The independent research and development has been carried out by Baotou Steel according to the technical requirements of steel for protective base plate of special vehicle for users. Its reasonable chemical compositions, rolling and quenching and tempering processes are designed as well as the microstructure is determined and mechanical properties are analyzed. The results showed that its mechanical properties were excellent, yield strength was 730~770 MPa, tensile strength was 826~860 MPa, elongation after fracture was 18.0%~20.0% and low temperature impact absorbing energy at -40 ℃ was 203~256 J, which could meet the technical requirements of users.

依据用户对特种车辆防护底板用钢的技术要求,包钢进行了自主研制开发。设计了合理的化学成分、轧制工艺和调质工艺,并进行了显微组织测定和力学性能分析。结果表明,防护底板用钢各项力学性能优良,屈服强度为730~770 MPa,抗拉强度为826~860 MPa,断后伸长率为18.0%~20.0%,-40 ℃低温冲击吸收功为203~256 J,满足用户技术要求。

依据用户对特种车辆防护底板用钢的技术要求,包钢进行了自主研制开发。设计了合理的化学成分、轧制工艺和调质工艺,并进行了显微组织测定和力学性能分析。结果表明,防护底板用钢各项力学性能优良,屈服强度为730~770 MPa,抗拉强度为826~860 MPa,断后伸长率为18.0%~20.0%,-40 ℃低温冲击吸收功为203~256 J,满足用户技术要求。

The independent research and development has been carried out by Baotou Steel according to the technical requirements of steel for protective base plate of special vehicle for users. Its reasonable chemical compositions, rolling and quenching and tempering processes are designed as well as the microstructure is determined and mechanical properties are analyzed. The results showed that its mechanical properties were excellent, yield strength was 730~770 MPa, tensile strength was 826~860 MPa, elongation after fracture was 18.0%~20.0% and low temperature impact absorbing energy at -40 ℃ was 203~256 J, which could meet the technical requirements of users.

