According to the use requirements of prefabricated steel structure residence, the 420 MPa grade high-strength weather-resistant anti-seismic special hot-rolled H beam with thick gauge is developed independently with the peritectic steel design of microalloy composition system of low carbon, copper and nickel as well as near-net-shape casting technology of beam blank and universal rolling technology of section steel, which is mainly applied for stand column of frame structure for steel structure residence. The subcracks and intermediate cracks inside flange of ingot blank as well as surface defects of finished product caused by rolled-in scale during rolling process are eliminated through optimizing the continuous casting and rolling processes. All the mechanical properties of finished product could satisfy the requirements of technical agreement as well as the dimension and surface quality could satisfy the requirements of standard GB/T 11263—2017 so that its stable bulk supply is realized.

根据装配式钢结构住宅使用需求,采用低碳铜铬镍微合金成分体系包晶钢设计、近终型异型坯连铸技术、型钢万能轧制技术,自主开发了420 MPa级高强度厚规格耐候抗震专用热轧H型钢,该产品主要应用于钢结构住宅框架结构的立柱。通过连铸工艺及轧制工艺优化,解决了铸坯翼缘内侧皮下裂纹及中间裂纹,以及轧制过程中氧化铁皮压入带来的成品表面缺陷。成品各项力学性能均满足技术协议要求,外形尺寸及表面质量满足GB/T 11263—2017标准要求,最终实现了厚规格高强耐候抗震热轧H型钢批量稳定供货。

根据装配式钢结构住宅使用需求,采用低碳铜铬镍微合金成分体系包晶钢设计、近终型异型坯连铸技术、型钢万能轧制技术,自主开发了420 MPa级高强度厚规格耐候抗震专用热轧H型钢,该产品主要应用于钢结构住宅框架结构的立柱。通过连铸工艺及轧制工艺优化,解决了铸坯翼缘内侧皮下裂纹及中间裂纹,以及轧制过程中氧化铁皮压入带来的成品表面缺陷。成品各项力学性能均满足技术协议要求,外形尺寸及表面质量满足GB/T 11263—2017标准要求,最终实现了厚规格高强耐候抗震热轧H型钢批量稳定供货。

According to the use requirements of prefabricated steel structure residence, the 420 MPa grade high-strength weather-resistant anti-seismic special hot-rolled H beam with thick gauge is developed independently with the peritectic steel design of microalloy composition system of low carbon, copper and nickel as well as near-net-shape casting technology of beam blank and universal rolling technology of section steel, which is mainly applied for stand column of frame structure for steel structure residence. The subcracks and intermediate cracks inside flange of ingot blank as well as surface defects of finished product caused by rolled-in scale during rolling process are eliminated through optimizing the continuous casting and rolling processes. All the mechanical properties of finished product could satisfy the requirements of technical agreement as well as the dimension and surface quality could satisfy the requirements of standard GB/T 11263—2017 so that its stable bulk supply is realized.

随着我国钢铁行业及建筑行业的快速发展,具有高效、节能、绿色等多重优点的钢结构建筑将逐步替代传统建筑,H型钢以其优良的力学性能和使用性能,在全球的建筑用材中占据着重要位置。
钢材屈强比是屈服强度与抗拉强度的比值,其大小反映钢材利用率和安全可靠程度。屈强比越低,材料破坏前产生稳定塑性变形的能力就越高,即使结构出现局部超载失稳也不至于发生突然的倒塌断裂[1]。目前,低屈强比钢铁结构材料可以实现δsb在0.60~0.85之间,可大大提高了钢结构的抗震安全性。
大气腐蚀是金属材料失效主要原因之一,耐候钢(又称耐大气腐蚀钢)是指通过添加少量合金元素,使其在大气中具有良好耐腐蚀性能的低合金高强度钢。耐候钢耐大气腐蚀性能为碳素结构钢的2~8倍,且使用时间愈长,耐蚀作用愈突出[2]
Q420NHKZC(NH表示耐候,KZ表示抗震,C表示C级钢)热轧H型钢应具有优异的耐腐蚀性能、抗震性能、焊接性能及稳定的低温冲击韧性。在成分设计过程中,通过添加Cu、Ni、Cr微合金元素提高其耐腐蚀性能;通过降C提Mn保证抗震性能;通过VN微合金细化晶粒,提高强度,稳定低温冲击韧性;通过低碳控制保证其焊接性能。该产品主要应用于装配式钢结构住宅框架结构的立柱,由于厚规格热轧H型钢压缩比相对较小,成分设计过程中适当增加微合金元素含量,保证其各项性能的富余量及稳定性。具体化学成分见表1
Q420NHKZC耐大气腐蚀性能依据标准GB/T 4171—2008附录D[3]给出的公式(1)计算,规定耐腐蚀性指数(I)不小于6.0,按公式(2)[4]计算要求碳当量(CE)不大于0.36。

