In this paper, it is comprehensively introduced the energy consumption is reduced by automatically controlling feed pressure based on the drum pressure by frequency converter and stand by pump is ensured to be put into automatic interlocking when the unit is started and in the condition of low load through optimizing control logics under the working condition of “one with two” for frequency converter of high pressure feed pump in the gas-steam combined cycle unit, which lay the foundation for stable operations of the unit.

包钢新建2×165 MW分轴布置燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组是钢铁行业余能发电资源综合利用项目,是一项经济、社会、环境效益显著的节能环保工程,既切合国家节能环保政策,也符合包钢自身节能环保战略发展的需要,已用于高效环保发电,达到节能减排的目的,实现淘汰落后产能,能源利用升级提档。此项目配套锅炉部分采用菱日锅炉厂生产的型号MHDB-M701S(DA)X-Q1、双压、无补燃、卧式、自然循环余热锅炉。锅炉汽水系统含高压汽包、低压与除氧器一体式汽包,来自高压给水泵的水经高压省煤器、调节阀进入高压锅筒。高压给水泵变频控制系统采用“一拖二”方式,运行时一台给水泵在变频模式运行,另一台给水泵在工频模式备用。机组启动期间及负荷小于50%时,由于用水量较少,锅炉汽包水位由给水旁路调节阀控制,当负荷大于50%时,给水旁路与给水主路调节阀共同调节控制液位。
每台机组共设有2台高压给水泵,采用100%容量“一拖二”变频模式,即一台变频运行,一台工频备用,保证机组运行期间给水泵出口母管压力在8.9 MPa左右。电机额定功率为900 kW,额定电压为10 kV,恒转矩频率范围为25~50 Hz,转速为2 978 r/min。
在锅炉启动初期及低负荷运行工况中,由于原设计逻辑采用恒压供水模式,即无论用水量多少,变频器输出功率只以给水泵出口压力作为PID调节依据,在两台给水泵均投入自动后,当压力低于设计参数时,备用泵便会联锁自启。但启动初期及低负荷时,由于用水量较少且高压汽包压力较低,如仅依据出口压力作为调整参数,会造成以下问题。
(1)给水泵出口压力高,扬程的富余量大,造成阀门调节节流损失大,且高压冲刷小开度阀门会损坏阀门密封性能,造成阀门泄漏量增大。
(2)给水调节阀前后压差大,在运行时易发生卡涩现象。
(3)在高压截流状态下,可能导致法兰、管道损坏发生泄漏。
(4)为了维持给水泵出口压力,变频器会自动调高频率,在燃机启动初期,会出现大马拉小车现象,消耗大量的电能,造成能源浪费。
(5)当变频模式给水泵使用手动控制压力及流量时,在低负荷及启动初期,工频备用泵如投入自动,会触发出口压力低联锁信号导致备用泵自启,更高的压力不仅会造成能源及水量的进一步浪费,也会对设备造成损坏。
(6)给水泵均投入自动,备用泵会在非必要情况下自启,造成设备损坏及能源浪费。给水泵投入手动,在紧急情况或监视不到位情况下,备用泵不自启,会造成高压汽包液位低跳机,严重时会造成锅炉管缺水爆管。
原设计中给水泵变频器采用恒压控制逻辑,控制方式只采用给水泵出口压力作为输入信号参与控制,控制点较单一,不稳定因素会影响汽包液位及设备运行状态。在燃机启动初期,如变频器投入自动控制,维持8.9 MPa出口压力会导致高压汽包水位不断升高,只能通过放水维持液位,造成能源浪费;在点火升速阶段,汽包会产生虚假水位,高液位状态下极易达到高液位跳机值造成事故;低液位状态下由于虚假水位产生,给水调节阀会自动关闭,此时由于管道压力憋高,变频器会自动降低频率及转速,当调节阀开启时,管道瞬间泄压,备用泵便会自启,形成不稳定因素,并且恒压控制会失去变频模式的初衷,无法达到节能降耗的目的,而设备轴承也会出现震动大、温度高及电机噪音变大等问题,维护费也会大幅增加。如果采用手动控制变频器频率调节给水泵出口压力,其压力必须大于汽包的当前压力,否则汽包压力大于给水泵出口压力时,由于压力差无法保证锅炉正常上水[1]
