The chemical composition of wire rod for 2 200 MPa ultra-high strength steel strand is designed based on the chemical composition of SWRH82B. The Φ14 mm wire rod is rolled by second heating and cogging with 280 mm×380 mm continuous casting billet. The tensile strength of hot rolled wire rod is increased from 1 150 MPa to over 1 450 MPa by optimizing the cooling rate of wire rod. The target that the strength of steel strand reaches over 2 200 MPa after drawing is realized. The results of industrial trial production showed that the time of soft blow and deep vacuum was the key to control the size of non-metallic inclusions and oxygen content in steel as well as it should be more than 15 min; under the condition of constant casting speed and the degree of superheat is below 35 ℃, the center macrosegregation index could be controlled below 1.15; the ideal microstructure of sorbite could be obtained by controlling moderate cooling rate and optimum cooling rate was 4.89~5.62 ℃/s.

以SWRH82B化学成分为基础,设计2 200 MPa级超高强钢绞线用盘条化学成分,采用280 mm×380 mm连铸坯通过二火开坯轧制成Φ14 mm盘条,优化盘条冷却速度使热轧盘条抗拉强度由1 150 MPa提高到1 450 MPa以上,拉拔后实现了钢绞线的强度达到2 200 MPa以上的目标。工业试制结果表明:软吹时间、深真空时间是控制非金属夹杂物尺寸和钢中氧含量的关键,软吹时间、深真空时间要大于15 min;在拉速恒定的条件下,过热度35 ℃以下,中心宏观偏析指数可控制在1.15以下;控制适中的冷却速度可以得到理想的索氏体组织,最佳冷却速度为4.89~5.62 ℃/s。

以SWRH82B化学成分为基础,设计2 200 MPa级超高强钢绞线用盘条化学成分,采用280 mm×380 mm连铸坯通过二火开坯轧制成Φ14 mm盘条,优化盘条冷却速度使热轧盘条抗拉强度由1 150 MPa提高到1 450 MPa以上,拉拔后实现了钢绞线的强度达到2 200 MPa以上的目标。工业试制结果表明:软吹时间、深真空时间是控制非金属夹杂物尺寸和钢中氧含量的关键,软吹时间、深真空时间要大于15 min;在拉速恒定的条件下,过热度35 ℃以下,中心宏观偏析指数可控制在1.15以下;控制适中的冷却速度可以得到理想的索氏体组织,最佳冷却速度为4.89~5.62 ℃/s。

2 200 MPa超高强钢绞线用钢  /  连铸  /  内部质量  /  组织性能

The chemical composition of wire rod for 2 200 MPa ultra-high strength steel strand is designed based on the chemical composition of SWRH82B. The Φ14 mm wire rod is rolled by second heating and cogging with 280 mm×380 mm continuous casting billet. The tensile strength of hot rolled wire rod is increased from 1 150 MPa to over 1 450 MPa by optimizing the cooling rate of wire rod. The target that the strength of steel strand reaches over 2 200 MPa after drawing is realized. The results of industrial trial production showed that the time of soft blow and deep vacuum was the key to control the size of non-metallic inclusions and oxygen content in steel as well as it should be more than 15 min; under the condition of constant casting speed and the degree of superheat is below 35 ℃, the center macrosegregation index could be controlled below 1.15; the ideal microstructure of sorbite could be obtained by controlling moderate cooling rate and optimum cooling rate was 4.89~5.62 ℃/s.

