In this paper, the mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the joint with different welding technologies are compared and analyzed with the theoretical calculations of crack sensitivity index and preheating temperature as well as the methods of inclined Y-groove welding crack sensitivity test combining with operative weldability test of steel plate. Moreover, the JM-100 welding wire and 80%Ar+20%CO2 argon-rich gas are determined to be adopted for welding the Q550D steel plate with thickness of 20 mm. The crack sensitivity index is 0.28, minimum preheating temperature is 13 ℃ and preheating treatment is not needed during welding. The welding heat input is controlled at 9.0~24.8 kJ/cm, temperature between weld passes is controlled below 200 ℃, mechanical properties of joint reach the best and there are no coarse and abnormal structures in weld seam and heat affected zone.

通过采用裂纹敏感指数及预热温度理论计算、斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹敏感性试验及钢板焊接工艺性试验相结合的方法,对比分析不同焊接工艺下接头力学性能及微观金相组织,确定了采用JM-100焊丝及80%Ar+20%CO2的富氩气体,焊接20 mm厚Q550D钢板,裂纹敏感指数为0.28,最低预热温度为13 ℃,焊接时无需进行预热处理。焊接热输入量控制在9.0~24.8 kJ/cm之间,焊接道次间温度控制在200 ℃以下,接头各项力学性能指标达到最佳,且焊缝及热影响区均未出现粗大及异常组织。

通过采用裂纹敏感指数及预热温度理论计算、斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹敏感性试验及钢板焊接工艺性试验相结合的方法,对比分析不同焊接工艺下接头力学性能及微观金相组织,确定了采用JM-100焊丝及80%Ar+20%CO2的富氩气体,焊接20 mm厚Q550D钢板,裂纹敏感指数为0.28,最低预热温度为13 ℃,焊接时无需进行预热处理。焊接热输入量控制在9.0~24.8 kJ/cm之间,焊接道次间温度控制在200 ℃以下,接头各项力学性能指标达到最佳,且焊缝及热影响区均未出现粗大及异常组织。

In this paper, the mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the joint with different welding technologies are compared and analyzed with the theoretical calculations of crack sensitivity index and preheating temperature as well as the methods of inclined Y-groove welding crack sensitivity test combining with operative weldability test of steel plate. Moreover, the JM-100 welding wire and 80%Ar+20%CO2 argon-rich gas are determined to be adopted for welding the Q550D steel plate with thickness of 20 mm. The crack sensitivity index is 0.28, minimum preheating temperature is 13 ℃ and preheating treatment is not needed during welding. The welding heat input is controlled at 9.0~24.8 kJ/cm, temperature between weld passes is controlled below 200 ℃, mechanical properties of joint reach the best and there are no coarse and abnormal structures in weld seam and heat affected zone.

