In this paper, the production technology process and technological parameters of spring steel plate 60Si2MnA are introduced as well as the microstructure that products need could be obtained through corresponding cooling technique (4~9 ℃/s) control, which guarantees the mechanical properties of products. The results showed that the spring steel plate 60Si2MnA with tensile strength not less than 1 050 MPa and elongation not less than 13% could be manufactured through choosing appropriate process parameters with the existing equipment and processes under appropriate conditions of liquid iron and other raw materials. Moreover, the thickness of decarburized layer on the surface of high carbon steel 60Si2MnA is controlled better, which is 18% of requirements of national standard GB/T 1222—2016 through controlling the atmosphere of heating furnace.

In this paper, the production technology process and technological parameters of spring steel plate 60Si2MnA are introduced as well as the microstructure that products need could be obtained through corresponding cooling technique (4~9 ℃/s) control, which guarantees the mechanical properties of products. The results showed that the spring steel plate 60Si2MnA with tensile strength not less than 1 050 MPa and elongation not less than 13% could be manufactured through choosing appropriate process parameters with the existing equipment and processes under appropriate conditions of liquid iron and other raw materials. Moreover, the thickness of decarburized layer on the surface of high carbon steel 60Si2MnA is controlled better, which is 18% of requirements of national standard GB/T 1222—2016 through controlling the atmosphere of heating furnace.

