In this paper, the experimental study on heat treatment process of forging area at heel end of 60-50 kg/m U75V hot rolled compromise rail with different finish cooling temperatures and cooling rates is carried out as well as the tensile properties, hardness of top surface of the rail and cross section, microstructure and decarburized layer of forming section, transition section and heat affected zone of the compromise rail are analyzed. The results showed that the finish cooling temperatures of forming and transition sections of the compromise rail were controlled at about 650 ℃, cooling rate was controlled at 1.3~1.7 ℃/s, finish cooling temperature of heat affected zone was controlled below 550 ℃ and cooling rate was not less than 2 ℃/s, with which the problems of high hardness at forming and transition sections, low hardness at heat affected zone and width out of limits at softened zone of the compromise rail could be effectively solved.

对60-50 kg/m U75V热轧异型钢轨跟端锻压区域,进行了不同终冷温度及冷却速度的热处理工艺试验研究,分析了异型钢轨成型段、过渡段及热影响区的拉伸性能、轨顶面硬度、横断面硬度、显微组织、脱碳层。结果表明,异型钢轨成型段和过渡段终冷温度控制在650 ℃左右,冷却速度控制在1.3~1.7 ℃/s之间,热影响区终冷温度控制在550 ℃以下,冷却速度不小于2 ℃/s,可有效的解决异型钢轨成型段及过渡段硬度偏高、热影响区硬度偏低、软化区宽度超标的问题。

对60-50 kg/m U75V热轧异型钢轨跟端锻压区域,进行了不同终冷温度及冷却速度的热处理工艺试验研究,分析了异型钢轨成型段、过渡段及热影响区的拉伸性能、轨顶面硬度、横断面硬度、显微组织、脱碳层。结果表明,异型钢轨成型段和过渡段终冷温度控制在650 ℃左右,冷却速度控制在1.3~1.7 ℃/s之间,热影响区终冷温度控制在550 ℃以下,冷却速度不小于2 ℃/s,可有效的解决异型钢轨成型段及过渡段硬度偏高、热影响区硬度偏低、软化区宽度超标的问题。

In this paper, the experimental study on heat treatment process of forging area at heel end of 60-50 kg/m U75V hot rolled compromise rail with different finish cooling temperatures and cooling rates is carried out as well as the tensile properties, hardness of top surface of the rail and cross section, microstructure and decarburized layer of forming section, transition section and heat affected zone of the compromise rail are analyzed. The results showed that the finish cooling temperatures of forming and transition sections of the compromise rail were controlled at about 650 ℃, cooling rate was controlled at 1.3~1.7 ℃/s, finish cooling temperature of heat affected zone was controlled below 550 ℃ and cooling rate was not less than 2 ℃/s, with which the problems of high hardness at forming and transition sections, low hardness at heat affected zone and width out of limits at softened zone of the compromise rail could be effectively solved.

