In the paper, the production practices on increasing production and reducing fuel ratio for 7# blast furnace of Baotou Steel are summarized. In September 2022, the average daily output reached 9 370.7 t/d, utilization coefficient of effective volume for blast furnace was 2.258 t/m3·d and fuel ratio was reduced to 548 kg/t through taking a series of effective measures such as strengthening the management of crude fuel, increasing wind-warm syndrome, furnace top pressure, oxygen enrichment rate, batch weight of ore and coke ratio of ore into furnace as well as optimizing the charging system, reducing the amount of central coke and improving gas utilization rate.

文章对包钢7号高炉提高产量及降低燃料比生产实践进行了总结。通过采取加强原燃料管理、提高风温、提高炉顶压力、提高富氧率、增加矿石批重、提高入炉矿焦比、对装料制度进行优化、减少中心焦炭量、提高煤气利用率等一系列措施,2022年9月,日均产量达到9 370.7 t/d,高炉有效容积利用系数2.258 t/m3·d,燃料比降低至548 kg/t。

In the paper, the production practices on increasing production and reducing fuel ratio for 7# blast furnace of Baotou Steel are summarized. In September 2022, the average daily output reached 9 370.7 t/d, utilization coefficient of effective volume for blast furnace was 2.258 t/m3·d and fuel ratio was reduced to 548 kg/t through taking a series of effective measures such as strengthening the management of crude fuel, increasing wind-warm syndrome, furnace top pressure, oxygen enrichment rate, batch weight of ore and coke ratio of ore into furnace as well as optimizing the charging system, reducing the amount of central coke and improving gas utilization rate.

