With the environmental protection and production limitation, the output of sinter is becoming increasingly tense after 1# and 2# sintering machines in 1# sintering workshop are not in the production sequence as well as the addition of large proportion of pellets into blast furnace has become new development trend of iron-making. During this test, 5# blast furnace is with trouble free operations through regulating charge level, adjusting central coke quantity and discharging sequence of feed zone, optimizing parameters of tuyere and area of inlet air, increasing heat reserve of hearth, adjusting and controlling basicity of slags as well as actively coping with various changes of furnace conditions after increase the proportion of pellets. The smelting production is successfully realized in the 1 500 m3 blast furnace of Baotou Steel with structure of furnace charge of large proportion of pellets and use ratio of pellets reaches 52%, so the fuel ratio is stable with a slight decline.

随着环保限产,一烧1#、2#烧结机退出生产序列后,烧结矿产量日趋紧张,高炉配加大比例球团矿已经成为炼铁发展的新趋势。本次试验过程中5#高炉通过对料面规整、调整中心焦量和料段排料顺序、优化风口参数和进风面积、增加炉缸热量储备、调整和控制炉渣的碱度,在操作上主动应对球团矿配比增加后炉况出现的各种变化,高炉炉况稳定顺行。包钢大比例球团矿的炉料结构在1 500 m3级高炉上成功实现了冶炼生产,球团矿使用比例达到了52%,燃料比稳中有降。

随着环保限产,一烧1#、2#烧结机退出生产序列后,烧结矿产量日趋紧张,高炉配加大比例球团矿已经成为炼铁发展的新趋势。本次试验过程中5#高炉通过对料面规整、调整中心焦量和料段排料顺序、优化风口参数和进风面积、增加炉缸热量储备、调整和控制炉渣的碱度,在操作上主动应对球团矿配比增加后炉况出现的各种变化,高炉炉况稳定顺行。包钢大比例球团矿的炉料结构在1 500 m3级高炉上成功实现了冶炼生产,球团矿使用比例达到了52%,燃料比稳中有降。

With the environmental protection and production limitation, the output of sinter is becoming increasingly tense after 1# and 2# sintering machines in 1# sintering workshop are not in the production sequence as well as the addition of large proportion of pellets into blast furnace has become new development trend of iron-making. During this test, 5# blast furnace is with trouble free operations through regulating charge level, adjusting central coke quantity and discharging sequence of feed zone, optimizing parameters of tuyere and area of inlet air, increasing heat reserve of hearth, adjusting and controlling basicity of slags as well as actively coping with various changes of furnace conditions after increase the proportion of pellets. The smelting production is successfully realized in the 1 500 m3 blast furnace of Baotou Steel with structure of furnace charge of large proportion of pellets and use ratio of pellets reaches 52%, so the fuel ratio is stable with a slight decline.

