In this paper, it is introduced a design of calculating and recording the deviations of predicted and actual rolling forces for all stands of CSP hot continuous rolling mill by the VBA language environment. The deviations of predicted and actual rolling forces for all stands in a certain range are calculated and with classified statistic based on various rolling parameters in the VBA language environment so that the analysis time is greatly shortened and errors of manual computation are reduced as well as the effects of various rolling parameters and specifications on accuracy of predicted rolling forces could be reflected intuitively. Moreover, the effects of various rolling parameters on accuracy of predicted rolling forces are illustrated through analysis combining with the practical examples, which is with great reference significances for adjusting the corresponding secondary parameters for rolling mill.

In this paper, it is introduced a design of calculating and recording the deviations of predicted and actual rolling forces for all stands of CSP hot continuous rolling mill by the VBA language environment. The deviations of predicted and actual rolling forces for all stands in a certain range are calculated and with classified statistic based on various rolling parameters in the VBA language environment so that the analysis time is greatly shortened and errors of manual computation are reduced as well as the effects of various rolling parameters and specifications on accuracy of predicted rolling forces could be reflected intuitively. Moreover, the effects of various rolling parameters on accuracy of predicted rolling forces are illustrated through analysis combining with the practical examples, which is with great reference significances for adjusting the corresponding secondary parameters for rolling mill.

轧制力设定是热连轧精轧机组厚度模型设定的核心,其设定精度将直接影响到辊缝的设定,进而直接影响到薄规格穿带的稳定性、板厚精度以及最终的板形质量等等[1]
轧制力设定与实际检测的误差大小对机架间的流量有直接影响,当超出活套调节范围时,就容易引发生产事故。
目前板带热连轧生产中,主要采用基于轧制力理论计算数学模型来进行轧制力的设定计算,同时结合自适应技术对轧制力进行在线修正。
轧制力的理论计算方法很多,如SIMS模型,其轧制力公式为:
F=w·ld·km·Qp
式中:F为轧制压力;w为带钢宽度,ld为压扁弧长;km为轧件的变形抗力;Qp为外摩擦应力状态系数。