预应力桥梁结构向轻量化、高强度方向发展,不仅节省资源和能源,减少现场配置和张拉作业以及缩短工期和降低制造成本,同时提高混凝土构件的承载能力[1-3]。高强度钢绞线是预应力桥梁结构的关键承重材料,从20世纪90年代至今,国内普遍使用SWRH82B盘条捻制1 860 MPa级高强度预应力钢绞线。2 000 MPa级钢绞线的盘条在国内有开发先例,但未形成规模生产。目前,国内更高强度级别的钢绞线用盘条研究及应用较少,仅处于实验室研究阶段[4]。提高桥梁缆索钢绞线的强度级别,对于提高预应力桥梁结构整体强度意义重大。
近些年,国内铁路桥梁建造技术不断取得突破,尤其在高强度预应力桥梁结构建造方面积累了丰富的经验,为更高强度的预应力钢绞线的开发创造了条件。包钢SWRH82B盘条已生产多年,用户口碑良好。为满足预应力桥梁对于超高强度钢绞线的需求,包钢与铁科院决定联合开发2 200 MPa级别的超高强度预应力钢绞线用盘条。本文分析了2 200 MPa级超高强度预应力钢绞线用盘条工业试制过程中各工序控制参数与盘条性能的对应关系,为后续批量生产提供基础数据。
国内通用的SWRH82B盘条母材抗拉强度一般控制在1 150~1 200 MPa,拉拔后制成的钢绞线强度为1 860~1 960 MPa。综合考虑拉拔制丝加工硬化的贡献,2 200 MPa级超高强度预应力钢绞线用盘条的抗拉强度设计目标在1 450 MPa以上,盘条通过拉拔制成的钢绞线强度预计达到2 200 MPa以上。具体成分设计如表1所示。
采用转炉冶炼→LF炉外精炼→VD脱气→连铸(280 mm×380 mm)→开坯轧制(150 mm×150 mm)→高线轧制(Φ14 mm)工艺。预处理铁水通过150 t顶底复吹转炉采用高拉碳工艺冶炼,钢水温度1 610~1 630 ℃,出钢终点成分C含量不小于0.10%。钢水再经过LF炉外精炼、VD真空脱气浇注成280 mm×900 mm铸坯,要求钢水P、S含量控制在较低水平,保证钢水的洁净度。为了控制铸坯成分偏析,连铸采用280 mm×380 mm断面生产,钢水包至连铸中间包采用长水口保护浇注,冲击区设有挡墙,中间包分六流浇注,浇注过程中使用保护渣保护浇注,水口插入深度130~140 mm,浇注稳定后,铸坯拉速为0.50~0.65 m/min,浇注周期为45~50 min。中间包各水口间距为1 650 mm,中间包内取样位置为第六流出口上方。
铸机采用动态轻压下,实际压下约为4 mm,电磁搅拌电流为(450±30) A,搅拌频率为(1.8±0.2) Hz。二冷配水采用动态配水,比水量为0.22 kg/t,结晶器水的水量为3 300 L/min,主辊采用纯水冷却,二三四五区采用气雾冷却。280 mm×380 mm断面铸坯经过开坯轧制成150 mm×150 mm断面钢坯,最后经过摩根五代轧机轧制成直径为14 mm的盘条。
由于超高强钢绞线用钢的碳含量高,生产时要重点控制铸坯中心宏观偏析,避免由于偏析使盘条心部组织存在网状二次渗碳体,造成拉拔抽芯断现象[5-7]
取280 mm×380 mm铸坯进行碳元素宏观偏析检验,发现碳偏析指数波动较大,最大为1.19,最小为0.945;对150 mm×150 mm钢坯进行成分偏析检验,钢坯成分偏析检验取点位置及化学法分析检验结果如图1所示,发现中心点C含量较未开坯前有所降低,碳偏析指数最大为1.16,最小为0.94,铸坯经过二次加热后铸坯中心碳偏析指数有所降低。21903006炉次碳偏析指数最大(0.94~1.16),连铸机生产过程中拉速稳定控制在0.62 m/min,分析原因主要是过热度偏高造成,该钢种液相线温度为1 453 ℃,浇注231 t时中间包连续测温在1 500 ℃,实时过热度为47 ℃,当浇注158 t时中间包连续测温在1 497 ℃,实时过热度为44 ℃,浇注完成后实时过热度仍为38 ℃。21903005、21903007炉次平均过热度都控制在35 ℃以下,碳偏析指数在0.97~1.09,因此在恒定低拉速情况下,控制宏观碳偏析指数的关键是严格控制过热度在35 ℃以下。