钢铁企业伴随着低碳绿色转型,高炉冶炼不得不寻求突破,进行高比例球团矿配比炉料结构的研究及实践[1],以降低对烧结矿的依赖,寻求低耗可持续发展空间。高球团矿配比冶炼是高炉炼铁节能减排、降碳及绿色化发展的重要方向之一。包钢在受环保影响、一烧1#、2#烧结机停产的情况下,高炉进行大比例球团矿冶炼并基于自身原料条件开发碱性球团矿已势在必行。京唐高炉球团矿的使用比例达到了57.55%,八钢高炉球团矿的使用比例高达80%[2]。2020年包钢已在5#高炉进行过大比例球团矿冶炼工业试验,取得了良好的效果。根据5#高炉大比例球团矿冶炼经验,进行大比例球团矿冶炼技术攻关,进一步优化高炉大比例球团矿冶炼工艺制度,实现高炉在50%球团矿配比的条件下,酸性球团矿与碱性球团矿合理搭配[3],将熔剂配加量降到零,高炉实现长期稳定顺行,技术经济指标改善。
表1可知,过去两年5#高炉炉料结构以烧结矿为主,搭配部分酸性球团矿和澳矿。
球团矿与烧结矿相比,粒度均匀,强度高,粉末少,气孔率高达30%左右,滚动性好,比同成分的烧结矿软化区间窄,有利于改善高炉成渣带透气性,有利于高炉布料和煤气分布均匀合理。球团矿堆比重大,在同样冶炼强度条件下,可相对延长在炉料在炉内的停留时间。球团矿铁品位高,一般在60%以上,粒度较小,热稳定性好,化学成分稳定,FeO含量低,主要以易还原的Fe2O3形式存在,具有很好的还原性,有利于提高高炉煤气热能和化学能的利用,促进高炉稳定顺行和降低焦比。球团矿易于储存,在一定时期内不易风化破碎,特别适合矿山规模化生产和存储。
包钢5#高炉试验期间共分为六个阶段,第一阶段为8月16日至8月17日;第二阶段为8月18日至8月20日;第三阶段为8月21日至8月22日;第四阶段为8月23日至8月24日;第五阶段为8月25日至9月2日;第六阶段为9月3日至9月12日。
5#高炉使用烧结一部烧结矿、固阳碱性球团矿、固阳酸性球团矿、西区湿焦。表2为试验期间固阳碱性球团矿化学成分及性能情况。由表2可知,试验过程中固阳碱性球团矿膨胀率、抗压强度不是很稳定。
表3为固阳酸性球团矿化学成分及性能。由表3可知,试验过程中固阳酸性球团矿FeO含量波动比较大,碱度不稳定,膨胀率、抗压强度低且不稳定。
表4为烧结矿化学成分及转鼓强度。由表4可知,试验过程中烧结矿化学成分整体稳定,转鼓强度也是变好的趋势,为试验顺利进行奠定了基础。
表5为焦炭反应后强度及水分。由表5可知,试验期间焦炭水分波动幅度较大,且呈下降趋势,焦炭反应后强度呈上升趋势,总体趋势看对试验的进程是有利的。
表6为高炉自产矿比例及碱负荷。由表6可知,5#高炉试验期间入炉自产矿比例由52.7%上升到57.9%。
表7数据可以看出,5#高炉试验期间高炉煤气利用率稳定在45%~46%,焦炭负荷基本稳定,全湿焦条件下燃料比总体呈降低趋势,炉况整体处于可控状态。
球团矿比例9月2日达到50%,在此过程中通过酸性球团矿与碱性球团矿合理搭配,将熔剂配加量降到零。试验期间碱性球团矿碱度波动大,球团矿碎球偏多,抗压强度指标呈下降趋势,造成入炉粉末多。入炉自产矿比例由52.7%提高到57.9%,有害元素锌负荷由0.621 kg/t降低到0.502 kg/t,碱负荷基本稳定在5.00 kg/t左右,有利于大比例球团矿的冶炼。
8月初5#高炉炉况波动,恢复困难,8月4日休风堵10#、22#风口后炉况恢复正常。7日、8日分别捅开两个风口,进风面积由休风前的0.249 m2调整为0.271 m2,开风口后炉况逐步恢复正常,压量关系趋稳。
由于球团矿具有自然堆角小,滚动性好,容易向高炉中心滚动,在布料时,随着球团矿配比不断增加,极易导致高炉中心矿焦比加重,煤气流受阻,透气性降低,进而引起高炉压差升高,气流紊乱。为了减少因球团矿滚向料面中心引起中心煤气流的变弱,包钢5#高炉坚持大风量操作,高炉风量不小于3 000 m3/min,风速不低于190 m/s,鼓风动能不小于9 000 N·m/s,富氧量不小于8 000 m3/h,并控制合理的差压,通过大风量保持中心煤气流畅通稳定,通过灵活调整压量关系促进中心气流发展,活跃炉缸。
随着球团矿比例的不断提高,料面整体呈现锅底型,不利于气流的稳定,决定对矿石和焦炭布料矩阵进行调整,通过布料平台外移开放中心气流,以减少球团矿对中心的抑制和向边缘滚动的幅度。随着球团矿比例的增加,中心气流明显不足,出现崩滑料现象,16日炉况经过调整,矿石料面由7.5°的带宽缩小至7°的带宽,缩小带宽后炉况稳定性向好。17日增加5%球团矿后,风量萎缩比较明显,压量关系紧张,透气性差,负荷掉的多。
装料制度调整的目的是为了保高炉顺行,改善指标。前期球团矿比例小于45%,调整矩阵带宽,减少中心焦量,增加中心矿石量,改善煤气利用率,效果可以。17日调整球团矿比例到46%以后,炉况整体表现风小压力高,调整制度,矿石带宽缩0.5°。
球团矿比例增加到48%以后,煤气利用率上升至46%~47%的水平,十字测温第三点、第四点温度呆滞,中心气流带窄,气流通过性差。19日夜班开始出现崩料,中心气流受抑制,后出现连续崩料,中心气流进一步恶化,5∶00下料不好,减风,疏通中心气流,后期恢复炉况过程中持续崩料,通过增加中心焦量,保证中心气流稳定,经过调整,炉况保持稳定顺行。
球团矿比例达到50%后,中心气流逐步减弱,24日矿批由50 t调整为47 t,调整后炉况整体稳定性向好,风量保持在2 800~3 000 m3/min,热风压力在0.335~0.345 MPa,产量保持在3 900 t/d,燃料比在575 kg/t以下。装料制度以中心、边缘疏导为主,保证中心、边缘气流稳定,调整后炉况稳定性好转,本阶段加3%球团矿,高炉运行正常。
在调整布料矩阵的同时,5#高炉对排料顺序也进行了优化,一段料是烧结矿单独排料32 s,二段料是球团矿混烧结矿排料87 s,三段料烧结矿单独再排料35 s,三段料基本达到有序的衔接,稳定了料面中心和边缘,维持规整的料面形状,保证了中心气流的稳定,避免了炉况的波动。
为了活跃炉缸,5#高炉制定了铁水物理温度和铁水化学热的控制标准,铁水物理温度控制在1 500±10 ℃内,铁水硅含量控制在0.40%~0.60%。操作上工长严格执行标准,增加炉缸热量储备,为大比例球团矿冶炼奠定基础。
5 #高炉的炉渣二元碱度控制在1.13~1.18,炉渣MgO含量不小于8.5%,目的是让炉渣具有良好的流动性和脱硫能力,冶炼过程中根据入炉硫负荷变化情况及时对炉渣二元碱度进行调整。
(1)包钢5#高炉球团比例用到52%,燃料比稳定降低,达到了562 kg/t,实现了大比例球团矿炉料结构的冶炼。
(2)大比例球团矿冶炼,高炉中心气流明显不足,滚向中心的球团矿抑制了气流发展,通过疏通中心气流,稳定边缘气流来保证炉况的稳定顺行。
(3)试验期间焦炭负荷由4.03 t/t调整至3.94 t/t,中心有效焦量不足,料面呈现锅底型,导致炉况难以维持长期顺行,通过拓宽平台,增加中心焦量,加快边缘消耗,规整料面,改善气流稳定性,实现高炉稳定顺行。
(4)应对原燃料条件变化,高炉炉渣二元碱度控制在1.13~1.18,炉渣MgO含量不小于8.5%,保证了渣铁流动性和脱硫效果。