而变形抗力和外摩擦系数与轧件厚度、温度、成分等有关,由公式(1)可以看出,分析主要工艺参数和规格对轧制模型的影响,提高命中率,具有一定研究意义。此外还有其他的简化公式,如日立公式、孙一康公式等。
仅依靠数学模型来实现厚度控制,要求模型本身有很高的预报精度,但往往模型精度有限,很难达到要求值。同时,由于实际轧制过程中,轧机和轧件参数不断变化,使得设定的轧制力与实际值之间存在一定偏差,此时就需要采用自适应技术对数学模型进行校正。自适应技术就是在板带热连轧过程中,根据系统状态的变化,不断利用实时信息进行模型系数的修正,以达到保证模型的精度的目的[2]
轧制力模型的自适应校正主要有两种方式,一是以邻近本块料的前一批料同规格的实测数据来修正模型系数,然后再对本块料进行计算;二是采用“本块料”自适应校正,即利用本块料进入精轧机组机架后,根据头两架的实测轧制力和预报轧制力之差来修正后面各机架的轧制力预报值,再一次精确调整后面几个机架压下装置,使整个设定模型精度得到提高[3]
目前在轧制力设定技术上,我国同世界先进水平还存在较大差距。德国、日本、美国等先进国家的轧制力设定命中率基本可达98%以上,即使改换规格后的第一块钢,其厚度偏差也能保证在误差范围之内[4]。而国内目前改换规格后,前三块钢的厚度精度仍然难以保证,预测轧制力偏差超过10%的情况时有发生。
综上所述,对产品规格和轧制工艺参数进行分析,为完善轧制力设定模型提供重要参考,确保板带厚度精度,从而降低成本,提高企业竞争力,具有一定的理论价值和较强的实用价值。针对生产现场对轧制力偏差研究的现状,一方面,在以往的研究中关于轧制力偏差的研究多集中于分析其主要影响因素(辊系交叉、弯辊力变化等),对于主要工艺参数和不同产品规格的影响研究较少,目前系统已经实现自学习,然而仍然有轧制力偏差大于10%的情况;另一方面,由于系统无法进行有针对性的导出,导致数据量较大,操作人员不能迅速有效地对相应问题进行分析解决。基于上述问题,设计Excel计算表格,并通过Excel VBA二次开发,实现了对需要分析的数据文件进行轧制力偏差计算、分类统计等功能,较大程度地降低了工作量以及出错概率,提高工作效率。
轧制力偏差计算表由4个主表构成。
(1)数据计算表:用做整表粘贴原始轧制数据。
(2)钢种定义表:是将原始轧制数据中钢种代码转换为国际通用钢种名称的参照表格,为后期统计数据呈现提供支持。
(3)轧制力偏差表:对主要数据进行提取及计算,属于数据过渡表。界面包括工艺参数和产品规格数据,设有“提取并计算”、“清空”两个按钮,实现计算数据、计算后清空表格重复利用。
(4)统计表:显示统计结果,界面有“统计”“清空”两个操作按钮,需要在表中输入相应钢种代码后点击统计按钮,第一个表格统计结果为轧制力偏差值在某轧制力偏差范围内对所有轧制力偏差值的占比。由于在实际生产中,常认为预测偏差大于10%为不合格计算,故第二个表格将对各机架预测偏差大于10%的数据再次根据相应条件区间进行统计,此次统计结果为数据的数量。通过不同温度、规格、时间的分类对比,进而分析得出预测轧制力偏差大于10%的主要影响因素。
(1)数据提取。原始数据项目繁杂,需要筛选轧制过程重要工艺参数(温度、时间),分析其影响因素,同时录入产品规格分类,完成对特定产品的分析。由于原始数据的导出格式及排序固定,且需要提取的项目种类较少,故不需要过于复杂的语句,运用do while-loop循环即可实现提取。
(2)时间间隔计算。由于设置了按钮位置,有部分行数为空,故需要在设置的前提条件——非空行执行。
另外,由于数据时间跨度长,可能出现跨天数的情况,此时时间函数运算结果就会出现错误,需要判断是否跨天数,再进行相应的计算。具体程序如图1所示,输出结果为分钟。
时间间隔的计算主要是为区分是否为首坯,时间间隔大于20 min的为首坯。
(3)轧制力偏差计算。轧制力偏差计算的公式为:
n= P - P P ×100%
运用以上公式循环计算即可得出所有轧制力偏差值。值得注意的是,由于实际生产工艺中存在甩机架的情况,所以部分机架的计算轧制力为0,会导致程序出现错误,终止运算。此时需要跳过这种情况继续计算,本文使用的语句为“On Error Resume Next”。
为实现表格的重复利用,需要在页面设置清空按钮。其具体功能为清除表格内除表头及按钮外的全部内容和格式。这样一来,在导入替换数据源页面内容之后,即可重新点击“提取并计算”按钮,对新数据进行提取计算。
由于控制系统具有自学习功能,即根据板坯计算值与实际轧制力反馈,进行相关参数修改,提高轧制力计算命中率,故每流第三块后的坯料,由于系统自学习的干预,计算模型参数已经发生修改,再分析其受轧制因素影响造成的偏差,参考性较差,故需要初步筛选出每流前两块的数据。统计流程如图2所示。