Q550D钢是包头钢铁(集团)有限责任公司开发的屈服强度为550 MPa级低合金高强钢,钢板经过调质处理后具有优良的低温韧性,主要用于工程和矿山机械[1]。本文根据包钢生产的20 mm厚低合金高强钢Q550D化学成分及力学性能,依据焊接性试验方法及焊接工艺评定方法,采用裂纹敏感指数及预热温度理论计算、斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹敏感性试验及钢板焊接工艺性试验相结合的手段,进行了试验研究及评定,确定了采用JM-100焊丝焊接20 mm厚Q550D钢板的焊接工艺参数及窗口,为工程应用提供数据支撑。
试验用20 mm厚低合金高强钢Q550D的钢板化学成分如表1所示。钢板母材的拉伸试样为全厚度板状试样,其轴线垂直于轧向;冲击试样取自钢板轧制面下2 mm处,缺口开在钢板的厚度方向。20 mm厚Q550D钢板拉伸及低温冲击性能见表2
试验用Q550D钢板显微组织为典型的回火索氏体,见图1
表1表2可知,试验用20 mm厚Q550D钢板的化学成分、力学性能均满足GB/T 16270—2009标准要求[2],且钢板的力学性能余量较大。
本试验采用的焊接设备为OTC-DP500焊机和HK-100K型摆动式自动焊接小车,焊接保护气体采用80%Ar+20%CO2的富氩气体,气体流量控制在15~20 L/min之间,试验焊丝选用JM-100实心焊丝,焊丝详细力学性能见表3
表3可知,本试验按照等强匹配焊丝选用原则,焊接试验选用的焊丝抗拉强度、屈服强度均与母材等级相当,焊丝的断后伸长率及低温冲击功也满足低合金高强钢Q550D钢板焊接试验要求。试验选用的JM-100实心焊丝熔敷金属扩散氢含量为2.65 ml/100 g,属于超低氢型焊丝,小于标准要求的5 mL/100 g,满足焊接试验要求。
对Q550D钢板碳当量、焊接裂纹敏感指数及理论预热温度[3]进行理论计算分析。
碳当量:
CE=ω(C)+ω(Mn)/6+[ω(Cu)+ω(Ni))/15+(ω(Cr)+ω(Mo)+ω(V)]/5
裂纹敏感指数:
Pcm=ω(C)+ω(Si)/30+[ω(Mn)+ω(Cu)+ω(Cr)]/20+ω(Ni)/60+ω(Mo)/15+ω(V)/10+5ω(B)
冷裂纹敏感性:
Pw=Pcm+100×HDM/60+h/600 或
Pw=Pcm+100×HDM/60+R/40 000
式中:HDM为熔敷金属中扩散氢含量,mL/100 g;h为板厚,20 mm;R为焊缝拉伸拘束度,15 kN/cm。
最低预热温度:
T=1 440Pw-392
由理论计算公式计算得到的Q550D钢板碳当量CE=0.45,裂纹敏感指数Pw=0.28,最低预热温度T=13 ℃。包钢生产的Q550D具有较低的裂纹敏感指数及预热温度,工程应用较为广泛。
20 mm厚Q550D钢板斜Y型坡口焊接冷裂纹敏感性试验试样加工尺寸及试验方法依据标准《焊接性试验斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹试验方法》[4]进行,试验具体焊接条件及参数见表4,试验焊板焊后放置48 h,进行焊缝表面裂纹率、断面裂纹率和根部裂纹率肉眼、磁粉探伤检查分析,Q550D焊板斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹试验结果见表5,试样焊缝断面及根部断面照片见图2
焊件斜Y型坡口焊接冷裂纹敏感性试验是一种拘束程度较苛刻的冷裂纹试验方法,其根部焊缝的应力集中系数高达4.7,主要用于考核焊接热影响区的根部裂纹情况[5]。由表5图2可知,Q550D焊板在室温(25 ℃)不预热时进行焊接,焊缝表面、断面、根部均未出现裂纹,Q550D钢材的冷裂纹敏感性较低,在室温状态下进行焊接时,不会出现表面、断面、根部冷裂纹缺陷,焊接时可无需进行预热。
焊接热输入量及焊接道次间温度变化将影响焊接热循环过程,此过程对焊接接头焊缝金属和热影响区的组织和力学性能带来影响。为了掌握焊接热输入量对Q550D钢板焊接接头力学性能的影响,本试验针对不同的热输入与接头组织、性能关系进行对比分析。
Q550D焊接方式采用X型坡口双面对接焊,X型坡口角度为30°,钝变量为2 mm。焊接前将坡口及坡口附近母材油污、铁锈等清理干净,保护气体流量在15~20 L/min之间,焊丝干伸长度在12~18 mm之间,焊接道次间温度控制在200 ℃以下。试验不同焊接热输入量分别为9.0 kJ/cm、15.3 kJ/cm、20.5 kJ/cm、24.8 kJ/cm。Q550D焊接工艺试验条件见表6,不同热输入条件下Q550D接头力学性能见表7
表7数据可知,当焊接热输入量在9.0~24.8 kJ/cm范围时,接头抗拉强度在722~728 MPa之间,屈服强度在621~630 MPa之间,接头强度随着热输入量的增加变化不大,且拉伸断裂位置均为母材。随着热输入量的增加,零下20 ℃焊缝及热影响区冲击功均呈现下降的趋势,相对于焊接热输入量9.0 kJ/cm,当焊接热输入量提高到24.8 kJ/cm时,零下20 ℃焊缝及热影响区冲击功平均值分别降低23 J和25 J左右。过大的热输入量会造成热影响区性能不稳定,导致热影响区宽度增大、组织长大,接头的强度、韧性均会降低;过小的热输入量,就必须多道次焊接,容易在焊缝处产生焊接缺陷,并且降低了生产效率。试验的20 mm厚Q550D钢板焊接热输入量在9.0~24.8 kJ/cm范围时,接头各项力学性能指标符合焊接要求,且接头侧弯(D=2.5a,α=180°)试验也满足要求。

图3图4可知,试验板材焊缝中心熔合良好,显微组织无焊接缺陷,Q550D焊接采用热输入量分别为9.0 kJ/cm和24.8 kJ/cm时,焊缝及热影响区的组织形态相同,不存在异常组织。焊缝处组织均为贝氏体和铁素体;粗晶区组织均为贝氏体,该区组织较粗大但在接头中存在范围较窄,对接头性能影响不大;正火区组织均为贝氏体,该区在焊接高温热循环的作用下奥氏体化,随后空冷得到均匀、细小的贝氏体组织;不完全相变区组织均为贝氏体和索氏体,该区组织在焊接热循环作用下,部分组织奥氏体化后冷却过程中形成了贝氏体,部分组织没有发生转变,保留母材索氏体组织。焊接热输入量分别为9.0 kJ/cm和24.8 kJ/cm,焊缝及热影响区组织较细,保证了接头力学性能满足使用要求。
(1)Q550D钢板裂纹敏感指数Pw=0.28,最低预热温度T=13 ℃,在室温不预热时,钢材的冷裂纹敏感性较低,常温焊接时,不会出现冷裂纹,焊后钢板焊缝表面、断面、根部均未出现裂纹。
(2)采用JM-100焊丝焊接Q550D钢板,焊接热输入量E在9.0~24.8 kJ/cm范围时,随着热输入量的增加,焊缝及热影响区零下20 ℃低温冲击功呈现下降的趋势,接头各项力学性能满足使用要求。焊缝及热影响区组织没有大的变化,焊缝处组织为贝氏体和铁素体;粗晶区组织为贝氏体;正火区组织为贝氏体;不完全相变区组织均为贝氏体和索氏体,不存在异常组织。
(3)采用JM-100焊丝焊接20 mm厚Q550D钢板焊接工艺:焊接电流为230~370 A,焊接电压为23.9~37.3 V,焊接速度为33~37 cm/min,焊接热输入9.0~24.8 kJ/cm,气体流量为20 L/min,道间温度不大于200 ℃。