特种越野车的底板主要用于保护车内人员安全,国际上主流特种越野车的底板大多采用的是瑞典某公司生产的高强度钢板[1],该钢板具有强塑积高、低温冲击韧性好、各向异性小等特点,优良的综合性能使该钢板具有抵御一定数量三硝基甲苯爆炸的破坏力,具有优异的防爆防冲性能。国内该钢板长期依靠进口,不但售价较高,而且规格有限、交货期较长,大大增加了整车的制造成本,降低了特种越野车的市场占有率。为实现特种越野车防护底板用高强韧钢板的国产化,降低特种越野车制造成本,提高市场竞争力,该种越野车防护底板用高强韧钢板自主开发迫在眉睫。包钢依据用户对特种车辆防护底板用钢提出的技术要求,进行了自主研制开发。
特种越野车防护底板用钢要求具有高的强塑积(抗拉强度×延伸率)、优良的低温冲击韧性、横纵向各向异性小等,具体技术要求见表1
合理的化学成分设计是特种越野车防护底板用钢组织和性能的有力保证。碳溶于奥氏体,是扩大奥氏体区的元素,适当提高碳含量可降低奥氏体向铁素体转变的温度,从而使相变后的铁素体晶粒细化,碳固溶于钢中还能起到固溶强化作用,同时提高钢的淬透性,但碳含量过高会影响钢的成形性能和焊接性能[2];铬、钼合金元素的加入使钢的CCT曲线右移,有利于提高钢的强度与淬透性[3];铌、钒、钛的微合金化有利于改善钢的强韧性[4],铌具有很强的抑制再结晶作用,可以在轧制过程中细化奥氏体晶粒,同时形成的Nb(C,N)有一定的析出强化作用;钒主要通过相间沉淀的形式析出从而产生较强的析出强化作用,提高材料的强度;钛可以形成碳氮化钛,阻止焊接时热影响区的晶粒长大,显著改善焊接性能[5]。化学成分设计具体见表2
特种越野车防护底板用钢采用TMCP技术轧制,即控轧控冷。板坯经加热炉在1 220±20 ℃加热保温(保温时间0.5~1.0 h)后,出加热炉进行高压水除鳞。除鳞后钢板依次经粗轧、精轧、层流冷却。粗轧过程(再结晶区轧制,控制开轧温度大于1 150 ℃,控制终轧温度大于1 050 ℃)主要完成展宽和使奥氏体晶粒细化,以尽可能少的道次完成展宽,同时采用大压下使变形渗透到板坯心部,充分细化心部奥氏体晶粒,避免厚板在整个横截面出现混晶组织,影响性能的均匀性。精轧过程(未再结晶区轧制,控制开轧温度小于950 ℃,控制终轧温度在860±20 ℃)实现成品钢板厚度及宽度精准控制,同时使奥氏体充分变形,形成变形奥氏体晶粒及变形带为后续冷却过程相变做组织和能量准备。层流冷却过程采用系统自学习,根据钢板厚度、钢板温度、钢板运行速度,合理控制目标冷速及终冷温度(终冷温度为650±20 ℃)。
钢板最终的力学性能及其均匀性依靠热处理工艺来完成。特种越野车防护底板用钢采用淬火+高温回火进行热处理,即调质工艺热处理。调质工艺处理后理想组织为具有优异综合性能的回火索氏体。调质工艺具体参数设计为:淬火温度为900±20 ℃,保温时间为20~30 min,回火温度为620~640 ℃,保温时间为30~40 min。在高温回火的过程中不仅可以消除由于淬火导致的组织应力,同时固溶的碳、氮原子以析出物的形式被固定,降低应变时效敏感性。
将调质处理后钢板按标准加工成拉伸试样、冷弯试样及冲击试样,使用CMT5105万能试验机进行拉伸试验,拉伸速度为3 mm/min;使用Instron 9250HV冲击试验机进行-40 ℃冲击试验;使用LWC-2000压力试验机进行180°冷弯试验,b=2a,d=2a(a为试样厚度,b为试样宽度,d为弯曲压头直径);同时在钢板上切取金相试样,经硝酸酒精溶液(浓度为4%)腐蚀后,在LEICAQ550IW型光学显微镜和FEI QUANTA 600扫描电子显微镜下观察试样的金相组织。使用Tecnai G2 F20 S-TWIN透射电镜分析微观组织形貌及析出第二相的形态、大小及分布。
工业化试制生产三个厚度规格的特种越野车防护底板用钢,分别为10 mm、20 mm、40 mm,各厚度规格钢板拉伸力学性能检测值见表3。由表3可知,特种越野车防护底板用钢屈服强度为730~770 MPa,抗拉强度为826~860 MPa,断后延伸率为18.0%~20.0%,强塑积为15.4~16.7 GPa%,随着钢板厚度的增加屈服强度和抗拉强度都有下降趋势,断后延伸率随钢板厚度的增加呈上升趋势,拉伸力学性能各项指标均满足技术要求,且富余量适中。
三个厚度规格的特种越野车防护底板用钢低温冲击性能和弯曲性能检测值如表4所示。由表4可知不同厚度钢板的-40 ℃冲击功和180°冷弯性能全部合格。不同厚度钢板的低温冲击功远大于技术要求的100 J,平均值范围为203~256 J,富余量较大且冲击功数值波动小。
不同厚度钢板的冷弯照片如图1所示,弯曲表面及侧面完好无裂纹。-40 ℃低温冲击试样断口形貌如图2所示,可见冲击试样断口形貌为典型的韧性断裂特征,呈韧窝状,韧窝深浅不一,尺寸大小相对均匀。
20 mm厚特种越野车防护底板用钢淬火后试样全断面生成板条马氏体,且马氏体板条束较窄,金相组织照片及扫描电镜组织照片如图3所示。可见合理的化学成分设计可保证材料具有优异的淬透性,为后续高温回火做组织准备;淬火后钢板经高温回火,板条马氏体发生分解,碳化物析出,最终转变成回火索氏体组织,高温回火后金相组织照片及扫描电镜组织照片如图4所示,可见回火索氏体组织细小,均匀分布,亚结构呈大角度晶界分布,致使试验钢具有高强度、高韧性及优异的低温冲击性能。
对特种越野车防护底板用钢进行透射电镜分析,透射电镜照片如图5所示。可知回火索氏体组织板条束致密细小,位错密度较大,碳化物等第二相弥散析出,发挥位错强化和沉淀强化的作用,提高材料的强度。
(1)采用合理的化学成分设计,通过控轧控冷及调质处理,试制生产的不同厚度特种越野车防护底板用钢各项力学性能均满足用户的技术要求。
(2)特种越野车防护底板用钢室温显微组织为回火索氏体,组织细小,分布均匀。
(3)特种越野车防护底板用钢低温冲击性能优良,冲击功稳定且富余量较大。
