In this paper, the optimization plan of chemical composition, hot rolling and annealing processes is formulated through analyzing the influences of stress concentration, inclusions, chemical composition, mechanical properties and metallographic structure on fatigue strength with the metallographic microscope and field emission scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the tensile strength of material could be improved by 11~45 MPa by increasing the contents of carbon and manganese in chemical composition, reducing the content of harmful element sulfur as well as matching hot rolling and annealing processes so that the pearlite in metallographic structure was granular and with dispersed distribution. After made into the guide rail, its push-pull effort, service life and functions are tested as well as it is determined to be qualified according to the standard requirements.

采用金相显微镜和场发射扫描电镜,通过分析应力集中、夹杂物、化学成分、力学性能和金相组织等对疲劳强度的影响,制定了化学成分、热轧和退火工艺优化方案。结果表明,通过化学成分中增加碳和锰含量,降低有害元素硫含量,同时匹配热轧和退火工艺可以使金相组织中珠光体呈现粒状且弥散分布,材料抗拉强度可提高11~45 MPa。按照标准要求加工成导轨后测试导轨推拉力、导轨寿命和导轨功能,按照标准要求判定导轨测试合格。

采用金相显微镜和场发射扫描电镜,通过分析应力集中、夹杂物、化学成分、力学性能和金相组织等对疲劳强度的影响,制定了化学成分、热轧和退火工艺优化方案。结果表明,通过化学成分中增加碳和锰含量,降低有害元素硫含量,同时匹配热轧和退火工艺可以使金相组织中珠光体呈现粒状且弥散分布,材料抗拉强度可提高11~45 MPa。按照标准要求加工成导轨后测试导轨推拉力、导轨寿命和导轨功能,按照标准要求判定导轨测试合格。

In this paper, the optimization plan of chemical composition, hot rolling and annealing processes is formulated through analyzing the influences of stress concentration, inclusions, chemical composition, mechanical properties and metallographic structure on fatigue strength with the metallographic microscope and field emission scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the tensile strength of material could be improved by 11~45 MPa by increasing the contents of carbon and manganese in chemical composition, reducing the content of harmful element sulfur as well as matching hot rolling and annealing processes so that the pearlite in metallographic structure was granular and with dispersed distribution. After made into the guide rail, its push-pull effort, service life and functions are tested as well as it is determined to be qualified according to the standard requirements.