(1)新建表,筛选符合相关条件的数据。该功能的实现主要依靠数组的存储及条件语句循环筛选,最后清空数组,释放内存。此处注意,筛选具体钢种数据和轧制力偏差大于10%的数据时,可能出现空的情况,导致运行错误,需要添加语句“On Error Resume Next”跳过该行,保证运行。
(2)统计计算程序。统计占比主要由两部分组成:一是运用循环技术,统计符合该设定范围数值的数量;二是统计总数,这里主要使用“Application.counta(Worksheets(). Range())”,即统计非空单元格实现,但应该减1,将表头所占单元格减去,输出结果应为百分数。
对于轧制力偏差大于10%的情况,如果输出值仍为该范围的占比情况,则容易受到个别特殊情况的影响,不能真实反映该因素对轧制力设定的影响程度,故此处用符合条件的具体板坯数,而非占比。
(3)输出钢种名称。通过条件语句在“钢种代码”表中查找。
统计表内除统计按钮外,防止因误操导致清空全部内容重新计算,使得处理时间延长,需要在“统计”表格页面设置一个不同于在“轧制力偏差”表内的清空按钮。“统计”页面需要实现两个清除:①清除统计结果,格式不发生改变;②删除临时表格。
删除临时表格时由于Excel防止误操作的功能设置,在删除工作表时将弹出删除询问对话框,需要点击“删除”后才能执行删除任务,而本程序设计新建工作表的命名是唯一且固定的,不存在误删,不需要确认,直接删除即可。即需要在前面添加语句“Application.DisplayAlerts=False”忽略弹窗的询问,在删除结束后通过语句“Application.DisplayAlerts=Ture”恢复弹窗功能。
以查询六月1111号钢种代码为例,操作过程如下。
(1)复制六月数据表到“数据源”表中。
(2)点击“轧制力偏差表”中“提取并计算”按钮。
(3)点击“统计表”中“统计”按钮,得出统计结果见表1表2
表1表2的运行结果可以看出:
(1)中间机架F2预测轧制力偏差超过10%,在开轧温度1 021~1 030 ℃区间和1 031~1 040 ℃区间各发生5次,而F1机架仅发生一次,说明F2轧制力偏差不是来源于F1机架的轧制力偏差遗传。在上述开轧温度区间下,轧机厚度模型在计算SPCC钢种时,对于F1机架轧制后准备进入F2机架的带钢温度计算出现偏差。模型计算得出的带钢温度与带钢实际温度存在较大偏差,从而造成F2机架轧制力出现超过10%的偏差。鉴于此分析结果,技术人员可根据操作界面下方统计得出的“F2分析”表,查找上述5次出现轧制力偏差超过10%的详细轧制信息,进一步确定锁定具体卷号、轧制温度、轧制厚度及其他相关轧制数据。剔除因板坯纵向加热不均带来的影响,根据预设轧制力和实际轧制力具体偏差值,在轧机厚度模型中进入此钢种轧制力设定界面,根据轧制力偏差值对厚度模型中F1机架出口带钢(即进入F2机架带钢)的机架间温降系数进行适当修改,逐步缩小F2机架计算轧制力偏差,保证F2机架轧制力偏差控制在10%之内。模型中温降系数修改后,可通过此统计程序对后续轧制带钢再次进行分析,检验系数修改效果。
(2)从轧制厚度方面可以得出,轧制力偏差大于10%的轧制厚度规格主要发生在厚度大于6 mm带钢上,其中F2/F4机架分别发生13次和8次。技术人员依旧可以根据操作界面下方统计得出的“F2分析”“F4分析”表调阅详细轧制数据,有指向的针对影响轧制力设定参数进行排查,详细分析SPCC钢中,厚度大于6 mm带钢的相关轧制参数,同样在剔除一些板坯自带和其他生产条件的影响,针对轧机厚度模型在此类钢种、特定轧制厚度的设定参数进行详细分析,除包括上述带钢机架间温降系数的分析外,还要侧重于轧机厚度模型在轧制此类品种规格时的轧机弹跳值及摩擦力等核心参数设定的准确性,有针对性的进行修改,逐步缩小轧机轧制力预设偏差,从而提高轧机辊缝设定精度,保证带钢顺利轧出及轧制厚度精准命中。
(3)从轧制带钢宽度方面可以得出,连轧机组在生产1 200~1 500 mm宽板坯时F2/F4机架的轧制力偏差较大。F2/F4机架轧制力偏差大于10%分别发生8次和7次。技术人员依旧可以根据操作界面下方统计得出的“F2分析”“F4分析”表调阅详细板坯数据、轧制数据。结合开轧温度和轧制厚度两栏中的统计结果,进行交叉分析。如果开轧温度、轧制厚度、带钢宽度这三项统计栏中,有相同卷号出现,则需要技术人员更多关注轧制模型设定以外的影响因素;但如果在分析详细数据后,未发现相同卷号,则需要通过进一步统计出现轧制力偏差超过10%的具体宽度,进一步缩小宽度范围。并针对缩小的宽度范围,在轧制厚度模型中重点调整带钢摩擦系数,保证轧机预设轧制力的精准度,轧制力预报偏差控制在10%以内。
本文介绍了一项通过VBA语言环境计算并统计CSP热连轧机组各机架预测轧制力与实际轧制力偏差的设计。可以快速高效地统计分析所输入时间段内,连轧机组各个机架设定与实际轧制力的偏差情况,并可以对特定钢种进行有针对性的分析。把传统的人工逐一筛查、分类、分析的复杂过程通过自动化手段加以解决,大幅度提高工作效率及准确性,时效性大大加强,在热连轧板带轧机上具有推广价值。
