In this paper, it is mainly introduced the influencing factors and control main points of the resistance to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion for oil casing. In order to meet the usage requirements of high strength oil casing resistant to hydrogen sulfide corrosion, the oil casing resistant to hydrogen sulfide with independent intelligent property rights is manufactured through selecting Cr, Mo, and Ti as the main corrosion resistant alloy elements, strictly controlling contents of S and P as well as reasonably optimizing microalloy elements. Its impact absorbing energy at 0 ℃ reaches over 100 J, so it is with both high strength and toughness as well as they match reasonably so that it is with good resistance to hydrogen sulfide corrosion.

文章主要介绍了石油套管抗硫化氢应力腐蚀性能的影响因素和控制要点。为满足高强度抗硫化氢腐蚀套管的使用要求,选用Cr、Mo、Ti为主要抗腐蚀合金元素,严格控制S、P的含量,通过微合金元素合理优化,生产出了具有自主知识产权的抗硫化氢石油套管,0 ℃冲击吸收功达到100 J以上,使套管在具有高强度的同时也具有很高的韧性,强韧性搭配合理,产品具有良好的抗硫化氢腐蚀性能。

In this paper, it is mainly introduced the influencing factors and control main points of the resistance to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion for oil casing. In order to meet the usage requirements of high strength oil casing resistant to hydrogen sulfide corrosion, the oil casing resistant to hydrogen sulfide with independent intelligent property rights is manufactured through selecting Cr, Mo, and Ti as the main corrosion resistant alloy elements, strictly controlling contents of S and P as well as reasonably optimizing microalloy elements. Its impact absorbing energy at 0 ℃ reaches over 100 J, so it is with both high strength and toughness as well as they match reasonably so that it is with good resistance to hydrogen sulfide corrosion.

