In this paper, the sintering productions with such SiO2 contents in sinter as 4.75%, 4.85%, 4.95%, 5.15% and 5.30% are carried out based on the effects of different SiO2 contents on sinter with 500 m2 sintering machine. The results showed that the drum strength of sinter was increased with gradual increase of SiO2 content in sinter when SiO2 content in sinter was less than 5.15%; the drum strength of sinter was optimum when SiO2 content in sinter was about 5.15%, which was increased by 3% compared with that of 4.75% and average particle size was increased by 1.77 mm; the drum strength changed slightly with continuous increase of SiO2 content when SiO2 content in sinter was increased from 5.15% to above 5.30%. The analysis on the microstructure of sinter with different SiO2 contents showed that the prismatic tabular calcium ferrite was increased with the increase of SiO2 content and the dicalcium silicate of partial region was with large area enrichment. With the high proportion of self-produced concentrate of Baotou Steel, the SiO2 content is controlled at about 5.15%, drum strength of sinter can reach above 79.5% and average particle size can be improved above 19 mm.

文章就包钢500 m2烧结机基于不同SiO2含量在烧结矿中的作用,进行了烧结矿SiO2含量为4.75%、4.85%、4.95%、5.15%、5.30%的烧结生产,结果表明:烧结矿中SiO2含量小于5.15%时,随着烧结矿SiO2含量逐步增加,烧结矿转鼓强度提高;在SiO2含量为5.15%左右时烧结矿转鼓强度达到最佳,较SiO2含量为4.75%时提高了3%,平均粒径提高1.77 mm;当烧结矿SiO2含量从5.15%增加至5.30%以上时,随着SiO2含量继续增加,转鼓强度变化不大。综合不同SiO2含量的烧结矿显微结构分析,随着SiO2含量的增加,板柱状的铁酸钙增加,当SiO2含量增加到5.30%左右,部分区域硅酸二钙大面积富集。在包钢烧结高自产精矿比例条件下,控制烧结矿SiO2含量为5.15%左右,烧结矿转鼓强度可以达到79.5%以上,平均粒径可以提高到19 mm以上。

文章就包钢500 m2烧结机基于不同SiO2含量在烧结矿中的作用,进行了烧结矿SiO2含量为4.75%、4.85%、4.95%、5.15%、5.30%的烧结生产,结果表明:烧结矿中SiO2含量小于5.15%时,随着烧结矿SiO2含量逐步增加,烧结矿转鼓强度提高;在SiO2含量为5.15%左右时烧结矿转鼓强度达到最佳,较SiO2含量为4.75%时提高了3%,平均粒径提高1.77 mm;当烧结矿SiO2含量从5.15%增加至5.30%以上时,随着SiO2含量继续增加,转鼓强度变化不大。综合不同SiO2含量的烧结矿显微结构分析,随着SiO2含量的增加,板柱状的铁酸钙增加,当SiO2含量增加到5.30%左右,部分区域硅酸二钙大面积富集。在包钢烧结高自产精矿比例条件下,控制烧结矿SiO2含量为5.15%左右,烧结矿转鼓强度可以达到79.5%以上,平均粒径可以提高到19 mm以上。

In this paper, the sintering productions with such SiO2 contents in sinter as 4.75%, 4.85%, 4.95%, 5.15% and 5.30% are carried out based on the effects of different SiO2 contents on sinter with 500 m2 sintering machine. The results showed that the drum strength of sinter was increased with gradual increase of SiO2 content in sinter when SiO2 content in sinter was less than 5.15%; the drum strength of sinter was optimum when SiO2 content in sinter was about 5.15%, which was increased by 3% compared with that of 4.75% and average particle size was increased by 1.77 mm; the drum strength changed slightly with continuous increase of SiO2 content when SiO2 content in sinter was increased from 5.15% to above 5.30%. The analysis on the microstructure of sinter with different SiO2 contents showed that the prismatic tabular calcium ferrite was increased with the increase of SiO2 content and the dicalcium silicate of partial region was with large area enrichment. With the high proportion of self-produced concentrate of Baotou Steel, the SiO2 content is controlled at about 5.15%, drum strength of sinter can reach above 79.5% and average particle size can be improved above 19 mm.