弹簧钢板在工业生产中有广泛应用,是汽车减振弹簧的重要原料,但弹簧钢板的生产对设备及工艺的要求都较高,特别是抗拉强度超过1 000 MPa的高碳钢板。
汽车板簧常用的钢种为Si-Mn系的60Si2MnA,60Si2MnA用于级别较高的汽车上。
汽车钢板弹簧是汽车悬架系统中的弹性元件,由于其可靠性好、结构简单、制造工艺流程短、成本低而且结构能大大简化等优点,得到广泛的应用。汽车钢板弹簧一般是由若干片不等长的合金弹簧钢组合而成一组近似于等强度弹簧梁,在悬架系统中起缓冲作用。当它在汽车纵向安置,一端与车架用铰链连接固定时,既承担车辆的力和力矩,又决定车轮的运动轨迹,起导向的作用。另外,钢板弹簧是多片叠加而成,在载荷作用下变形,使车身的振动衰减,因此釆用此种结构车辆可以不装减振器。钢板弹簧单位重量储存的能量较低,材料的利用率较差,一般多片弹簧材料利用率为60%,少片弹簧材料利用率为75%~85%。弹簧片的重量占汽车重量的8%~9%[1]
板簧是汽车悬架系统中的重要部件,工作条件恶劣,是汽车的易损件,因而对其力学性能有严格的要求。众所周知,零件力学性能在材料质量保证的前提下取决于热处理工艺,而热处理工艺也应根据所用材料来决定。
汽车钢板弹簧在工作状态下要吸收大量的弹性功,又要求本身不发生永久变形,因此其应具有较好的力学性能。
包钢稀土钢板材厂规划之初就定位为生产高端汽车钢产品,因此其装备水平先进,设计年产能为550万t。
炼钢的精炼工位有LF精炼炉及RH精炼炉,2台板坯连铸机都装有电磁搅拌系统及末端轻压下系统,且板坯可在线调宽。轧钢工位有4座赛迪生产的加热炉,加热炉的炉温可实现自动控制。轧机为2架粗轧机和7架连轧机,粗轧机与连轧机之间设有保温罩,轧机及电控系统为西马克和西门子共同生产,可实现精轧终轧温度自动控制,轧制后配有多种冷却模式,可实现钢板冷速自动控制。钢板卷取后还设有保温罩以提高钢板性能的均匀性及稳定性。
钢种成分设计时,为保证弹簧钢的性能稳定,缩小了主要化学元素C、Si、Mn的波动范围。此外,P和S为钢中有害元素,因此要控制钢中的P和S含量在较低水平。另外,也要将钢中残余元素Cr、Ni和Cu含量控制在较低水平。
按照GB/T 1222—2016[2],60Si2MnA钢板化学成分要求见表1。新开发的60Si2MnA钢板化学成分见表2
该钢种的生产工艺流程为:高炉铁水→铁水预处理→转炉顶底复吹冶炼→LF炉外精炼→RH真空处理→板坯连铸→堆垛缓冷→板坯加热→高压水除鳞→E1R1粗轧机轧制→E2R2粗轧机轧制→飞剪→高压水除鳞→F1—F7精轧机轧制→层流冷却→卷取→标识→托盘运输→保温罩保温→离线取样、检验→称重→入库。
在生产过程中,重点要保证钢种的化学成分、纯净度及金相组织。
供炼钢的铁水需符合表3要求,铁水到站温度不低于1 300 ℃。
要求铁水的温度是为了保证炼钢过程有足够的热量使钢水温度达到1 640 ℃以上。要求铁水的S、P含量是为了控制钢水中的有害元素含量。
冶炼铁水需经KR脱硫处理,要求入转炉铁水S含量不大于0.010%。
转炉终点一次命中或补吹次数不超过一次;RH真空处理期间进行测温、取样和微调成分;RH真空处理结束后,调整氩气流量使钢水处于软吹状态,喂丝后保证软吹时间大于15 min;真空度要求不大于300 Pa,持续真空时间不小于20 min。
连铸工序的主要工艺参数见表4
液相线温度为1 467 ℃,铸机采用恒拉速控制,拉速范围0.9~1.3 m/min,采用电磁搅拌及末端动态轻压下技术。
在每浇次开浇第一炉单流第三或第四块的铸坯头部、最后一炉的另一流最后一块定尺坯头部取坯样(沿浇铸方向,坯样长度80~120 mm),进行冷酸低倍检验。连铸板坯清理与检查执行YB/T 2012—2014[3],冷酸低倍标准要求为连铸坯偏析不得大于B类2.0级,中心疏松不得大于1.0级。
铸坯的检验结果:连铸坯枝晶偏析B类1.0级,中心疏松0.5级。
表5为板坯加热制度。
钢板的终轧温度为840~890 ℃,钢板轧后以4~9 ℃/s冷却速度冷却。同批次生产的钢卷应放在具有保温作用的保温罩中缓冷,然后才能取样。
脱碳的本质是碳原子的扩散[4]。在钢的加热过程中,当温度较高时,表面碳原子与铁原子的结合能力小于碳原子与空气中氧原子的结合能力,于是碳原子向表面扩散,在铁素体基体上形成了脱碳层。脱碳层对钢材的使用性能有着非常严重的影响。钢件脱碳后,强度、硬度明显降低,使用寿命也明显减小。
国内外研究人员对钢的脱碳进行了大量的试验研究,研究了脱碳的原理、脱碳层的形成原因、脱碳的影响因素以及降低脱碳层深度的工艺和方法。结果表明,脱碳的影响因素包括加热时间、加热温度、炉内气氛、钢材的化学成分等[5]
生产实践证明,钢的表面若出现较深的脱碳层就会明显降低钢的疲劳性能。弹簧钢的疲劳寿命是随着脱碳层的增加而降低的,特别是铁素体全脱碳,危害更大,因此要限制弹簧钢的脱碳。表6为GB/T 1222—2016对脱碳层的要求。
控制加热炉还原性气氛和微正压炉况,以达到控制钢板表面质量及脱碳层深度,炉内压力高于大气压80 Pa可有效控制炉内气氛。
对60Si2MnA钢板进行脱碳层检测,6 mm厚钢板表面无全脱碳层,不完全脱碳层的厚度约为0.03 mm,只有弹簧钢国标GB/T 1222—2016要求的18%。
按照GB/T 1222—2016要求,钢板热轧后的布氏硬度应不大于320。表7为60Si2MnA钢板热轧态的力学性能。
表7可见,产品性能满足标准要求。

(1)在合格的原料及合理的工艺参数下,包钢可以生产出抗拉强度大于1 050 MPa、延伸率大于
13%的高强60Si2MnA弹簧钢板。钢板轧后以4~9 ℃/s冷却速度冷却,弹簧钢可以得到理想的金相组织,从而保证了其力学性能。
(2)控制加热炉的气氛为还原性气氛并且微正压操作,钢板表面没有全脱碳层,不完全脱碳层的厚度约为0.03 mm,仅为弹簧钢国标GB/T 1222—2016要求的18%。