目前,国内重载线路、客货混用线路、货运线路、城际线路、城市地铁等大部分使用标准范围内的50 kg/m、60 kg/m或75 kg/m对称断面的钢轨。不同断面钢轨线路之间需要使用锻制的异型钢轨进行连接,实现了铁路线路从一种钢轨断面变换成另一种钢轨断面的安全平稳过渡[1]。由于60-50 kg/m U75V热轧异型钢轨跟端经高温模锻后,其金相组织为粗片状珠光体,为细化成型段、过渡段及热影响区的珠光体组织,恢复钢轨跟端锻压区域性能,需重新对钢轨跟端锻压区域进行正火热处理[2-3]。本文针对U75V热轧钢轨60 kg/m锻制成50 kg/m后跟端锻压区域热处理工艺进行研究,结合优化的异型钢轨跟端热处理工艺,使生产的60-50 kg/m U75V异型钢轨力学性能及金相组织均满足标准要求。
试验用热轧态U75V钢轨以C、Mn、Si、V为主要合金元素,钢轨的化学成分、力学性能等见表1
60-50 kg/m U75V热轧异型钢轨跟端热处理工艺流程为:上料→跟端部位进入加热炉→中频感应加热→到温停止加热→跟端部位进入冷却装置→轨头喷风冷却→到温停止冷却→空冷至室温。异型钢轨加热设备主要技术参数为:采用双频感应加热,最大加热温度1 150 ℃,加热时间不大于4 min,可进行全断面加热,加热温差不大于30 ℃;冷却设备主要技术参数为:采用压缩空气冷却,冷却速度不大于20 ℃/s,最大风压1.6 MPa。试验用异型钢轨热处理设备适用于50 kg/m、60 kg/m、75 kg/m轨型的生产。依据TB/T 2344.3—2018《钢轨第3部分:异型钢轨》[4]试验方法,对不同热处理工艺下异型钢轨进行力学性能和金相组织对比分析。检测分析设备采用Instron 60 t电子拉伸试验机、NI750冲击试验机、TH600布氏硬度计、德国蔡司observer AIM光学显微镜。
针对热轧态U75V钢轨化学成分及异型钢轨热处理设备特点,制定了60-50 kg/m U75V异型钢轨热处理工艺对比试验方案,见表2
表2可知,热处理方案主要针对异型钢轨的不同位置,采用控制轨头的终冷温度和冷却速度方式,从而达到异型钢轨成型段、过渡段、热影响区与母材强度、硬度相匹配的目的。依据标准对异型钢轨成型段拉伸性能及成型段和过渡段横断面硬度进行检测,不同热处理工艺下钢轨强度和横断面硬度见表3表4
表3表4可知,四种工艺下异型钢轨成型段抗拉强度Rm≥1 020 MPa、断后伸长率A≥12.0%,成型段及过渡段钢轨横断面硬度(HRC)不小于27.0,均满足标准要求。但在R2、R3热处理工艺下,由于异型钢轨成型段和过渡段终冷温度较低、冷却速度较大,导致跟端锻压区域的强度、硬度均已达到U75V钢轨热处理态的强度、硬度,与原始态母材强度匹配性较差。基于异型钢轨不同热处理后的拉伸性能、横断面硬度结果,钢轨成型段及过渡段终冷温度应不低于600 ℃,冷却速度不大于1.7 ℃/s。
依据TB/T 2344.3—2018《钢轨第3部分:异型钢轨》对异型钢轨进行轨头顶面布氏硬度测试,轨头顶面磨去0.5 mm及以上,成型段和过渡段硬度测点间距100 mm,异型部分至母材硬度测点间距10 mm。异型部分布氏硬度要求在280~320之间,热影响区(含S区)布氏硬度不小于220,且最多允许5个测点硬度低于280,即软化区的宽度(S区宽度)不大于50 mm,异型钢轨顶面硬度测试示意图见图1,热影响区及软化区宽度见图2,其中Hm为S区最小硬度值,Hn为母材硬度下限值。
不同热处理工艺下异型钢轨顶面布氏硬度检测结果见图3图6
图3可知,R1工艺成型段、过渡段轨顶面布氏硬度可以满足标准要求,但热影响区硬度较低,且与成型段轨端距离670~790 mm内范围存在11点布氏硬度低于280,即软化区宽度(S区宽度)约110 mm,不满足标准要求。由图4图5可知,R2工艺、R3工艺热影响区布氏硬度均大于280,但成型段、过渡段硬度均偏高,均大于母材布氏硬度上限330,不满足标准要求。由图6可知,R4工艺成型段、过渡段、热影响区的布氏硬度均在280~330之间,不存在硬度超标的高点或低点,且异型钢轨各区域布氏硬度差值不大于33,整支异型钢轨硬度均匀且满足标准要求。结合四种热处理工艺下轨顶面硬度曲线可知:异型钢轨热影响区应适当的降低终冷温度,提高冷却速度,可以有效地改善热影区的硬度。异型钢轨热影响区终冷温度应控制在550 ℃以下,冷却速度应不小于2 ℃/s;成型段及过渡段应采用较高的终冷温度和较低的冷却速度,终冷温度应控制在650 ℃左右,冷却速度控制在1.3~1.7 ℃/s,采用以上热处理工艺,可使异型钢轨与U75V热轧态钢轨母材硬度相匹配。
分别对不同热处理工艺下异型钢轨成型段轨头部位进行显微组织和脱碳层观察,如图7图8所示。
图7图8可知,四种热处理工艺下异型钢轨成型段轨头均为典型的珠光体加少量铁素体组织,成型段显微组织与母材类型一致,不存在高碳马氏体、魏氏体等有害组织。R1工艺脱碳层深度约为0.33 mm,R2工艺脱碳层深度约为0.31 mm,R3工艺脱碳层深度约为0.21 mm,R4工艺脱碳层深度约为0.19 mm,四种热处理工艺下成型段钢轨脱碳层深度均满足不大于0.5 mm的标准要求。同时,钢轨加热温度由1 020 ℃降低到980 ℃,轨头脱碳层深度可降低0.10~0.14 mm。
(1)60-50 kg/m U75V热轧异型钢轨成型段和过渡段,应采用较高的终冷温度和较低的冷却速度,热影响区应适当的降低终冷温度,提高冷却速度,可解决异型钢轨成型段及过渡段硬度偏高、热影响区硬度偏低、软化区宽度超标的问题。
(2)60-50 kg/m U75V热轧异型钢轨成型段和过渡段终冷温度应控制在650 ℃左右,冷却速度控制在1.3~1.7 ℃/s之间;热影响区终冷温度不大于550 ℃,冷却速度不小于2 ℃/s。基于以上热处理工艺,钢轨抗拉强度Rm≥1 020 MPa、断后伸长率A≥12.0%,横断面硬度(HRC)不小于27.0,顶面布氏硬度(HBW)在280~330之间,且钢轨各区域布氏硬度差值不大于33,满足标准要求。
(3)不同热处理工艺下异型钢轨显微组织均为珠光体加少量铁素体,不存在异常及有害组织。四种热处理工艺下成型段钢轨脱碳层深度在0.19~0.33 mm之间,满足标准要求。同时,钢轨加热温度由1 020 ℃降低到980 ℃,轨头脱碳层深度可降低0.10~0.14 mm。