目前国内多数高炉炉料结构以碱性烧结矿为主,搭配酸性球团矿和块矿,碱性烧结矿占到炉料结构的75%~80%,因此,烧结矿质量的好坏对高炉有着重要的影响,而烧结矿质量很大程度上又受化学成分的影响。随着高炉日益大型化,对原料的要求也越来越高,包钢500 m2烧结机的烧结矿物理化学性能,相对于其他大型钢铁企业主要表现为SiO2含量、铁品位、转鼓强度、平均粒径偏低。Xiao Z X等研究了不同SiO2含量铁矿粉的液相流动性,研究表明提高SiO2含量可以显著增加液相生成量、改善液相流动性。SiO2含量降低,黏结相减少,从而导致成品矿强度降低和成品率下降[1]。胡鹏等人研究了特殊钒钛烧结矿随着SiO2含量、CaO含量逐渐增加,烧结矿强度和成品率存在先升高后降低的现象[2]。李和平等研究了在固定CaO含量条件下不同SiO2含量对铁矿粉液相生成、液相流动性及固结强度的影响[3]。有研究认为,碱度2.0时,SiO2含量由4.8%逐步增加至5.7%时,烧结矿微观结构的均匀性逐渐改善,主要黏结相由赤铁矿向铁酸钙发展,铁酸钙比例逐渐增加,赤铁矿结构由片状向熔蚀状变化,铁酸钙结构由熔蚀状向针柱状发展,骸晶状菱形赤铁矿逐渐消失[4]
为改善包钢烧结矿质量指标,优化包钢4 150 m3大高炉炉料性能,在包钢500 m2烧结机进行了烧结矿SiO2含量为4.75%~5.30%的生产研究,对不同SiO2含量下的烧结矿质量指标的变化进行了总结与分析,提出了基于包钢高自产精矿比例(40%左右)条件下,控制烧结矿碱度为2.0时,烧结矿适宜的SiO2含量,对改善包钢烧结矿质量指标取得了明显效果,为包钢大高炉实现稳定高效生产奠定了原料基础。
包钢500 m2烧结机使用的铁料有进口矿A、自产铁精矿、进口矿B、进口矿C、进口矿D、进口矿E,熔剂包括白云石、石灰石、生石灰、蛇纹石;燃料为焦粉。原燃料化学成分见表1表2,进口铁矿粉粒度组成见表3
表1可以看出:
(1)自产铁精矿品位较高,达到了66%以上,FeO含量较高,S、K2O、Na2O、F含量较进口矿偏高,属于典型的磁铁精矿。
(2)进口铁矿粉品位略低,其中进口矿A品位最高,进口矿E品位最低,铁品位只有57.13%;进口矿C和进口矿D中SiO2含量偏高,达到8%以上,Ig较低,属于赤铁矿;进口矿B和进口矿E的Ig较高,达到7%以上,属于褐铁矿,其中进口矿E中Al2O3偏高,达到3.07%,仅从化学成分分析,进口矿中烧结性能最优的为进口矿A,最差的为进口矿E。
表3可以看出:
(1)五种进口铁矿粉中,除进口矿A外,其它四种铁矿粉>10 mm粒级较多,占比均在10%以上,其中进口矿C>10 mm粒级占到22.10%。
(2)五种铁矿粉中,进口矿B<1 mm的粒级占比达到60%以上,表明该矿粒度较细,且粒度分布波动较大,>10 mm粒级和<1 mm的占比71%以上。
(3)五种铁矿粉中,进口矿E粒度偏大,>1 mm的粒级的占比为76.29%。
(4)综上分析,五种铁矿粉中,进口矿A粒度较好,>10 mm粒级仅为2.83%,<1 mm粒级为40.03%,主要为1~10 mm粒级,占比为57.14%,并且每个粒级的含量相差不大,粒度比较均匀,有利于烧结混合料的制粒,改善料层的透气性,提高烧结矿的质量。
包钢500 m2烧结机生产用铁料结构为进口矿A、自产铁精矿、进口矿B(同类矿粉进口矿E),搭配经济矿种进口矿C、进口矿D使用,但在实际变硅生产的过程中,由于受铁料资源影响,采用进口矿D替代进口矿C开展试验。采用蛇纹石调整烧结矿SiO2含量。烧结矿调整SiO2含量生产实践过程中,具体的烧结用铁料结构见表4
方案说明:
(1)1#方案—3#方案中采用的铁料配置结构为主要矿种进口矿A、自产铁精矿、进口矿B搭配少量的经济矿种进口矿C和进口矿D。
(2)4#方案—6#方案,由于受铁料资源的影响,在试验过程中取消了经济矿种进口矿C的配比,提高了进口矿D的配比,同时增加了进口矿E的配比。
包钢500 m2烧结机在调整SiO2含量生产期间,控制料层厚度在760~780 mm,点火温度为(1 100±50) ℃,烧结负压为13.0~17.0 kPa,终点温度在390~470 ℃,主管温度在130~190 ℃。烧结矿碱度范围按2.00±0.06控制,MgO含量范围为2.00%±0.15%,FeO含量范围为8.5%±1.0%,SiO2含量分别按4.75%、4.85%、4.95%、5.15%、5.30%、5.40%控制。
