大的发展潜力,随着氢能的发展,输氢管道的需求量会出现大幅增长[4]。包钢统筹实施能源转型与产业升级,一体化开展降碳减排与环境保护,协同推进技术创新与低碳发展,结合国家和自治区碳达峰、碳中和的决策部署,开发高韧性、低氢脆敏感掺氢管道用热轧钢带,实现国内首条掺氢螺旋埋弧焊管管道工程应用,打造全国输氢管道用钢样板,成为碳达峰、碳中和的先行者、示范者、引领者、践行者。
在输氢管道中,由于氢的存在会诱导管道发生氢脆,进而有可能引发管道失效。氢脆是溶解在钢中的氢聚集后形成氢分子,造成局部应力集中,当应力水平超过钢的强度极限时,会在钢内部形成很多细小裂纹。化学成分对氢脆有直接影响,C作为管线钢的主要固溶强化元素,其含量增加时,钢管氢脆敏感性增大;Mn和P是易偏析元素,易在热轧钢带厚度中心偏析;S对氢脆有很大影响,从环境中渗入材料内部的氢原子容易在长条状的硫化物夹杂尖端处聚积,形成较大的氢内压,进而诱发微裂纹,最后使材料断裂失效。因此化学成分采用低C、低Mn设计,冶炼过程洁净化控制,严格控制钢中的P、S、O、H和夹杂物含量,同时加入Nb、Ti合金化元素,细化组织,保证低温韧性、氢脆等性能满足要求,X52M掺氢管道用钢化学成分见表1
X52M掺氢管道用热轧钢带生产工艺流程为:高炉铁水→KR脱硫→转炉冶炼→LF精炼→板坯连铸→堆垛冷却→加热→粗轧高压水除鳞→定宽→R1+R2粗轧→飞剪→精轧高压水除鳞→F1—F7精轧→加密型层流冷却→卷取→标识→入库。
热轧采用2 250 mm热轧生产线生产,该产线具有在线温度、板形、尺寸等自动控制功能,轧制过程采用控制轧制和控制冷却技术,增加工艺稳定性,保证钢带性能和组织均匀。
根据掺氢管道用热轧钢带的性能要求,结合生产线的设备能力和生产条件,制定的加热、轧制、冷却工艺参数见表2。板坯的加热温度为1 180~1 220 ℃,加热时间不小于180 min,确保钢坯温度均匀。粗轧采用大压下率,以充分细化原始奥氏体晶粒。精轧终轧温度为800~860 ℃,控制轧制结束后,钢带进入加密型层流冷却区域,冷却至500~600 ℃卷取。
在板宽1/4处取试样,拉伸试样与钢带轧制方向成45°,维氏硬度和弯曲试样为横向,拉伸、硬度和弯曲性能如表3所示。从表3中可以看出,屈服强度为480~500 MPa,抗拉强度为550~555 MPa,延伸率为42%~43%,维氏硬度为180~187,弯曲无裂纹,性能符合要求。
在板宽1/4处取冲击试样,试样与钢带轧制方向成45°,冲击性能如表4所示。从表4中可以看出,-20 ℃冲击功为410~431 J,剪切断面率为100%,冲击性能符合要求。
系列温度冲击试验结果如表5所示,冲击功和剪切面积温度转变曲线如图1图2所示,-80 ℃冲击功和剪切面积均符合要求。系列温度冲击断口形貌如图3所示,由图3可知,各个温度的冲击断口形貌均为韧窝型断口。
在板宽1/4处取落锤试样,试样与钢带轧制方向成45°,落锤性能如表6所示。从表6中可以看出,落锤剪切面积不小于98%,符合要求。
系列温度落锤试验结果如表7所示,落锤剪切面积温度转变曲线如图4所示,-60 ℃落锤剪切面积符合要求。落锤断口形貌如图5所示,由图5可知断口形貌均为韧性断口。
非金属夹杂物、带状组织、晶粒度如表8所示,金相组织如图6所示。金相组织为均匀的铁素体和珠光体,晶粒度不小于11.5级,带状组织为1.0级,夹杂物控制良好,均满足协议要求。
在板宽1/2处取一组3个纵向试样进行HIC试验,试验溶液为A溶液,试验时间为96 h,要求裂纹敏感率CSR≤2%、裂纹长度率CLR≤15%、裂纹厚度率CTR≤5%。试验后对试样表面和横截面进行观察,试验结果如表9所示,试样表面和截面形貌如图7图8所示。经96 h氢致开裂(HIC)试验,裂纹长度率CLR、裂纹厚度率CTR、裂纹敏感率CSR均为零,试验结果符合协议要求。
在板宽1/4处取拉伸试样,试样与钢带轧制方向成45°,进行氢环境下慢应变速率拉伸试验,试验采用高压充氢,氢气分压为0.63 MPa,对比试验采用相同分压条件的氮气。试验结果显示在氢气环境中,强度和韧性无明显降低,表明钢带具有良好的抗氢脆性能。
钢带经用户入厂检验,化学成分、力学性能、非金属夹杂物符合技术协议要求,且尺寸精度、表面质量和板型控制良好。
钢带采用螺旋埋弧焊制管,管径为457 mm。制管工艺流程为:钢卷拆卷→钢带矫平→切头、切尾→对头焊→铣边→成型→内外焊→切定尺→清渣→母材探伤→静水压检验→焊缝探伤→机械平头→成品检验→称重测长→喷码→成品入库。
钢带制管后取样进行管体、焊缝性能检验,管体和焊缝拉伸性能如表10所示,冲击性能如表11所示。管体和焊缝的拉伸、冲击、氢致开裂和氢环境下慢应变速率拉伸试验均符合协议要求,满足钢管使用要求。
钢带制管后应用于西部天然气包头—临河输气管道工程。包头—临河输气管道是西部天然气公司投资建设的国内首条具备氢输送能力的长距离高压管道项目,包钢X52M掺氢管道用钢实现国内首条掺氢螺旋埋弧焊管管道工程应用。
(1)X52M掺氢管道用钢采用低C、低Mn加Nb、Ti微合金化、极低P、S含量设计,采用高洁净度冶炼以及合理的控轧控冷工艺,钢带综合性能优良,且具有良好的低温韧性和抗氢脆性能。
(2)钢带尺寸精度高,表面质量和板型控制良好,制管后管体和焊缝的拉伸性能、冲击性能、氢致开裂及氢环境下慢应变速率拉伸性能均符合协议要求,满足钢管使用要求。
(3)X52M掺氢管道用钢应用于西部天然气包头—临河输气管道,实现国内首条掺氢螺旋埋弧焊管管道工程应用。