包钢股份稀土钢炼铁厂7号高炉有效容积4 150 m3,高径比为2.04,属于矮胖型设计的现代化大型高炉,于2014年5月27日开炉投产。高炉本体设计为全冷却壁结构,7—11段为铜冷却壁,6段设置38个风口,冷却系统采用软水密闭循环。炉前为平坦化矩形双出铁场,设置4个出铁口,配置4座卡卢金(Kalugin)顶燃式热风炉,两套俄罗斯圆盘法水渣处理系统。槽下采用分散称量、皮带上料,炉顶采用并罐无钟炉顶。高炉整体工业化水平较高,但在实际运行过程中,冶炼强度低,产量偏低,消耗较高,针对此现象,通过采取多项措施,高炉实现了提产降耗的目标。
(1)每班2次检查筛上物和筛下物情况,并及时清理筛板。
(2)对破损筛板有计划的进行更换,减少集中更换对炉况的影响。
(3)从程序上调整振动筛空振时间不少于10 s,有效解决部分筛孔堵塞现象。
(4)在雨季或原燃料质量下降时,增加筛板检查及清理频次(3次/班)。
通过采取上述措施,入炉原燃料含粉率降低,入炉烧结矿中-5 mm占比小于3%,焦炭中-10 mm占比小于2.5%。
加强烧结矿、焦炭的槽位管理。为减少原燃料在入槽时摔碎,增加粉末,加强供料管理,要求烧结矿槽位不低于3 m,焦炭槽位不低于4 m,烧结矿成品仓槽位不低于4 m。对烧结启机料、停机料以及质量异常的烧结矿先存放到5#、10#成品仓进行分仓管理,有计划排往高炉固定烧结矿槽(1A、2A),并有计划小批量配加,降低对炉况的影响。
有害元素碱金属、锌等会降低矿石软化温度,使软熔带上移,恶化炉料透气性,加剧焦炭的气化反应,降低焦炭强度,使炉墙结厚甚至结瘤,破坏砖衬。包钢7号高炉在短期休风更换风口时,部分风口有白亮的液体流出,经过检测,确定为含锌液体。在高炉运行过程中,有害元素锌会渗入碳砖砖缝,容易引起风口大套变形,导致初始煤气流分布不均匀,造成煤气分布紊乱,影响高炉顺行。为有效控制有害元素锌的入炉,烧结停配炼钢EP、EC灰,锌负荷降低,9月环比降低28.11%,对高炉的长期稳定顺行起到积极作用。行业锌负荷控制标准为小于0.150 kg/t,包钢大型高炉锌负荷依然偏高。表1为2022年1—9月7号高炉入炉碱负荷及锌负荷情况。
热风带入高炉炼铁的能量占总能量的16%~19%,高炉生产实践证明风温每提高100 ℃,可降低综合焦比10~15 kg/t,提高产量2%~3%[1]。风温是最经济的热源,高炉使用高风温不仅可以取得很好的经济效益,而且活跃炉缸。从2022年开始,7号高炉逐步提高热风温度,热风温度由年初的1 149 ℃逐步提高至9月的1 225 ℃,对9月降燃料比及提高产量起到积极作用。图1为2022年1—9月7号高炉风温使用情况。
高顶压是高炉强化冶炼和降低燃料比的主要手段。高炉炉顶压力提高后,可使高温煤气在高炉中停留时间延长,促进间接还原,提高煤气利用率。另外,提高炉顶压力有利于稳定煤气流,稳定渣皮,稳定热负荷,延长高炉顺行周期。根据业内统计,炉顶煤气压力提高每10 kPa,高炉可增产1.9%,焦比约下降3%[2]。2022年9月7号高炉炉顶压力保持在240 kPa,较8月提高5 kPa,理论计算可增加铁水产量86 t/d。
提高鼓风中的氧含量,有利于炼铁燃料比的降低。理论上当鼓风中富氧率每提高1%,高炉可以增产4.76%,燃料比下降0.5%左右[3]。第一,富氧率提高后,高炉产量增加,单位铁水热损失降低,燃料比相应下降;第二,因富氧率提高使冶炼每吨生铁所产生的煤气量减少,从而减少了高温煤气所带走的热量。图2为2022年1—9月7号高炉氧气使用情况。
2022年,7号高炉一直致力于提高氧气量,将富氧量由年初的15 692 m3/h提高至24 460 m3/h,富氧率由3.22%提高至4.94%。
高炉矿石批重的大小对高炉煤气利用率及煤气流分布稳定性起决定性的作用。扩大矿石批重能够使矿石在高炉炉喉截面上分布更均匀,矿层加厚,料柱界面效应减少,有助于稳定上部气流,提高煤气利用率,充分利用煤气的热能[4]
2022年9月,包钢7号高炉矿石批重由119.6 t逐步增加至124.1 t,同时焦炭批重增加1.32 t,焦炭负荷由4.23 t/t逐步提高至4.38 t/t,大矿批有利于稳定煤气流,7号高炉9月份全月无异常炉况,延长了高炉顺行周期。图3为2022年1—9月7号高炉矿石批重情况。
高炉上部装料制度直接影响高炉炉料的分布,高炉煤气利用率主要受块状带的传热和矿石的还原影响,煤气流的分布直接受实际装料的影响[5]。通过长期的实践,结合理论研究,高炉在上部布料过程中,应保证中心无矿区而并非多加焦炭,为了实现中心气流强而有力、边缘气流稳定的煤气流分布,高炉采取降低中心焦比例,实现提高煤气利用率的目的。
高炉上部布料制度经历过多次变化,通过对标学习先进高炉,在装料制度上进行优化,采取了降低中心焦炭比例的措施。一方面,最中心布焦圈数由4环减至3环;另一方面,焦炭中心焦角度由14.5°外扩至15°,次中心由18.5°外扩至22°,中心焦比例由27.8%减到23.5%,降低4.3个百分点,高炉煤气利用率逐步由42.46%提高至42.80%。图4为2022年1—9月7号高炉煤气利用率情况。
高炉炼铁中鼓风湿度对炉温影响很大,按经验公式,鼓风湿度变化1 g约影响0.8 kg/t燃料比。对于没有脱湿设备及加湿设备的高炉,高炉炼铁过程中鼓风中的水分含量会因为昼夜温度变化波动,导致炉温波动。为了避免鼓风湿度波动大影响到高炉的炼铁过程,在高炉操作过程中,7号高炉坚持稳定鼓风湿度,固定鼓风湿度为5 g/m3,这样就可消除大气湿度变化对炉温的影响。
通过采取上述措施后,7号高炉经济技术指标得到改善,见表2。2022年9月高炉有效容积利用系数达到2.258 t/m3·d,铁水日均产量达到9 370.7 t,较1—8月平均产量增加473.1 t/d,燃料比降低至548 kg/t,较1—8月平均燃料比降低12 kg/t。
(1)加强原燃料管理,减少入炉粉末,是改善高炉技术指标的前提,是炉况长期稳定顺行的基础。
(2)大矿批、高矿焦比在生产实践中对产量的提高和降低燃料比有积极的作用。
(3)优化装料制度,采取逐步减少中心焦比例,提高煤气利用率至42.80%,达到较好水平。
(4)采取强化措施,促进高炉提产降耗。在入炉有害元素含量高的条件下,7号高炉成功降低了燃料比,提高了产量。
