In the paper, the recrystallization annealing process is studied by taking Fe-Mn-Al-C high manganese austenitic steel as object of study. The thermal simulation tests with series of temperatures, hardness test and metallographic analysis are carried out to the test steel. The study results showed that the recrystallization temperature was 750 ℃ when annealing holding time was 120 s and recrystallization temperature was increased to 800 ℃ when annealing holding time was shortened to 60 s. The grains remain uniform and fine as well as hardness value of test steel is with a little change when the holding time is 120 s at 750~900 ℃.

文章以Fe-Mn-Al-C系高锰奥氏体试验钢为研究对象开展再结晶退火工艺研究,对试验钢进行了系列温度热模拟试验、硬度测试及金相分析。研究结果表明,试验钢在退火保温时间为120 s时再结晶温度为750 ℃,缩短退火保温时间为60 s时,再结晶温度提高至800 ℃,试验钢在750~900 ℃范围内保温120 s时晶粒均保持均匀细小,试验钢硬度值变化不大。

文章以Fe-Mn-Al-C系高锰奥氏体试验钢为研究对象开展再结晶退火工艺研究,对试验钢进行了系列温度热模拟试验、硬度测试及金相分析。研究结果表明,试验钢在退火保温时间为120 s时再结晶温度为750 ℃,缩短退火保温时间为60 s时,再结晶温度提高至800 ℃,试验钢在750~900 ℃范围内保温120 s时晶粒均保持均匀细小,试验钢硬度值变化不大。

In the paper, the recrystallization annealing process is studied by taking Fe-Mn-Al-C high manganese austenitic steel as object of study. The thermal simulation tests with series of temperatures, hardness test and metallographic analysis are carried out to the test steel. The study results showed that the recrystallization temperature was 750 ℃ when annealing holding time was 120 s and recrystallization temperature was increased to 800 ℃ when annealing holding time was shortened to 60 s. The grains remain uniform and fine as well as hardness value of test steel is with a little change when the holding time is 120 s at 750~900 ℃.