在经历了150年不间断地开采和无节制地使用后,易开发油气资源越来越少,石油天然气的开采不得不向深海、沙漠、南北极地区以及含硫化氢、二氧化碳等强腐蚀介质的油气田发展。在油气田开采开发过程中,腐蚀是自始至终存在的问题,它不仅给油田造成了巨大的经济损失,而且往往带来一些灾难性后果,如人员伤亡、停工停产及环境污染等。据统计,仅采油工业每年因腐蚀而损耗的金属达到其金属使用总量的18%[1-2]
用于含硫化氢油气田的石油套管的抗硫化氢腐蚀性能检验目前均要求按NACE TM 0177国际标准中的A、B、D法进行。API标准规定,当标准试样在规定的酸性溶液中采用恒载荷法,即材料在承受轴向80%名义屈服强度的载荷作用下,经720 h不断裂,则可以作为一般抗硫化氢腐蚀油套管使用[3]。但是对于那些高井压和高硫化氢含量的油气井要求石油套管必须同时承受90%以上轴向名义屈服强度(试验方法A)和周向应力条件下(试验方法D)不失效,须采用高抗硫非API标准油套管系列产品。
API Spec 5CT标准对95Ksi钢级抗硫化氢腐蚀油套管的化学成分和力学性能的要求具体见表1表2[4]
实际应用中一般采用NACE TM 0177标准中方法A进行检验。在酸性溶液中材料在承受轴向90%名义屈服强度(YSmin)的载荷作用下,经720 h不断裂视为合格。
(1)Mo、Cr、Ti、Nb、V均为抗硫化氢的合金元素,它们均为晶界韧化元素,另外它们的碳化物是氢的不可逆陷阱,可形成弥散的碳化物,故上述元素有利于提高抗硫化氢应力腐蚀门槛值。对Mo和Cr来说,除上述两个作用外,它们能在金属表面形成阻碍硫化氢进入的钝化膜,其中Mo更为有效,故Cr和Mo是抗硫化氢最重要的合金元素。
Ti是化学性质非常活泼的金属,Ti与S的亲和力大于Mn和S的亲和力,而且TiS比MnS更稳定,所以Ti的去硫效果相较Mn更为显著。TiS的生成自由能与TiN、TiC差不多,因此当钢中C、N含量较高时,会影响Ti的脱硫作用。Ti可以消除不锈钢的晶间腐蚀倾向,但如果形成较多的铁素体和TiN夹杂物,这种夹杂物会影响钢的抗蚀性[5-7]
(2)在钢中加入适量的稀土,有利于脱氧、脱硫、去除气体,减少有害元素的影响,显著提高钢的韧性、耐磨性、抗蚀性,改善钢的焊接性能和低温性能。
(3)P、S、Si以及有害元素As、Sn、Pb、Sb和Bi均为强脆化晶界元素,此外MnS夹杂物是氢致裂纹发源地,P容易造成微观偏析,降低氢致开裂门槛应力。因此必须严格控制这些元素在钢中的含量。
均匀一致的回火马氏体组织和适当低的屈服强度对抗硫化氢应力腐蚀有利。细晶强化对高强钢的抗硫化氢腐蚀性能有一定影响,高强钢的抗硫化氢应力腐蚀门槛值与屈服强度比值随晶粒尺寸的减小而升高,这表明细化晶粒有利于提高高强钢的抗硫化氢应力腐蚀性能[8-10]
铁水预处理→顶底复吹转炉冶炼→LF炉外精炼→VD真空处理→圆坯连铸→管坯加热→穿孔→连轧→定径→冷床冷却→锯切→热处理→探伤→检查。
为使设计简化,采用Cr、Mo和Ti作为主要抗硫化氢腐蚀元素,并加入适量的稀土。实际生产中严格执行合金元素窄范围控制,降低P、S以及有害元素As、Sn、Pb、Sb和Bi的含量。
炼钢采用顶底复吹转炉冶炼,单渣操作,终渣碱度控制在3.0,保证脱磷效果;采用硅锰合金化,硅铝铁合金进行终脱氧。在全程吹氩状态下精炼,过VD炉脱气处理,进一步降低钢中有害气体含量,提高钢的洁净度。连铸坯经穿孔、PQF连轧机组轧制成无缝管[11]
采用试验设备FORMASTOR-F快速热膨胀相变仪,对试验钢的相变温度进行测试。试验材料为热轧无缝钢管,在910 ℃进行奥氏体化处理,保温10 min,冷却速度分别为30、20、10、5、2、1、0.5 ℃/s。试验用BT95SS钢管的过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线)如图1所示,实际检测结果:Ac1为741 ℃,Ac3为826 ℃,Ar1为645 ℃,Ar3为785 ℃。
根据API标准要求,套管主要采用淬火加高温回火的热处理制度,且回火温度高有利于提高抗硫化氢腐蚀能力,回火温度设定为720 ℃;而亚共析钢的淬火加热温度一般为Ac3以上30~70 ℃,淬火温度高有利于提高淬透性,因此选取淬火温度为890 ℃。
具体热处理制度为890 ℃保温45 min水冷+720 ℃保温50 min空冷。
化学成分检验结果表明,完全符合API 5CT的要求,并满足了成分设计要求,套管具有成分均匀、有害元素低的特点,为管材具有良好的组织和性能提供了有力保证。
热处理后对钢管的力学性能进行检验,检验结果完全符合API 5CT标准对95钢级的要求。力学性能检验结果见表3
钢中夹杂物的形态、大小和数量不仅影响钢的内在质量,而且影响成品管的使用性能[12]。为减少钢中夹杂物含量,通过LF炉白渣精炼,底部吹氩进行搅拌增加钢液流动,使夹杂物充分上浮,得到有效去除。对热处理后的钢管进行了金相检验,金相组织及夹杂物照片见图2图3。夹杂物检验结果见表4
由检验结果可知,钢管的非金属夹杂物含量较低,有利于提高套管的耐腐蚀性。调质后组织为回火索氏体加少量铁素体,晶粒度为9级。在100倍金相图片可见1级B类夹杂物,放大到500倍时可见微小的TiN夹杂物,孤立无规律分布的TiN尺寸都在10 μm以下。
对冲击断口进行电镜扫描分析,断口呈韧窝状花样,为韧性断裂。具体结果见图4,夹杂物成分见表5图4中(1)、(2)、(3)分别为同一冲击断口下不同部位夹杂物电镜扫描照片。
扫描电镜结果显示,钢中夹杂物以钙铝硅酸盐夹杂物为主,少数为TiN夹杂物,尺寸在2~6 μm之间,弥散无规律分布,对套管的性能影响较小。
按照NACE TM 0177标准A方法,进行抗硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂检验,采用标准试样,应力加载量(90%Ysmin)为589 MPa,经过720 h硫化氢饱和溶液(A溶液)浸泡试验后,试样未断裂。试验结果见图5
抗硫化氢应力腐蚀门槛值远超过API 5CT标准的80%YSmin的要求,达到90%YSmin,所设计生产的石油套管具有很好的抗硫化氢应力腐蚀性能。
(1)通过合理的成分设计及工艺优化,生产的套管各项性能都达到了设计要求,且具有良好的抗硫化氢腐蚀性能,其抗硫化氢应力腐蚀门槛值达到90%YSmin。
(2)0 ℃纵向冲击吸收功达到100 J以上,表明该批套管在具有高强度的同时也具有很高的韧性,强韧性搭配合理。
(3)包钢生产的BT95SS抗硫化氢应力腐蚀套管已实现批量生产,进一步完善了产品结构,增强了企业在国内外市场的竞争力。