目前逻辑中设计的联锁条件有两种,一是给水泵出口母管压力低,备用泵紧急启动;二是运行泵故障停止,备用泵紧急自启。
因此,在运行过程中,当A泵为主泵变频模式,B泵为备用泵工频模式时,A泵、B泵均投入自动,只有A泵在高频率下维持住出口压力,备用泵才不会自启,否则备用泵会在非必需情况下自启;A泵、B泵均投入手动,当联锁条件触发时,备用泵无法启动,会出现锅炉缺水事故,严重缺水时会造成锅炉受热面损坏、爆管,并且依据锅炉安全运行规范要求,机组启动前给水系统必须将所有设备投入自动状态;A泵自动、B泵手动时,A泵会维持高频率运行,且假如联锁条件触发后B泵无法自启;A泵手动、B泵自动时,当出口压力低于8.9 MPa时,会触发压力低联锁条件导致B泵在不需要的情况下自启。
目前给水泵出口有2个压力测点,汽包有3个压力测点,均为4~20 mA模拟量输出,变频器的频率自动调节仅依靠给水泵出口压力测点。由于在启动初期及低负荷情况下,用水量较少,只需保证给水压力略大于汽包压力,即可满足机组稳定运行要求。故采用给水压力测点平均值与汽包压力测点平均值的差值通过一个压力补偿设定值后,作为变频器PID调节的信号输入,调节给水泵电机的转速及出口压力,这样,随着锅炉汽包压力的变化,变频器也会自动调整频率满足用水需求,既可以满足机组稳定运行,大大降低水、电的浪费,也可降低设备的磨损、应力等硬性指标,延长设备的使用寿命,见图1
原设计逻辑为无论给水泵是变频模式或工频模式,只要给水泵出口压力低于8.9 MPa时,L模块就会触发1,备用泵自动运行请求条件满足,导致备用泵自启,见图2
逻辑优化后,在L模块后增加一个SW模块,SW模块的触发条件为SW=0时,Y=OFF;SW=1时,Y=ON。红色为开关量1触发信号,蓝色为开关量0未触发信号。通过优化联锁控制逻辑,采取变频器PID计算后的给水泵出口压力设定值与出口压力实际值进行差值比较,启机及低负荷状态下,主泵为变频模式,出口压力的设定值与实际值偏差不大,信号①不会触发,经过SW模块后,无论在低负荷还是启机初期,备用泵都不会自启;当给水泵出口压力与变频器设定压力差值大于1.5 MPa时,经过3 s延时后触发信号①,此时由于主泵为变频模式,SW=1,所以Y=1,触发高压给水泵出口压力低联锁信号,备用高压给水泵紧急启动[2],见图3
因为燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组中燃机启动较快,启动后可迅速带满负荷。在机组冷态启动初期和燃机低负荷运行时,高压给水泵变频器可根据锅炉压力自动调整给水压力,同时通过调节高压给水旁路调节阀开度来满足锅炉给水量的需要。正常运行过程中,在燃机负荷变工况运行过程中,要特别注意根据锅炉出口主蒸汽温度变化,适时投入减温水,防止主蒸汽超温。因锅炉汽包液位波动较大,高压给水泵变频器调节幅度也会随之过大,将造成电机电流超限跳闸的情况出现。当变频高压给水泵跳闸后,因高压给水调节阀开度较大,工频备用高压给水泵连锁启动后也会出现电流超限跳闸的情况。所以事故情况下,若高压给水泵电流超限,高压给水调节阀需要自动关闭至一定开度,并发出报警。还需要注意的是,高压给水调节阀关闭到一定开度以后,此时变频器若满频率50 Hz运行,高压给水调节阀手动再开将会导致变频器电流超限,需要通过手动模式降低频率,增加高压给水调节阀开度来保证给水流量的需要。待运行人员确认高压汽包水位稳定后再手动将高压给水泵变频器切换至自动控制模式,同时注意变频给水泵变频器温度的监视和调节,确保冷却装置运行正常。
实施后备用给水泵可以在锅炉启动前投备用,变频给水泵投入自动模式时可以实现燃机锅炉变工况变频自动跟踪,提高给水泵综合效率,保证锅炉给水稳定并降低给水泵电耗。表1是启动初期及带50%负荷优化前后参数的对比。
“一拖二”高压给水泵变频控制逻辑优化后,给水泵能够满足燃机变工况下自动调节,保证锅炉给水压力,减少锅炉给水调节阀的节流损耗,节能效果明显,水泵利用效率高。同时实现给水泵低频率时可以投入水泵连锁,事故情况能够及时连锁保障给水供应,从而实现锅炉运行安全稳定,即达到了稳定运行又节电。为节能降耗减排、低碳经济发展做出了贡献。