高锰钢经适当成分设计后,表现出优异的强度、塑性、低温韧性、加工硬化性能以及抗冲击安全性,在汽车、低温容器、建筑等领域展示出广阔的应用潜力[1-2]。本文以Fe-Mn-Al-C系高锰奥氏体试验钢为研究对象,开展相关的再结晶退火工艺研究。
试验钢在中试热处理炉内加热至1 200 ℃保温1 h,经多道次轧制成4 mm厚的热轧基料,之后将热轧基料切成600 mm,经酸洗去除表面氧化铁后,冷轧至2.4 mm,在冷轧试验板上取再结晶模拟试验用试样,试样尺寸为2.4 mm×15 mm×65 mm,数量15个。试验钢的化学成分如表1所示。
再结晶温度指金属材料在一定时间内完成再结晶所对应的温度。以往一般规定为一小时完成再结晶95%时对应的温度[3]。但由于越来越多的冷轧板卷采用连续退火方式,在此退火过程退火时间仅为很少的几分钟,所以往往需要知道短时退火(如30 s、60 s或90 s)条件下的再结晶温度。使用热力模拟试验机进行再结晶热模拟试验,测定并分析试验钢在不同退火温度条件下的硬度,从而确定不同退火时间条件下的再结晶温度,为工业生产时的工艺制定提供依据。
试验使用MMS-200热力模拟试验机,并使用TH-320数显洛氏硬度计对热处理后的试样进行硬度检测。
为了研究高锰钢的再结晶行为,测定其再结晶温度,设计了再结晶退火试验方案。将试样以10 ℃/s的速率分别加热到650 ℃、700 ℃、750 ℃、800 ℃、850 ℃、900 ℃、950 ℃、1 000 ℃系列温度下进行模拟退火,保温时间为120 s,再以20 ℃/s冷却速率冷却至室温,之后进行硬度测试,测试位置为试样热电偶焊接部位。按试验具体情况对部分试验进行了不同保温时间的试验,保温时间60 s。
硬度测试依据GB/T 230.1—2004《金属洛氏硬度试验第1部分:试验方法(A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、K、N、T标尺)》[4]和GB/T 4340.1—2009《金属材料 维氏硬度试验第1部分:试验方法》[5],对模拟退火后的试样进行硬度测试,通过硬度计测试三点洛氏硬度(HRC)或维氏硬度(HV10),并取平均值。
将试样原始硬度和完全软化后的硬度差定义为100%,定义材料再结晶的结晶温度为硬度降低为50%时的温度[6]。在硬度-温度曲线上使用曲线拟合法计算出该退火时间所对应的再结晶温度。
试验钢以10 ℃/s的速率分别加热到650 ℃、700 ℃、750 ℃、800 ℃、850 ℃、900 ℃、950 ℃、1 000 ℃温度下进行模拟退火,保温时间为120 s,再以 20 ℃/s冷却速率冷却至室温,之后进行硬度测试,硬度测试结果见表2。在此基础上选择了750 ℃、800 ℃、850 ℃开展了保温60 s的退火试验,试验后的硬度测试结果见表3
试验钢在不同退火温度下的硬度变化曲线如图1所示。
将试样原始硬度和完全软化后的硬度差定义为100%,定义材料再结晶的结晶温度为硬度降低为50%时的温度。在硬度-温度曲线上使用曲线拟合法计算出试验钢在退火保温时间120 s时所对应的再结晶温度为750 ℃,缩短退火保温时间为60 s时,再结晶温度提高至800 ℃。
从硬度测试结果分析,试验钢在650 ℃退火时的硬度与冷轧态的硬度接近,表明还没有出现明显再结晶,至700 ℃时硬度明显降低出现软化,到750 ℃时硬度已经降至冷轧态硬度的50%,随着退火温度进一步升高,在750~900 ℃温度期间硬度变化不大,之后随退火温度的进一步升高硬度继续下降。
值得注意的是,在材料、退火温度、退火时间一定的前提下,退火工艺对再结晶也有一定的影响,如退火时的加热速度对再结晶也有一定的影响。所以一旦改变这些条件,材料的再结晶温度也将随之变化,在实际应用过程中应予以考虑。
材料的再结晶过程,在微观上表现出晶粒形貌的变化。为便于进行金相观察,将退火模拟后的试样从试样长度方向1/2焊接热电偶的位置横向切开,进行金相制样。从微观组织变化方面观察试样不同温度退火条件下的再结晶情况。
不同退火温度下的试验钢经金相磨制、抛光后用8%的硝酸酒精溶液进行腐蚀,腐蚀后的显微组织形貌见图2
图2可知,各试样的显微组织在软化再结晶过程中发生了较为明显的变化。试验钢在冷轧态下,显微组织为明显的纤维状,晶粒拉长,晶粒内部可见大量的变形孪晶带,当在较低的退火温度650 ℃保温120 s时,试样的显微组织中还保留大量冷变形纤维状组织,局部发生再结晶,可见细小等轴晶粒;随着退火温度升高,在700 ℃保温120 s时,显微组织出现部分再结晶晶粒,可见大量细小的初生晶粒,冷变形组织消失,但晶粒大小不均匀,表明没有达到完全再结晶温度;750 ℃保温120 s时,显微组织呈现出较为均匀的多边形晶粒,再结晶过程基本完成;随着退火温度进一步升高,直到900 ℃保温120 s,试验钢的晶粒度均未有明显长大,到950 ℃保温120 s时试验钢的晶粒又开始随温度升高而长大,到1 000 ℃保温120 s时出现晶粒的异常长大现象。
结合硬度测试结果分析,总体规律是试验钢随着退火温度升高发生再结晶,硬度值下降。具体来分析,在退火温度为650 ℃保温120 s时,局部发生再结晶,显微组织的大部分区域仍保留纤维状组织,因此试样仍维持较高的硬度值;随着退火温度升高再结晶越来越充分,700 ℃保温120 s时试验钢的纤维组织已经完全消失,硬度急剧下降,到750 ℃保温120 s时,试验钢已经发生完全再结晶,硬度值进一步降低并出现拐点,随着退火温度继续升高,在750~900 ℃范围内硬度值变化不大,观察到在此温度区间试验钢的晶粒度也基本不变,之后随着退火温度进一步升高,试验钢的再结晶晶粒进一步长大,伴随着硬度也进一步降低。
为进一步验证试验钢的再结晶行为,将试验钢电解抛光后进行EBSD晶粒形貌分析,如图3所示。在700 ℃保温120 s时,试验钢发生再结晶,晶粒大小不均匀,既有细小的初生晶粒,也有长大的等轴晶粒,同时还有部分拉长的晶粒;在800 ℃保温120 s时,试验钢发生充分的再结晶,晶粒呈细小均匀的等轴晶粒,晶粒尺寸约2~5 μm;在1 000 ℃保温120 s时,试验钢发生再结晶长大,晶粒呈均匀等轴晶粒,晶粒尺寸约5~10 μm。
(1)试验钢在退火保温时间为120 s时的再结晶温度为750 ℃,退火保温时间缩短为60 s时,再结晶温度提高至800 ℃。实际工业化生产时应结合连续退火时间,优化再结晶的温度范围。
(2)随着退火温度的升高,试验钢的显微组织从冷轧的纤维状组织,逐渐变化为再结晶的多边形晶粒。试验钢在750~900 ℃范围内硬度值变化不大,观察到在此温度区间试验钢的晶粒度也基本不变。