VD真空处理及连铸工序工艺参数如表2所示。实践证明加脱氧剂后,随着VD深真空处理时间的延长,钢水中产生的气泡成核越多,钢水中的细微氧化物夹杂充分聚集、析出上浮,使钢中全氧含量由0.002 5%降低到0.001 6%。
利用LEICA DMIRM型光学显微镜观察盘条显微组织,利用LEO EVO50HV型扫描电镜观察拉伸断口,并对非金属夹杂物进行能谱成分分析。
盘条热轧态拉伸试验结果如表3所示,编号为1、2的盘条面缩率为个位数,对应的深真空时间较短(5 min),软吹时间较短(7 min),编号3、4的盘条面缩率大于15%,对应的深真空时间较长(15 min),软吹时间较长(21 min)。对拉伸后的断口进行扫描观察,见图2图3。扫描结果发现:编号1、2拉伸断口裂源区在芯部,存在尺寸较大的非金属夹杂物,约为65 μm,而且拉伸断口断裂源区呈冰糖状,反光能力差,颜色暗淡,是典型的沿晶脆性断口形貌;而编号3、4号拉伸断口断裂源区芯部的非金属夹杂物尺寸较小,约为23 μm,而且拉伸断口有许多强烈反光的小平面,呈河流花样状,河流的流向恰好与裂纹扩展方向一致,是典型的解理断口形貌。利用能谱分析非金属夹杂物的成分,发现夹杂物的成分为复合的Al2O3-MgO。所以为保证产品的质量,深真空时间、软吹时间要不小于15 min,可以提高盘条热轧态的初验性能,同时使钢中的氧含量不大于0.002 0%。
表4为Φ14 mm试制盘条不同斯太尔摩冷却工艺参数。通过不同冷却工艺研究发现,当采用工艺1时,非搭接处盘条冷却速度为7.63 ℃/s,搭接处冷却速度为6.92 ℃/s,盘条矫直时发生脆断现象,利用金相显微镜分析断口处的显微组织为索氏体(S)+马氏体(M)+少量珠光体(P),如图4所示。分析脆断原因主要是由于冷却速度较快,组织中形成大量的马氏体(M)组织。为了避免盘条形成大量的马氏体(M)组织,降低了搭接处与非搭接处的冷却速度,当冷却速度降低为4.89 ℃/s、5.62 ℃/s时,得到的显微组织为索氏体(S)和少量珠光体(P),如图5所示。
表5为超高强钢绞线用盘条时效前后的力学性能,性能满足设计预期。取热轧态盘条性能初验面缩率高值(17%)、低值(10%)的断口进行扫描电镜分析,从面缩率高的断口宏观形貌看断裂源在芯部,芯部到表面断口源形貌呈放射状,主要为韧窝状断口形貌,有少量的解理台阶,如图6所示。面缩率低的断口断裂源也是在芯部,芯部到表面断口源形貌同样呈放射状,但主要为解理断口形貌,有许多较小的解理台阶,少量的韧窝断口形貌,如图7所示。受应力的影响,两种断口形貌都伴随二次裂纹的存在,在断口芯部未发现尺寸较大的非金属夹杂物。两种不同面缩率的断口微观形貌分析说明盘条的原始晶粒尺寸和组织应力状态是不同的,盘条时效后面缩率指标较好,控制在26%~30%之间。
(1)为了控制铸坯中心的宏观偏析,必须严格控制过热度,实践证明平均过热度控制在35 ℃以下,铸坯二次开坯后中心碳偏析指数降低,最大值由1.19降低到1.16。
(2)当深真空时间、软吹时间低于15 min时,超高强钢绞线用钢热轧态的初验性能较差,面缩率为个位数,同时钢中的氧含量大于0.001 6%。
(3)当非搭接处冷却速度为7.63 ℃/s,搭接处冷却速度为6.92 ℃/s时,盘条会出大量的马氏体组织导致盘条矫直脆断。
(4)面缩率高低不同主要是断口形貌不同导致的,面缩率高的断口形貌多为韧窝断口,仅有少量的解理台阶,而面缩率低的断口主要为解理断口形貌,而且二次裂纹较多。
