通过对大容积焦炉泡焦率与焦炭反应后强度、焦炭耐磨强度M10、焦炭灰分的数据分析,同时根据大容积焦炉泡焦率与焦炉结焦时间的数据分析,认为大容积焦炉泡焦率与焦炭反应后强度、灰分、M10没有直接关系,与结焦时间有一定的相关性,因此不能作为焦炭质量考核指标。

随着高炉强化冶炼技术的推广应用,高炉对焦炭质量提出了更高的要求。目前高炉主要关注指标有焦炭工业分析指标和焦炭热性能指标,焦炭工业分析指标中焦炭灰分是指导高炉原燃料配比的重要指标,主要影响高炉造渣和渣比;焦炭挥发分是标志焦炭成熟程度的指标;焦炭硫分是影响高炉燃料比、铁水硫含量及造渣的重要指标[1]。焦炭热性能指标中焦炭热反应性(CRI)指标主要反映焦炭与CO2气体在1 100 ℃的反应能力,焦炭热反应后强度(CSR)指标主要指焦炭与CO2反应,转鼓后大于10 mm的百分比[2]
焦炭反应性(CRI)和反应后强度(CSR)指标越来越受到炼铁与炼焦工作者的共同关注。《高炉炼铁工程设计规范》中明确提出了不同炉容级别高炉对焦炭反应性(CRI)和反应后强度(CSR)指标的要求,而炼焦生产中产生的泡焦和炉头焦,其对焦炭反应性(CRI)和反应后强度(CSR)的影响较大。泡焦率是炼铁工序比较关注的指标,其与焦炭质量指标关系争议较大,因此,需要对泡焦率与焦炭质量指标关系开展研究。
焦炉炭化室内结焦过程的基本特点是单向供热、由外向里、成层结焦。结焦过程是从两侧炭化室墙面附近开始,一层层地逐渐向炭化室中心面扩展,称为“成层结焦”。炭化室中心面上炉料温度始终最低,炭化室墙面附近的焦炭熔融良好、结构致密,离炭化室墙面较远的焦炭则熔融性稍差,若装炉煤黏结性较差,则焦炭显得疏松。靠近炭化室墙面的焦炭即为焦头,由于加热速度快,故熔融良好、结构致密,但由于温度梯度较大,因此裂纹多而深,焦面扭曲如菜花,常称“焦花”,焦炭块度较小。炭化室中心部位的焦炭即为焦尾,结焦前期加热速度慢,而结焦后期加热速度快,故焦炭熔融性较差,裂纹也较多。
焦炭的泡焦包括炉头焦和泡焦两部分焦炭。炉头焦是机、焦侧炉头部分焦炭。由于炉头温度散失厉害,相对标准温度要低100 ℃,焦炭成熟相对要差。泡焦主要是由于焦炉炭化室成层结焦产生的焦饼中心部位焦炭。靠近炉墙的煤是最早成焦的,而焦饼中心的煤是最晚成焦的。由于中心和炉墙附近的炼焦煤温度差,造成焦饼中心炼焦煤最后形成胶质体,同时其压力是由中心向两侧炉墙施展的,此时炉墙处压力最高,中心处压力最小。煤气在结焦后期主要从两侧炉墙与焦饼的收缩缝隙及焦饼中心收缩缝隙析出,这种状态一直保持到焦炭成熟。所以开启炉门后,除了看到焦饼与炉墙之间的收缩缝,同时看到焦饼中心一条平行于炉墙的竖裂缝,这也是由于压力差产生的。由于压力,越靠近炉墙处的焦炭质量越好,越近中心的质量越差,形成通常所说的泡焦[3]
焦炭的泡焦描述比较困难,没有统一的标准,为此从焦炭泡焦的辨识、采样、制备以及计算进行了规范。
(1)焦炉冶炼出焦后,将熄焦的焦炭晾3~5 h后,准确称取重量,计做G1
(2)适当捡出泡焦和炉头焦。其判断的依据主要有:焦炭颜色黢黑,无光泽,且焦炭表面有明显未干馏炭化的煤颗粒,焦炭表面气孔非常大且密集呈蜂窝状;焦炭用手轻掰能够较容易掰碎,焦炭质地松软。