随着科技进步和人民生活需求的增加,移动通信、家电等行业得到了迅速发展,相关产品更新换代速度加快,对各类导轨的需求日益增加。导轨钢必须具备高的硬度、耐磨性、接触疲劳强度等,特别是疲劳强度影响用户使用感受和使用寿命。为保证合格的疲劳性能,导轨钢的冶金过程必须严格控制化学成分波动范围及均匀性,以及极低的氧含量和残余元素含量,热轧组织要求碳化物分布均匀,成品板表面不允许存在裂纹、夹渣、毛刺、折叠、结疤、氧化皮、缩孔、气泡、白点和过烧等缺陷[1-2]
本文通过对比分析化学成分、热轧工艺、冷轧工艺,制定全工序关键控制要点,研究疲劳开裂的原因并制定相应的优化措施,最终实现冷轧导轨钢的工业生产,完全可以替代进口产品。
导轨应具备支撑力强、使用寿命长及抽拉过程无噪音、流畅等作用,因此技术指标要求严格。因导轨是钢卷分条后连续经过辊压、分段、冲孔、电镀、安装试验,最后完成导轨疲劳测试。导轨疲劳测试负重不小于45 kg,抽屉宽度558 mm,测试频率6~8次/min,疲劳测试要求见表1
碳元素是强化元素,随着钢中碳含量增加,屈服和抗拉强度提高,但塑性和冲击性降低,当碳含量超过0.23%时,钢的焊接性能变差,因此钢中碳含量一般不超过0.20%,此外,碳能增加钢的冷脆性和时效敏感性。硅能溶于铁素体和奥氏体中提高钢的硬度和强度,但硅含量超过3%时,将显著降低钢的塑性和韧性;硅能提高钢的弹性极限、屈服强度和疲劳强度等。锰能消除或减弱由于硫所引起的钢的热脆性,从而改善钢的热加工性能;锰和铁形成固溶体,提高钢中铁素体和奥氏体的硬度和强度;同时又是碳化物形成元素,进入渗碳体中取代一部分铁原子;锰在钢中降低钢的临界转变温度,起到细化珠光体的作用。硫在导轨钢中为有害元素,主要以MnS和FeS形式存在,导致钢的力学性能降低。导轨钢的力学性能要求见表2。冷轧导轨钢的成分设计采用碳和锰作为强化元素,具体化学成分见表3
冷轧导轨钢采用连退生产线进行生产,具体生产流程为:转炉→LF精炼→连铸→加热炉→粗轧→精轧→卷取→开卷→酸洗→冷轧→卷取→开卷→碱洗→退火→平整→涂油→卷取→取样→检验→打包发货。
在生产各工序取样,沿轧制方向取样,试样尺寸为15 mm×20 mm。将试样单面磨至试验需要厚度,然后在抛光机上将样品抛光至规定要求,抛光后用4%~6%硝酸酒精溶液腐蚀,采用ZEISS-200MAT金相显微镜观察试样金相组织并采集图像,采用扫描电镜进行开裂面形貌和夹杂物分析。
冷轧导轨钢经过表面质量检查、纵剪分条、辊压成型、定尺剪切、表面涂镀和疲劳试验工序后,最终评定材料的性能。用户对力学性能、表面质量和疲劳试验的要求见表4。经过试验和判定首次试验导轨推拉力、导轨寿命和导轨功能测试不合格。
用户使用问题主要为材料的疲劳性能不合格,影响材料的疲劳强度因素分为外在因素和内在因素,其中外在因素包括形状和尺寸、表面光洁度及使用条件等;内在因素包括材料的成分、组织状态、纯净度和残余应力等。内在和外在因素的细微变化,均会造成材料疲劳性能的波动甚至大幅度变化[3]
抽屉导轨接触面为光亮面,但实际上不可避免存在不同形式的缺口,如切边、冲孔和材料内部缺陷等。这些缺口的存在会产生应力集中,使缺口根部的最大实际应力远大于零件所承受的应力,最终成为零件疲劳开裂的源头。
利用扫描电镜观察断口形貌,断口裂纹源形貌如图1所示,断口扩展区形貌如图2所示。从图1可以看出,断裂沿晶界扩展并且断口形貌呈现晶粒状,可以判断属于沿晶断裂。从图2可以看出,扩展区有明显的疲劳辉纹,疲劳辉纹一般呈弯曲并相互平行沟槽状,为疲劳断口的裂纹扩展过程留下的痕迹。
夹杂物类型不同对材料的疲劳性能影响不同,易变形的塑性夹杂物(如硫化物)对钢的疲劳性能影响较小,而脆性夹杂物(如氧化物、硅酸盐等)则有较大的危害。夹杂物所在位置或由于夹杂物产生的孔洞相当于微小缺口,疲劳测试过程中将产生应力集中和应变集中,成为疲劳断裂的裂纹源,造成疲劳测试不合格。通过扫描电镜观察断口处和断口周围夹杂物分布情况,断口处没有发现夹杂物,断口周围发现夹杂物,其形貌和成分如图3所示。夹杂物成细长状,能谱波峰主要是Fe、Mn和S,可以判断夹杂物属于MnS。材料的纯净度是由熔炼工艺过程决定的,因此,采用洁净钢冶炼工艺可有效降低钢中的夹杂物含量,改善材料的疲劳性能。
导轨的疲劳强度与冷轧板的屈服强度和抗拉强度存在着较密切的关系,因此,提高冷轧板的屈服强度和抗拉强度可提高材料的疲劳强度,碳和锰是影响材料强度的最主要因素。
冷轧板金相组织见图4,从图中可以看出组织由铁素体和珠光体组成,珠光体呈片状且分布集中。影响金相组织分布的因素主要为化学成分、轧制工艺和热处理工艺。金相组织形貌影响材料的疲劳性能,片状珠光体的疲劳强度明显要低于粒状珠光体,粒状珠光体中渗碳体颗粒越细小,则疲劳强度越高[4-5]
化学成分优化前后的要求范围见表5,优化措施为增加Si和Mn含量同时降低S含量。
热轧工艺优化前后见表6,优化后将卷取温度由630~680 ℃降至550~580 ℃范围,保证钢带经过精轧后快速冷却,可以减少成品晶粒尺寸,提高成品屈服强度,同时减少碳原子的扩散,避免渗碳体聚集长大抑制片状珠光体的形成。
退火工艺和平整机参数优化见表7。该成分系的奥氏体转变温度较低,优化前退火温度偏高,退火过程中铁素体晶界奥氏体化,后续冷却过程中保留下来导致最终性能恶化,优化后降低退火温度减少奥氏体化的时间。
优化后成品卷的屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率见表8,可以看出屈服强度提高25~45 MPa,抗拉强度提高11~45 MPa,延伸率和表面硬度基本没有变化,表面硬度HR15T实际检测范围79~85,偏要求上限。
优化前后的金相组织见图5,组织均由珠光体和铁素体组成,但是工艺调整后珠光体弥散分布,片层状的珠光体明显减少,组织分布状态和力学性能的呈现对应性[4-5]
冷轧板经过优化后,用户按照相同的工艺加工成同类型的导轨,进行疲劳性能测试,测试数据结果见表9。导轨推拉力、导轨寿命和导轨功能测试合格。
(1)首次使用的冷轧导轨钢加工成抽屉导轨后疲劳测试不合格,经过分析认为MnS夹杂物、力学性能偏低和片状珠光体影响材料疲劳强度。
(2)研究分析疲劳性能差的原因并对成分和工艺进行优化,主要提高碳、硅含量,降低热轧终轧、热轧卷取和退火温度,提高平整机延伸率。
(3)按照优化后的成分和工艺进行工业生产,得到粒状且弥散分布的珠光体和铁素体组织,材料抗拉强度提高11~45 MPa,用户按照标准测试疲劳性能,导轨推拉力、导轨寿命和导轨功能测试满足要求,材料实现批量工业生产。
