Four new types of coal are increased through developing independently and introducing the new types of coal in Shanxi and Inner Mongolia as well as utilizing the SXLLSJM、SXJM and HDSJM, part of which is instead of such types of coal with tension supply as ZYDM and LLGHM. As a result, the scope of coal used for rammed-coal coking is expanded, tension trend of using coal is relieved, the existing coal blending structure of rammed-coal coking is optimized and coke quality is improved. The ash content of coke is reduced and the hot strength of coke is increased, which provide the strong fuel support for the stable and trouble-free operation of blast furnaces of Baotou Steel.

通过自主开发并引进了山西地区和蒙古地区新煤种,并利用SXLLSJM、SXJM及HDSJM,部分替代ZYDM和LLGHM等供应紧张煤种,增加4个新煤种,扩大了捣固炼焦用煤范围,缓减用煤紧张趋势,同时优化现有捣固炼焦配煤结构,改善了焦炭质量,焦炭灰分降低,焦炭热强度提高,为包钢高炉稳定顺行提供了强有力的燃料支撑。

Four new types of coal are increased through developing independently and introducing the new types of coal in Shanxi and Inner Mongolia as well as utilizing the SXLLSJM、SXJM and HDSJM, part of which is instead of such types of coal with tension supply as ZYDM and LLGHM. As a result, the scope of coal used for rammed-coal coking is expanded, tension trend of using coal is relieved, the existing coal blending structure of rammed-coal coking is optimized and coke quality is improved. The ash content of coke is reduced and the hot strength of coke is increased, which provide the strong fuel support for the stable and trouble-free operation of blast furnaces of Baotou Steel.

近年来,随着高炉的大型化,其料柱增高和入炉料压缩比提高,导致高炉的透气性不好,另外富氧喷煤等技术的发展,都对焦炭质量提出了愈来愈高的要求,稳定和改善焦炭质量已成为焦化行业所面临的主要难题之一[1]。捣固炼焦是将配合煤在入炉前用捣固机捣实成体积略小于炭化室的煤饼后,从焦炉机侧推入炭化室内炼焦,捣固后的堆密度可由原来散装煤的0.70~0.75 t/m3提高到1.00~1.15 t/m3
捣固炼焦与常规炼焦相比最明显的特征是在配合煤进入焦炉之前利用机械力将煤料堆积密度提高约20%~30%,结焦过程中由于煤颗粒之间距离减小,即使在胶质液相较少的条件下也可以满足煤颗粒之间的黏结。一般条件下,捣固炼焦可以在保证焦炭冷态强度的前提下多配入弱黏结性煤,因此,捣固炼焦具有成本优势,其焦炭呈现低显气孔率、高冷态强度和反应性偏高等特点,在大中型高炉生产很难应用,使用时会造成高炉经济技术指标变差等情况,如焦比升高、高炉透气性变差等[2]。为此,包钢需要立足现有炼焦煤资源,不断研究新的炼焦煤资源和新的煤种,优化配煤结构,减少市场波动对炼焦用煤供应和成本的影响,生产稳定的捣固焦炭,为高炉顺行提供优质的燃料。
捣固炼焦提高焦炭性能指标分两个方面,一方面是配合煤比例不变的条件下,通过捣固工艺生产出比常规顶装煤炼焦指标更好的焦炭,但黏结性较好的焦煤或是肥煤比例较高时会失去捣固工艺的优势,或是炼焦过程中产生胶质体膨胀压力过大,对炉墙产生破坏;另一方面是配入更多比例的弱黏结性煤,通过捣固工艺生产出指标较好满足高炉使用的焦炭。为了改善焦炭质量同时降低配煤成本,需要开发应用新煤种,优化现有捣固炼焦配煤结构,对山西方向煤、蒙古煤以及俄罗斯煤进行了应用研究。
山西地区煤炭资源多,但低硫低灰煤种资源逐渐减少,煤种价格贵,只有高灰煤种价格相对便宜[3],利用SXGHM作为改善焦炭强度的主要煤种之一,充分发挥山西地区煤种强结焦性、低挥发分优势。
为了进一步降低焦炭灰分和提高焦炭强度,经考察发现一种SXLLGLSJM,比较适合捣固炼焦配煤需要,对其进行了关键指标分析,具体结果见表1
表1数据分析,该煤灰分偏低,硫分较高,黏结性较好,焦炭热强度高,属于优质炼焦煤种。
依据SXLLGLSJM关键指标分析结果,通过测算分析后在生产中使用,初始配入4%部分替代ZYDM,具体煤种应用配比见表2
表2数据分析,使用SXLLGLSJM部分替代ZYDM,配比最高达到6%,缓解了ZYDM紧缺对生产组织影响。
近年来包钢炼焦煤资源供应极为紧张,一方面受新冠疫情影响,部分煤种供应不足,特别是汽车运输的煤种,受疫情影响比较严重,煤种严重供应不足甚至出现断供现象;另一方面由于受我国与澳大利亚煤炭政策影响,沿海地区钢厂和独立焦化厂进口澳大利亚煤受限,许多厂家转为内地采购,蒙古煤市场也供应紧张,同时炼焦用煤价格急剧上涨,导致配合煤成本大幅升高。为了应对部分煤种断供,根据包钢煤焦化工分公司使用煤种情况和配合煤配比情况,将SXJM和HDSJM应用到捣固炼焦配煤中,各项指标分析结果见表3
2021年2月将SXJM应用在生产中,由于山西焦煤集团MLM供应极其紧张,仅能满足包钢煤焦化工分公司使用,为此利用SXJM替代,见表4。另外,2021年4月把HDSJM应用在生产中,替代LLGHM供应不足,配比情况见表5
表4数据分析,SXJM替代MLM,稳定了焦炭质量,节约了优质肥煤MLM用量,降低了配煤成本。