(3)有以下状况焦炭不得认作泡焦捡出:尽管气孔较多或较大,但焦炭表面呈银灰色或浅灰白色,不得捡出;焦炭上部分泡焦特征较为明显但下半部分焦炭质地坚硬,色泽为银灰色,也不能认作泡焦捡出。
(1)捡出后的泡焦准确称取重量,计做G2
(2)泡焦率计算为:P=G2/G1×100%
数值修约为小数点后两位有效数字。
2020年4月份对焦炭泡焦率、反应后强度、M10以及灰分进行分析研究,焦炭泡焦率与反应后强度、M10以及灰分相关性关系见图1图2图3
图1分析,R2=0.175 1<0.5,回归方程中R2小于0.5,相关性比较差。另外4月22日同一天,焦炭反应后强度都为69.8%,但泡焦率分别为16.5%和20%两个值,数据对应性差,没有规律性。
图2分析,R2=0.124 6<0.5,回归方程中R2小于0.5,泡焦率与焦炭M10相关性很差,说明焦炭泡焦率和焦炭M10没有对应性,焦炭泡焦率的变化对焦炭M10没有明显影响,它们之间没有明显相关性。
图3分析,R2=0.128 8<0.5,回归方程中R2小于0.5,泡焦率与焦炭灰分相关性很差,说明焦炭泡焦率的变化与焦炭灰分没有明显相关性,它们之间关联性不强。
从数据分析中看出,泡焦率与焦炭反应后强度、焦炭冷强度M10及焦炭的工业分析指标灰分相关性很差,图形都成散点形式分布,也可以说明泡焦率与焦炭热强度指标、焦炭冷强度指标和工业分析指标没有关联性。
为了分析泡焦率与结焦时间关系,统计了2020年1月至11月配煤结构、结焦时间和泡焦率数据,具体情况见表1
从数据分析可以看出,焦炭的泡焦率指标与焦炉结焦时间直接相关,结焦时间延长增加了煤饼在炭化室的停留时间,同时也增加了炉头焦与泡焦的结焦时间,使炉头焦与泡焦进一步进行结焦,成熟度增加,颜色黢黑、无光泽的炉头焦、泡焦减少,泡焦率降低,说明泡焦率与焦炉的操作制度直接相关。
适当提高气煤和气肥煤的配入量,通过合理搭配,使配合煤G值稳定在80左右,可增加焦饼的收缩性,减少焦饼中间断层,有利于泡焦率的减少。
(1)调整煤气砣杆及废气砣杆,适度降低砣杆高度,降低煤气流速,逐排调节废气盘小翻板开度,使焦炉的蓄热室顶部吸力均匀合理分布,实现空气量供入、煤气量供入、焦炉供热量均衡分布,使焦饼成熟更为均匀。同时全面标定蓄热室顶部吸力,确保普通蓄热室和标准蓄热室上升和下降气流压差的一致性。
(2)提高废气分析的准确性,选择煤气混合燃烧的最佳控制点。通过对废气分析,结合横排温差和焦饼上下温差,将空气过剩系数控制在1.15~1.20,上下温差调整为50 ℃左右,炭化室顶部焦炭及炉头焦改善很多。
(3)严格管理平煤操作,对煤车各加煤口加煤顺序、间隔及平煤操作进行优化调整,严格执行操作规程。
对开闭器进行密封减少漏气,个别低温炉号采取调整牛舌砖、加强蓄热室密封墙的密封、提高焦炉煤气混合比、对阻力大的小烟道及蓄热室进行清扫等措施,焦炉炉头温度机焦侧均提高约30 ℃,炉头焦和焦饼成熟情况明显改善。
为降低干熄炉内焦炭的氧化,降低循环风量,减少因料位偏低造成焦炭在干熄炉内停留时间长,进而影响焦炭质量。减少干熄炉空气导入量,干熄炉内主要循环气体成分CO控制由以前的4%~6%调整6%~8%,降低了焦炭烧损。
(1)大容积焦炉泡焦率与焦炭反应后强度、焦炭冷强度M10及焦炭灰分相关性较差,它们之间没有关联性。
(2)大容积焦炉焦炭泡焦率与焦炉结焦时间直接相关,延长结焦时间有利于降低焦炭泡焦率。