式中:A(C)为碳的适用系数,A(C)=0.75+0.25 tgh[20(ω(C)-0.12)]。
合金元素的加入主要是提高钢材表面锈层的致密性、稳定性和附着性,改善钢的耐腐蚀性元素主要有Cu、P、Cr、Ni、Si等。
Cu可以促使钢材表面的锈层致密且附着性提高,从而延缓进一步的腐蚀;P促使锈层更加致密,与Cu一起加入时效果更加明显,但过高的P含量会使钢的低温脆性增大;Cr是钝化元素,但在低合金钢中含量相对较低,不能形成钝化膜,主要是改善锈层的结构,与Cu配合使用;Ni加入可以改善锈层结构,主要作用为提高钢中Cu在奥氏体中的溶解度,减少Cu在晶界析出,避免含Cu钢表面裂纹发生[5-6],因此,为保证钢材耐腐蚀性能及产品质量,Cu含量应控制在0.025%~0.040%,Ni含量应控制在0.020%~0.030%,Cr含量应控制在0.25%~0.40%。
由实际熔炼成分通过公式计算,得出钢材耐腐蚀性指数(I)以及碳当量(CE)如表2所示;常规力学性能实测平均值如表3所示;成品非金属夹杂物及晶粒度检测结果如表4所示;成品显微组织如图1所示。
表2可以看出,耐腐蚀性指数控制在6.21~6.31之间,碳当量控制在0.305%~0.320%之间,均符合技术协议要求。
表3可以看出,厚规格Q420NHKZC的实测屈服强度控制在434~439 MPa之间,实测抗拉强度控制在580~590 MPa之间,实测延伸率在24.0%~26.5%,实测0 ℃冲击功在100 J以上,表征抗震性能的屈强比实测值为0.76以下,表现出良好的综合力学性能。
热轧态组织为铁素体(F)+珠光体(P),晶粒度为8~9级之间,夹杂物均控制在1级以下,钢材内部洁净度控制较好。
采用异型连铸坯BB2断面试制初期,铸坯内弧翼缘内侧存在皮下裂纹及中间裂纹,分布在内弧两侧翼缘内侧,外弧两侧均未发现此类缺陷。图2为异型连铸坯横断面取样,画圈内为内部缺陷形貌。
在铸坯裂纹处取样进行金相分析,如图3所示。由图3可以看出,裂纹沿晶界延伸,而在晶粒内部没有裂纹。
分析认为,该钢种属于包晶钢,凝固过程中发生包晶反应,伴随包晶反应出现较大的体积变化,凝固收缩量较大,铸坯初始凝固时三角区温度偏高,二冷区回热,柱状晶搭桥产生间裂,裂纹在拉矫过程中扩展。
控制裂纹措施从精确控制过热度、优化二冷水及拉速匹配关系、增加内弧R角及翼缘板内侧冷却强度等几个方面入手,保证初生坯壳厚度,扩大等轴晶区,细化铸坯晶粒,增加晶界强度,同时减小铸坯内部应力。
采取上述措施后,铸坯内部缺陷得以消除,经轨梁厂轧制后,成品表面质量良好。
在H型钢轧制过程中,发现成品腹板上产生不规则裂纹,且均在轧制上表面随机分布,轧制下表面未发现同类问题。裂纹缺陷形貌如图4所示。
图5为金相检验图片,基体组织为铁素体+珠光体,裂纹周围未见异常夹杂物及氧化圆点。显微镜下观察腐蚀后的裂纹处组织无明显脱碳。这种情况排除坯料原因,应该与轧制有关。
根据裂纹形貌、位置及耐候钢氧化铁皮致密不易脱落的特点,初步认为该缺陷为氧化铁皮压入导致,在万能轧制过程中,未脱落的氧化铁皮经反复碾压产生腹板无规则裂纹缺陷。
严格控制钢坯加热时间,控制氧化铁皮厚度,使其易于脱落;增加一次除鳞水压力,改善一次除鳞效果;BD两辊开坯区增加箱型孔,异型坯翻钢90°后,沿高度方向,采用小压下的方式,利用钢坯变形的方式去除氧化铁皮。
通过轧制工艺优化,BD1轧机第一道次沿异型坯高度方向给予小压下量,异型坯腹板氧化铁皮均匀脱落,后续轧制过程中未出现因氧化铁皮压入导致的成品H型钢腹板缺陷,说明措施有效。
根据装配式钢结构建筑的使用需求,设计开发了Q420NHKZC厚规格耐候抗震热轧H型钢,产品各项性能均满足技术协议要求,在试制过程中不断优化生产工艺,成品表面质量持续提高,并实现批量稳定供货。
(1)设计开发的高强耐候抗震热轧H型钢具有良好的综合力学性能;耐腐蚀性能、抗震性能及焊接性能指标均达到技术协议要求。
(2)通过精准控制过热度、优化二冷水及拉速匹配关系,增加内弧R角及翼缘板内侧冷却强度,可有效改善高强耐候抗震异型坯BB2断面内弧侧翼缘板内侧皮下裂纹及中间裂纹。
(3)通过增加BD区箱型孔,沿异型坯高度方向小压下的轧制方式,可有效去除高强耐候抗震异型坯表面氧化铁皮,改善成品表面质量。