烧结调整SiO2含量生产实践期间,以烧结矿中SiO2含量为4.75%(试验方案为1#)作为基准,以步长0.15%±0.05%调整烧结矿中SiO2含量,并对不同SiO2含量的烧结矿进行化学成分分析,具体数据见表5
试验研究过程中,为消除碱度对烧结矿质量指标的影响,控制烧结矿碱度在同一水平,因此随着烧结矿SiO2含量逐渐提高,烧结矿CaO含量明显上升,从9.63%增加至10.54%,提高了0.91个百分点,烧结矿品位明显降低,烧结矿铁品位由56.99%降低至55.90%,降低了1.09个百分点。
烧结调整SiO2含量生产期间,烧结矿物理性能指标见表6
表6可以看出:
(1)烧结矿SiO2含量从4.75%逐步提高至4.85%、4.95%、达到5.28%,烧结矿平均粒径及烧结矿转鼓强度均呈上升趋势,较基准点平均粒径指数增加了1.82 mm,转鼓强度提高了2.47个百分点;其中当SiO2含量提高到5.15%以上,达到5.28%时,烧结矿平均粒径指数和转鼓强度增加趋势减缓,变化不明显;当SiO2含量继续提高至5.35%时,烧结矿平均粒径和转鼓强度降低。
(2)烧结矿SiO2含量从4.75%逐步提高到5.28%,烧结矿粒度组成<5 mm占比逐步减少,较1#方案降低2.11个百分点,>16 mm占比增加明显,较1#方案升高6.21个百分点,其中16~25 mm粒级增加幅度较大,升高了4.30个百分点。烧结SiO2含量继续提高到5.35%,烧结矿粒度组成开始变差,<5 mm粒级增加,>40 mm粒级减少。分析认为,试验过程中为保证烧结矿碱度不变,提高烧矿SiO2含量后,烧结矿中CaO含量也增加,从而增加了烧结矿中液相的生成,矿粉熔融黏结程度扩大,冷却结晶黏结相强度改善,提高了烧结矿的强度,使烧结矿粒度分布改善,趋于合理。但是继续提高烧结矿中SiO2含量,烧结矿中硅酸盐玻璃相大量生成,硅酸二钙增加,导致烧结矿脆性增加,更加易碎,影响烧结矿的强度和粒度组成。
为了研究不同SiO2含量对烧结矿矿物组成的影响,针对SiO2含量4.75%~5.35%的烧结矿的矿物组成及显微结构进行了分析,其烧结矿物组成如表7所示,显微结构见图1图6
从矿物组成分析,烧结矿中的铁酸钙含量较多,这也是高碱度烧结矿的特点。赤铁矿含量随着烧结中进口矿A配比的降低,有降低的趋势,随着自产精矿增加烧结中磁铁矿升高。烧结矿中铁酸钙的含量在烧结矿SiO2含量为5.15%时达到最大值。
图1图6可知:
(1)1#方案和2#方案的烧结矿主要以磁铁矿和铁酸钙熔蚀交织结构为主,部分区域磁铁矿与玻璃相形成的斑状结构富集;3#方案的烧结矿中赤铁矿与铁酸钙交织结构较多,赤铁矿发育,多与铁酸钙构成交织结构,气孔周围赤铁矿富集,铁酸钙发育多呈针状富集,部分区域铁酸钙(板柱状)富集与赤铁矿构成交织结构;4#方案的烧结矿中赤铁矿与铁酸钙交织结构也较多,但明显比3#方案少,赤铁矿比较发育,部分区域大面积富集,针柱状铁酸钙较多;5#方案的烧结矿中赤铁矿与铁酸钙构成的交织结构较多,部分区域与玻璃相构成交织结构,部分区域可见斑状的磁铁矿与铁酸钙(柱状)及玻璃相交织结构,铁酸钙板柱状较多,部分区域可见精矿聚集成团状现象;6#方案的烧结矿中硅酸二钙部分区域较发育,赤铁矿多与玻璃相或者与铁酸钙构成交织结构,铁酸钙板柱状较多,部分区域可见精矿聚集成团状现象。
(2)综合不同SiO2含量的烧结矿显微结构分析,随着SiO2含量的增加,板柱状的铁酸钙增加,其原因是在烧结矿碱度不变的情况下,SiO2含量增加使烧结矿中CaO含量增加,导致板柱状铁酸钙大量生成;当SiO2含量增加到5.28%左右,部分区域硅酸二钙大面积富集。
综上所述,结合岩矿相分析结果,为保证烧结矿的品位的同时使烧结矿转鼓强度和平均粒径达到最优,烧结矿SiO2含量应控制在5.15%为最佳。
(1)在控制烧结矿碱度1.96~2.02的条件下,随着烧结矿SiO2含量逐步增加至5.15%,烧结矿转鼓强度及平均粒径均明显提高,当SiO2含量增加至5.28%以上达到5.35%时,烧结矿转鼓强度及平均粒径下降。
(2)在包钢烧结自产精矿高比例(40%左右)结构下,控制烧结矿碱度为2.0时,在保证烧结矿的品位的同时,通过控制烧结矿SiO2含量在5.15%,烧结矿转鼓强度可以达到79.5%以上,平均粒径提高到19 mm以上,为大高炉实现增产降焦奠定了炉料基础。
(3)基于目前烧结原料配比条件下,烧结矿显微结构以磁铁矿与铁酸钙熔蚀交织结构为主,随着烧结矿SiO2含量的增加,板柱状的铁酸钙增加,硅酸二钙出现大面积富集。烧结矿中铁酸钙的含量在烧结矿SiO2含量为5.15%时达到最大值。