蒙古煤炭资源丰富,据蒙古国燃料能源部统计,截至2015年底,资源储量达1 624亿t,其中探明储量为176亿t,约占总储量的10.8%。蒙古炼焦煤资源是世界上品种最齐全、储量最丰富的地区之一[4],普遍埋藏浅,具有良好的开采条件,是世界上最适合露天开采的资源地之一。其中MG1/3JM具有灰分、硫分较低、挥发分较高、G值衰减较快,结焦性较差的特点,配加MG1/3JM可降低焦炭灰分。
鉴于包钢庆华焦炭灰分居高不下,对MG1/3JM(如HD2#DHM)开展了分析研究,HD2#DHM关键指标分析见表6
表6数据分析,该煤灰分比较低,硫分适中。通过优化配煤结构,该煤种可有效降低焦炭灰分。MG1/3JM(如HD2#DHM)的应用能够解决焦炭灰分较高问题,但由于该煤热性能比较差,不能大量配入,需要与热性能高的煤种搭配使用。
对包钢庆华1#—4#焦炉4—9月的焦炭指标开展对比,其焦炭灰分和硫分指标对比分析趋势见图1图2
图1图2数据分析,通过新煤种应用,优化配煤结构,合理用煤,捣固焦的灰分和硫分在7月份有了明显下降,为大中型高炉提供了优质燃料支撑。
考察调研的新煤种来自俄罗斯远东亚库特地区,煤矿产能在2020年达到500万t。该煤矿主产K4焦煤、K10焦煤、丹妮湾焦煤、伊娜林肥煤等(见表7),对中国年出口量达240~260万t。
表7可看出,以上煤种最大的优势是硫分低,黏结性较好,焦炭反应后强度一般,可以在捣固炼焦中使用。
为了满足捣固焦强度,同时降灰降硫的需求,选用灰分和挥发分适中、硫分较低、G值和CSR较好的丹妮湾焦煤作为配煤试验的煤种。
在包钢庆华煤化工公司捣固小焦炉进行炼焦试验,配加3%、5%丹妮湾焦煤替代5#MGM,为保证样品的代表性,各方案均是在仓下取单种煤试样,并在实验室内配煤,数据分析结果见表8
表8数据分析,丹妮湾焦煤属灰分适中、低硫煤种,在配入3%时配合煤硫分基本与基础持平,配加5%时硫分有所降低。从焦炭反应后强度看,配加丹妮湾焦煤后焦炭反应后强度下降,说明该煤种对焦炭热反应后强度负向作用较大,因此,该煤性价比不高,不建议在生产中应用。
为了了解近几年焦炭质量情况,对2019年、2020年和2021年的捣固焦关键指标进行了统计,其关键指标分析结果见表9
表9数据分析,捣固焦灰分经过优化配煤结构,应用新煤种,2020年和2021年焦炭灰分大幅下降。捣固焦反应后强度2020年和2021年较2019年有了较大幅度提高,焦炭综合合格率逐年上升,为大中高炉稳定顺行提供了优质焦炭。
(1)MG1/3JM作为低灰低硫煤种,结合配煤优化,在保证焦炭强度的前提下,降低了焦炭灰分和硫分。
(2)通过引进山西方向的煤种,补充了优质炼焦煤MLM和LLGHM供应量不足问题,扩大了捣固炼焦用煤范围,缓减了用煤紧张趋势,节约了优质炼焦煤。
(3)通过合理优化配煤结构,能够改善捣固焦炭质量。
